Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: VERTICAL PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING SUCH A SYSTEM Technical field of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a vertical photovoltaic system in which a module is fixed to a link, such as a cable, and a method of mounting such a system. It applies, in particular, to the field of energy production from renewable sources. State of the art
[0002] In the field of energy production from renewable sources, the use of photovoltaic systems is an effective solution for transforming light energy into electrical energy. However, the installation of such systems must take into account certain constraints present and dependent on the installation site. These constraints can be defined in particular according to the surface area, topography, nature and use of the installation site.
[0003] In certain locations likely to accommodate photovoltaic systems, a space problem exists, particularly with regard to agricultural land. A distribution of this land between agriculture and energy production is then necessary. When this distribution is effective, a coactivity is established, corresponding to the coexistence between a significant agricultural practice and efficient electricity production by photovoltaic systems. This coactivity is called "agrivoltaism", also known by the acronym "Agri-PV", or "APV".
[0004] The solutions of the prior art describe photovoltaic systems using cables to support the modules. However, these systems have in particular horizontal modules, i.e. substantially parallel to the installation surface, inclined and / or raised above agricultural crops. These solutions do not take into consideration the need to reduce the footprint of photovoltaic systems. Thus, these systems have limited compatibility with land with strong spatial constraints and therefore with agrivoltaics. Furthermore, such systems using cables are not optimized for bifacial modules and have shading on the module during use of the system and therefore a reduction in solar radiation irradiating the module. Thus, the production of electricity by these systems is not optimal.
[0005] Furthermore, other solutions of the prior art describe photovoltaic systems requiring a significant amount of material, such as steel or aluminum. Such systems therefore have ecological and economic impacts to be improved. Furthermore, in the prior art, the profiles used requiring a significant amount of material cause in particular shading on the module during use of the system. Such shading causes in particular a reduction in solar radiation irradiating the module and thus negatively impacts the energy production of the system. Statement of the invention
[0006] The present invention aims to remedy all or part of these drawbacks.
[0007] To this end, according to a first aspect, the present invention aims at a vertical photovoltaic system comprising at least one photovoltaic module and two posts, which comprises at least: - for each post, a primary securing means of a first flexible link to said post, the cooperation of the primary securing means applying longitudinal tension to the first link, - the first flexible link stretched between the two posts and - a means of fixing the module to the first link.
[0008] Thanks to these provisions, the system makes it possible to minimize the costs of the materials and components necessary for the installation, for example by eliminating certain elements commonly used due to mechanical constraints. Such elements correspond, for example, to horizontal beams. The elimination of such elements makes it possible in particular to reduce the quantity, for example, of metal necessary for the system. In addition, the system is compatible with, for example, the use of several modules which can be fixed and suspended on the first link similarly to the first module. The number of posts initially used to support these modules is therefore reduced, thereby making it possible to limit the costs of the materials. In addition, such a reduction in materials gives the system an improved environmental balance, in particular by reducing the energy required to manufacture the elements necessary for the installation.
[0009] In addition, these arrangements combined with a reduction in the number of elements required for installing a system make it possible to limit shading on one or more active faces of the module. For example, when the module is bifacial, shading is limited to the rear face of the module. Such a reduction in shading makes it possible to increase the amount of electrical energy produced by the photovoltaic module from solar energy. Thus, the production of electrical energy is optimized.
[0010] Furthermore, the system also makes it possible to reduce the footprint and in particular to increase compatibility with agricultural activity on the installation land. This system is thus compatible with agrivoltaics. The system thus installed also has a low hydrological impact on plantations when it is placed on agricultural land.
[0011] In addition, the system is modular and thus allows for simplified, rapid and flexible installation. For example, securing the link is easy when the posts are installed and fixing the module to the link is subsequently quick and easy. Thus, the system can be easily adapted according to the constraints inherent in the installation terrain and the usage constraints. For example, such a system is easily installed on sloping terrain. In addition, replacing a part or module, for example damaged, is facilitated since all or part of the system can be dismantled and reassembled easily and quickly. Thus, when an area of the installation is damaged, the specific replacement of this area can be carried out without the dismantling of the rest of the installation being necessary.
[0012] Furthermore, these provisions allow easy disassembly of the system. In particular, when the energy operation of the system is completed, the disassembly is carried out while limiting the degradation of the installation site, allowing the installation site to return to its initial state without installation.
[0013] These arrangements also make it possible to use photovoltaic modules of significant diversity, having, for example, different sizes or a specific organization of the cell chains.
[0014] Furthermore, the use of a link in the system and the adaptability of the fixing means make it possible to position the edge of the module at variable distances from the two posts, depending, for example, on the shading that the posts generate. For example, if one post is arranged to the south of the photovoltaic module and at a first distance, such a module can be positioned at a second distance from the other post arranged to the north of the module, the second distance being less than the first distance.
[0015] Finally, the system has significant stability and mechanical resistance, allowing for long-term operation for several years.
[0016] In optional embodiments, the attachment means comprises a housing at least partially surrounding a first link.
[0017] Thanks to these provisions, the at least partial clamping of the fixing means around the first link makes it possible to increase the contact surface between these two elements. Thus, the fixing of the module to the first link has improved stability and robustness, contributing in particular to maintaining the position of the module suspended in the photovoltaic system.
[0018] In optional embodiments, the fastening means at least partially passes through a first link.
[0019] Thanks to these provisions, the fixing means passes through the structure of the link, making it possible to reinforce the fixing of the module to the link and the stability of the suspended module.
[0020] In optional embodiments, the module is rectangular and delimited by at least one side, and the link extends at said side.
