Abstract

The present invention relates to a wind power main-shaft sliding bearing with bidirectional stresses and a wind power generation system. The wind power main-shaft sliding bearing with the bidirectional stresses includes an outer ring, an inner ring and a tile block. The outer ring has an isosceles trapezoidal cross-section at the sliding place of an inner circle thereof. A trapezoidal groove matching the shape of the outer ring is formed at the corresponding position of the outer circle face of the inner ring. Chutes are formed at the two inner sloping faces of the trapezoidal groove, respectively. The chutes are disposed symmetrically at two sides. The tile block is disposed in a cavity formed between the chute and the inner circle face of the outer ring. The face of the tile block near the inner ring is a spherical face. The tile block divides an oil cavity into a first oil cavity and a second oil cavity. The first oil cavity is near the outer ring. The second oil cavity is near the inner ring. The first oil cavity is injected with a lubricant. The second oil cavity is injected with a high-pressure oil. Even when the sliding bearing is stressed with a large load so that the inner ring of the bearing is deformed, the tile block is capable of automatically adjusting a tilting angle, thereby avoiding the tilting of the outer ring of the bearing due to the loss of an operating pressure, allowing rotation to keep stable and being capable of allowing air gaps between a wind driven generator stator and a wind driven generator rotor to always maintain uniformity.

Description

WIND POWER MAIN-SHAFT SLIDING BEARING WITH BIDIRECTIONAL STRESSES AND WIND POWER GENERATION SYSTEMTECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of a wind power sliding bearing, and specifically to a wind power main-shaft sliding bearing with bidirectional stresses and a wind power generation system.BACKGROUND

[0002] A bearing is a core part of a wind power apparatus. Because a wind driven generator set is located in wilderness outside and the sea for a long time, an operation environment is harsh. Bearing performance requirements are very high. At the same time, because a bearing is required to be free of maintenance for 20 years, design is difficult, and localization is difficult. Therefore, the bearing mainly relies on import.

[0003] Due to high rotary accuracy, high rigidity, smooth rotation and no vibration and other characteristics, a hydrostatic sliding bearing is currently applied to a wind power main-shaft bearing. However, because a load on the wind power main-shaft bearing is large, in an operation, the sliding face of the hydrostatic sliding bearing, especially an inner ring of the bearing, is deformed, which reduces a contact accuracy between a bearing bush (or known as a tile block) and an outer circle of the bearing, so that a hydrostatic pressure is difficult to form. In a serious case, the loss of an operating pressure is produced so that the outer ring of the bearing is tilted, causing problems such as uneven air gaps between a wind driven generator stator and a wind driven generator rotor. Therefore, there is an urgent need for another structural form of the hydrostatic sliding bearing to solve the problem.SUMMARY

[0004] A first aspect of the present invention is to solve the above technical problem. The present invention provides a sliding bearing, which is conducive to the uniform distribution of a hydrostatic load. Further, a tilted angle of a tile block is capable of being adjusted in real time when an inner ring and an outer ring move relative to each other, thereby avoiding the tilting of the outer ring of the bearing due to the loss of an operating pressure. The sliding bearing is particularly suitable for a wind driven generator. Main concepts are as follows:

[0005] A wind power main-shaft sliding bearing with bidirectional stresses includes an outer ring, an inner ring and a tile block. A tile block is disposed in a cavity formed between the chute and an inner circle face of the outer ring. The face of the tile block near the inner ring is a spherical face. A side facing the outer ring is a working face. The tile block divides an oil cavity into a first oil cavity and a second oil cavity. The first oil cavity is near the outer ring. The second oil cavity is near the inner ring. The first oil cavity is injected with a lubricant. The second oil cavity is injected with a high-pressure oil. A first oil supply passage and a second oil supply passage are formed in the inner ring. The first oil supply passage is in communication with the first oil cavity. The second oil supply passage is in communication with the second oil cavity. Therefore, the lubricant and the high-pressure oil are supplied to the first oil cavity and the second oil cavity, respectively. In this solution, under the squeezing effect of the high-pressure oil on the spherical face of the tile block, the corresponding surface of the tile block automatically fits with the sliding face of the outer ring of the bearing, so that a hydrostatic pressure is formed. Further, good oblique support can be provided to the outer ring of the bearing, so that the bearing can be subjected to radial and axial forces at the same time and rotated smoothly, which is suitable for the wind power main-shaft bearing. In this solution, the tile block, the chute, and the high-pressure oil within the chute can form a tiltable tile adjustment mechanism. Even when subjected to a large load and the deformation of the inner ring of the bearing, because the spherical face of the tile block is under the extrusion effect of the high-pressure oil, the tilt angle of the tile block can automatically adjust, so that the corresponding surface thereof always fits with the sliding face of the outer ring. Therefore, a good fitting precision between the tile block and the sliding face is maintained. Therefore, a hydrostatic load is distributed uniformly. When the inner ring and the outer ring move relative to each other, the tilted angle of the tile block can be adjusted, avoiding the tilting of the outer ring of the bearing due to the loss of an operating pressure. When used as a bearing on a main shaft of a wind driven generator, the sliding bearing can allow air gaps between a wind driven generator stator and a wind driven generator rotor to always maintain uniformity. In addition, when the tile block is worn out, causing a gap between the sliding face and the tile block to increase,  the position of the tile block can also be adjusted by the high-pressure oil in the second oil cavity to compensate for the gap between the sliding face and the tile block. It is ensured that the sliding face and the tile block can maintain a designed gap size for a long period of time, so as to achieve the function of automatic compensation for wear. There is no need to replace the tile block in the middle of a process, so as to ensure that the sliding bearing can be operated steadily for a longer period of time.

