Abstract
Description
[0001] Sliding door fittings and associated sliding door arrangement
[0002] The invention relates to a sliding door fitting for laterally displacing a first sliding door between a closed position and an open position, wherein the first sliding door is arranged in a front vertical plane in the closed position and in a rear vertical plane in the open position. Such sliding door fittings are well known, but usually consist of many individual parts and are therefore expensive, complex to construct, heavy, bulky, space-consuming, mechanically fragile, and difficult to adjust.
[0003] From DE 23 30 704 A a guide groove and a sliding fitting which can be moved longitudinally and transversely therein and which has a wave-shaped leaf spring which moves with it are known.
[0004] Furthermore, DE 202019 106 859 U1 also discloses a guide groove and a sliding fitting in the form of plastic gliders that can be moved longitudinally and transversely therein and which have a spring arm that moves along with it.
[0005] In contrast, the present invention is based on the object of providing an alternative sliding door fitting with the simplest possible construction, in particular for small pieces of furniture.
[0006] This object is achieved by a sliding door fitting having the features of claim 1.
[0007] The sliding door fitting according to the invention comprises a small number of inexpensive, lightweight parts that are neither prone to failure nor difficult to assemble. The spring devices are each fixed in place, for example, attached to the guide rail or a cabinet body, and thus do not move with the sliding fitting.
[0008] Preferably, each of the first guide rails is assigned one of the spring devices.
[0009] Preferably, the spring devices project at least on the partial section of the first guide rail in the direction of the front groove flank of the first guide groove and are deflectable in the groove transverse direction.
[0010] Preferably, the spring devices are each arranged entirely within the first guide grooves and each comprise at least one leaf spring, which is attached to the first guide rail at one or both ends. The leaf spring can, for example, be U-shaped or wave-shaped in order to interact with the sliding fitting over the longest possible section.
[0011] The spring devices can interact directly with the rear side of the first sliding door, but preferably the first sliding fittings each have a rear longitudinal section extending along the longitudinal direction of the groove, with which the spring device interacts.
[0012] The first sliding fittings can be constructed in one piece or in multiple pieces. In the latter case, the first sliding fittings each comprise, for example, two, in particular identical, first fitting parts for longitudinally spaced attachment to the first sliding door and, between them, a center piece connected to the two first fitting parts and / or to the first sliding door, which, in particular together with the two first fitting parts, forms the longitudinal section. In addition, the first sliding fittings can each comprise at least one end piece connected to one of the first fitting parts and / or to the first sliding door, which end piece is arranged on the side of the fitting part facing away from the center piece and, in particular together with the two first fitting parts and the center piece, forms the longitudinal section.
[0013] Preferably, the first sliding fittings each have an undercut extending along the longitudinal direction of the groove.
[0014] Preferably, the first sliding fittings each have on one end face a roller which is freely rotatable about a vertical axis and which projects in the longitudinal direction of the groove and, in particular, is flush with the undercut at the front.
[0015] The sliding door fitting according to the invention preferably further comprises two second guide rails for the lower and upper, linear guidance of a second sliding door in the front vertical plane of the first sliding door, as well as two second sliding fittings for fastening at the top and bottom of the second sliding door, wherein the second guide rails each have a linear guide and the second sliding fittings are guided in the linear guides so as to be displaceable exclusively in the longitudinal direction of the linear guides. The linear guides are preferably formed by second guide grooves in which the second sliding fittings are guided so as to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the groove. The first guide grooves can have a greater groove width than the second guide grooves.
[0016] In a particularly preferred development, the first and the second guide rails are each formed by a single guide rail, wherein the first guide groove and the linear guide run parallel to one another.
[0017] The second sliding fittings can each have a rear projection section extending longitudinally along the linear guide direction, on which the first sliding door, when located behind the second sliding door, is held and guided in the rear vertical plane. The projection section protrudes rearward within or above the first guide groove at most far enough for the first sliding fitting to be linearly displaceable in the groove gap remaining in the first guide groove between the projection section and the rear groove flank of the first guide groove.
[0018] Particularly preferably, the second sliding fittings each have a rear projection slope at one end, which runs diagonally to the longitudinal direction of the groove and merges rearward into the projection section. By means of the projection slope, when one of the two sliding doors is opened sideways, the first sliding door is displaced transversely rearward into the rear vertical plane.