[0021] Thanks to these provisions, the verticality of the system is easily maintained without imposing particular mechanical constraints on the module or an element of the system. Furthermore, when the module is bifacial, the link does not extend to the rear of the module, thus limiting the shading present on an active face of the module. Thus, the production of electrical energy is optimized.
[0022] In optional embodiments, the system further comprises: - for each post, a secondary securing means of a second flexible link to said post, the cooperation of the secondary securing means applying a longitudinal tension on the second link and - the second flexible link stretched between the two posts,
[0023] The first link and the second link being secured to two separate parts of the photovoltaic module.
[0024] Thanks to these provisions, the use of a second cable makes it possible to improve the stability of the system and also to increase the compatibility of the system with installation sites presenting significant mechanical constraints, such as the presence of wind.
[0025] In optional embodiments, a means for attaching the photovoltaic module to the link comprises a support for attaching the photovoltaic module.
[0026] In optional embodiments, a means for fixing the photovoltaic module to the link further comprises an intermediate fixing element separate from the fixing support and linked to the fixing support by a connecting means.
[0027] Thanks to these provisions, the system makes it possible not to directly fix the fixing support to the link, thus allowing a distribution of mechanical stresses. Furthermore, such a system makes it possible, for example, to use an intermediate element that is adaptable and easily modifiable depending on the modules used. In particular, such an element can be linked to a fixing support of the module corresponding to a standard frame. Thus, the adaptability of the system to standard modules is increased.
[0028] In optional embodiments, the system comprises: - at least one first link and one second link, - at least two photovoltaic modules and - for each said module, a fixing support delimiting one face of the module,
[0029] The mounting bracket of a module further comprising at least one opening partially surrounding the link and configured to receive the mounting bracket of the other photovoltaic module with this link.
[0030] Thanks to these provisions, the system allows for complementarity of the two means of fixing two modules on the same cable. A vertical alignment of the two modules is therefore achieved. Thus, the arrangement of the modules, and in particular the arrangement of one module relative to the other, is optimized without loss of space at the system level.
[0031] In optional embodiments, the fixing means has at least one portion forming a bevel oriented towards an active face of the photovoltaic module.
[0032] Thanks to these provisions, the system makes it possible to facilitate the passage of light irradiating one or more active faces of the photovoltaic module. Furthermore, a bevel arranged on the lower part of the photovoltaic module makes it possible to avoid the accumulation of rain or residue which could in particular be responsible for poor operation and / or premature wear of the module.
[0033] In optional embodiments, the fixing means comprises an adjustment means configured to move at least one active face of the photovoltaic module away from or towards the connection stretched between the two posts.
[0034] Thanks to these provisions, the adjustment means makes it possible to adapt the distance or the approach of an active module face according to certain constraints in order to, for example: - limit shadows on the active face of the module and / or - when two modules are included in the system, facilitate the passage of wind between these two modules.
[0035] In optional embodiments, at least one attachment means comprises a attachment hook or a attachment flange.
[0036] Thanks to these provisions, the rounded shape of the hook allows for material savings compared to angular shapes. Furthermore, a fixing hook limits slippage and therefore the detachment of the module from the system. A fixing flange allows the link to be clamped, thus ensuring its immobilization.
[0037] In optional embodiments, the system further comprises at least one means for anchoring at least one link in an installation ground, the cooperation of said anchoring means with the securing means applying additional longitudinal tension to the link.
[0038] Thanks to these provisions, the link has, in addition to a connection with the posts anchored in the installation ground, an additional connection by the anchoring means, incorporated directly into the installation ground. Thus, the mechanical resistance of the system is increased.
[0039] In optional embodiments, at least one post comprises a said means for securing a link.
[0040] Thanks to these provisions, the system allows easy positioning of the link directly on the post, without an intermediate part. Such positioning can also be modified according to the arrangement of the securing means included in the post. Thus, the system offers installation flexibility, particularly when the installation site has specific topographical constraints such as significant slopes.
[0041] Furthermore, when several securing means are present in the post and the system comprises several photovoltaic modules, the same post can be used for these different modules. Thus, the number of posts to be used in the system is limited.
[0042] Furthermore, such a securing means included in a post is compatible with various post profiles which can be obtained using various manufacturing processes.
[0043] In optional embodiments, at least one securing means comprises an intermediate piece for securing a post to a link.
[0044] Thanks to these provisions, the system makes it possible to adapt the nature and / or the arrangement of the intermediate part during installation, in particular depending on the desired height of the link or the shape of the link.
[0045] According to a second aspect, the present invention relates to a method for installing a wired vertical photovoltaic system, which comprises: - a step of positioning a first post, - a step of fixing the first post to an installation ground, - a step of positioning a second post, - a step of fixing the second post to an installation ground, - a step of tensioning at least one flexible link between the two posts, comprising: - a step of securing said flexible link to the first post and - a step of securing said flexible link to the second post, and - a step of fixing a photovoltaic module to said taut flexible link.

[0071] The present description is given without limitation, each characteristic of an embodiment being able to be combined with any other characteristic of any other embodiment in an advantageous manner.
[0072] The indefinite articles "a" and "an", as used in the description and claims, are to be understood as meaning "at least one", unless otherwise clearly indicated.