[0006] A second aspect of the present invention is to solve the following problems: A sealing member between the inner ring and the outer ring is wear out and produces a gap after a long period of time of use, which reduces a sealing effect and makes it difficult to replace the sealing member. Further, an annular shell plate is fixedly connected to the end face of the outer ring. An annular groove is formed at the edge of the end face of the inner ring. An elastic circle body is disposed in the annular groove. The elastic circle body is a hollow structure. An oil inlet is formed in the side of the elastic circle body. An oil-replenishing pipe is fixedly connected to the oil inlet of the elastic circle body. The oil-replenishing pipe is in communication with a hollow cavity of the elastic circle body. The hollow cavity of the elastic circle body is injected with a pressurized oil through the oil-replenishing pipe. The elastic circle body is expanded under the action of a pressure of the pressurized oil and tightly fits with the annular shell plate to realize sealing between the inner ring and the annular shell plate. When the elastic circle body is worn out during normal use, the pressurized oil can be replenished to the elastic circle body through the oil-replenishing pipe to increase an oil pressure so that the elastic circle body is expanded again and tightly fits with the annular shell plate to realize efficient sealing again without disassembly and replacement.

[0007] To realize the better sealing effect, further, the end face of the inner ring is also fixedly connected to a retaining circle. A through hole is formed in the corresponding position of the retaining circle at the oil-replenishing pipe. The end of the oil-replenishing pipe on the elastic circle body passes through the through hole. An external thread is formed on an external surface of the end of the oil-replenishing pipe. A nut of the external thread is adapted so that the oil-replenishing pipe is tightly locked and fixed to the retaining ring. The retaining ring is used to restrict and restrain the elastic circle body, so that the elastic circle body is expanded toward the annular shell plate, thereby realizing the better sealing effect.

[0008] Further, the other end of the oil-replenishing pipe is connected to a sealing circle body. The sealing circle body is located in the hollow cavity of the elastic circle body and fits with the inner wall of the elastic circle body. The sealing circle body is disposed in such a way that the sealing circle body can tightly fit the inner wall at the oil inlet of the elastic circle body even under the pressure of the pressurized oil, so as to avoid the leakage of the pressurized oil here.

[0009] A third aspect of the present invention is to solve the problem of delivering a lubricating oil to the first oil cavity with low energy consumption. Further, each of the tile blocks is separately configured with a set of the first oil supply passage. The first oil supply passage includes a first flow channel constructed in the inner ring, a second flow channel constructed in the tile block, and a communicating component. The second flow channel is arranged in a radial direction of the spherical face of the tile block. One end of the second flow channel is in communication with the communicating component on the spherical face of the tile block, and the other end of the second flow channel passes through the working face of the tile block and is in communication with the first oil cavity. The communicating component is disposed in the second oil cavity and is in communication with the first flow channel. The communicating component is flexible. The sliding bearing not only can meet the requirement that the tile block can move relative to the inner ring, but also can directly deliver the lubricating oil to each of the first oil cavities, which is more convenient and has lower energy consumption.

[0010] A fourth aspect of the present invention is to solve the problem on how to further improve the stability and durability of a hydrostatic oil film in the first oil cavity. Further, the tile block is also constructed with a unidirectional structure. The unidirectional structure includes a sliding channel, a slider, a spring, and a joint adapted to the sliding channel. The sliding channel and the second flow channel are disposed at the tile block, respectively. One end of the sliding channel passes through the spherical face of the tile block, and the other end of the sliding channel does not pass through the tile block. One end of the second flow channel passes through the working face of the tile block and is in communication with the first oil cavity, and the other end of the second flow channel is in communication with the middle of the sliding channel. One end of the joint is connected to the sliding channel, and the other end of the joint is connected to the communicating component. The spring and the slider are both disposed in the sliding channel. The spring is disposed between the bottom of the sliding channel and the slider. The slider is disposed between the spring and the joint. The slider is constructed to be adapted to the sliding channel. The slider is movable along the sliding channel. Initially, the slider is pressed against the joint under the action of an elastic force of the spring, and blocks the second flow channel. Therefore, the lubricating oil can be only unidirectionally conveyed to the first oil cavity. Further, in a bearing process, the slider can close the second flow channel, which not only prevents the lubricating oil in the  first oil cavity from flowing back out under the action of an internal pressure via the first oil supply passage, but also provides a more stable and reliable support and counterforce for the lubricating oil in the first oil cavity, and ensures that the hydrostatic oil film in the first oil cavity is more durable and more stable.

[0011] A fifth aspect of the present invention is to solve the following problem: The lubricating oil in the first oil cavity is easily contaminated by the high-pressure oil, which leads to the deterioration of the lubricating effect and an increase in wear. Further, the wind power main-shaft sliding bearing further includes a follower member and an elastic member. The follower member includes a first circle body adapted to the chute, a second circle body adapted to the spherical face of the tile block, and a support circle. The first circle body and the second circle body are connected to the two sides of the support circle, respectively. The first circle body, the second circle body, and the support circle jointly enclose an annular receiving cavity. The first circle body includes a first sealing face for fitting with the inner surface of the chute. The inner side of the first circle body away from the first sealing face is constructed as a beveled face or an arc face. The second circle body includes a second sealing face for fitting with the spherical face of the tile block. The follower member is disposed inside the chute. The first sealing face fits with the inner surface of the chute. The second sealing face fits with the spherical face of the tile block. The elastic member is disposed inside the chute. The upper end of the elastic member is inserted into the receiving cavity of the follower member, rests against the support circle or rests against the first circle body and the second circle body. The lower end of the elastic member rests against the bottom of the chute. The follower member is disposed in the second oil cavity and can always fit with the tile block under the actions of a pressure of the high-pressure oil and a preloading force of the elastic member, which significantly improves the sealing between the tile block and the chute, and effectively prevents the high-pressure oil from mixing into the first oil cavity, thereby causing the contamination of the lubricating oil.

