Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a container, more specifically to a container that is configured to allow an inner container in which a content is stored to rotate so that the inner container is coupled to or separated from an outer container, thereby being convenient to operate and easy to be replaced with a new inner container. Background Art

[0002] A conventional compact container includes an inner container for storing a content therein and a lower casing provided integrally with the inner container, and if the content is used up, the inner container cannot be replaced with a new one, so that the entire compact container has to be thrown out.

[0003] Accordingly, a replaceable compact container has been developed to allow an inner container to be separated from an outer container and then replaced with a new inner container. The conventional replaceable compact container is configured to allow the inner container to be pushed upward by a user by means of a through hole formed on the underside of the outer container so that the inner container is forcibly separated from the outer container, thereby disadvantageously requiring a lot of force for the separation of the inner container.

[0004] In addition, fastening and fixing structures between the inner container and the outer container are complicated, and further, the fixing structure is exposed to the outside, thereby failing to achieve a good outer appearance of the container.Disclosure Technical Problem

[0005] It is an object of the present invention to provide a container that is configured to allow an inner container in which a content is stored to rotate so that the inner container is coupled to or separated from an outer container, thereby being convenient to operate, easy to be replaced with a new one, and providing a simple outer appearance.

[0006] The technical objects to be achieved through the present invention are not limited as mentioned above, and other technical objects not mentioned herein will be obviously understood by one of ordinary skill in the art through the following description.Technical Solution

[0007] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a container may be provided.

[0008] The container may include: an inner container for storing a content therein; an outer container for receiving the inner container therein; and a cap part coupled to the outer container, wherein the inner container may be rotated with respect to the outer container in such a way as to be separated from or coupled to the outer container.Advantageous Effects of Invention

[0009] According to the present invention, the inner container in which the content is stored is rotated with respect to the outer container in such a way as to be coupled to or separated from the outer container, thereby being convenient to operate and providing a simple outer appearance. Further, the inner container can be replaced with a new one in a very simple method.

[0010] According to the present invention, the outer container has the slope guide portion on a top periphery thereof, and the inner container has the second hinge part protruding from one side of the outer periphery thereof, so that the second hinge part is inserted along the slant surface of the slope guide portion to allow the inner container to be coupled to the outer container or the second hinge part slips along the slant surface of the slope guide portion to allow the coupled state of the inner container to the outer container to be released, thereby minimizing the exposure of the second hinge part during the use of the container to provide a good outer appearance and lowering the protruding height of the second hinge part to design a slim structure. In addition, if it is desired to replace the inner container with a new one, the rotation operation of the inner container is naturally linked to the slipping path along the slant surface, thereby providing conveniences of use and a high-quality appearance.

[0011] According to the present invention, the slope guide portion is formed within the range of 0 to 45 degrees from the second hinge part to prevent interference with the cap part from occurring when the inner cover is opened and closed, thereby providing conveniences of use.

[0012] According to the present invention, the structure of the locking part for maintaining the coupled state between the inner container and the outer container is provided as a structure in which the first wedge protruding from one side of the outer periphery of the inner container and the second wedge protruding from one side of the inner periphery of the outer container engage with each other in a rotation direction of the inner container, thereby simplifying the structure of the locking part, and the locking part can be compact in size in such a way as to be not noticeable in appearance, thereby providing a good outer appearance.

[0013] According to the present invention, the first wedge has the first pressing portion gradually inclined downward in a locking rotation direction to transmit a downward pressure to the inner container, and the second wedge has the second pressing portion engaging with the first pressing portion of the first wedge entering in a transverse direction to provide the downward pressure, so that the locked inner container is firmly fixed to the outer container by means of the downward pressure, without moving in upward and downward directions.

[0014] According to the present invention, the first wedge has the tension portion adapted to allow a front end of the first pressing portion to be open from the outer periphery of the inner container and to thus have elasticity and the locking groove formed on the outer surface of the tension portion to prevent rotation, and the second wedge has the locking protrusion engaging with the locking groove at an entrance of the second pressing portion, so that if it is desired to lock the inner container, the locking groove and the locking protrusion come into close contact with each other by the elasticity of the tension portion, thereby preventing a contacted portion therebetween from loosening due to wear generated by repeated uses, and contrarily, if it is desired to release the locked state of the inner container, the locked state is released even with the user's small force, thereby providing a pleasant feeling of use.

[0015] According to the present invention, the edge of the cosmetic tool seating portion of the inner cover is formed to be relatively low in height on the blocking portion to which the second hinge part is coupled, so that the cosmetic tool slides in a lateral direction, without being lifted from the cosmetic tool seating portion, thereby being conveniently taken out of the cosmetic tool seating portion.Brief Description of Drawings

[0031] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a container according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view illustrating a state in which an inner container is rotated with respect to an outer container in the container according to the embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the container according to the embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a specific structure of a locking part in the container according to the embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a specific structure of a first hinge part in the container according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a sectional view showing a cap part of the container according to the embodiment of the present invention.