[0073] The expression "and / or", as used herein and in the claims, is to be understood to mean "either or both" of the elements so conjoined, i.e., elements which are present conjunctively in some cases and disjunctively in other cases. Multiple elements listed with "and / or" are to be interpreted in the same way, i.e., "one or more" of the elements so conjoined. Other elements may optionally be present, other than the elements specifically identified by the "and / or" clause, whether or not related to those specifically identified elements. Thus, by way of non-limiting example, a reference to "A and / or B", when used together with open language such that "comprising" may refer, in one embodiment, to A only (optionally including elements other than B); in another embodiment, to B only (optionally including elements other than A); in yet another embodiment, to both A and B (optionally including other elements); etc.
[0074] As used herein in the description and in the claims, "or" is to be understood as having the same meaning as "and / or" as defined above. For example, when separating elements in a list, "or" or "and / or" is to be interpreted as being inclusive, i.e., the inclusion of at least one, but also more than one, number or list of elements, and, optionally, additional elements not listed. Only terms clearly indicating the contrary, such as "only one of" or "exactly one of", or, when used in the claims, "consisting of", refer to the inclusion of only one element of a number or list of elements. In general, the term "or" as used herein should only be construed as indicating exclusive alternatives (i.e., "either, but not both") when preceded by terms of exclusivity, such as "either," "one of," "only one of," or "exactly one of."
[0075] As used in this specification and in the claims, the expression "at least one", with reference to a list of one or more elements, is to be understood to mean at least one element selected from one or more elements in the list of elements, but not necessarily including at least one of each element specifically listed in the list of elements and not excluding any combination of elements in the list of elements. This definition also allows for the optional presence of elements other than the specifically identified elements in the list of elements to which the expression "at least one" refers, whether or not related to those specifically identified elements. Thus, by way of non-limiting example, "at least one of A and B" (or, equivalently, "at least one of A or B", or, equivalently, "at least one of A and / or B") may refer, in one embodiment, to at least one, optionally including more than one, A, without B present (and optionally including elements other than B); in another embodiment, to at least one, optionally including more than one, B, without A present (and optionally including elements other than A); in yet another embodiment, to at least one, optionally including more than one, A, and at least one, optionally including more than one, B (and optionally including other elements); etc.
[0076] In the claims, as well as in the description below, all transitional expressions such as "comprising", "including", "carrying", "having", "containing", "involving", "holding", "composed of", and the like, are to be understood as being open, that is, as meaning including, but not limited to. Only the transitory expressions "consisting of" and "consisting essentially of" are to be understood as closed or semi-closed transitory expressions, respectively.
[0077] Throughout the description, the term "upper" or "top" refers to anything that is at the top in figures 1, 3 to 5, 7 and 9 to 21, which corresponds to the normal configuration of use of the system, "lower" or "bottom" refers to anything that is at the bottom in these figures 1, 3 to 5, 7 and 9 to 21. The term "rear" refers to anything that is at the rear of the plane of figures 1, 3-al), 5-al), 9, 10, 11, 16-a2'), 17-al), 17-a2), 18-al), 18-a2), 19-al), 20-al) and 21-al), and "front" refers to anything that is at the front of the plane of the figures. The terms "vertical" or "height" are derived from these definitions.
[0078] The following definitions are recalled here:
[0079] The term "electrical production gain" refers to an increase in electrical production, for example, due to a greater amount of solar energy reaching the photovoltaic cells of the module.
[0080] The term "bifacial module" refers to a module that produces power on both sides. The sides of a module correspond to two surfaces of the largest dimension. A bifacial module allows light to pass through its front and back sides to its photovoltaic cells. Photovoltaic cells use light on both sides to produce electricity. In other words, a bifacial module has two active sides. Typically, at least one junction box is present on the back side of the module, and the power generated by the back side is often less than the power generated by the front side.
[0081] The term "installation surface" refers to a surface on which a photovoltaic system is installed. For example, such a surface refers to an installation ground. For example, the installation ground of the photovoltaic system is agricultural land.
[0082] The terms "ground facing" refer to an installation configuration in which one side of the photovoltaic module, for example a short side, is closer to the ground than the other opposite side of the photovoltaic module, for example the other short side, when the photovoltaic module is rectangular.
[0083] The term "link" refers to an element configured to connect at least two separate and distant posts. Such a connection is made by tensioning the link when the link is secured to the posts. For example, a link refers to any cables, ropes or chains. A link may be metallic or non-metallic. In particular, such a link has adequate mechanical strength to allow the suspension of a module and adaptable depending, for example, on the mass of the photovoltaic module and the mechanical constraints imposed by and / or on the system.
[0084] The term “flexible” designates an element capable of deforming and being put under tension, under the effect of mechanical stress, without breaking.
[0085] It should be noted from now on that the figures are not to scale.
[0086] In [Fig.l], which is not to scale, we see a schematic view of a mode embodiment of the system 100 which is the subject of the present invention. The system 100 is vertical and comprises a photovoltaic module 105 and two posts, 110 and 111. Such a system 100 also comprises at least: - for each post, 110 and 111, a primary securing means 115 of a first flexible link 120 to the post, - the first flexible link 120 stretched between the two posts, 110 and 111, and - a means 125 for fixing the module to the first link.
[0087] It is noted that the system 100 illustrated in [Fig.l] has: - a vertical plane, perpendicular to the plane of [Fig.l], extending longitudinally to a post 110 and including the middle of a post 110, - a vertical plane, perpendicular to the plane of [Fig.l], extending longitudinally to another post 111 and including the middle of this other post 111, and - a vertical plane, perpendicular to the plane of [Fig.l] and including the midpoints of the two bottom and top sides of a rectangular photovoltaic module 105.
[0088] In particular, in [Fig.l], the intersections of the plane of [Fig.l] and of these vertical planes define axes Zl, Z2 and Z3 called respectively the axis Z1 of a post 110, the axis Z3 of another post 111 and the axis Z2 of a photovoltaic module 105.
