Description

[0001]Guide device, guide carriage, and functional unit. The invention relates to a guide device comprising a guide carriage having a coupling device and connectable to a separating element of a functional unit by a connecting device. Furthermore, the invention relates to such a guide carriage and to a functional unit, for example, a piece of furniture, provided with such a guide device. To close off functional units, such as openings in rooms or pieces of furniture, separating elements, optionally foldable separating elements, such as folding doors or folding-sliding doors, are used. Preferably, separating elements are provided which, after the opening has been cleared, are pushed into a door compartment so as not to be obtrusive. US9284761B2 discloses a piece of furniture with a sliding device by means of which a mounting profile connected to a folding-sliding door can be moved within a door compartment. The folding-sliding doorcomprises two door elements, of which the first door element is connected at the rear by stop hinges to the mounting profile and at the front to the rear of a second door element. The second door element is connected at the front by a connecting device to a guide carriage of a guide device, which is slidably mounted in a guide rail. The connecting device comprises a hinge with a hinge lever, which is rotatably connected to a hinge cup by a first lever end piece and connectable to the carriage body of the guide carriage by a second lever end piece. The first end piece comprises a receiving sleeve into which a hinge shaft is inserted. The second lever end piece comprises a lever block with a threaded hole into which a mounting bolt is screwed, which can be hooked into the carriage body of the guide carriage. The connection of the folding sliding door to the guide carriage by hooking theMounting the connecting device's mounting bolt into the guide carriage body is not easy and requires skill. US2020018106A1, US2021262266A1, and US2022307305A1 disclose further guide devices with a guide carriage having a coupling device to which a connecting device can be coupled, which can be connected to a separating element by a rotatably mounted hinge part. HAWA 23-04 PCT / 26.04.24 The coupling device of the guide carriage of US2020018106A1 comprises a support having an upper and a lower bearing element. The connecting device, which is connected to a door, has hooks on the top and bottom sides that can be hooked into the bearing elements. The coupling device of the guide carriage of US2021262266A1 also comprises a carrier having an upper and a lower bearing element. The connecting device connected to a door hasthe top side has hooks that can be hooked into the upper bearing element. On the underside, the connecting device has a locking device that can be connected to the lower bearing element. Hanging the door with these connecting devices on the guide carriage is also not easy to carry out, since the connecting device must first be hooked onto the upper bearing element and then, if necessary by rotating the door element, also connected to the lower bearing element. The guide carriage with the coupling device and the connecting device are also relatively complex and take up a relatively large amount of space. The coupling device of the guide carriage of US2022307305A1 comprises a carrier, which has an upper and a lower bearing element, into which in turn a connecting device can be hooked. The bearing elements are held by a locking element, which has a locking part with aLocking contour and which is rotatably and slidably mounted. The locking element can be rotated outwards with the upper bearing element, which allows the connecting device, which includes a locking bolt, to be more conveniently hooked in. After hooking the connecting device connected to the door, the locking element is rotated back. During this process, the locking bolt is engaged in the locking contour. The rotatable and slidable mounting of the locking element and the additional arrangement of a locking bolt and a locking contour, in turn, leads to a relatively complex design of this device, which in turn takes up a relatively large amount of space. The coupling devices of the guide carriages of US2020018106A1, US2021262266A1, and US2022307305A1 each comprise a carrier which is connected to the part of the carriage body of the guide carriages by a horizontally aligned connecting web.which holds the support rollers and HAWA 23-04 PCT / 26.04.24 guide rollers. The coupling device with the support is therefore spaced from the guide carriage by the connecting web, which is why the guide carriage with the coupling device takes up a particularly large amount of space. Furthermore, it should be noted that the coupling devices and connecting devices of US2020018106A1, US2021262266A1, and