[0019] The second sliding fittings can be made of one or more parts.
[0020] In the latter case, the second sliding fittings each comprise, for example, two, in particular identical, second fitting parts for longitudinally spaced attachment to the second sliding door, and a center piece connected between them to the two second fitting parts and / or to the second sliding door, which, in particular together with the second fitting parts, forms the opening section. The first and / or second sliding fittings preferably each comprise sliders or rollers for sliding or rolling in the first or second guide groove.
[0021] The invention also relates to a sliding door arrangement with at least one first sliding door, which is laterally displaceable between a closed position in a front vertical plane and an open position in a rear vertical plane, and with a sliding door fitting as described above, wherein the first sliding door is mounted displaceably in the first guide grooves of the upper and lower first guide rails by means of the first sliding fittings, both in the longitudinal direction of the groove and in the transverse direction of the groove. In the open position, the first sliding door can be moved behind a stationary wall, for example.
[0022] The sliding door arrangement particularly preferably comprises at least one second sliding door, which is guided for linear displacement exclusively in the front vertical plane of the first sliding door between a closed position and an open position. The second sliding door is guided for displacement exclusively in the longitudinal direction of the linear guides by means of the second sliding fittings in the linear guides of the upper and lower second guide rails, wherein the first and second sliding doors are flush with one another at the front, and wherein the first sliding door is transversely displaceable from the front vertical plane backwards into the rear vertical plane in order to slide the two sliding doors past one another.
[0023] Preferably, the first sliding fittings of the sliding door arrangement each have an undercut extending along the longitudinal direction of the groove, and the second sliding fittings each have a rear projection section extending longitudinally along the linear guide direction, on which the first sliding door is guided when it is located behind the second sliding door. When the first sliding door is located in the rear vertical plane and behind the second sliding door, the undercut of the first sliding fittings rests against the projection section of the second sliding fittings and is guided thereby. Particularly preferably, when the first or second sliding door is opened, the first sliding fittings slide rearward on projection bevels of the second sliding fittings in order to move the first sliding door rearward into the rear vertical plane. In particular, the first sliding fittings roll with rollers on the projection bevels of the second sliding fittings.
[0024] Further advantages of the invention will become apparent from the description, the claims, and the drawings. Likewise, the above-mentioned and further listed features can be used individually or in combination. The embodiments shown and described are not intended to be exhaustive, but rather serve as examples for describing the invention.

[0030] Fign. 6a, 6b Detailed views of sliding fittings of the first sliding door corresponding to Via and VIb in Fig. 5a.
[0031] The flush-closing sliding door arrangement 1 of a sliding-door wardrobe shown in Fig. 1a comprises two sliding doors 2, 3, of which one, the second sliding door 3, is exclusively linearly displaceable and the other, the first sliding door 2, is parallel-displaceable from a front position flush with the second sliding door 3 to a rear position in order to slide the two sliding doors 2, 3 past each other. The first sliding door 2 is laterally displaceable between a closed position in a front vertical plane and an open position in a rear vertical plane, while the second sliding door 3 is guided so as to be linearly displaceable exclusively in the front vertical plane of the first sliding door 2 between a closed position and an open position. The sliding door arrangement 1 is particularly suitable for smaller pieces of furniture.
[0032] The two sliding doors 2, 3 are mounted so that they can move by means of a sliding door fitting 10, which has the following components:
[0033] - an upper and a lower guide rail 11, each with a front, narrow guide groove 12 and a rear, wide guide groove 13.
[0034] - two spring elements 14.
[0035] - two first sliding fittings 15 for fastening at the top and bottom of the first sliding door 2, wherein the first sliding fittings 15 are mounted in the wide guide grooves 13 so as to be displaceable both in the longitudinal direction of the groove and in the transverse direction of the groove and are displaceable on a partial section of the first guide rails 11 from a front sliding position resting against a front groove flank 13a, against the restoring force of the spring elements 14, in the transverse direction of the groove, i.e., in the direction of the other, rear groove flank 13b of the wide guide groove 13. The sliding fittings 15 are also movable relative to the spring elements in the longitudinal direction of the groove.
[0036] - optionally two second sliding fittings 16 for fastening at the top and bottom of the second sliding door 3, wherein the second sliding fittings 16 are guided in the narrow guide grooves 12 so as to be linearly displaceable exclusively in the longitudinal direction of the groove.