[0089] In embodiments, such as that shown in [Fig.l], the lines representing the axes Zl, Z2 and Z3 are substantially parallel and coplanar. In other words, the axes Zl, Z2 and Z3 are substantially parallel and coplanar.
[0090] In these embodiments, the following planes are merged and correspond to the plane of [Fig.l]: - the plane including the axes Z1 and Z3 of two consecutive posts, 110 and 111, and - the plane including the axis Z2 and formed by the face of at least one module 105 between these two posts, 110 and 111.
[0091] In variants (not shown), the intersections of the plane of [Fig.l] and the two vertical planes of the posts, 110 and 111, these vertical planes being defined similarly to the previous embodiment, define axes Zl and Z3 called respectively the axis Zl of a post 110 and the axis Z3 of another post 111. In these variants, the axis Z2 of a photovoltaic module 105 is defined by the intersection between: - the vertical plane including the midpoints of the two short sides of the rectangular photovoltaic module 105, and - the plane formed by the face of at least one module 105 between these two posts, 110 and 111.
[0092] In these variants (not shown), the following planes are distinct: - the plane including the axes Z1 and Z3 of two consecutive posts, 110 and 111, and - the plane including the axis Z2 and formed by the face of at least one module between these two posts.
[0093] In these variants (not shown), it is noted that the angle formed by these two planes, one plane including the axes Z1 and Z3 and the other plane including the axis Z2, is called the “angle of inclination of the photovoltaic module relative to the posts”. Preferably, such an angle of inclination is less than 12 degrees. Even more preferably, such an angle is less than 5 degrees.
[0094] In embodiments, the two posts, 110 and 111, are identical, for example made of the same material, having the same height, and / or having an identical transverse profile. In variants, the two posts, 110 and 111, are different, for example made of a different material, having a different height respectively, and / or having a different transverse profile. It is noted that the transverse profile of a post corresponds to the shape delimited by the post along a plane perpendicular to the axis of the post Zl. Examples of transverse post profiles, 8-a), 8-b), 8-c), 8-d), 8-e), 8-f), 8-g), 8-h), 8-i), 8-j), 8-k), 8-l), 8-m), 8-n) and 8-o), are shown in [Fig.8].
[0095] It is noted that, for example, when the system comprises a plurality of posts and photovoltaic modules, the posts present at the ends of the system are preferentially reinforced compared to the other posts arranged inside the system. Such reinforcement gives the system improved mechanical resistance. Preferably, all the posts are compatible with each other, that is to say that the posts may comprise, for example, common links. For example, the posts on the edges of the installation have profiles of larger dimensions than the other posts for the purpose of technical, economic and environmental optimization. Preferably, a minimum of material necessary to ensure the lifetime of the installation and its safety is used.
[0096] It is noted that the spacing and the height of the two posts, 110 and 111, are determined, for example, as a function of several parameters including the climatic conditions, such as the presence of wind on the installation site, the material and the dimensions of the link, but also as a function of the dimension, and the mass and the number of photovoltaic modules 105 to be installed.
[0097] It is noted that, preferably, the nature of the photovoltaic module 105 is compatible with use in an outdoor environment. An outdoor environment defines, for example, thermal, mechanical, humidity or radiation constraints. For For example, the photovoltaic module 105 is installed on agricultural land. The nature of such a photovoltaic module 105 is known to those skilled in the art.
[0098] Figures 9, 10 and 11 show respective variants 200, 300 and 400 of the photovoltaic system 100 shown in [Fig. 1]. In these figures, the two posts and the securing means are not shown.
[0099] In embodiments, such as those shown in Figures 1, 9, 10 and 11, at least one photovoltaic module 105 is rectangular. In these embodiments, the rectangular module 105 is delimited by at least one side and in particular four sides.
[0100] In embodiments, such as those shown in Figures 1, 9, 10 and 11, a rectangular photovoltaic module 105 has two sides, called long sides, of a length greater than a length of the other two sides, called short sides. In variants (not shown), at least one photovoltaic module 105 is rectangular and has sides equal to each other, thus forming a square.
[0101] In embodiments, such as that shown in [Fig.l], at least one rectangular photovoltaic module 105 is fixed by a short side to a first link 120. In other words, the installed photovoltaic module 105 is in “portrait” mode.
[0102] In embodiments, such as those shown in Figures 9, 10 and 11, at least one rectangular photovoltaic module 105 is fixed by a long side to a first link 120. In other words, the installed photovoltaic module 105 is in “landscape” mode. It is noted that, in these embodiments, the fixing of a photovoltaic module 105 by a long side makes it possible to provide the module 105 with supports and therefore to increase the mechanical strength of the photovoltaic module 105. Thus, the durability of the system is improved. This durability is further improved when photovoltaic modules 105 are combined with fixing supports corresponding to frames.
[0103] In embodiments, such as those shown in Figures 9, 10 and 11, a first link 120 extends at one side of a rectangular photovoltaic module 105. In other words: - the first link 120 and the side of the photovoltaic module 105 are parallel and preferably belong to the same plane defining the verticality of a photovoltaic system, 200, 300 and 400, and - the first link 120 is disposed above the side of the photovoltaic module 105.
[0104] In other embodiments, when a photovoltaic system comprises a plurality of rectangular photovoltaic modules 105, a first link 120 may extend at one side of each photovoltaic module. In particular, the sides of the photovoltaic modules 105 are aligned and parallel to the first link 120.
