Claims

1. Method for packaging articles, preferably containers, wherein the method comprises: strapping several articles to form several strapping bundles (U); and applying a packaging blank (V) to the several strapping bundles (U) to form a total package (G).

2. Method according to claim 1, wherein: the packaging blank (V) has at least one predetermined tear line (S) which is arranged for separating the entire package (G), preferably into the several strapping packages (U) and / or into the several articles.

A method according to any of the preceding claims, further comprising: strapping several strapping packages (U) to form several combined strapping packages (U), wherein preferably the packaging blank (V) is applied to the combined strapping packages (U) to form the overall package (G); or strapping the several strapping packages (U) to form the overall package (G), preferably before or after applying the packaging blank (V).