[0012] A sixth aspect of the present invention is to eliminate the risk of unreliability or instability that may be brought about by the communicating component. Further, the sliding bearing includes a guide seat. The guide seat is constructed to be adapted to the chute. The guide seat and the chute form a moving pair in a depth direction of the chute. The second oil cavity is formed between the lower end of the guide seat and the chute. An inner concave face adapted to the spherical face of the tile block is constructed at the top of the guide seat. The inner concave face is also constructed as the spherical face. The tile block is mounted on the inner concave face of the guide seat. The spherical face of the tile block and the inner concave face of the guide seat form a spherical face pair. The first oil supply passage includes the first flow channel constructed in the inner ring, a vertical flow channel constructed in an inner side wall of the chute, a transverse flow channel constructed in the guide seat, a circular groove constructed in the inner concave face, and the second flow channel constructed in the tile block. The vertical flow channel is arranged in the depth direction of the chute. The first flow channel is in communication with the vertical flow channel. One end of the transverse flow channel passes through the side wall of the guide seat and forms an inlet in the side wall of the guide seat. The inlet corresponds to the vertical flow channel, and is in communication with the vertical flow channel. The circular groove is constructed at the center position of the inner concave face. The other end of the transverse flow channel is in communication with the circular groove. The two ends of the second flow channel pass through the working face and the spherical face of the tile block, respectively. The second flow channel is in communication with the circular groove. In this solution, the guide seat adapted to the tile block and the chute is added so that the tile block can move along the chute in a straight line in a more stable and high-precision manner to compensate for the amount of wear of the tile block. The relevant flow channel of the first oil supply passage can be directly processed on the guide seat, avoiding configuring the communicating component within the second oil cavity, effectively eliminating the risk of unreliability or instability that may be brought about by the communicating component, and allowing the entire sliding bearing to have a lower failure rate and be more reliable and stable. There is no need to replace parts in the middle of a process.

[0013] To solve the problem that the first oil cavity can always be in communication with the circular groove, further, the tile block is constructed with at least four second flow channels. One of the second flow channels is located at the central position of the tile block. The remaining second flow channels are uniformly distributed in a circumferential direction of the second flow channel, respectively. Spacings between the second flow channels are gradually increased at an end close to the first oil cavity. The sliding bearing not only ensures that the second flow channel is always in communication with the circular groove, reduces the requirement for a larger area of the circular groove, and allows the lubricating oil to be more evenly dispersed into and enter the first oil cavity, which is conducive to realizing a more uniform hydrostatic oil film.

[0014] Further, the upper end of the vertical flow channel passes through the outer annular face of the inner ring. The side of the guide seat is further constructed with a limiting protrusion adapted to the vertical flow channel. The limiting protrusion is movably constrained to the vertical flow channel. The vertical flow channel cooperates with the limiting protrusion, which plays the dual roles of limiting and constraining the guide seat  and blocking the upper end of the vertical flow channel.

[0015] A seventh aspect of the present invention is to solve the following problems: In use, the lubricating oil in the first oil cavity is easily and constantly lost from a gap between the guide seat and the chute and a gap between the vertical flow channel and the limiting protrusion, which greatly reduces the duration and stability of the oil film in the first oil cavity. Further, a unidirectional structure is also configured at the transverse flow channel of the guide seat. The transverse flow channel includes the sliding channel and a communicating passage. The unidirectional structure includes the slider, the spring, and a limiting member. The sliding channel is disposed at the guide seat. One end of the sliding channel passes through the side wall of the guide seat to form the inlet, and the other end of the sliding channel does not pass through the guide seat. One end of the communicating passage is in communication with the circular groove, and the other end of the communicating passage is vertically connected to the middle of the sliding channel. The limiting member is constructed as a cylindrical structure. The limiting member is threadedly connected to the inlet of the sliding channel. The spring and the slider are both disposed inside the sliding channel. The spring is disposed between the bottom of the sliding channel and the slider. The slider is disposed between the spring and the limiting member. The slider and the sliding channel are constructed as a moving pair. Initially, the slider is pressed against the limiting member under the action of the elastic force of the spring, and blocks the communicating passage. This structure can prevent the lubricating oil from continuously losing out from the gap between the guide seat and the chute and the gap between the vertical flow channel and the limiting protrusion, and can also provide a more stable and reliable support and counterforce for the lubricating oil in the first oil cavity, ensuring a more durable and stable hydrostatic oil film in the first oil cavity.

[0016] An eight aspect of the present invention is to solve the following problem: The lubricating oil in the first oil cavity is easily contaminated by the high-pressure oil, which leads to the deterioration of the lubricating effect and the increase in the wear. Further, the elastic member is further disposed in the chute. The lower end of the guide seat is constructed as the spherical face. The follower member is disposed at the bottom of the guide seat. The follower member includes the first circle body adapted to the chute, the second circle body adapted to the spherical face of the guide seat, and the support circle. The first circle body and the second circle body are connected to the two sides of the support circle, respectively. The first circle body, the second circle body, and the support circle jointly enclose the annular receiving cavity. The first circle body includes the first sealing face for fitting with the inner surface of the chute. The inner side of the first circle body away from the first sealing face is constructed as the beveled face or the arc face. The second circle body includes the second sealing face for fitting with the spherical face of the guide seat. The first sealing face fits with the inner surface of the chute. The second sealing face fits with the spherical face of the guide seat. The upper end of the elastic member is inserted into the receiving cavity of the follower member, rests against the support circle or rests against the first circle body and the second circle body. The lower end of the elastic member rests against the bottom of the chute. The follower member is disposed in the second oil cavity. The amount of wear of the follower member can be compensated for over a long period of time by means of the pressure of the high-pressure oil and a preloading force of the elastic member, ensures that the follower member always fits with the guide seat and ensures the self-adaptation and auto-correction function of the tile block, which can significantly improves the sealing between the tile block and the chute, effectively prevent the high-pressure oil from mixing into the first oil cavity and causing the contamination of the lubricating oil, improves the service life of the follower member and avoids replacement.

[0017] A ring-shaped protrusion is also constructed on the inner side of the lower end of the second circle body. The ring-shaped protrusion forms an annular slot on the inner side of the second circle body. A spring circle is assembled in the annular slot. Therefore, the spring ring is utilized to further tighten the lower end of the second circle body and increase a fitting pressure between the second circle body and the guide seat, which is conducive to realizing the better sealing effect.

[0018] A wind power generation system includes a power generation module. The power generation module includes a wind driven generator stator, a wind driven generator rotor, and the sliding bearing. The wind driven generator stator and the wind driven generator rotor are connected to the sliding bearing, respectively, and rotated relative to each other via the sliding bearing.