[0105] In embodiments, such as those shown in Figures 1, 9, 10 and 11, at least one photovoltaic module 105 is bifacial.
[0106] It can be seen, in [Fig.l], that the system 100 comprises a plurality of photovoltaic modules 105, each photovoltaic module 105 being fixed to a first link 120 stretched between the two posts, 110 and 111. Furthermore, in [Fig.l], the rectangular photovoltaic modules 105 are installed in “portrait” mode.
[0107] It is observed, in [Fig.l], that each post, 110 and 111, comprises at least one primary securing means 115. Each primary securing means 115 makes it possible to secure the link 120 to each post, 110 and 111. In particular, the cooperation of the primary securing means 115 applies a longitudinal tension to the first link 120. In other words, the link 120 is subjected to a longitudinal tension generated by the securing of the link 120 to each post, 110 and 111, by the primary securing means 115. It is noted, in [Fig.l], that such a tension is represented at the level of the two posts, 110 and 111, by two diverging dotted arrows.
[0108] In embodiments, such as that shown in [Fig.l], a link 120 is a cable. In the photovoltaic system 100, when the link 120 is a cable, a continuous tension is applied along the taut cable. In variants, the link 120 is a chain corresponding to a succession of interlaced rings secured to each other. In these variants, when the chain is taut between two posts, 110 and 111, the rings exert a tension on each other corresponding to a discrete tension along the chain. A link 120 is, for example, made of metal or a metal alloy. Preferably, the link 120 is adapted to withstand environmental constraints imposed by the installation site, for example, agricultural land.
[0109] In embodiments, the means 125 for attaching the photovoltaic module 105 to a link 120 comprises a housing at least partially surrounding the link 120. In other words, the attachment means 125 has at least one dimension greater than a dimension of the link 120. For example, when the attachment means 125 comprises a hook-shaped housing and the link 120 is a cable comparable to a truncated cylinder, the housing delimited by the curvature of the hook has an internal dimension greater than the diameter of the cable. A fixing means 125 ensures that the photovoltaic module 105 is held on the first tensioned link 120, in particular allowing the photovoltaic module 105 to be suspended on the first link 120. Such a fixing means 125 is therefore comparable to a suspension means.
[0110] In embodiments, the fixing means 125 at least partially passes through the first link 120. For example: - passages, capable of receiving at least one fixing means 125, are present in the thickness of the link 120 and formed during the design of the link 120; such a link 120 is, for example, a chain or a cable having passages similar to bores; - when the link 120 is a particular cable, the spacing of the ropes making up such a cable is carried out to form the passages of the fixing means 125; - the link 120 is pierced during the installation of the fixing means 125 in order to form passages.
[0111] In [Fig.22], we observe an embodiment of a photovoltaic system 600 which is the subject of the invention. We note, in [Fig.22], that the poles are not shown.
[0112] In embodiments, such as that shown in [Fig.22], the link is, for example, a chain 123 having links visible in [Fig.22]-a2). In these embodiments, the fixing means 125 of the photovoltaic module 105 to a link 123 comprises, for example, a bolt 128 passing through the recess of a link and fixed to the photovoltaic module 105 as shown in [Fig.22]-al). In other words, in these optional embodiments, the fixing means 125 at least partially passes through the first link 123.
[0113] In variants (not shown), the fixing means 125 is integrated into a link 120. For example, the link 120 comprises fixing fasteners, the fasteners being fixed to the link 120 and configured to hang the photovoltaic module 105.
[0114] In embodiments, such as that shown in [Fig. 1], the photovoltaic system 100 further comprises: - for each post, 110 and 111, a secondary securing means 116 of a second flexible link 121 to the posts, 110 and 111; the cooperation of the secondary securing means 116 applies a longitudinal tension on the second link 121, and - the second flexible link 121 stretched between the two posts, 110 and 111.
[0115] In these embodiments, the first link 120 and the second link 121 are secured to two separate parts of the photovoltaic module 105 by, respectively, a fixing means 125 and another fixing means. In these embodiments, the fixing means 125 corresponds to a primary fixing means 125 and the other fixing means corresponds to a secondary fixing means. Such a secondary fixing means comprises, for example, a housing at least partially surrounding the second link 121. For example, the first link 120 and the second link 121 are secured respectively in the upper part and in the lower part of the photovoltaic module 105. In other words, the first link 120 is arranged above the second link 121.
[0116] The embodiments, variants and characteristics stated previously and in the remainder of the description for the first link 120 are also transposable to the second link 121. It is noted that the first link 120 and the second link 121 may be similar or different.
[0117] The embodiments, variants and characteristics stated previously and in the remainder of the description for the primary securing means 115 are also transposable to the secondary securing means 116. It is noted that the primary securing means 115 and the secondary securing means 116 may be similar or different.
[0118] In embodiments, such as those shown in [Fig.l] and 2, the system 100 and the two variants 100-a) and 100-b) further comprise at least one anchoring means 112 of at least one link, 120 and / or 121, in an installation ground 101). For example, this anchoring means is a pile which comprises a means of securing the end of the link, 120 and / or 121.
[0119] It is noted, in these embodiments, that the cooperation of said anchoring means with the securing means, 115 and / or 116, applies an additional longitudinal tension on the link, 120 and / or 121.
[0120] In these embodiments, such as those shown in figures 1 and 2-a), when the system 100 comprises a first link 120 and a second link 121, the ends of each link, 120 and 121, are linked two by two by the same anchoring means.
[0121] In [Fig.2]-a), we observe a system 100-a) having anchoring means 112 called “aligned”, that is to say aligned with respect to the straight line passing through the two posts, 110 and 111, called “line of posts”.
