AI Technical Summary
Traditional methods for modifying subsoil under residential buildings to meet static requirements are invasive, time-consuming, costly, and environmentally harmful, leading to construction delays and economic risks.
A method of subsoil compaction using local natural materials, such as gravel and clay, combined with cement, to create a compacted and durable subsoil layer beneath buildings, avoiding extensive excavation and processing of unusable materials.
This method is time-efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly, improving subsoil conditions while ensuring building stability and reducing the need for additional pumping systems and excavation, thus simplifying the construction process.

Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The provided technical solution concerns subsoil compaction of residential buildingsBackground Art
[0002] The current legislation in construction, specifically regarding the residential buildings with their underground premises used for parking garages, demands strict requirements on building statics in terms of its subsoil resistance. A soil profile, or respectively, a composition of soil layers in a depths of building foundations, mostly does not meet the legal requirements, due to what a modification of the subsoil underneath the building is necessary. The subsoil modification of such building is provided either by replacement of the part of the subsoil or by strengthening of it. Both ways, however, repeatedly cause delays in actual construction, and therefore, economic risks.
[0003] A building foundation is performed as a combination of several building processes through which a building pit is constructed, respectively which lead to a compaction of the subsoil under the specific building.
[0004] Traditional methods of a building pit excavation use dramatically invasive technologies, combining steel and concrete with high environmental burden, while these solution are still only temporary, consisting heavy volume performance, traffic load, time and financial difficulties, and requirement of extensive pumping systems as well.Description of Technical Solution
[0005] Technical solution represents the compaction method for subsoil underneath the building constructions, which as that ensures improvement of subsoils deep under the buildings. Through the provided technical solution, the conditions both for building foundation and its waterproofing are improved.
[0006] As provided, method of subsoil compaction of buildings is a solution for subsoil compaction that is timesaving, less expensive, and with a proper functionality. At the same, using this technical solution also saves extra costs for pumping systems and in overall, it simplifies the whole process in securing the statics for the building. Finally, the provided solution represents the ecological way of connection of building with the ground, since only the local natural material is used as for its soil foundation, without the need for additional excavation and further processing of unusable material, as it happens using the traditional methods, which also lowers the carbon footprint.
[0007] The basis for realisation of method of subsoil compaction is assessment on character of soil profile, which is mostly made of external (imported) soil mixture of varied types of soil, mostly with gravel underneath, alternatively gravel mixed-up with clay, which altogether defines the character of soil profile as hardly permeable layer of subsoil. Such layer of subsoil must be excavated to build a building foundation, while in the process of excavation the excavated mixture of suitable soil must be left aside the prepared subsoil of a building.
[0008] Within the next step, the arrival of heavy compaction vehicles is required, through which the following procedure of subsoil compaction of building is performed, in a way of drilling and mixing the individual soil layer underneath the foundation with adding of compaction material (i. e. cement) or by mixing-up with the gravel from the excavated soil.
[0009] The gradual compaction of the area in places determined by a static engineer follows, with the aim to ensure a compacted site of spots, respectively drills in determined distances, i.e. 2x2 centimetres.
[0010] In overall result, the performed method of subsoil compaction of building leads to providing the building with a durable subsoil, including the excavated soil.Drawings description Drawing No. 1:

[0013] The most suitable realisation of subsoil compaction of building using the provided technical solution is described on the example depicted on the Drawing No. 1Industrial application
[0014] The way of industrial application of the provided technical solution in building construction is apparent from the aforementioned description.
Claims
1. Method of subsoil compaction of buildings characterised by the fact that the individual soil layers of the subsoil of the structure are drilled and mixed with the addition of consolidating construction material.
2. Method of subsoil compaction of buildings according to claim 1, characterised in that the area is progressively compacted at locations determined by the structural engineer, thereby providing a network of compacted points or boreholes.