[0019] Compared with the prior art, a wind power main-shaft sliding bearing with bidirectional stresses and a wind power generation system provided by the present invention can form a tiltable tile adjustment mechanism therein. Even when subjected to a large load and the deformation of an inner ring of the bearing, because the spherical face of a tile block is under the extrusion effect of a high-pressure oil, the tilt angle of the tile block can automatically adjust, so that the corresponding surface thereof always fits with the sliding face of an outer ring. Therefore, a good fitting precision between the tile block and the sliding face is maintained. Therefore, a hydrostatic load is distributed uniformly. When the inner ring and the outer ring move relative to each other, the  tilted angle of the tile block can also be adjusted, thereby avoiding the tilting of the outer ring of the bearing due to the loss of an operating pressure, allowing rotation to keep stable and being capable of allowing air gaps between the wind driven generator stator and the wind driven generator rotor to always maintain uniformity.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0041] Example 1

[0042] Referring to FIGS. 1-FIG. 2, this example provides a wind power main-shaft sliding bearing with bidirectional stresses, including an outer ring 11, an inner ring 22, and a tile block 3. The outer ring 11 has an isosceles trapezoidal cross-section at the sliding place of an inner ring thereof. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a  trapezoidal groove matching the shape of the outer ring 11 is formed at the corresponding position of an outer circle face of the inner ring 22. Chutes 21 are formed at the two inner sloping faces 812 of the trapezoidal groove, respectively. The chutes 21 are disposed symmetrically. A tile block 3 is disposed in a cavity formed between the chute 21 and the inner circle face of the outer ring 11. The face of the tile block 3 near the inner ring is a spherical face. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, for ease of description, the face of the outer ring 11 facing the tile block 3 is called as the sliding face 12. As can be seen in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, the sliding face 12 is a portion of the inner circle face of the outer ring 11. The tile block 3 divides an oil cavity into a first oil cavity 41 and a second oil cavity 42. The first oil cavity 41 is near the outer ring 11. The second oil cavity 42 is near the inner ring 22. As shown in FIG. 1, the first oil cavity 41 is injected with a lubricant so as to form an oil film between the sliding face 12 of the outer ring 11 and the tile block 3. In addition, the second oil cavity 42 is injected with a high-pressure oil. A pressure of the high-pressure oil is utilized to support the tile block 3. For ease of description, a face on the tile block 3 corresponding to the first oil cavity 41 is a working face 31 of the tile block 3, which is not be described repeatedly later.

[0043] Referring to FIG. 2, a first oil supply passage 5 and a second oil supply passage 6 are formed in the inner ring 22. The first oil supply passage 5 is in communication with the first oil cavity 41. The second oil supply passage 6 is in communication with the second oil cavity 42. In implementation, the first oil supply passage 5 is connected to an external lubricating oil pump system to provide a lubricating oil for the first oil cavity 41. The second oil supply passage 6 is connected to the external high-pressure oil pump system to provide the desired pressure of the high-pressure oil for the second oil cavity 42.

[0044] In the implementation, the first oil supply passage 5 may be a flow channel constructed at the middle position of the inner ring 22. The flow channel is in communication with a gap between the inner ring 21 and the outer ring 12. The gap is in communication with the first oil cavity 41. However, with this design, the lubricating oil is difficult to enter the first oil cavity 41 under high-load conditions, resulting in a higher required delivery pressure, higher energy consumption, and uneven distribution of the lubricating oil. To overcome this drawback, in another solution, each of the first oil supply passages 5 includes a first flow channel 51 constructed in the inner ring 22, a second flow channel 52 constructed in the tile block 3 and a communicating component 53 communicating the first flow channel 51 with the second flow channel 52. As shown in FIG. 4, the communicating component 53 is flexible. When in use, there may be a large pressure difference between the inside and outside of the communicating component 53. Therefore, the communicating component 53 can preferentially adopt a bellows with a higher yield strength, which can meet the needs of bending and communication, can also prevent the communicating component from being deformed or even crushed by the pressure of the high-pressure oil inside the second oil cavity 42, and can improve the stability and reliability of the communicating component 53. In the implementation, the second flow channel 52 is arranged in a radial direction of the spherical face 32 in the tile block 3. One end of the second flow channel 52 is in communication with the communicating component 53 on the spherical face 32 of the tile block 3, and the other end of the second flow channel passes through the working face 31 of the tile block 3 and is in communication with the first oil cavity 41 so as to directly input the lubricating oil into the first oil cavity 41, which is more conducive to the formation of a more even oil film inside the first oil cavity 41, resulting in more uniform distribution of a hydrostatic pressure. The second flow channel 52 can be preferentially constructed at the center position of the tile block 3. As shown in FIG. 4, the lubricating oil can be uniformly dispersed along the center of the tile block 3 in all directions, which is conducive to realizing a more uniform and dispersed oil film, and can effectively prevent dry friction and stress concentration caused by a local oil film that is too thin.

[0045] In the implementation, the tile block 3 is also constructed with a unidirectional structure to prevent the backflow of the lubricating oil and ensure that there is the sufficient lubricating oil in the first oil cavity 41 to form the hydrostatic oil film. To improve the reliability and service life of the unidirectional structure, the unidirectional structure includes a sliding channel 71, a slider 72, a spring 73 and a joint 74. The sliding channel 71 is machined at the tile block 3. One end of the sliding channel 71 passes through the spherical face 32 of the tile block 3, and the other end of the sliding channel does not pass through the tile block 3 to form the bottom of the sliding channel 71. Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, one end of the second flow channel 52 passes through the working face 31 of the tile block 3, and the other end of the second flow channel is connected to the middle of the sliding channel 71. The slider 72 is slidable within the sliding channel 71. One end of the joint 74 is connected to the chute 71, and the other end of the joint is connected to the communicating component 53. The spring 73 and the slider 72 are both disposed within the sliding channel 71. The spring 73 is disposed between the bottom of the sliding channel 71 and the slider 72. The slider 72 is disposed between the spring 73 and the joint 74. Initially, the slider 72 is pressed against the joint 74 under the action of an elastic force of the spring 73. As shown in FIG. 5, the slider 72 just covers the second flow channel 52. As shown in FIG. 6, during infusion of the lubricating oil, the slider 72 moves along the sliding channel 71 under the pressure and further presses the  spring 73, causing the second flow channel 52 to be exposed. After the infusion is completed, a pressure within the communicating component 53 is reduced. The spring 73 drives the slider 72 to automatically return to an initial position and automatically cover and disconnect the second flow channel 52, which not only can prevent the lubricating oil within the first oil cavity 41 from back-flowing, but also can provide a more stable and reliable support and counterforce for the lubricating oil within the first oil cavity 41, and ensure that the hydrostatic oil film within the first oil cavity 41 is more stable.