[0037] The spring elements 14 can optionally be designed as leaf springs, as shown in Fig. 1a. Alternatively, the spring elements 14 can also be coil springs, compression springs, or tension springs. Furthermore, a force transmission element (not shown) can be arranged between the spring element 14 and the first sliding door 2, which can in particular include a roller.
[0038] It can be provided that the spring elements 14 are arranged in a different plane than the first guide rails 11. Furthermore, it can alternatively be provided that the spring elements 14 are arranged on a side of the first guide rails 11 facing away from the first sliding door 2. In this case, it can be provided that the first guide rails 11 each have a through opening through which the spring element 14 or the force transmission element is guided. The spring elements 14 can in particular be fastened or mounted on a furniture body. Alternatively, the spring elements 14 can be fastened or mounted on the first guide rails 11.
[0039] A U-shaped or wave-shaped leaf spring, attached to one or both ends of the guide rail 11, can serve as a spring element 14. It can protrude at least a portion of the guide rail 11 toward the front groove flank 13a of the wide guide groove 13 and be deflectable in the transverse direction of the groove. Preferably, such a spring element 14 is arranged entirely within the wide guide groove 13, as also shown in Fig. 1a.
[0040] It can be provided that a fixed carcass element of a piece of furniture is arranged instead of the second sliding door 3. The first sliding fittings 15 are preferably designed in several parts and each comprise two preferably identical, first fitting parts 15a for longitudinally spaced attachment to the first sliding door 2, a middle piece 15b connected between the two first fitting parts 15a, for example by plugging, and two end pieces 15c, each arranged on the side of the fitting parts 15a facing away from the middle piece 15a and fastened to the first sliding door 2. The first fitting parts 15a, the middle piece 15b and the two end pieces 15c together form both a rear longitudinal section 17 extending along the longitudinal direction of the groove, with which the leaf spring 14 cooperates on the partial section, and an undercut 18 extending along the longitudinal direction of the groove (Fig. 1b). As shown in Fig. 1b, the system shown in Fig.1a, the right, inside end piece 15c also has a roller 19 which is freely rotatable about a vertical axis and which projects beyond the right end piece 15c in the longitudinal direction of the groove and preferably ends flush with the undercut 18 in the transverse direction of the groove.
[0041] It can further be provided that the first sliding fittings 15 are formed in multiple parts and that the first fitting parts 15a are arranged in recesses of the first sliding door 2. It can be provided that the first fitting parts 15a are at least partially flush with the first sliding door 2 and that the spring elements 14 act against a material of the first sliding door 2. The first sliding door 2 and sections of the first fitting parts 15a that are flush with the first sliding door 2 can also form a rear longitudinal section 17 extending along the longitudinal direction of the groove.
[0042] The second sliding fittings 16 are preferably designed in several parts and each comprise two preferably identical, second fitting parts 16a for longitudinally spaced attachment to the second sliding door 3, a middle piece 16b connected between the two second fitting parts 16a, for example by plugging, and an inside end piece 16c which is arranged on the side of the left second fitting part 16a in Fig. 1a facing away from the middle piece 16b and is attached to the second sliding door 3. The second fitting parts 16a, the middle piece 16b and the end piece 16c together form a rear projection section 20 extending along the longitudinal direction of the groove, which projects rearward within the wide guide groove 13 with its rear side 20a at most so far that the first sliding fitting 15 is linearly displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the groove in the groove gap which remains between the projection section 20 and the rear groove flank 13b of the wide guide groove 13.The end piece 16c has a projection slope 21 in the form of a vertical surface that runs obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the groove and merges rearward into the rear side 20a of the projection section 20. Instead of being arranged within the wide guide groove 13 as shown, the projection section 20 can alternatively also be arranged above the wide guide groove 13.
[0043] Figs. 2a-2d show the two sliding doors 2, 3 in their closed positions, with the two sliding doors 2, 3 located in the front vertical plane and thus flush with each other. The first sliding fitting
[0044] 15 rests - under the force of the leaf spring 14 - against the front groove flank 13a, whereby the leaf spring 14 interacts with the longitudinal section 17 of the first sliding fitting 15. As shown in Fig. 1 b, the roller 19 of the first sliding fitting 15 rests against the projection slope 21 of the second sliding fitting
[0045] 16 on.