US2022307305A1 include numerous manufacturer-specific device components that must be robustly designed with regard to the load to be carried by the partition element. The manufacture and assembly of this device is therefore correspondingly complex. The use of conventional hinges, which have a simple hinge lever, is also impossible or almost impossible with these connecting devices. Furthermore, these devices lack a means of easily adjusting the height of the door element connected to the guide carriage. The present invention is therefore based on the object of creating an improved guide device with an improved guide carriage, which has a coupling device and can be connected to a connecting device that is mounted on a separating element. Furthermore, a functional unit with such a guide device and such a guide carriage is to be created. The guide device according to the invention should allow a separating element, in particular a sliding door, to be detachably connected by means of a connecting device in a simple manner to a guide carriage, which has a coupling device and is displaceably mounted in a guide rail. During this process, the separating element should be able to be connected to the guide carriage without it having to be rotated or tilted. The process of connecting and detaching the separating element should be easy to carry out. The guide carriage, which has at least one support roller andpreferably has at least one guide roller and / or at least one stabilizing roller, should be of simple and robust construction and have a coupling device that takes up little space and hardly protrudes from the carriage body. A support that is connected to the carriage body by a connecting web should be avoided if possible. The carriage body and the coupling device should practically form a HAWA 23-04 PCT / 26.04.24 unit, at least after the coupling of the connecting device, so that the coupling device results in only a minimal enlargement of the guide carriage. The connecting device, which can be connected to the separating element by a hinge, should also be of simple and compact robust construction so that it takes up little space. The connecting device and the coupling device should also allow conventional hinges to be easily connected to theGuide carriage. Device components that perform complex movements, such as rotation combined with displacement, and which are correspondingly complex to implement and store, should be avoided. In addition, the connecting device and the coupling device should be able to be constructed with as few device components as possible, so that manufacturing costs and space requirements can be reduced. Despite the small space requirement, the device components should also be able to be designed to be stable, so that deformations are avoided, especially when mounting heavier separating elements. The guide device should require hardly any maintenance, even after extended operation. The guide device should ideally allow the held separating element to be easily adjusted, and in particular its height to be set. Furthermore, the guide carriage should be easy to adapt to any type of running rail or guide rail. This object is achieved with a guide device according to claim 1, a guide carriage according to claim 14, and a functional unit, optionally a piece of furniture, according to claim 15. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in further claims. The guide device comprises a guide carriage having a carriage body and a coupling device connected to the carriage body, a guide rail in which the guide carriage is displaceably mounted, and a connecting device having a rotatably mounted hinge element that can be connected to a partition element, for example an element of a folding door or folding sliding door, and that can be coupled to the guide carriage by the coupling device. According to the invention, it is provided that the connecting device comprises a hinge lever having a hinge lever end piece that is connected or connectable to the hinge element.and a hinge lever front piece that holds a coupling rod; - that the drive body has a carriage bearing and holds a lever shaft, - that the coupling device comprises a coupling lever having a coupling lever end piece that is rotatably held by the lever shaft, and at least one coupling lever front piece that has a locking part and a receiving part, which receiving part serves to receive and hold the coupling rod, - that the coupling device comprises a holding carriage that is displaceably held by the carriage bearing, which is connected to the drive body by at least one reset spring and which has at least one carriage front piece with a holding hook, - that the locking part has a locking contour and the holding hook has a holding contour, and - that the coupling lever is dimensioned such that upon rotation of the