[0046] The joint 74 can be threadedly connected to the tile block 3. The tile block 3 can adopt a one-piece molding member or a combination member, and preferably adopts a ball-deficient structure, as shown in FIG. 2. To avoid the problem of air closure, in one solution, the tile block 3 is further constructed with a balancing passage 79 in communication with the bottom of the sliding channel 71. The balancing passage 79 is in communication with the second flow channel 52, referring to FIG. 6. In another solution, the balancing passage 79 is constructed in the slider 72. One end of the balancing passage passes through the side wall of the slider 72, and the other end of the balancing passage passes through the end of the slider 72 toward the spring 73. Referring to FIGS. 18 and 19, when the slider 72 rests against the joint under the action of the spring 73, the balancing passage is kept in a state of being in communication with the second flow channel 52. When the slider 72 moves toward the bottom of the sliding channel 71 under the action of a pressure of the external lubricating oil so that the second flow channel 52 is in communication with the communicating component 53, the balancing passage is kept in the state of being in communication with the second flow channel 52. The end of the slider 72 toward the bottom of the sliding channel 71 has a pressure-bearing area smaller than that of the other end of the slider 72. This design not only solves the problem of the air closure, but also realizes the function of self-locking, which is more stable and reliable.

[0047] In the implementation, an elastic member 22 is also disposed in the chute 21. One end of the elastic member 22 rests against the bottom of the chute 21, and the other end of the elastic member rests against the spherical face 32 of the tile block 3. The elastic member 22 adopts a compression spring as shown in FIG. 7. The elastic member 22 is configured to support the tile block 3, which not only can provide a support force for the tile block 3 during assembly so that the tile block 3 can automatically fit with the corresponding sliding face 12, but also does not affect the action of the tile block 3 to follow the sliding face 12, thereby realizing the self-adaptive and automatic correction functions of the tile block 3. In implementation, the elastic member 22 can also adopt a spring shock absorber to reduce the vibration of the tile block 3, thereby allowing the sliding bearing to be more stable.

[0048] In the implementation, the inner ring 2 is constructed with a backflow passage in communication with the second oil cavity 42. In one scenario, the backflow passage is only configured to discharge air or a high-pressure oil in the second oil cavity 42. After discharging the air or the high-pressure oil, the backflow passage can be blocked with a blocking head. In another scenario, the backflow passage can be in communication with the external high-pressure oil pump system to form a circulating high-pressure oil circuit.

[0049] Example 2

[0050] According to a sliding bearing in Example 1, a first oil cavity 41 is infused with a lubricating oil for forming an oil film between an outer ring 11 of the bearing and a tile block 3. There are strict requirements on the parameters and the quality of the lubricating oil. A second oil cavity 42 is infused with a high-pressure oil, which is mainly configured to support and adjust the tile block 3. The lubricating oil and a high-pressure oil adopt two oils with different parameters and quality. However, according to the above structural design of the sliding bearing, because the tile block 3 can rotate relative to the chute 21, and there may be a pressure difference between the first oil cavity 41 and the second oil cavity 42, the high-pressure oil in the second oil cavity 42 easily mixes into the first oil cavity 41, resulting in the contamination of the lubricating oil in the first oil cavity 41, greatly reducing the lubricating effect of the lubricating oil in the first oil cavity 41, being very unfavorable to the formation of a hydrostatic pressure, leading to increased wear and affecting the service life of the sliding bearing. To this end, the sliding bearing further includes a follower member 8. The follower member 8 includes a first circle body 81 adapted to the chute 21, a second circle body 82 adapted to the spherical face 32 of the tile block 3, and a support circle 83. The first circle body 81 and the second circle body 82 are connected to the two sides of the support circle 83, respectively. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the first circle body 81, the second circle body 82, and the support circle 83 jointly enclose an annular receiving cavity 84. The receiving cavity 84 can at least receive the upper end of an elastic member 22. Therefore, the elastic member 22 can be utilized to provide at least a part of a following support force for the follower member 8, so that the follower member 8 can always fit with the spherical face 32 of the tile block 3. As shown in FIG. 9, the first circle body 81 includes a first sealing face 811 for fitting with the inner surface of the chute 21. The inner side of the first circle body 81 away from the first sealing face 811 is constructed as a beveled face or a curved face, which is conducive to better fitting with the inner surface of the chute 21 by the first circle body 81 under a pressure of  the high-pressure oil. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the second circle body 82 includes a second sealing face 821. The second sealing face 821 is also a spherical face 32 for fitting with the spherical face 32 of the tile block 3, which can better fit with the tile block 3. Further, the tile block 3 can be rotated relative to the second sealing face 821.

[0051] As shown in FIG. 9, the lower end of the elastic member 22 rests against the bottom of the chute 21. The follower member 8 is disposed in the chute 21. The upper end of the elastic member 22 is inserted into the receiving cavity 84 of the follower member 8 and rests against the support circle 83, or rests against the first circle body 81 and the second circle body 82 at the same time, which not only can effectively support the follower member 8, but also can squeeze the first circle body 81 and the second circle body 82 to achieve a better sealing effect. As shown in FIG. 9, the first circle body 81 fits with the inner surface of the chute 21. The second circle body 82 fits with the spherical face 32 of the tile block 3. The elastic member 22 has a sufficient elastic force, so that initially, the elastic member 22 can support the tile block 3 through the follower member 8 and provide a preloading force for the follower member 8 to press against the tile block 3. When in use, the support spring 22 and a high pressure inside the second oil cavity 42 jointly support the follower member 8. Even if the follower member 8 wears out, automatic compensation can also be made for the wear, so that the follower member always fits with the tile block 3 and the chute 21. Therefore, the high-pressure oil in the second oil cavity 42 is effectively prevented from mixing into the first oil cavity 41, so as to ensure the quality of the lubricating oil in the first oil cavity 41.