[0032] Referring to FIG. 1, a container according to the present invention is referred to as a compact container or cosmetic compact, which will be hereinafter referred to as the compact container. The compact container according to the present invention includes: a container part 100 consisting of an inner container 110 and an outer container 120; and a cap part 200.

[0033] The inner container 110 detachably coupled to the outer container 120 stores a content therein. In this case, the content may be a liquid, gel, or a powder cosmetic. For example, the content may include a lotion, a milk lotion, a moisture lotion, a nutritional lotion, a skin lotion, a skin softener, a skin toner, an astringent, a massage cream, a nutritional cream, a moisture cream, a whitening essence, a tone-up cream, a sunscreen, a sun cream, a sun milk, a BB cream, a base, a foundation, a CC cream, a concealer, a blusher, eye shadow, an eyebrow, an eye cream, a primer, and the like. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and other formulations, types of cosmetics, medical contents, and the like may be applied. The content may be directly filled in a storage space or filled in the storage space through an impregnation member made of a sponge or the like, a makeup dish, or the like.

[0034] According to an embodiment, at least one or more storage spaces for storing contents are formed in the inner container 110. If such a plurality of storage spaces are formed in the inner container, they store the same content as one another or different contents from one another. The storage spaces are open on tops thereof.

[0035] According to an embodiment, the cap part 200 is rotated with respect to the container part 100 (particularly, the outer container 120) by means of a first hinge part 300 and serves to open and close the container part 100.

[0036] According to an embodiment, the first hinge part 300 serves to allow the cap part 200 to be rotatably coupled to the container part 100. In this case, the first hinge part 300 is disposed inside the container part 100 and the cap part 200. As the first hinge part 300 is disposed inside the container part 100 and the cap part 200, it is not exposed to the outside. As the first hinge part 300 is not exposed to the outside, the compact container has a simple outer appearance.

[0037] The first hinge part 300 will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 5 to avoid repeated explanation thereof.

[0038] FIG. 2 is a side view illustrating a state in which the inner container is rotated with respect to the outer container in the container according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the container according to the embodiment of the present invention.

[0039] According to an embodiment, the inner container 110 is rotated with respect to the outer container 120 so that it is separated from or coupled to the outer container 120.

[0040] Referring to FIGs. 2 and 3, the outer container 120 has a slope guide portion 130 on a top periphery thereof. A second hinge part 113 protruding from one side of the outer periphery of the inner container 110 is inserted along a slant surface of the slope guide portion 130 according to a rotation direction of the inner container 110 so that the inner container 110 is coupled to the outer container 120, and contrarily, the second hinge part 113 slips along the slant surface of the slope guide portion 130 so that the coupled state of the inner container 110 to the outer container 120 is released. By means of a user's simple operation of rotating the inner container 110 with respect to the outer container 120, the inner container 110 is separated from or coupled to the outer container 120.

[0041] According to an embodiment, the slope guide portion 130 has a downward slope surface 131 starting from one side of the top peripheral surface of the outer container 120. The slope surface 131 provides a rotation path along which the inner container 110 is ascended or descended. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, when the inner container 110 is rotated with respect to the outer container 120 in an ascending direction along the slope guide portion 130, the second hinge part 113 ascends along the slant surface of the slope guide portion 130, so that the inner container 110 ascends. If the content is used up, the user rotates the inner container 110 in an ascending direction of the slope surface 131, so that the inner container 110 is ascended and easily separated from the outer container 120. Contrarily, if the inner container 110 is rotated with respect to the outer container 120 in a descending direction of the slope guide portion 130, the second hinge part 113 is descended along the slant surface of the slope guide portion 130 to allow the inner container 110 to be received in the outer container 120. The inner container 110 in which the content is used up is separated from the outer container 120 and then replaced with a new inner container 110. Next, the inner container 110 is rotated with respect to the outer container 120 in the descending direction of the slope guide portion 130 and thus coupled to the outer container 120.

[0042] According to an embodiment, an extension space is formed in a transverse direction at a point where the slope surface 131 ends, and a seating groove 132 in which the second hinge part 113 of the inner container 110 is seated is formed on the extension space.

[0043] According to the structure of the slope guide portion 130, the exposure of the second hinge part 113 is minimized during the use of the container, thereby providing a beautiful outer appearance, and the protruding height of the second hinge part 113 is lowered, thereby making it possible to design a slim structure. If it is desired to replace the inner container 110 with a new one, the rotation operation of the inner container 110 is naturally linked to the slipping path along the slant surface of the slope guide portion 130, so that it is convenient to use and a high-quality outer appearance is provided.