coupling lever into a locking position, the holding carriagethrough the interaction of the locking contour and the holding contour, and the coupling lever can be locked by the holding hook. The coupling lever can therefore be rotated between a receiving position, in which it preferably rests against a stop element, preferably on a part of the drive body, into a locking position and locked there by the holding carriage. The locking contour and the holding contour are designed such that the coupling lever end piece can displace the associated holding hook and, upon further rotation, can engage behind the holding hook, which is then pushed back by the at least one reset spring. By moving the holding carriage, the at least one coupling lever end piece can be released from the associated holding hook, and the coupling lever can be rotated back into the receiving position. By appropriately designing the locking contour and the holding contourIt can be provided that the coupling lever end piece can displace the locking hook upwards when the coupling lever is rotated HAWA 23-04 PCT / 26.04.24 under the application of force, in order to lock and release the coupling lever. For this purpose, the locking contour and the holding contour are preferably rounded or provided with corresponding flanks so that they allow the coupling lever to be rotated in both directions under the application of force. By applying pressure or tension to the coupling lever, the coupling lever end piece can be brought into a force-locking connection with the holding hook and released again from the force-locking connection with the holding hook. Direct access to the holding carriage is not necessary. However, if the locking contour and the holding contour can be interlocked in such a way that a blockage is created after the coupling lever end piece has engagedresults, the coupling lever is released by, for example, manually moving the holding carriage and releasing the holding hook from the coupling lever end piece. To connect a separating element, for example a door element, to the guide carriage, first the hinge part of the connecting device is connected to the separating element. Then, by lifting the separating element, the coupling rod of the connecting device is hooked into the receiving part of the coupling lever. After this process, the separating element is already held by the guide carriage, which is why a simple force applied to the separating element moves it against the guide carriage and the coupling lever is rotated into the locking position, in which the coupling rod is grasped and held by the holding hooks. The guide carriage can be designed to be slim by providing that the holding carriage rests directly against the carriage body and only the holding hooksexposed and accessible for the coupling lever. The retaining carriage therefore preferably protrudes only a few millimeters from the trolley body. The thickness of the coupling lever preferably corresponds to the dimensions of the retaining hook, so that the retaining carriage and the coupling lever rest directly against the trolley body in the closed position and take up hardly any space. In the locked position, the trolley body, the coupling lever and the retaining carriage practically form a unit, which differs only slightly from the dimensions of the trolley body. HAWA 23-04 PCT / 26.04.24 In a preferred embodiment, it is provided that the coupling lever comprises two spaced-apart lever arms, each with a coupling lever front piece, which has a locking part and a receiving part, and that the distance between the lever arms is greater than the width of the trolley body. The coupling lever therefore preferably has a U-profile, theSide arms are formed by the lever arms, which engage laterally around the carriage body preferably without play and can preferably each cooperate with a retaining hook of the holding carriage. The coupling lever and the holding carriage therefore preferably rest against the carriage body, at least in the locking position, without play, but can be rotated or displaced relative to it. A device part which executes complex movements and is held, for example, rotatably and displaceably, as well as corresponding expenditures for the complex mounting of this device part, are avoided. The holding carriage preferably has two spaced-apart carriage arms, each with a retaining hook, and thus preferably also a U-profile, which surrounds the carriage body on both sides, preferably tightly. In this preferred embodiment, the coupling lever and the holding carriage thus surround the carriage body on both sides fromdifferent directions but on the same sides of the carriage body, where they, or rather the locking contours and the holding contours, can interact. In the locking position, the coupling lever and the holding carriage form