[0052] In implementation, the follower member 8 may be made integrally of a non-metallic material such as rubber, polyurethane, PTFE, or may be made integrally of a metallic material, or may be made of a combination of the metallic material and the non-metallic material, e.g., the first circle body 81, the second circle body 82, and the support circle 83 may all comprise a base body 85 made of the metallic material and an elastic layer 86 disposed on the outer side of the base body 85. The base body 85 encloses an receiving cavity 84, as shown in FIG. 11. The elastic layer 86 is made of rubber, polyurethane, PTFE, or the like, which can not only improve the reliability and service life of the follower member 8, but also utilize the elastic layer 86 to achieve the better sealing effect. The elastic layer can be replaced and maintained halfway in use, significantly improving the reliability of the follower member 8.

[0053] As shown in FIG. 10, in a further solution, the inner side of the lower end of the second circle body 82 is also constructed with a ring-shaped protrusion 822, so that an annular slot can be formed on the inner side of the second circle body 82. A spring ring 87 can be assembled in the annular slot. Therefore, the spring ring 87 can be utilized to further tighten the lower end of the second circle body 82, thereby increasing a fitting pressure between the second circle body 82 and the tile block 3, and favorably achieving the better sealing effect.

[0054] Example 3

[0055] In an embodiment provided in Example 1, a communicating component 53 needs to be configured within a second oil cavity 42 to provide a lubricating oil for a first oil cavity 41. The communicating component 53 is flexible. Because the communicating component 53 is always in a high-pressure environment, the reliability and stability of the communicating component 53 is posed with a great challenge. Therefore, a sliding bearing provided in this example further includes a guide seat 9. As shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. 14, the guide seat 9 is constructed to be adapted to a chute 21. At least the lower end of the guide seat 9 can be inserted into the chute 21. The second oil cavity 42 is formed between the guide seat 9 and the chute 21. As shown in FIG. 12, the guide seat 9 and the chute 21 form a moving pair in a depth direction of the chute 21. The guide seat 9 can be moved in a straight line relative to the chute 21 under the action of a high-pressure oil in the second oil cavity 42, to regulate or amend a spacing between the guide seat 9 and an outer ring 11.

[0056] As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the top of the guide seat 9 is constructed with an inner concave face 91 adapted to a spherical face 32 of a tile block 3. The inner concave face 91 is constructed as a spherical face 32. The tile block 3 is mounted on the inner concave face 91 of the guide seat 9. The spherical face 32 of the tile block 3 and the inner concave face 91 of the guide seat 9 form a spherical face pair so that the tile block 3 can be rotated relative to the guide seat 9, thereby automatically fitting with and adapting to a corresponding sliding face 12. In use, a spacing between the tile block 3 and the corresponding sliding face 12 is adjusted by means of the high-pressure oil in the second oil cavity 42, which compensates for the amount of wear of the tile block 3, avoids problems such as increased wear and vibration caused by an increased gap between the tile block 3 and the corresponding sliding face 12, eliminates the need to replace the tile block 3 halfway in the use, and further ensures the precision of the contact between the tile block 3 and the corresponding sliding surface 12 to ensure that a hydrostatic pressure is formed. In addition, the high-pressure oil in the second oil cavity 42 can be utilized to level and correct the tilted outer ring 11, ensuring air gaps between a wind driven generator stator and a wind driven generator rotor to be uniform.

[0057] As shown in FIGS. 12 and 14, a first oil supply passage 5 includes a first flow channel constructed in an  inner ring 22, a vertical flow channel 54 constructed in the inner side wall of a chute 21, a transverse flow channel 55 constructed in the guide seat 9, a circular groove constructed in the inner concave face 91, and the second flow channel 52 constructed in the tile block 3. The vertical flow channel 54 is arranged in a depth direction of the chute 21. The first flow channel 51 is in communication with the vertical flow channel 54. One end of the transverse flow channel 55 passes through the side wall of the guide seat 9 and forms an inlet in the side wall of the guide seat 9. The inlet corresponds to the vertical flow channel 54, and is in communication with the vertical flow channel 54. The circular groove 56 is constructed at the center position of the inner concave face 91. The other end of the transverse flow channel 55 is in communication with the circular groove 56. As shown in FIG. 14, the second flow channel 52 is constructed at the center position of the tile block 3. The two ends of the second flow channel 52 pass through a working face 31 and the spherical face 32 of the tile block, respectively. Initially, as shown in FIG. 12, the second flow channel 52 is in communication with the circular groove 56. The lubricating oil enters the first oil cavity 41 via the first flow channel 51, the vertical flow channel 54, the transverse flow channel 55, the circular groove 56, and the second flow channel 52, thereby avoiding the need to be configured with a communicating component 53 in the second oil cavity 42, and leading to a lower failure rate, and greater reliability and stability.

[0058] The circular groove 56 has a suitably large area so that the second flow channel 52 on the tile block 3 can always remain in communication with the circular groove 56. However, the tile block 3 can be constructed with at least four second flow channels 52. One of the second flow channels 52 is located at the central position of the tile block 3. As shown in FIG. 15, the other three second flow channels 52 are uniformly distributed in a circumferential direction of the above second flow channel, respectively. In the implementation, spacings between the second flow channels 52 are gradually increased at an end close to the first oil cavity 41.

[0059] In this solution, the spherical face 32 of the tile block 3 and the inner concave face 91 of the guide seat 9 can always be kept in a fitting state. An elastic member 22 is also disposed in the chute 21. One end of the elastic member 22 rests against the bottom of the chute 21, and the other end of the elastic member rests against the guide seat 9. As shown in FIG. 15, the elastic member 22 is configured to support the guide seat 9 and the tile block 3.

