Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Wastewater evacuation device in a toilet bowl
[0001] The innovation of the device consists of connecting a pipe (10) to a toilet bowl to discharge wastewater into it without modifying the initial connection or the use of the toilet block (1).
[0002] A toilet room contains a water supply and a toilet waste pipe connected to the toilet. Adding a wastewater-producing device such as a sink (7) or a hand basin requires the addition of a wastewater drain. This need is currently met by a technical intervention carried out on the existing toilet waste pipe by installing a connection.
[0003] The present invention makes it possible to avoid this operation by installing the device on the toilet bowl between the seat and the toilet tank. Device composition
[0004] The device (4) is fixed between the toilet seat and the toilet. For this purpose, the device has two perforations through which the two fixing screws of the toilet seat pass and is secured by tightening the fixing screws.
[0005] This device consists of a hollow body (11) whose right or left end terminates in a tube.
[0006] The end of the tube, for example with a diameter of 32 mm, allows for a watertight connection with the pipe using a drain fitting.
[0007] The central part of the device is perforated along part of its length, forming a slight projection. A flexible sleeve (12), for example made of rubber, is fitted onto this projection. The sleeve is angled and thin enough to fit under the toilet seat (6). The space between the toilet bowl and the seat (6) is sufficient to allow the sleeve of the device to pass through without compressing it, and maintains the sleeve's opening. The length of the rubber sleeve is adjusted by cutting it with scissors to position it as close as possible to the rim of the toilet bowl so as not to protrude and obstruct the user when seated. The rubber sleeve thus remains under the toilet seat.
[0008] When wastewater is discharged from a third device which may be, for example, a sink (7), it flows into the pipe (10), enters the device through its tube-shaped part and exits through the sheath into the toilet bowl.
[0009] Fig. 1 represents the plans of the device. Figure 2 shows the device from a top view before the seat is attached. Figure 3 shows a general perspective view. Figure 4 represents a general profile view. Claims
Demands
1. A wastewater evacuation device (4) in a toilet bowl comprising a hollow body (11) and a flexible material sheath (12) characterized in that said sheath (12) is fitted onto an extension located on a central part of the device (4), said sheath (12) is bent to position itself under a toilet seat (6), the device further comprises two perforations through which two fixing screws pass, allowing the device (4) to be fixed securely to the toilet bowl and to a toilet seat.
2. Device (4) according to the preceding claim characterized in that the right or left end of the hollow body (11) terminates in a tube and in that the sheath (12) is fitted into the hollow body (11).
3. Device (4) according to the preceding claim characterized in that the hollow body (11) whose right or left end terminates in a tube allows a watertight connection to be made by insertion with a drainage fitting.