a unit by means of a force-locking connection, which partially encloses the carriage body and is held stably by it. The one-piece or two-piece coupling rod of the connecting device is held by the coupling lever in the locking position and is preferably aligned perpendicular to the hinge axis. To relieve the coupling lever in the locking position, the carriage body is preferably provided with at least one locking recess, into which the coupling rod can preferably be inserted in such a way that the load acting via the coupling rod does not act on the coupling lever, but on the carriage body. The locking recess is preferably provided with an input contour, via which the coupling rod enters theThe load acting via the coupling rod is therefore transferred from the coupling lever to the bogie body upon rotation of the coupling lever, so that the coupling lever is not loaded in the locked position and merely ensures that the coupling rod remains held in the locking recess. For this purpose, the coupling lever front piece is preferably fork-shaped, with the receiving part being limited on the one hand by the locking part and on the other hand by a holding part. When the coupling lever is rotated into the locked position, the held coupling rod can therefore be inserted into the locking recess and the holding carriage can be moved by a combination of the locking contour and the holding contour, and the coupling lever can be locked by the retaining hook. To ensure that the load of the coupling rod is actually taken over by the bogie body, the locking recess is preferably located somewhat higher than the receiving part of theCoupling lever. The coupling lever therefore transfers the coupling rod into the locking recess and is subsequently relieved of pressure. In a preferred embodiment, the carriage end piece is provided with at least one retaining element, which, after the retaining carriage has been inserted into the carriage bearing and after the lever shaft has been inserted, rests against the lever shaft and prevents the retaining carriage from becoming detached from the carriage bearing. The lever shaft therefore has a dual function, serving, on the one hand, to rotatably hold the coupling lever and, on the other hand, as a stop for the retaining carriage. In this way, the guide carriage can be manufactured particularly compactly and cost-effectively. In a further preferred embodiment, it is provided that the carriage body has a receiving chamber, into which the hinge lever front piece is preferably received in a form-fitting manner when the connecting device is coupled. In this embodiment, the hinge leverafter coupling to the guide carriage, it is held rigidly by the guide carriage. Alternatively or additionally, it is possible to fix the hinge lever front piece using screws and, if necessary, to adjust it and rotate it laterally as desired. In preferred embodiments, the carriage body comprises two locking recesses that serve to receive the coupling rod. For this purpose, the preferably provided receiving chamber has, for example, two side walls adjoining the carriage body, which are spaced from one another and in each of which one of the locking recesses is provided. HAWA 23-04 PCT / 26.04.24 The coupling rod, which is designed as a single or multi-part unit, protrudes from the hinge lever front piece with both end pieces and can be hooked into the coupling lever front piece of the coupling lever with both end pieces and each transferred into a locking recess in the carriage body. The carriage arms of the holding carriage are preferably provided with opposingSlide runners. The slide bearing is preferably designed as a guide profile, which has parallel guide grooves on both sides, into which the slide runners engage. The holding slide connected to the guide rail can therefore only be moved axially upwards or downwards, for example, against the lever shaft. The upward displacement occurs under the influence of the coupling lever. The downward displacement occurs under the influence of at least one reset spring, which can be designed as desired and is, for example, a return spring or a recoil spring. Preferably, two reset springs are provided, which are arranged on the front of the slide arms and are preferably each inserted into a receiving seat. The reset springs are preferably designed as helical springs. However, other springs, such as leaf springs or any tension springs, can also be used. In a further preferred embodimentIt is provided that the hinge lever front piece has a lever chamber in which the coupling rod is held by an adjusting device, preferably displaceable or adjustable parallel to the hinge shaft, so that the held separating element can be raised or lowered relative to the guide carriage. The adjusting device preferably comprises a threaded rod which is arranged in