[0060] In the implementation, the vertical flow channel 54 has a length that at least meets the movement demand of the guide seat 9, so that the transverse flow channel 55 can always be kept in a state of being in communication with the vertical flow channel 54 within a movement range of the guide seat 9. Further, the upper end of the vertical flow channel 54 passes through the outer ring face of the inner ring 22. Referring to FIG. 15 or FIG. 16, the side of the guide seat 9 is also constructed with a limiting protrusion 92 adapted to the vertical flow channel 54. The limiting protrusion 92 is movably constrained to the vertical flow channel 54. The vertical flow channel 54 cooperates with the limiting protrusion 92, so that the guide seat 9 can be limited and constrained. Therefore, the guide seat 9 can be prevented from rotating relative to the chute 21, ensuring that the vertical flow channel 54 is always in communication with the transverse flow channel 55. The limiting protrusion 92 can effectively block the upper end of the vertical flow channel 54, which can prevent the lubricating oil from leaking out through the upper end of the vertical flow channel 54 as much as possible, and ensure that most of the lubricating oil enters the first oil cavity 41.

[0061] In actual operation, a large static pressure is formed in the first oil cavity 41. The lubricating oil in the first oil cavity 41 is likely to flow back under a pressure through the first oil supply passage 5, which is likely to result in the static pressure being difficult to form or even fail. In the implementation, although a check valve can be configured within a lubricating oil pump system in communication with the first oil supply passage 5 to prevent the lubricating oil from flowing back, the check valve can only be configured on a pipeline outside the sliding bearing. Under the action of a huge pressure within the first oil cavity 41, the lubricating oil in the first oil cavity 41 is easy to be lost from a gap between the guide seat 9 and the chute 21 and a gap between the vertical flow channel 54 and the limiting protrusion 92, which greatly reduces the duration and stability of an oil film in the first oil cavity 41. Therefore, a unidirectional structure is also configured at the transverse flow channel 55 of the guide seat 9 so that the unidirectional structure is utilized to prevent the backflow of the lubricating oil, thereby improving the durability and stability of the oil film within the first oil cavity 41. As shown in FIG. 16, the transverse flow passage 55 includes a sliding channel 71 and a communicating passage 75. The unidirectional structure includes a slider 72 and a spring 73. The sliding channel 71 is machined at the guide seat 9. One end of the sliding channel 71 passes through the side wall of the guide seat 9 to form an inlet, and the other end of the sliding channel 71 does not pass through the guide seat 9 to form the bottom of the sliding channel 71, as shown in FIG. 16. One end of the communicating passage 75 is in communication with the circular groove 56, and the other end of the communicating passage is vertically connected to the middle of the sliding channel 71. The slider 72 is constructed to be adapted to the sliding channel 71. The slider 72 is slidable within the sliding channel 71. When assembled, the spring 73 and the slider 72 are both disposed within the  sliding channel 71. The spring 73 is disposed between the bottom of the sliding channel 71 and the slider 72. The slider 72 is disposed between the spring 73 and the inlet, and corresponds to the communicating passage 75, as shown in FIG. 16. Initially, the slider 72 just blocks the communicating passage 75. During the infusion of the lubricating oil, the slider 72 moves along the sliding channel 71 under the action of the pressure of the lubricating oil and presses the spring 73, exposing the communicating passage 75 out, as shown in FIG. 17. Therefore, the lubricating oil enters the first oil cavity 41 smoothly. After the infusion is completed, the slider 72 automatically returns to an initial position under the action of an elastic pressure of the spring 73 and automatically blocks the communicating passage 75. The lubricating oil in the communicating passage 75 cannot drive the slider 72 to move, thereby being able to prevent the lubricating oil from flowing back and leaking via the sliding channel 71. In the implementation, the unidirectional structure further includes a limiting member 76. Referring to FIGS. 16 or 17, the limiting member 76 is constructed as a cartridge-shaped structure through which the lubricating oil flows. The limiting member 76 is threadedly connected into the sliding channel 71. Initially, the slider 72 is pressed against the limiting member 76 under the action of an elastic force of the spring 73. The limiting member 76 limits and constrains the slider 72 so that, initially, the spring 73 has the elastic force required for the design, thereby improving the effectiveness of backflow prevention. In the implementation, the guide seat 9 is also constructed with a balancing passage in communication with the bottom of the sliding channel 71. The balancing passage can be in communication with the transverse flow channel 55, which is conducive to smoother movement of the slider 72.

[0062] To solve the problem of air closure, in one solution, the guide seat 9 is further constructed with the balancing passage 79 in communication with the bottom of the sliding channel 71. The balancing passage 79 is in communication with the transverse flow channel 55, referring to FIG. 17. In another solution, the balancing passage 79 is constructed in the slider 72. One end of the balancing passage passes through the side wall of the slider 72, and the other end of the balancing passage passes through the end of the slider 72 toward the spring 73. Referring to FIG. 18, when the slider 72 rests against the limiting member 76 under the action of the spring 73, the balancing passage 79 is kept in a state of being in communication with the transverse flow channel 55. When the slider 72 moves toward the bottom of the sliding channel 71 under the action of the pressure of the external lubricating oil so that the vertical flow channel 54 is in communication with the transverse flow channel 55, the balancing passage is kept in the state of being in communication with the second flow channel 52. The end of the slider 72 toward the bottom of the sliding channel 71 has a pressure-bearing area smaller than that of the other end of the slider 72. This design not only solves the problem of the air closure, but also realizes the function of self-locking when the balancing passage 79 is not in communication with the transverse flow channel 55, which is more stable and reliable.

[0063] In the implementation, a conical hole 761 is constructed on the end of the limiting member 76 facing the slider. A conical head 721 adapted to the conical hole is constructed on the end of the slider 72 facing the limiting member 76. Initially, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the conical head of the slider is inserted into the limiting member under the action of an elastic force of the spring and tightly pressed against the conical hole, which can realize a better effect of anti-backflow through the cooperation of the conical hole and the conical head. Further, through the cooperation of the conical hole, the conical head, and the spring, automatic compensation can be made after wear occurs, ensuring the reliability of the anti-backflow. In the implementation, the cooperation between the slider and the joint in Example 1 can also adopt such a design, which is not be repeated here.

