[0018] The embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. It should be understood that the embodiments described herein are only to explain the present application, and are not intended to limit the present application.

[0019] A tower crane step-changing device according to the present application is described below with reference to the drawings.

[0020] As shown in FIG. 1, the present application provides a tower crane step-changing device, which includes: a step-changing frame 1, including two supporting arms 11 and a connecting crossbeam 12 connecting the two supporting arms 11; the upper ends of the two supporting arms 11 are both hinged to an upper vertical web member 61 of a climbing frame 6, and the lower ends of the two supporting arms 11 are each provided with clamping openings 111 corresponding to a step 7 on the tower section; and a step-changing swing rod 2, the upper end of which is hinged to the upper vertical web member 61 and is configured to push or pull the connecting crossbeam 12 when a force is applied to the lower end, to make the two supporting arms 11 of the step-changing frame 1 catch or detach from the step 7.

[0021] The tower crane step-changing device includes a step-changing frame 1 and a step-changing swing rod 2. The step-changing swing rod 2 and the two supporting arms 11 of the step-changing frame 1 are both hinged to an upper vertical web member 61, and the lower ends of the supporting arms 11 are each provided with clamping openings 111 corresponding to a step 7 on the tower section. When a tower crane step-changing device described above is used, operators can use the step-changing swing rod 2 to drive the step-changing frame 1 to swing, to make the step-changing frame 1 catch or detach from the step 7, resulting in less effort than directly controlling the step-changing frame. In this way, even one operator can operate a heavy step-changing frame 1 to catch or detach from the step 7, effectively improving the step-changing efficiency. Moreover, with a longer step-changing swing rod 2, operators can operate from a farther distance, so that there is no need to directly set up a platform for operators to work at the step-changing frame 1, thereby reducing costs.

[0022] Specifically, the connecting crossbeam 12 is made of an I-beam to ensure its structural strength. The connecting crossbeam 12 is not limited to the structural form of an I-beam. Under the premise of ensuring the structural strength, the connecting crossbeam 12 can also be made of a square tube, a rectangular tube, a box beam spliced with plates, or any other structural form.

[0023] It should be specially noted that in the description of the present application, "inner side" and "outer side" are defined with respect to the tower section, which means that the inner side is the side facing the tower section and the outer side is the side away from the tower section.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 2, in the embodiments of the present application, the step-changing swing rod 2 is provided with swingable sliding column 21, mounting plate 13 extend from the inner side of the connecting crossbeam 12, and each of the mounting plate 13 is provided with a sliding slot 131 for the corresponding swingable sliding column 21 to swing and slide. When operators control the step-changing swing rod 2 to swing, the swingable sliding column 21 on the step-changing swing rod 2 slide along the corresponding sliding slot 131 and drive the step-changing frame 1 to swing accordingly. The mounting plate 13 are arranged on the inner side of the connecting crossbeam 12, making it easier for the operators to apply a force to control the step-changing swing rod 2. In addition, since the swingable sliding column 21 and the mounting plate 13 can relatively move by means of the sliding slots 131, the swing process of the tower crane step-changing device is smoother, thereby avoiding jamming.

[0025] It should be noted that the mounting plate 13 are not limited to being arranged on the inner side of the connecting crossbeam 12, but can also be arranged on its outer side. In addition, the connection between the step-changing swing rod 2 and the connecting crossbeam 12 is not limited to form of swingable sliding column 21 and sliding slots 131 as mentioned above, but can also be abutment or fixed connection. When the step-changing swing rod 2 abuts against the connecting crossbeam 12, the step-changing swing rod 2 is only configured to remove the step-changing frame 1 from the step 7, and the process in which the supporting arm 11 catches the step 7 is realized by the weights of the supporting arm 11 and the connecting crossbeam 12 themselves and the operators directly controlling the connecting crossbeam 12. When the step-changing swing rod 2 and the connecting crossbeam 12 are fixedly connected (in a form such as threaded connection or welding), the upper end of the step-changing swing rod 2 is directly fixed to the connecting crossbeam 12, and does not need to be hinged to the upper vertical web member 61.

[0026] In the embodiments of the present application, two mounting plates 13 are arranged on the inner side of the connecting crossbeam 12 at an interval, and the step-changing swing rod 2 is placed between the two mounting plates 13, with one swingable sliding column 21 on each of the two opposite sides and correspondingly gripped by the sliding slot 131 of each of the two mounting plates 13. two mounting plates 13 are arranged, which can reduce the force applied on each of the mounting plate 13, for longer service lives of the mounting plate 13 and a better structural stability than the configuration of a single clamping plate 13. Specifically, a reinforcing plate is further provided to connect the two mounting plates 13, to improve the overall structural strength of the two mounting plates 13 and avoid deformation.

