[0034] In the following description, the terms relating to a position are taken with reference to a shower module in the position of use, that is to say as it is shown in [Fig.l].

[0035] Figs. 1 to 5 and 9 show a sanitary module with shower 100 according to the invention in different views and different positions.

[0036] [Fig. 6] shows an example of a sanitary element 600b used in the module 100 and [Fig. 7] shows a sanitary module with shower 700 according to an alternative embodiment of the invention. [Fig. 8] shows a tray 504 which receives the water from the shower and [Fig. 9] shows a mobile chassis 302.

[0037] The module 100, 700 comprises a frame 102 which is better seen in [Fig.2]. The frame 102 serves as a support for the components of the module 100, 700 and is composed here of several uprights and crosspieces forming a cage.

[0038] The frame 102 has the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped which is divided along its length into a storage space 202 and a use space 204. The storage space 202 allows the storage of the or each sanitary element 600a-b when it is not in use in the use space 204. The length of the module 100 is therefore defined by a horizontal alignment direction 50 between the storage space 202 and the use space 204, and the width is therefore defined by the perpendicular horizontal direction.

[0039] The frame 102 supports decorative walls 108, 508 which are fixed to the frame 102 and which are arranged around the frame 102, except at an opening 106, 706. In particular, the module 100 comprises a lateral decorative wall 508 ([Fig. 5]) which extends parallel to the horizontal alignment direction 50 and which is in the use space 204 and which corresponds here to the internal wall of the shower cubicle. For reasons of clarity of the Figs., only [Fig. 1] shows an example of another decorative wall 108, but each side of the module 100 comprises or may comprise such a decorative wall 108.

[0040] In the embodiment of the invention, there are two sanitary elements 600a-b, namely a toilet bowl 600a and a sink 600b. But there can be at least one.

[0041] For each sanitary element 600a-b, the module 100 comprises a movement system 206 mounted on the frame 102 and which makes it possible to move the sanitary element 600a-b from a use position in which said sanitary element 600a-b is in the use space 204 to a retracted position in which said sanitary element 600a-b is in the storage space 202 and vice versa. In [Fig.l], the sink 600b is in the use space 204 and the bowl 600a is in the storage space 202 and in [Fig.2], the sink 600b and the bowl 600a are in the storage space 202.

[0042] The use space 204 has the opening 106, 706 which constitutes, for the user, the access to enter and exit the use space 204. In the embodiment of [Fig.l], the opening 106 is lateral, that is to say in a plane parallel to the horizontal alignment direction 50, and in the embodiment of [Fig.7], the opening 706 is frontal, that is to say in a plane perpendicular to the horizontal alignment direction 50.

[0043] The module 100 also includes a mixer tap 502 attached to the decorative side wall 508 in the use space 204. In the embodiment of [Fig. 1], the decorative side wall 508 is opposite the opening 106, and in the embodiment of [Fig. 7], the decorative side wall 508 is one of the walls to the left or right of the opening 706.

[0044] The module 100 also includes a shower head 110 which is attached to the frame 102 above the use space 204.

[0045] The module 100 also includes a network of pipes (not shown) which, when connected to a water supply, allows the mixer 502 and the sanitary elements 600a-b to be supplied.

[0046] The module 100 also includes a tray 504 arranged at the base of the frame 102 and which makes it possible to collect the water which flows from the shower head 110. The tray 504 which is better seen in [Fig.8] includes a drain 702 to which a drain pipe can be connected to evacuate the water from the tray 504.

[0047] In the embodiment of the invention presented here, the tray 504 extends over the entire surface of the frame 102, but it could extend only over the use space 204, that is to say that it extends at least over the surface of the use space 204.

[0048] Each sanitary element 600a-b is also connected to a drain pipe for draining water and waste from said sanitary element 600a-b.

[0049] As shown more precisely in [Fig.3] and [Fig.4], the module 100 comprises a mobile chassis 302 which is movable in translation relative to the frame 102 parallel to the horizontal alignment direction 50 between a retracted position ([Fig.1]) of the shower and a use position ([Fig.5]) of the shower. [Fig.4] shows an intermediate position.