[0064] Similarly, a follower member 8 in the above Example 2 is also disposed at the bottom of the guide seat 9. The upper end of the elastic member 22 rests against the follower member 8, as shown in FIG. 20. The follower member 8 rests against both the guide seat 9 and the inner side wall of the chute 21, thereby preventing the high-pressure oil from leaking out through a gap between the follower member 8 and the chute 21. In the implementation, the second circle body 82 in the follower member 8 is constructed to be adapted to the guide seat 9. A second sealing face 821 of the second circle body 82 fits with the surface of the guide seat 9. For example, as shown in FIG. 20, the lower end of the guide seat 9 is constructed as the spherical face 32. The second sealing face 821 of the follower member 8 fits with the spherical face 32 at the lower end of the guide seat 9, which not only provides a better sealing effect but also enables a support force of the high-pressure oil within the second oil cavity 42 on the guide seat 9 to be distributed more evenly, achieving a more stable support effect.

[0065] As shown in FIG. 20, a spring ring 87 is also disposed at the lower end of the second circle body 82 so as to further tighten the lower end of the second circle body 82 and increase a fitting pressure between the second circle body 82 and the guide seat 9, which is conducive to realizing the better sealing effect. Further, pre-tightening can be made automatically after the wear occurs to ensure the sealing effect. The shape and dimensions of the guide seat 9 are constructed to be adapted the shape and dimensions of the chute 21, e.g., the  chute 21 is constructed as a cylindrical chute, and at least the lower end of the guide seat 9 is constructed as a cylindrical structure.

[0066] Example 4

[0067] Because a wind driven generator operates in air, a working environment is harsh. Operation and maintenance costs are high. Therefore, the reliability requirements for a bearing are also very high, especially the sealing performance of the bearing. For a wind power main-shaft bearing, due to the prolonged operation of a high load, an ordinary sealing member is worn out and produce a gap after a long period of time of use, which reduces a sealing effect. For the wind power main-shaft bearing, it is difficult to replace the sealing member and hence it is not suitable for frequent replacement. However, if the sealing member is not replaced in a timely manner, a lubricating oil may be leaked, causing a potential safety hazard. To solve the technical problems, a sliding bearing provided in this example also includes an annular shell plate 13, an elastic circle body 10, and an oil-replenishing pipe 102. Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the annular shell plates 13 are fixedly connected to the two end faces of an outer ring 11, respectively. The outer ring 11 and the annular shell plates 13 are an integral structure. An annular groove 23 is formed at the edge of the end face of an inner ring 22. An elastic circle body 10 is disposed in the annular groove 23. The elastic circle body 10 is a hollow structure. An oil inlet is formed in the side of the elastic circle body 10. An oil-replenishing pipe 102 is fixedly connected to the oil inlet of the elastic circle body 10. The oil-replenishing pipe 102 is in communication with a hollow cavity 101 of the elastic circle body 10. The hollow cavity 101 of the elastic circle body 10 can be injected with a pressurized oil through the oil-replenishing pipe 102. In implementation, the elastic circle body 10 is made of rubber. The elastic circle body 10 can be expanded under the action of a pressure of the pressurized oil and tightly fit with the annular shell plate 13 to realize efficient sealing between the inner ring 22 and the annular shell plate 13 of the bearing. When the elastic circle body 10 is worn out during normal use, the pressurized oil can be replenished to the hollow cavity 101 of the elastic circle body 10 through the oil-replenishing pipe 102 to increase an oil pressure so that the elastic circle body 10 is expanded again and tightly fits with the annular shell plate 13 of the bearing to realize the efficient sealing again. In this design, a pressure of the hollow cavity 101 inside the elastic circle body 10 is controlled, which can effectively compensate for the normal wear of the elastic circle body 10, ensure the sealing reliability of the bearing, minimize the number of replacements of the sealing member and effectively save the operation and maintenance costs.

[0068] Referring to FIGS. 1-FIG. 3, in the implementation, the end face of the inner ring 22 is also fixedly connected to a retaining ring 24. The retaining ring 24 can be specifically fixedly connected to the inner ring 22 by a hexagonal socket cylindrical head screw 25. A through hole is formed at the corresponding position of in the retaining ring 24 at the oil-replenishing pipe 102. The end of the oil-replenishing pipe 102 on the elastic circle body 10 passes through the through hole and is disposed. An external thread 104 is formed on the external surface of the end of the oil-replenishing pipe 102. The oil-replenishing pipe 102 is tightly locked and fixed to the retaining ring 24 by means of the external thread 104 with a nut 105. The retaining ring 24 can be able to limit the elastic circle body 10, avoid the elastic circle body from falling off, and better support and fix the oil-replenishing pipe 102. Referring to FIG. 3, the other end of the oil-replenishing pipe 102 is integrally connected to a sealing circle body 103. The sealing circle body 103 of the oil-replenishing pipe 102 is located in the hollow cavity 101 of the elastic circle body 10 and tightly fits with the inner wall of the elastic circle body 10 at the oil inlet. The sealing circle body 103 of the oil-replenishing pipe 102 is disposed so that the sealing circle body can tightly fit with the inner wall of the elastic circle body 10 at the oil inlet under a pressure of the pressurized oil, thereby avoiding the leakage of the pressurized oil here.

[0069] In the implementation, the side on the elastic circle body 10 corresponding to the annular shell plate 13 is constructed as a concave-convex structure, as shown in FIG. 3. The concave-convex structure contacts the annular shell plate 13 so as to cooperate with the annular shell plate 13 and realize the better sealing effect.

[0070] Example 5

[0071] This example provides a wind power generation system, including a power generation module. The power generation module includes a wind driven generator stator, a wind driven generator rotor, and the above sliding bearing. The wind driven generator stator and the wind driven generator rotor are connected to the sliding bearing, respectively, and rotated relative to each other via the sliding bearing.