[0044] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the slope guide portion 130 is formed within a range of 0 to 45 degrees with respect to the second hinge part 113. Such a position of the slope guide portion 130 prevents interference with the cap part 200 from occurring when an inner cover 112 of the inner container 110 is opened and closed, thereby providing conveniences of use.

[0045] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a locking part 140 is provided to maintain a coupled state between the inner container 110 and the outer container 120.

[0046] FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a specific structure of the locking part in the container according to the embodiment of the present invention.

[0047] Referring to FIG. 4, the locking part 140 includes: a first wedge 141 protruding from one side of an outer periphery of the inner container 110; and a second wedge 143 protruding from one side of the inner periphery of the outer container 120 in such a way as to engage with the first wedge 141 in the rotation direction of the inner container 110. Such a structure of the locking part 140 can be simplified and miniaturized so that the locking part 140 is not noticeable in appearance, thereby providing a good outer appearance.

[0048] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first wedge 141 is formed at a lower end of the outer periphery of the inner container 110 and has a first pressing portion 141a that is gradually inclined downward in a locking rotation direction to transmit downward pressure to the inner container 110, a tension portion 141b adapted to allow a front end of the first pressing portion 141a to be open from the outer periphery of the inner container 110 and to thus have elasticity, and a locking groove 141c formed on the outer surface of the tension portion 141b to prevent rotation.

[0049] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the second wedge 143 is formed at a lower end of an inner surface of the outer container 120 and has a second pressing portion 143a engaging with the first pressing portion 141a of the first wedge 141 entering in a transverse direction to provide downward pressure and a locking protrusion 143b engaging with the locking groove 141c at an entrance of the second pressing portion 143a.

[0050] According to the present invention, the first wedge 141 is provided with the first pressing portion 141a that is gradually inclined downward in the locking rotation direction to transmit downward pressure to the inner container, and the second wedge 143 is provided with a second pressing portion 143a that engages with the first pressing portion 141a of the first wedge 141 entering in the transverse direction to provide downward pressure, so that the locked inner container 110 is firmly fixed by the downward pressure to the outer container 120 to prevent upward and downward movements thereof.

[0051] According to the present invention, the first wedge 141 is provided with the tension portion 141b formed to allow a front end of the first pressing portion 141a to be open from the outer surface of the inner container 110 and to thus have elasticity and the locking groove 141c formed on the outer surface of the tension portion 141b to prevent rotation, and the second wedge 143 is provided with the locking protrusion 143b engaging with the locking groove 141c at an entrance of the second pressing portion 143a, so that if it is desired to lock the inner container 110, the locking groove 141c and the locking protrusion 143b come into close contact with each other by means of the elasticity of the tension portion 141b, thereby preventing a contacted portion therebetween from loosening due to wear generated by repeated uses. Contrarily, if it is desired to release the locked state of the inner container 110, the locked state is released even with the user's small force, thereby providing a pleasant feeling of use.

[0052] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first wedge 141 has an inner inclined surface 141d in an unlocking rotation direction thereof. The inner inclined surface 141d serves to minimize contact friction with the inner periphery of the outer container 120, while the first wedge 141 is rotating in the unlocking direction.

[0053] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the inner container 110 includes: a storage part 111 for storing the content therein; and the inner cover 112 rotatably coupled to the storage part 111 by means of the second hinge part 113.

[0054] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the inner cover 112 has a cosmetic tool seating portion 116 with a peripheral portion 116a protruding from a top outer periphery thereof to provide a storage space in which a cosmetic tool is seated. Further, the inner cover 112 has a blocking portion 114 extending in a transverse direction from top of one side of the peripheral portion 116a of the cosmetic tool seating portion 116 in such a way as to block top of the second hinge part 113.

[0055] In this case, the inner cover 112 has a grip portion 115 extending in a transverse direction of the top periphery of the other side of the peripheral portion 116a of the cosmetic tool seating portion 116 in such a way as to be taken and lifted by the user's fingers.

[0056] In this case, the blocking portion 114 is formed close to the bottom surface of the cosmetic tool seating portion 116, and the peripheral portion 116a on the side of the grip portion 115 is formed to be relatively high in height, thereby providing the entrance path of the cosmetic tool in the direction toward the blocking portion 114.

[0057] According to the present invention, the peripheral portion 116a of the cosmetic tool seating portion 116 of the inner cover 112 is formed to be relatively low on the side of the blocking portion 114 to which the second hinge part 113 is coupled, so that the cosmetic tool slides in the lateral direction, without being lifted, thereby being conveniently taken out of the cosmetic tool seating portion 116.

[0058] In the embodiment, the first hinge part 300 includes: a first rotating member 310; and a second rotating member 320. An explanation of the first hinge part will be given in detail with reference to FIG. 5.