the lever chamber and rotatably mounted. The threaded rod is guided through a threaded bore in a bearing block which holds the coupling rod. By rotating the threaded rod, the bearing block with the coupling rod can be moved up and down. The threaded rod, which preferably has a bearing shoulder, preferably comprises on one end or at both ends a tool connection for a tool, by means of which the threaded rod can be rotated. The lever chamber preferably has a lower access opening and an upper access opening through whichthrough which a tool can be inserted and into the HAWA 23-04 PCT / 26.04.24 tool connection. If necessary, one of the access openings also serves to support the threaded rod. The coupling rod is designed in one or two parts and preferably protrudes on one side from a first chamber opening and on the other side from a second chamber opening of the lever chamber. The lever chamber has, for example, a larger chamber opening through which the adjusting device with the threaded rod, the bearing block and the coupling rod can be inserted into the lever chamber. For mounting in the guide rail, the guide carriage can be designed as desired and can be provided with any running elements and / or guide elements, in particular support rollers and / or guide rollers and / or stabilizing rollers or with corresponding sliding elements. The guide carriage preferably has at least one support roller and at least one guide roller.and / or at least one stabilizing roller. The guide device and the guide carriage can be connected to any single-part or multi-part partition elements, such as folding sliding doors. The guide device can also be installed in any functional units, such as pieces of furniture, cupboards and the like, which have a rotatable or displaceable or rotatable and displaceable single-part or multi-part partition element. HAWA 23-04 PCT / 04 / 26 / 24 In the embodiment of Fig. 1, the mounting profile 12 is held by a sliding device 19, which is shown schematically, and is displaceable within the associated door compartment 10. The doors 11 are aligned parallel to the side wall 100A in front of the corresponding door compartment 10 and can subsequentlyinto the door compartment 10. For movement within the door compartment 10, each mounting profile 12 can also be provided with drive devices. The coupling lever end piece 5111 is rotatably connected to the carriage body 50 by a lever shaft 5119 and can be rotated between a receiving position and a locking position. In Fig. 3, the coupling lever 511 is rotated forward into the receiving position, in which a coupling rod 33 of the connecting device 3 has been hooked into the coupling lever front piece 5112, which is fork-shaped for this purpose and has a receiving part 51120. TheCoupling device 51 further comprises a displaceably mounted retaining carriage 512 with a carriage end piece 5121 and a carriage front piece 5122. The retaining carriage 512 is held by a carriage bearing 502 formed on the running gear body 50. The connecting device 3 comprises a hinge lever 32 with a hinge lever end piece 321 and a hinge lever front piece 322. The hinge lever end piece 321 is rotatably connected to a hinge part or mounting part 35 by a hinge shaft 31. In this embodiment, the hinge part 35 has a lever opening 350 into which the hinge lever end piece 321 can be rotated. The hinge part 35 has connecting flanges with openings through which mounting screws (not shown) can be passed to connect the hinge part to the separating element 112. The hinge part 35 is shown as a hinge cup, but can be designed as desired and can be, for example, a plate. The hinge part 35 is selected according to the type of separating element 112. For separating elements 112 made of wood, a hinge part 35 is preferably selected which is designed as a hinge cup or as a mounting plate. If the separating element 112a glass plate, the hinge part 35 is preferably designed as a mounting plate. The hinge lever front piece 322 holds the coupling rod 33, which has been hooked into the coupling lever front piece 5112. Fig. 4 shows the guide device 1 of Fig. 3 with the connecting device 3 detached from the guide carriage 5, without the separating element 112. The guide rail 2 is shown in a sectional view from the front side. The support roller 591 sits on the support body 21, the guide rollers 592 are guided in the guide channel 22, and the stabilizing rollers 593 are guided in the stabilizing channel 23. Below the guide rail 2, the guide carriage 5 is provided with the coupling device 51, which has already been partially described with reference to Fig. 3. In Fig. 4 it is now shown that the fork-shaped coupling lever front piece 5112 has a locking part 51121 and a holding part 51122, which delimit a receiving part 51120 with a receiving opening.Locking part 51121 has an outward