[0046] Figs. 3a-3d show the opening of the first sliding door 2, i.e., when in Fig. 3a the first sliding door 2 is manually moved to the right. The opening movement of the first sliding door 2 causes the roller 19 of the first sliding fitting 15 to roll along the projection bevel 21 of the first sliding fitting 15, thereby displacing the first sliding fitting 15, and thus also the first sliding door 2, backwards against the restoring force of the leaf spring 14, until the undercut 18 engages behind the rear side 20a of the projection section 20. More precisely, initially only the right side of the first sliding fitting 15, and thus the right side of the first sliding door 2, is moved backwards.
[0047] When the first sliding door 2 is opened further, i.e. when the first sliding door 2 is manually moved further to the right, the first sliding fitting 15 engages behind the projection section 20 of the second sliding fittings 16 with its undercut 18, whereby the first sliding fittings 15 of the first sliding door 2 abut against the second sliding fittings 16 of the second sliding door 3 and the first sliding door 2 is held in the rear vertical plane. Furthermore, a small distance of less than 1 millimeter, in particular less than 0.5 millimeters and preferably less than 0.2 millimeters, relative to the transverse direction of the groove can be provided between the first sliding fittings 15 and the second sliding fittings 16 so that the sliding fittings 15, 16 remain displaceable relative to one another. In this embodiment, too, the first sliding fittings 15 and the second sliding fittings 16 can be described as abutting one another.Due to the sliding fittings 15, 16 being adjacent to one another, the sliding doors 2, 3 can also be described as being adjacent to one another.
[0048] A movement sequence that is identical to one another in the movement of the two sliding doors 2, 3 results if the second sliding door 3 is opened instead of the first sliding door 2. In this case, the second sliding door 3 can be moved manually to the left. Even then, the opening movement of the second sliding door 3 causes the roller 19 of the first sliding fitting 15 to roll along the projection bevel 21 of the first sliding fitting 15, thereby moving the first sliding fitting 15, and thus also the first sliding door 2, backwards against the restoring force of the leaf spring 14, until the undercut 18 engages behind the rear side 20a of the projection section 20. More precisely, initially only the right side of the first sliding fitting 15, and thus the right side of the first sliding door 2, is moved backwards. When the second sliding door 3 is opened further, i.e. when the second sliding door 3 is manually moved further to the left, the first sliding fitting 15 engages with its undercut 18 behind the opening section 20 of the second sliding fittings 16, whereby the first sliding fittings 15 of the first sliding door 2 rest against the second sliding fittings 16 of the second sliding door 3 and the first sliding door 2 is held in the rear vertical plane.
[0049] Figs. 4a-4d show the closed first sliding door 2 and the open second sliding door 3. By opening the second sliding door 3, the first sliding door 2 is displaced by means of the opening section 20 against the return action of the leaf spring 14 backwards into the rear vertical plane and behind the second sliding door 3. When the second sliding door 3 is pushed back into its closed position, the first sliding door 2 is pressed back into the front vertical plane by the leaf spring 14.
[0050] Figs. 5a-5d show the opened first sliding door 2 and the closed second sliding door 3. By opening the first sliding door 2, the first sliding door 2 is displaced rearward into the rear vertical plane and behind the second sliding door 3 by means of the projection section 20. The groove gap remaining between the projection section 20 and the rear groove flank 13b of the wide guide groove 13 is selected to be large enough for the first sliding fitting 15 to be linearly displaceable therein in the longitudinal direction of the groove. When the first sliding door 2 is pushed back into its closed position, the first sliding door 2 is pressed back into the front vertical plane by the leaf spring 14.
[0051] Particularly if the second sliding fitting 16 does not have a projection slope 21, the first sliding door 2 can alternatively be manually moved backward into the rear vertical plane, counter to the return action of the leaf spring 14, before one of the two sliding doors 2, 3 is then manually opened. An oblique pressure on one side of the first sliding door 2 is also possible to effect a combined transverse and longitudinal movement.
[0052] Instead of being formed in a single guide rail 11 as shown, the two guide grooves 12, 13 can alternatively be formed in separate guide rails.
[0053] As shown in Figs. 6a, 6b using the example of the first sliding fitting 15, the first sliding fittings 15, here the first fitting parts 15a, can have sliders 22 for sliding in the wide guide groove 13 or rollers 23 for rolling in the wide guide groove 13.