[0059] FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a specific structure of the first hinge part in the container according to the embodiment of the present invention.

[0060] Referring to FIG. 5, the first rotating member 310 has one side rotatably coupled to the container part 100 (particularly, the outer container 120) and the other side coupled to the cap part 200. In addition, the second rotating member 320 has one side rotatably coupled to the cap part 200 and the other side coupled to the container part 100 (particularly, the outer container 120).

[0061] According to an embodiment, the first rotating member 310 includes: a first hinge shaft 311 rotatably coupled to the container part 100 (particularly, the outer container 120); and a first hinge arm 312 extending from the first hinge shaft 311. Moreover, the second rotating member 320 includes: second hinge shaft 321 rotatably coupled to the cap part 200; and second hinge arm 322 extending from the second hinge shaft 321. The first hinge arm 312 is coupled to the cap part 200 in such a way as to rotate the cap part 200 around the first hinge shaft 311, and the second hinge arm 322 is coupled to the container part 100 in such a way as to rotate the container part 100 around the second hinge shaft 321.

[0062] According to an embodiment, the first rotating member 310 includes a first guide protrusion 313 protruding outward from an end of the first hinge arm 312. In addition, the second rotating member 320 includes a second guide protrusion 323 protruding outward from ends of the second hinge arm 322. In this case, the cap part 200 includes a first guide groove 210 into which the first guide protrusion 313 is inserted. In addition, the container part 100 includes a second guide groove 121 into which the second guide protrusion 323 is inserted. As the first guide protrusion 313 is inserted into the first guide groove 210, the cap part 200 is coupled to the first rotating member 310, so that the first rotating member 310 can rotate the cap part 200 with respect to the container part 100.

[0063] According to an embodiment, the first rotating member 310 has a first bending point 314 at which it is bent to have a predetermined angle. In addition, the second rotating member 320 has second bending points 324 at which it is bent to have a predetermined angle. If the first rotating member 310 and the second rotating member 320 are formed in a linear shape, without being bent, the first rotating member 310 and the second rotating member 320 come into contact with the container part 100 and the cap part 200 when they are disposed inside the container 1000, so that their outward movements are restricted to cause their rotation to be limited. In the present invention, however, the first rotating member 310 and the second rotating member 320 are bent to have the predetermined angles at the first bending point 314 and the second bending point 324, respectively, so that even if they are disposed inside the container 1000, they do not come into contact with the container part 100 and the cap part 200 at the time when the cap part 200 and the container part 100 rotate, and thus their rotation is allowed.

[0064] According to an embodiment, the first rotating member 310 and the second rotating member 320 are connected to each other. As the first rotating member 310 and the second rotating member 320 are connected to each other, they are rotatably coupled to each other. Accordingly, the first rotating member 310 and the second rotating member 320 stably support each other. In addition, since the rotation by the first rotation member 310 and the rotation by the second rotation member 320 are interlocked with each other, the opening and closing rotations of the cap part 200 with respect to the container part 100 are smoothly and stably conducted.

[0065] According to an embodiment, the first rotating member 310 includes a first hinge connector 315, and the second rotating member 320 includes second hinge connector 325, so that as the first hinge connector 315 and the second hinge connector 325 are connected to each other, the first rotating member 310 and the second rotating member 320 are rotatably coupled to each other. For example, the first hinge connector 315 is formed at one side of the first hinge arm 312, and the second hinge connector 325 are formed at one side of the second hinge arm 322. In addition, for example, the first hinge connector 315 has the shape of a fitting groove at one side of the first hinge arm 312, and the second hinge connector 325 have the shapes of fitting protrusions from one side of the second hinge arm 322, so that the second hinge connector 325 are fittedly coupled to the first hinge connector 315. However, the present disclosure may not be limited thereto, and according to an embodiment, the first hinge connector 315 may have the shape of a fitting protrusion, and the second hinge connector 325 may have fitting grooves. Further, all structures for rotatably coupling the first rotating member 310 and the second rotating member 320 may be applied.

[0066] FIG. 6 is a sectional view showing the cap part of the container according to the embodiment of the present invention.

[0067] Referring to FIG. 6, the container according to the present invention further includes a locking member having a first magnetic member 150 and a second magnetic member 220. To be specific, the first magnetic member 150 is located at one side of the container part 100 (particularly, the outer container 120), and the second magnetic member 220 is located at one side of the cap part 200, so that the cap part 200 and the container part 100 are coupled to each other by a magnetic force between the first magnetic member 150 and the second magnetic member 220. In this case, the first magnetic member 150 is buriedly located at one side of the container part 100 (particularly, the outer container 120), and the second magnetic member 220 is buriedly located at one side of the cap part 200, so that they are not exposed to the outside.