locking contour k1 that corresponds to a holding contour k2 provided on the outside of the associated holding hook 51221. HAWA 23-04 PCT / 04 / 26 / 24 Furthermore, it is shown that the running gear body 50 is provided with a locking recess 5010 that is arranged at least approximately at the same or at a slightly greater radial distance from the lever shaft 5119 as the receiving part or the receiving opening 51120. The locking recess 5010 has an entry contour k3 on its underside, via which the coupling rod 33 can be inserted into the locking recess 5010 and is held there by the running gear body 50. The locking recess 5010 is arranged on a side wall 501 of the drive body 50, which preferably has two such side walls 501 with a locking recess 5010, which delimit a receiving chamber 500 (see Fig. 5). The connecting device 3 already described with reference to Fig. 3 is shown in a position in which theThe coupling rod 33 is shown at the front and is aligned horizontally. The hinge shaft 31 is aligned vertically and thus perpendicular to the coupling rod 33. The hinge lever front piece 322 comprises a lever chamber 3220 in which an adjusting device 34 is provided, by means of which the coupling rod 33 protrudes outwards on both sides from chamber openings 3223, 3224 (see Fig. 8c). At least one of the chamber openings 3223, 3224 is preferably designed such that the coupling rod 33 is axially displaceable but not rotatable. The lever chamber 3220 is preferably closed by a closure part 3229, which is removed to insert the adjusting device 34 and then reassembled using connecting elements 32291. The hinge lever end piece 321, which is held by the hinge shaft 31, is covered by the hinge part or hinge cup 35. The hinge shaft 31 is held in bearing openings 351 provided in the hinge cup 35. Fig. 5 shows theGuide carriage 5 with the coupling device 51 of Fig. 4 and the connecting device 3 detached therefrom, which has the hinge lever 32 and the hinge part 35 that has been detached from the hinge lever 32. The guide carriage 5, which has already been described with reference to Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, is shown from the front. In this illustration, the receiving chamber 500 is clearly visible, which is delimited on both sides by the side walls 501. The receiving chamber 500 has a polygonal shape that corresponds to the shape of the hinge lever front piece 322 and has practically the same dimensions. The receiving chamber 500 can thus positively accommodate and hold the hinge lever front piece 322, HAWA 23-04 PCT / 26.04.24 so that the hinge lever front piece 322 can only perform an axial movement into or out of the receiving chamber 500 but cannot be rotated. This illustration also shows the retaining elements 51211, which are attached to theSlide end piece 5121 is provided and rests against the lever shaft 5119. A lever sleeve 3210 is provided on the hinge lever end piece 321, by which the hinge shaft 31 is held. A threaded rod 341 of the adjusting device 34 is inserted into the lever chamber 3220 of the hinge lever front piece 322, by means of which the coupling rod 33 can be moved downwards or upwards. The adjusting device 34 is described below with reference to Fig. 8b. Fig. 6a shows the guide carriage 5 with the coupling device 51 of Fig. 5 with the connecting device 3 detached therefrom without the hinge part 35. The locking contour k1 on the coupling lever front piece 5112 of the coupling lever 511, the holding contour k2 on one of the holding hooks 51221 of the holding carriage 512 and the input contour k3, via which the coupling rod 33 is inserted into the associated locking recess 5010, are designated. In this embodiment, the guide carriage 5 with the coupling lever 511 and theThe holding carriage 512 is designed symmetrically so that the coupling and locking processes are carried out on both sides with corresponding elements. Fig. 6b shows the guide carriage 5 with the coupling device 51 of Fig. 6a during the coupling of the connecting device 3. The coupling rod 33 was hooked into the coupling lever 511, and the coupling lever 511 was rotated against the carriage body, so that the locking contour k1 (see Fig. 6a) of the coupling lever front piece 5112 or the locking part 51121 provided there now rests against the holding contour k2 (see Fig. 6a) of the associated holding hook 51221. In this position, the coupling rod 33 already rests against the entry contour k3 (see Fig. 6a) of the locking recess 5010 and can be inserted into the locking recess 5010 in a controlled manner. Fig. 6c shows the guide carriage 5 with the coupling device 51 of Fig. 6b after completion of the coupling of the connecting device 3. The locking contour k1(see Fig. 6a) was guided past the holding contour k2 (see Fig. 6a) so that the holding carriage 512 was pushed back and the