[0050] The mobile chassis 302 is arranged inside the frame 102. [Fig.9] shows the mobile chassis 302 which is composed of four vertical uprights 130 and, in the upper part, of two upper crosspieces 126 and, in the lower part, of two lower crosspieces 128. The mobile chassis 302 also comprises here, in the upper part, two horizontal crosspieces 132 perpendicular to the horizontal alignment direction 50 and fixed between two vertical uprights 130.

[0051] The crosspieces 126 and 128 are parallel to the horizontal alignment direction 50 and are fixed between two vertical uprights 130 in order to form a rectangular parallelepiped.

[0052] According to the particular embodiment of [Fig.4] and [Fig.9], the mobile chassis 302 comprises, in the upper part, four rollers 402 which roll on two rails 404 of the frame 102 and, in the lower part, four rollers 406 which roll on the edge of the tank 504.

[0053] For each decorative side wall 508 present in the usage space 204, the module 100 comprises a screening wall 304 parallel to said decorative side wall 508 and fixed to the mobile frame 302.

[0054] Thus in the embodiment of [Fig.l], there is a single occulting wall 304 and in the embodiment of [Fig.7], there are two occulting walls 304. Each occulting wall 304 is inside the use space 204 relative to the side decorative wall 508. In [Fig.3], the side decorative wall 508 is cut out, and in [Fig.5], the occulting wall 304 is cut out.

[0055] In the retracted position, the mobile frame 302 is positioned so that each concealing wall 304 is in the use space 204, opposite the corresponding side decorative wall 508 and hides it from inside the use space 204. In this position, the concealing wall 304 hides the mixer 502. In this retracted position, the mobile frame 302 is generally entirely in the use space 204.

[0056] In the use position, the mobile frame 302 is positioned so that each concealing wall 304 is in the storage space 202 so as to release the corresponding lateral decorative wall 508 in the use space 204. In this position, the concealing wall 304 no longer hides the mixer 502 which becomes accessible from the use space 204. In this use position, the mobile frame 302 is generally in the storage space 202.

[0057] Thus, from the retracted position ([Fig.l]), it is possible to access the sanitary elements 600a-b and the mixer 502 is hidden, thus preventing water from entering the shower head 110. The use of each sanitary element 600a-b requires it to be positioned in the use position.

[0058] To use the shower, each sanitary element 600a-b is positioned in the retracted position, and the mobile frame 302 is moved to its use position which allows the mixer 502 to be released.

[0059] Such a module 100 thus makes it possible to have several functionalities gathered on a reduced surface area and in an assembly which can be easily installed during the construction of a building.

[0060] The module 100 has a partition wall 112 which is fixed to the frame 102 between the storage space 202 and the use space 204, that is to say perpendicular to the side decorative wall 508.

[0061] For each sanitary element 600a-b, the separation wall 112 has a window 114a-b which allows the passage of said sanitary element 600a-b, and a closing means 116a-b which closes the window 114a-b when the corresponding sanitary element 600a-b is in the retracted position and which leaves the window 114a-b free to move the sanitary element 600a-b to its position of use.

[0062] In the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig. 1], each closure means 116a-b takes the form of a two-leaf system, each mounted on hinges with a vertical axis.

[0063] In the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig.7], the closure means 116a-b are not shown.

[0064] To provide a dry floor even after a shower, the module 100 has a floor 118 which is positioned above the tray 504 ([Fig.l]) when the mobile chassis 302 is in the retracted position and which retracts ([Fig.5]) when the mobile chassis 302 is in the use position, thus revealing the tray 504.

[0065] In the embodiment of the invention shown in Figs. 1, 4 and 5, the floor 118 is composed of a proximal plate 118a and a distal plate 118b. The two plates 118a-b are rectangular and of the same dimensions and articulated with each other along a common edge 120 perpendicular to the horizontal alignment direction 50, the articulation is a rotation about an axis of rotation parallel to said common edge 120.

[0066] The edge of the proximal plate 118a which is parallel to the common edge 120 is generally at the level of the boundary between the storage space 202 and the use space 204, that is to say here at the level of the separation wall 112, and is articulated to the frame 102. The articulation is a rotation around an axis of rotation parallel to said common edge 120.

[0067] The edge of the distal plate 118b which is parallel to the common edge 120 is articulated to the mobile frame 302. The articulation is a rotation around an axis of rotation parallel to said common edge 120.

