[0001] The present invention relates to packaging equipped with a dispensing device. In particular, the present invention relates to flexible packaging equipped with a simple opening / closing system that constitutes a dispensing / dosing device.
[0002] Many packages are equipped with a dispensing mechanism for pouring their contents, such as food packaging. Typical dispensing mechanisms generally consist of swivel spouts or guillotine systems. Claims
1. Packaging (1) equipped with a pouring device and having at least one first wall (2), said pouring device comprising: - a first flap (3) of a material capable of deforming and being arranged to cover at least partially a first opening (4) present in said at least one first wall (2), and - a movable element (5) arranged to be able to move between a first position in which said first opening (4) is closed and a second position in which said first opening (4) is at least partially open, a first edge (6) of said first flap (3) being connected to said at least one first wall (2) of said packaging (1) and a second edge (7) of said first flap (3) being connected to the movable element (5) such that said first flap (3) is carried by a movement of the movable element (5) and forms a first fold (1) when the movable element (5) moves from said first position to said second position.

Packaging (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that , in said first position in which said first opening (4) is closed, said first flap (3) and said movable element (5) are positioned such that they are at least partially superimposed and such that said first flap (3) presents an essentially flat surface.
3. Packaging (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that , in said first position in which said first opening (4) is closed, said first flap (3) and said movable element (5) both at least partially cover / close said first opening (4).

Packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in thatsaid first flap (3) is obtained from said at least one first wall (2), said first edge (6) of said first flap being an integral part of said at least one first wall (2) of said packaging (1) and said second edge (7) of said first flap (3) being connected to the movable element (5).

Packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said first fold (10) exerts on the moving element (5) a force opposing a movement of displacement of the moving element (5) from said first position according to which said first opening (4) is closed to said second position according to which said first opening (4) is at least partially open.
6. Packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that one end of the movable element (5) constitutes a gripping area arranged to allow grasping of the movable element (5).
7. Packaging (1) according to claim 6, characterized in that said gripping area is covered at least partially by a removable cover element arranged to prevent grasping of said movable element (5) when said removable cover element is in place.
8. Packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it has a second wall (8) forming at least a partial lining of said first wall (2) of the packaging (1) and having a second opening (4') opening onto said first opening (4).

Packaging (1) according to claim 8, characterized in thatit includes a second flap (3') of a material capable of deforming and arranged to cover at least partially said second opening (4') present in said second wall (8), a first edge (6') of said second flap (3') being connected to said at least a second wall (8) of said package (1) and a second edge (7') of said second flap (3') being connected to the movable element (5) such that said second flap (3') is driven by a displacement of the movable element (5) and forms a second fold (10') when the movable element (5) moves from said first position to said second position.

Packaging (1) according to claim 9, characterized in that, in said first position in which said first opening (4) and said second opening (4') are closed, said first flap (3), said second flap (3') and said movable element (5) are positioned in such a way that they are at least partially superimposed and in such a way that said first flap (3) and said second flap (3') present an essentially flat surface.

Packaging (1) according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that , in said first position in which said first opening (4) and said second opening (4') are closed, said first flap (3), said second flap (3') and said movable element (5) all three cover / close at least partially said first opening (4) and said second opening (4').

Packaging (1) according to any one of claims 9 to 11, characterized in thatsaid second flap (3') is obtained from said second wall (8), said first edge (6') of said second flap (3') being an integral part of said second wall (8) of said packaging (1) and said second edge (7') of said second flap (3') being connected to the movable element (5).

Packaging (1) according to any one of claims 9 to 12, characterized in that said second fold (10') exerts on the moving element (5) a force opposing a movement of displacement of the moving element (5) from said first position according to which said first opening (4) is closed to said second position according to which said first opening (4) is at least partially open.

Packaging (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in thatit includes a sliding system arranged to guide said movable element (5) during its movement from said first position in which said first opening (4) is closed to said second position in which said first opening (4) is at least partially open, and vice versa.
15. Packaging (1) according to claim 14 when it depends on any one of claims 8 to 14, characterized in that said sliding system is defined between said at least one first wall (2) and said second wall (8), said second wall (8) being connected to said at least one first wall (2) at least around the perimeter of said first opening (4) so as to form a pocket having an opening to allow the movable element (5) to slide.