[0122] In [Fig.2]-b), we observe a system 100-b) which comprises an anchoring means for each end of the two links, 120 and 121. In [Fig.2]-b), the system 100-b) has anchoring means 112 called “laterally offset”, that is to say offset relative to the line of posts. In other words, these anchoring means 112 are laterally offset on either side of the line of posts, thus increasing the resistance of the system 100-b) when the latter is subjected to a lateral wind.
[0123] It is noted, depending on the mechanical constraints applied to the system 100, that other anchoring means 112, with or without lateral offset on either side of the line of posts, can be added.
[0124] In embodiments, such as those shown in Figures 3 and 4, at least one post, 110 and / or 111, comprises a means of securing, 115 and / or 116, a link, 120 and / or 121.
[0125] It is noted, in [Fig.3], that the primary securing means 115 is a through opening, visible in 3-a2) and 3-a3), in which the link 120, such as a cable, is inserted. Such an opening 115 is comparable to a bore, that is to say an opening forming a truncated cylinder into which the cable is inserted. Preferably, the generator of this truncated cylinder is perpendicular to the axis ZI of the post 110. Such a bore has a function similar to the eye of a needle. It can be seen, in [Fig.3], that the secondary securing means 116 is also a through opening.
[0126] It is noted that the primary securing means 115 is compatible with various post profiles, such as shown in [Fig.8].
[0127] For example, in [Fig.8], the post has various profiles: - in C in 8-b), 8-e) and 8-g), - crosswise in 8-i) and 8-o), - in H in 8-j), - in a rectangle, or even square, in 8-k), 8-m) and 8-n), and - in an 8-1 triangle).
[0128] In particular, in [Fig.8] and for variants 8-a), 8-b), 8-c), 8-d), 8-e), 8-f), 8-g), 8-h), 8-k), 8-1), 8-m) and 8-n), the post has a longitudinal void, i.e. along the axis Z1 of the post 110. In other words, the post is not considered to be solid, but free of material along the axis Z1.
[0129] In [Fig.8], the posts shown can be obtained by folding, extrusion or any other manufacturing process known to those skilled in the art.
[0130] It is noted, in [Fig.4], that a primary securing means 115 comprises a housing delimited by a hook. It is noted, in [Fig.4], that the post 110 has a longitudinal surface comprising an axis preferably parallel to the axis Zl of the post. Furthermore, in [Fig.4], the hook is arranged either: - on the longitudinal surface of the post 110, as shown in 4-a), so that the link 120 is in contact with this longitudinal surface, or
[0131] - set back from the longitudinal surface of the post, and closer to the Zl axis of the post 110 as shown in 4-b).
[0132] In embodiments, such as those shown in Figures 3 and 4, a post 110 comprises several primary securing means 115. It is noted that the primary securing means are arranged at distinct heights along an axis parallel to the axis Z1 of the post 110 in order to be able to access a plurality of heights of the first link 120.
[0133] In embodiments, such as those shown in Figures 3 and 4, when a first link 120 and a second link 121 are included in the photovoltaic system, a post 110 comprises several secondary securing means 116. It is noted that the secondary securing means are arranged at distinct heights along an axis parallel to the axis Z1 of the post 110 in order to be able to access a plurality of heights of the second link 121. In particular, the fixing height of the second link 121 is conditioned by the fixing height of the first link 120.
[0134] Preferably, a post 110 comprises several primary securing means 115 and several secondary securing means 116.
[0135] Thus, the flexibility of the photovoltaic system with respect to the installation and the determination of the height of the links, 120 and 121, is improved since the positioning of the links, 120 and 121, is easy and adaptable according to the need for spacing of the links, 120 and 121.
[0136] Furthermore, when a system comprises: - two modules, one above, respectively fixed to a first link 120 and to a second link 121, the first link 120 and the second link 121 being distinct, and - two posts 110 which comprise several primary securing means 115,
[0137] such a system makes it possible to pass different slopes of installation ground while maintaining a substantially constant spacing between the two modules.
[0138] It is noted that the primary securing means 115 associated with each post may be identical or different. Furthermore, the secondary securing means 116 associated with each post may be identical or different.
[0139] In embodiments, such as those shown in [Fig.5] and 7, at least one primary securing means 115 comprises an intermediate part, 133 or 134, for securing a post 110 to a first link 120.
[0140] It is noted that, when the primary securing means 115 comprises an intermediate part 133, such a primary securing means 115 necessarily comprises a means for assembling the intermediate part, 133 or 134, to the post 110.
[0141] It can be seen, in [Fig.5], that the intermediate part 133 of the primary securing means 115 is configured to: - be secured to the external surface of the post 110 and - form an elbow, a hook or any other shape defining an insertion housing for the first link 120.
[0142] In particular, in [Fig.5]-a3), the intermediate part 133 and the post respectively comprise a bore allowing the assembly of the intermediate part 133 to the post 110. For example, a bolt and nut assembly allows the assembly of the intermediate part 133 to the post 110. More particularly, the body of the bolt is inserted into the bore of the intermediate part and into the bore of the post in order to ensure the connection. It is noted that the assembly consisting of the bore of the post 110, the bore of the intermediate part 133 and the bolt forms a means for assembling the intermediate part 133 to the post 110.
[0143] In [Fig.6], we observe seven embodiments, 6-a), 6-b), 6-c), 6-d), 6-e), 6-f) and 6-g), of an intermediate part 133. We note that, in these embodiments, the intermediate part comprises a bore. In variants 6-a), 6-b), 6-d), 6-f) and 6- g), the intermediate securing piece 133 forms at least one elbow for retaining the first link 120. In variants 6-c), 6-e), the intermediate securing piece 133 forms a hook.