[0068] Thus, when the mobile chassis 302 moves from its retracted position to its use position, the edge of the distal plate 118b which is parallel to the common edge 120 approaches the edge of the proximal plate 118a which is parallel to the common edge 120 and the common edge 120 rises ([Fig.4]) until the two edges meet, which brings the common edge 120 to the level of the boundary between the storage space 202 and the use space 204, that is to say here at the level of the separation wall 112.

[0069] To facilitate the evacuation of water from the tank 504, the bottom of the latter has a bottom with an angle relative to a horizontal plane.

[0070] The movement of the mobile chassis 302 can be manual, but as shown more particularly in [Fig.l] and [Fig.3], the movement of the mobile chassis 302 is preferably motorized and implemented by a drive system 150.

[0071] The drive system 150 is in the upper part of the module 100 and it comprises a motor 152 fixed to the frame 102.

[0072] On either side of the vertical middle plane parallel to the horizontal alignment direction 50 and passing through the middle of the frame 102, the drive system 150 comprises a belt 154 forming a loop which is mounted between two rollers 156 fixed to the frame 102 and with their axes of rotation perpendicular to the middle plane.

[0073] For each belt 154, the drive system 150 also comprises a hooking element 158 which is integral with the mobile chassis 302 and which is fixed to the belt 154.

[0074] To optimize the installation of the drive system 150, the attachment element 158 is at the level of the part of the mobile chassis 302 which is furthest from the storage space 202, for each belt 154, one of the rollers 156 is fixed to the frame 102 furthest from the storage space 202 and the other roller 156 is fixed to the frame 102 closest to the storage space 202, and the distance between the two rollers 156 is at least equal to the length of the movement of the mobile chassis 302.

[0075] The motor 152 drives one of the rollers 156 of each belt 154 in rotation. Here, the two rollers 156 which are near the storage space 202 are fixed to each other by a shaft which passes through the frame 102 and the motor drives said shaft.

[0076] To prevent water from falling from the shower head 110 into the use space 204 when the movable frame 302 is in the retracted position, the module 100 comprises a gutter 122 which is integral with the movable frame 302 and which moves from a recovery position ([Fig.l]) in which the gutter 122 is under the shower head 110 to recover the water to a flow position in which the gutter 122 is not under the shower head 110 to allow the water to flow, at the same time as the movable frame 302 moves from its retracted position to its use position and vice versa.

[0077] Preferably, the gutter 122 is connected to a drain pipe.

[0078] In the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig.l], the gutter 122 extends parallel to the horizontal alignment direction 50 and is telescopic.

[0079] To prevent water from being splashed onto the separation wall 112, when the mobile chassis 302 is in the position of use, the module 100 comprises a separation wall protection 124 which is placed against the separation wall 112 in the position of use of the mobile chassis 302.

[0080] In the embodiment of [Fig.l], with the lateral opening 106, the protective wall 124 is fixed to the mobile frame 302 parallel to the separation wall 112. In [Fig.5], the protective wall 124 is cut out to reveal the common edge 120 and the concealing wall 304. In the retracted position, the protective wall 124 is pressed against the decorative wall 108 which is at the end of the frame 102.

[0081] In the embodiment of [Fig.7], with the front opening 706, the protective wall comprises a first protective door arranged between one of the concealing walls 304 and the lateral decorative wall 508 parallel to said concealing wall 304, and pivotally mounted on the frame 102 around a vertical axis between an open position in which said first protective door is arranged against the lateral decorative wall 508 and a closed position in which said first protective door is arranged against the separation wall 112.According to a particular embodiment, the protective wall comprises a second protective door arranged between the other of the concealing walls 304 and the lateral decorative wall 508 parallel to said other concealing wall 304, and pivotally mounted on the frame 102 around a vertical axis between an open position in which said second protective door is arranged against the lateral decorative wall 508 and a closed position in which said second protective door is arranged inside against the access door 708 ([Fig.7]).

[0082] To save space, it is desirable to reduce the footprint of the storage space 202 as much as possible without reducing the usage space 204.