holding hook 51221 could engage with the locking part 51121. HAWA 23-04 PCT / 04 / 26 / 24 The coupling lever 511 is now blocked by the holding carriage 512 and can no longer rotate back. The hinge lever front piece 322 was inserted into the receiving chamber 500 and is held there in a form-fitting manner between the side walls 501. The coupling rod 33 now rests preferably in the locking recesses 5010 adjacent to the carriage body 50. The hinge lever 32 can only be released from the guide carriage 5 if the holding carriage 512 is guided upwards and the holding hooks 51221 are released from the locking parts 51121. This requires a force to be applied to the holding carriage 512, which can be done, for example, directly manually or with a corresponding design of the locking contour k1 and the holding contour k2, which is force-locking and not form-locking.can be exerted indirectly by applying force to the coupling lever 511. Fig. 7a shows the guide carriage 5 with the coupling device 51 from Fig. 4, which has a carriage body 50 which holds the support roller 591, two guide rollers 592 and two stabilizing rollers 593 as well as the coupling lever 511 rotatably mounted by means of a lever shaft 5119 and the displaceably mounted holding carriage 512. By releasing the lever shaft 5119 from the carriage body 50, the coupling lever 511 and the holding carriage 12 can also be released from the carriage body 50. Fig. 7b shows the carriage body 50 of Fig. 7a released from the guide carriage 5 from the rear, looking at the carriage bearing 502, which forms a guide rail, connected to the guide grooves 5020. In the facing guide groove 5020, a return spring 519 is shown, which rests on the top of a stop part 509 of the drive body 50. Fig. 7c shows the coupling lever released from the guide drive 5511, which has a U-profile with two identically designed lever arms 511A, 511B, each having a coupling lever front piece 5112 with a locking part 51121, a holding part 51122, and an intermediate receiving part 51120. The two parallel lever arms 511A, 511B are connected to each other by a lever bridge 5113. Fig. 7d shows the holding carriage 512 detached from the guide carriage 5, which has two parallel carriage arms 512A, 512B, each provided with a holding hook 51221 and defining a carriage opening 5120. The slide arms 512A, 512B have opposing slide runners 5123, which engage in the guide grooves 5020 when the slide bearing 502, designed as a guide rail, is inserted into the slide opening 5120. HAWA 23-04 PCT / 26.04.24 The front of the slide arms 512A, 512B are provided with receiving seats 51220, into which the return springs 519 are inserted.can. On the carriage end piece 5121, however, the holding elements 51211 are provided. Fig. 8a shows the connecting device 3 of Fig. 4 with the hinge lever 32, which has a hinge lever front piece 322 in the design of a lever chamber 3220, which preferably has a polygonal cross-section, and in which an adjusting device 34 is arranged. The adjusting device 34 comprises a threaded rod 341, which is rotatably mounted in the lever chamber 3220 by means of bearing elements. By rotating the threaded rod 341, for example by means of the screwdriver shown, which can be inserted into a tool connection 3413 at one end of the threaded rod 341, the coupling rod 33 can be moved up or down in order to adjust the height of the separating element 112. To feed the screwdriver into the tool connection 3413, the lever chamber 3220 has a lower access opening 3221 and / or an upper access opening 3222. Fig. 8b shows the hinge lever 32of Fig. 8a with the adjusting device 34 removed from the lever chamber 3220. The threaded rod 341 has a lower bearing shoulder 3411 and an upper bearing shoulder 3412, which is rotatably and axially immovably mounted at both ends at the edge of the access openings 3221, 3222 in bearing collars 3225 (see Fig. 8c). The threaded rod 341 is also rotatably held in a threaded bore of a bearing block 342. Upon rotation of the threaded rod 341, the bearing block 341, which holds the coupling rod 33 or at least end pieces of the coupling rod 33, is moved up or down, while the threaded rod 341 is held axially immovably by the lower bearing shoulder 3411 and / or the upper bearing shoulder 3412. Fig. 8c shows the hinge lever 32 of Fig. 8b from the rear. It is shown that the facing second chamber opening 3224 of the lever chamber 3220 extends in height from the lower access opening 3221 to the upper access opening 3222, which is why theAdjustment device 34 of Fig. 8b can be inserted through the second chamber opening 3224 into the lever chamber 3220. As described with reference to Fig. 4, a closure part can preferably be inserted into the second chamber opening 3224, which, for example, has a chamber opening with the dimensions of the first chamber opening 3223.