[0144] It can be seen, in [Fig.7], that the intermediate part 134 of the primary securing means 115 is configured to: - be secured to an internal surface of the post 110 and - tighten the first link 120 as shown in [Fig.7]-al) and 7-a2).
[0145] In particular, it is noted that the intermediate part 134 is U-shaped, as shown in [Fig.7]-a2). It is observed that the two branches of the U formed by the intermediate part are partially inserted into two bores present in the post 110. Furthermore, these two branches are preferably threaded in order to allow bolting, carried out by nuts, to an internal surface of the post 110. It is noted that the assembly consisting of the bores of the post 110, the threading of the branches of the U formed by the intermediate part 134 and the bolts forms a means of assembling the intermediate part 134 to the post 110.
[0146] In embodiments (not shown), the branches of the U formed by the intermediate piece 134 are of different lengths. For example, one branch is shorter than the other branch in order to facilitate the positioning and tightening of the first link 120 during installation of the photovoltaic system.
[0147] It is noted, in [Fig. 5], that at least one secondary securing means 116 comprises a part for securing a post 110 and / or 111 to a second link 121. Such a securing part has the same variants as those stated for the securing part 133 included in the primary securing means 115.
[0148] In embodiments, such as those shown in figures 9 to 21, a means 125 for fixing the photovoltaic module 105 to the link comprises a fixing support 126 for fixing the photovoltaic module 105. Preferably, the fixing support 126 comprises at least partially a material reflecting the light radiation.
[0149] In embodiments, such as those shown in figures 9, 10 and 11, at least one rectangular photovoltaic module 105 is fixed by a fixing support 126 to a first link 120. It is noted that such a support is arranged on a long side of the photovoltaic module 105, such a photovoltaic module 105 is therefore installed in “landscape” mode.
[0150] In embodiments, such as those shown in Figures 9, 10 and 11, the fixing support 126 delimits a face of the photovoltaic module 105. In particular, when the photovoltaic module is rectangular, the fixing support extends, for example, at least partially on at least one of the sides of the photovoltaic module 105.
[0151] In embodiments, such as that shown in [Fig.9], the fixing support 126 included in the fixing means 125 comprises at least two fixing hooks 201 to the first link 120. For example, when the photovoltaic module 105 is installed in “landscape” mode, each fixing hook 201 is arranged respectively between the axis Z2 and each short side.
[0152] It can be seen, in [Fig.9], that the fixing support 126 also comprises two other hooks 202, called secondary fixing hooks 202 to the second link 121. It can be noted that the arrangements of each hook, 201 and 202, vary according to the requirements of the installation of the system 200. For example, the hooks 201 and the secondary hooks 202 are offset from each other in the plane comprising the face of the photovoltaic module 105.
[0153] In embodiments, such as that shown in [Fig.10], the fixing support 126 included in the fixing means 125 comprises at least two fixing hooks 301 to the first link 120. For example, at least one side of a hook 301 is aligned with one side of the fixing support 126. It is noted that the fixing hooks 301 of the system 300 have at least one dimension greater than the dimension of the fixing hooks 201 of the system 200. In particular, a fixing hook 301 of the system 300 longitudinally covers the first link 120 to a greater extent compared to a fixing hook 201 of the system 200.
[0154] It can be seen, in [Fig.10], that the fixing support 126 also comprises another attachment 302, called the secondary attachment attachment 302 to the second link 121. It can be noted that the arrangements of each attachment, 301 and 302, vary according to the requirements of the installation of the system 300. For example, the attachments 301 and the secondary attachment 302 are offset from each other in the plane comprising the face of the photovoltaic module 105.
[0155] It is noted, in figures 9 and 10, that the number and length of the hooks, 201, 202, 301 and 302, are variable and adaptable according to the needs of the installation of the systems 200 and 300.
[0156] In embodiments, such as those shown in Figures 12, 13 and 14, a fixing bracket 126 includes a housing at least partially surrounding the first link 120.
[0157] In embodiments, such as those shown in [Fig. 12], in particular in 12-a), 12-b), 12-c) and 12-d), the first link 120 is immobilized in the housing of the fixing support 126 by a bolt assembly and two nuts. In particular, the fixing support 126 comprises two bores external to the housing configured to receive the fixing bolt. It is noted that, when the first link 120 is present in the housing of the fixing support 126, such a first link 120 is in abutment against a part of the body of the bolt, thus avoiding the dislodgement of the link 120 and thus maintaining the attachment of the photovoltaic module 105 to the first link 120.
[0158] It is observed, in [Fig.12], in 12-a), that the fixing support comprises an axial opening, in particular oriented along the axis Z2 when the photovoltaic module 105 is fixed to the link 120, suitable for inserting the link 120 into the housing. In variants, in 12-b), 12-c) and 12-d), the fixing support comprises a lateral opening, in particular oriented perpendicular to the axis Z2 when the photovoltaic module 105 is fixed to the link 120, suitable for inserting the link 120 into the housing.
[0159] In embodiments, such as those shown in [Fig. 13], the first link 120 is immobilized in the housing of the fixing support 126 by a bolt and nut assembly. In particular, the fixing support 126 comprises a thread communicating with the housing and configured to receive the fixing bolt. It is noted that, when the first link 120 is present in the housing of the fixing support 126, such a first link 120 is pinched by the flat end of the bolt, thus avoiding the dislodgement of the link 120 and thus maintaining the fixing of the photovoltaic module 105 to the first link 120.