[0083] For this, each upper crosspiece 126 and lower crosspiece 128 is telescopic. Thus, when the mobile frame 302 is in the retracted position, the crosspieces 126 and 128 are stretched, and when the mobile frame 302 moves towards the use position, the uprights 130 which are in the storage space 202 come into abutment when they are at the end of the storage space 202, and the uprights 130 which are in the use space 204 continue to move towards the uprights 130 which are in the storage space 202 by reducing the length of the telescopic upper crosspieces 126 and lower crosspieces 128.

[0084] Each telescopic upper crosspiece 126 and lower crosspiece 128 here comprises two elements, but a greater number is possible.

[0085] At the same time, each occulting wall 304 is also telescopic as shown more clearly in [Fig. 3]. Each occulting wall 304 is divided into several vertical sections, here two in number. Each section is fixed to an element of an upper crosspiece 126 and to an element of a lower crosspiece 128. The reduction of length of the crosspieces 126, 128 then causes the sides to slide relative to each other to reduce the surface area of the screening wall 304.

[0086] [Fig. 6] shows an example of embodiment of the movement system 206, here for the washbasin 600b, but the same movement system 206 can be used for the bowl 600a. The movement system 206 moves the washbasin 600b in translation between its position of use and its retracted position, parallel to the horizontal alignment direction 50.

[0087] On either side of the sink 600b, the movement system 206 comprises a pair of rails 602a-b with an upper rail 602a and a lower rail 602b which are parallel to the horizontal alignment direction 50, i.e. horizontal, and which are one above the other. Each rail 602a-b is fixed to the frame 102.

[0088] For each rail 602a-b, the movement system 206 comprises a slider 604a-b which is movable in translation along the rail 602a-b. In the embodiment of the invention presented here, each slider 604a-b has rollers which limit friction on the rail 602a-b.

[0089] The sink 600b is attached to a frame 606 and each slider 604a-b is attached to the frame 606.

[0090] On either side of the sink 600b, the movement system 206 also comprises an actuator 610, one end of which is mounted articulated to the frame 102 and another end of which is mounted articulated to one of the slides 604a.

[0091] The actuator 610 is for example a gas cylinder which assists in the manual movement of the sink 600b. The actuator 610 may be an active cylinder which can be controlled to extend or contract on demand.

[0092] To ensure balanced movement of the sink 600b, the movement system 206 comprises a balancing system 608 which, for each pair of rails 602a-b, comprises an upper compass and a lower compass.

[0093] The upper compass comprises a first bar 608a, a first end of which is mounted articulated to the frame 102, a second bar 608b, a first end of which is mounted articulated to the frame 606 and a second end of which is mounted articulated to a second end of the first bar 608a.

[0094] The lower compass comprises a first bar 608c, a first end of which is mounted articulated to the frame 102, a second bar 608d, a first end of which is mounted articulated to the frame 606 and a second end of which is mounted articulated to a second end of the first bar 608c.

[0095] For the upper compass, the articulation to the frame 102 and the articulation to the frame 606 are at the same height and the articulation of the bars 608a-b between them is below the previous ones.

[0096] For the lower compass, the articulation to the frame 102 and the articulation to the frame 606 are at the same height and the articulation of the bars 608c-d between them is above the previous ones.

[0097] The frame hinge 102 and the frame hinge 606 of the upper compass are above the frame hinge 102 and the frame hinge 606 of the lower compass.

[0098] The articulation of the bars 608a-b between them of the upper compass is below the articulation of the bars 608c-d between them of the lower compass.

[0099] A lower bar 612a connects the articulation of the bars 608a-b to each other of the upper compass of one pair of rails 602a-b and the articulation of the bars 608a-b to each other of the upper compass of the other pair of rails 602a-b. In the same way, an upper bar 612b connects the articulation of the bars 608c-d to each other of the lower compass of one pair of rails 602a-b and the articulation of the bars 608c-d to each other of the lower compass of the other pair of rails 602a-b.

[0100] Each articulation of the balancing system 608 takes the form of a rotation around an axis of rotation parallel to the width of the module 100.

[0101] In order to ensure the closure of the module 100, the latter has an access door (708, [Fig.7]) which closes the opening 706. A similar or sliding door is provided in the embodiment of [Fig.l] to close the opening 106 but it is not shown.
