Abstract

This invention produces a Supplementary Cementitious Materials (SCM) powder from non-recyclable glass and glass waste. The SCM is prepared from waste glass and glass and is used as a supplementary cementitious material (SCM) for the production of construction products such as concrete, bricks, and terrazzo tiles. The invention significantly reduces the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) emitted from cement production; improves the management and disposal of cullet; promotes circular economy principles and creates sustainable environmental WG economic opportunities.