[0027] In the embodiments of the present application, the sliding slot 131 is in the vertical direction and has an upper opening or a lower opening. When the supporting arms 11 catch the step 7, the operators can control the step-changing swing rod 2 to swing inward, and then the swingable sliding column 21 move upwards along the corresponding sliding slots 131 and drive the step-changing frame 1 to swing inward until the clamping openings 111 of the supporting arms 11 are aligned with the step 7. When the supporting arms 11 detach from the step 7, the operators can control the step-changing swing rod 2 to swing outward, and then the swingable sliding column 21 move downwards along the corresponding sliding slots 131 and drive the step-changing frame 1 to swing outward. The sliding slots 131 extend vertically, and the openings are so designed that the swingable sliding column 21 can be quickly gripped by the sliding slots 131, which is convenient for disassembling and assembling. Specifically, the length of each of the sliding slots 131 needs to be determined according to the maximum deflection angle of the step-changing swing rod 2, to prevent the swingable sliding column 21 from being ungripped from the sliding slots 131.

[0028] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, in the embodiments of the present application, the tower crane step-changing device further includes a connecting seat 3 provided on a lower vertical web member 62 of the climbing frame 6, and the lower end of the step-changing swing rod 2 is detachably connected to the connecting seat 3. The connecting seat 3 is so arranged that the step-changing swing rod 2 and the step-changing frame 1 can be fixed after the step-changing operation of the tower crane is complete, to avoid the step-changing swing rod 2 and the step-changing frame 1 from colliding with the tower section or the climbing frame 6 due to swinging under any external force during the operation of the tower crane. Otherwise, the tower crane will be damaged.

[0029] As shown in FIG. 4, in the embodiments of the present application, the connecting seat 3 includes two connecting ear plates arranged at an interval, and the step-changing swing rod 2 is placed between the two connecting ear plates and detachably connected in series by means of an insert pin 4. The design of connecting the insert pins 4 in series is convenient for operators to disassemble and assemble.

[0030] It should be noted that in the present application, the connection between the step-changing rocker 2 and the connecting seat 3 is not limited to a insert pinned connection and can also be a threaded connection or a snap connection.

[0031] In the embodiments of the present application, the insert pin 4 is configured to connect the lower vertical web member 62 by means of a connecting piece 5. The connecting piece 5 is so arranged that the insert pin 4 can be connected to the lower vertical web member 62 and does not need to be stored separately, which is convenient for taking and placing, and also prevents the pin 4 from being lost. Specifically, considering the actual use environment of the tower crane step-changing device, the connecting piece 5 can be a chain, and the end of the chain not connected to the insert pin 4 is welded to the lower vertical web member 62. Further, an external threaded section can be provided for the insert pin 4 at the end away from the connecting piece 5, and a nut can be connected to prevent the insert pin 4 from disengaging.

[0032] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, in the embodiments of the present application, abutment blocks 121 for abutting against main chords 63 of the climbing frame 6 are further provided and extend from the inner side of the connecting crossbeam 12. After the supporting arms 11 catch the step 7, the abutment blocks 121 abut against the outer side of the main chords 63 to withstand the force of the step-changing frame 1 in the horizontal direction, making the tower crane step-changing device more stable and the entire step-changing process smoother to avoid obvious shaking. Specifically, two abutment blocks 121 are provided, and the two abutment blocks 121 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the connecting crossbeam 12 and abut against the corresponding main chords 63 on the two sides of the climbing frame 6.

[0033] In the embodiments of the present application, each of the supporting arms 11 includes an arm body and a connecting rod 112. The connecting rod 112 extends from the inner side of the connecting crossbeam 12, and the arm body includes a hinged section 113 inclining inward from the upper end to the lower end and a clamping section 114 extending vertically from the lower end of the hinged section 113. The joint between the hinged section 113 and the clamping section 114 is connected to the connecting rod 112 at the end away from the connecting crossbeam 12, the hinged section 113 is configured to be hinged to the upper vertical web member 61 of the climbing frame 6, and the lower end of the clamping section 114 is provided with the clamping opening 111. With the arrangement mentioned above, each of the supporting arms 11 is of an L-shaped structure, making the supporting arms 11 longer in the horizontal direction, so that the connecting crossbeam 12 can be located outside the climbing frame 6. As the hinged section 113 inclines inward from the upper end to the lower end, when the supporting arm 11 swings inward as a whole, the clamping section 114 can face the step 7, thereby improving the supporting stability.

[0034] In addition, the present application further provides a tower crane, which includes the tower crane step-changing device according to the above description. Since the tower crane adopts all the technical solutions of the above-mentioned embodiments, it at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above-mentioned embodiments, which will not be repeated here.

[0035] Specifically, referring to FIG. 5, when the step-changing device detaches from the step 7, the step-changing swing rod 2 moves in a direction away from the tower section, and drives the step-changing frame 1 to swing outward by means of the swingable sliding column 21 sliding in the sliding slot 131. Referring to FIG. 6, when the step-changing device catches the step 7, the step-changing swing rod 2 moves in a direction close to the tower section, and drives the step-changing frame 1 to move inward by means of the swingable sliding column 21 sliding in the sliding slot 131, so that the clamping section 114 of the step-changing frame 1 catches the step 7 on the tower section.