[0160] It is observed, in [Fig.13], that the fixing means 125, and in particular the fixing support 126, has at least one portion forming a bevel 132 oriented towards at least one face of the photovoltaic module 105, for example an active face. It is noted that when the module 105 is bifacial, the bevel 132 is preferentially oriented towards the two active faces of the photovoltaic module 105.
[0161] In [Fig. 13], the light radiation is represented by a solid arrow, and a flow of water or dust is represented by a dotted arrow. It can be seen in 13-a), 13-b) and 13-c) that the fixing support 126 has a beveled upper portion 132, this upper portion being in the upper part of the photovoltaic system, such a bevel being oriented towards the active face of the photovoltaic module 105 allowing a greater quantity of light radiation to pass through. It can be seen in 13-b) and 13-c) that the fixing support 126 has a beveled lower portion, this lower portion being in the lower part of the photovoltaic system, such a bevel being oriented towards the active face of the photovoltaic module 105 allowing water and dirt to flow out.
[0162] In other words, in certain embodiments, the portions of the support 126 forming bevels are located around the active face of the module 105 in the upper and / or lower part and / or on the sides delimited by the support 126.
[0163] In embodiments, such as that shown in [Fig.14], the fixing means 125 comprises a fixing hook 131. In particular, in [Fig.14], the fixing hook 131 delimits the housing 126 and is included in the fixing support 126 of the photovoltaic module 105.
[0164] In these embodiments, shown in [Fig. 14], a second link 121 is also fixed to the photovoltaic module 105 by means of a second fixing support 136 included in a secondary fixing means. In other words, the first link 120 and the second link 121 are secured to two separate parts of the photovoltaic module 105 by, respectively, a primary fixing means 125 and a secondary fixing means. Such a secondary fixing means also comprises a housing at least partially surrounding the second link 121. In particular, the first link 120 and the second link 121 are fixed vertically and respectively above and below the active face of the photovoltaic module 105. In other words, the first link 120 is arranged above the second link 121.It is noted that such a secondary fixing means of the link 121 comprises for example a bolt comprising two nuts, as shown in 14-a), 14-b) and 14-c), configured to crush the link 121 in the housing of the secondary fixing means. In variants, such a secondary fixing means of the link 121 comprises for example a bolt and a nut, as shown in 14-d) and 14-e), configured to pinch the link 121 in the housing of the secondary fixing means. Thus, such a secondary fixing means prevents the photovoltaic module 105 from becoming detached not only from the second link 121, but also from the first link 120 by maintaining contact between the first link 120 and the upper internal rounding of the hook 131 of the primary fixing means 125. Furthermore, lateral movement of the photovoltaic module 105, such as sliding along the first link 120, is avoided.
[0165] It is observed, in [Fig.14], in 14-a), 14-c), 14-d) and 14-e), that the second fixing support 136 comprises an opening suitable for the insertion of the link 121 into the housing.
[0166] In embodiments, such as those shown in Figures 15 to 18, a means 125 for fixing the photovoltaic module 105 to the first link 120 further comprises an intermediate fixing element 127.
[0167] It can be seen in [Fig. 15] that an intermediate fixing means 127 is distinct from the fixing support 126. In particular, the intermediate fixing means 127 and the fixing support 126 are connected by a connecting means 128. For example, such a connecting means 128 comprises a bolt comprising two nuts. It can be noted, in this example, that the assembly consisting of a bore in the intermediate fixing means 127, a bore in the fixing support 126 and the bolt forms the connecting means 128.
[0168] In [Fig.15], in 15-a), 15-b), 15-c), 15-d), 15-e), 15-f) and 15-g), the fixing support 126 corresponds, for example, to the frame of the photovoltaic module 105. For example, the frame of the photovoltaic module 105 is a standard frame known to those skilled in the art.
[0169] It is noted, in [Fig. 15], that for a photovoltaic module 105 having a standard frame 126, a plurality of intermediate fixing means 127 is used. In particular, the fixing means 127 is a part comprising a housing at least partially surrounding the first link 120. Such a part comprises an opening suitable for inserting the link 120 into the housing. The variants stated previously for immobilizing the first link 120 in the housing of a fixing means 125 are also applicable to the intermediate fixing means 127.
[0170] It can be seen in [Fig.15] that the frame 126 and the intermediate fixing means 127 are connected by a connecting means 128. In particular, the connecting means 128 comprises a bolt and two nuts. The frame 126 and the intermediate fixing means 127 are perforated in order to ensure the passage of the body of the bolt. When the frame 126 and the intermediate fixing means 127 are connected, the bolts of the connecting means 128 are tightened and respectively in contact with the frame 126 and the intermediate fixing means 127.
[0171] In embodiments, such as that shown in [Fig.16], in 16-al) and 16-a2), the intermediate fixing means 127 is in two pieces: - a first part being configured to be fixed to the fixing support 126 of the photovoltaic module 105 and - a second part being configured to grip the first link 120.
[0172] In these embodiments, the first link 120 is immobilized between the first part and the second part.
[0173] We note, in [Fig.l6]-al) and in 16-a2) that: - the first part and the fixing support 126 are perforated and fixed together by a connecting means 128 comprising, for example, a first bolt passing through each of the perforated parts; and - the second part is a flange 137 enclosing the first link 120; such a flange 137 is also perforated in order to be secured to the first doubly perforated part by, for example, a second bolt passing through each of the perforated parts.
[0174] In other embodiments, such as that shown in [Fig.17], in 17-al), 17-al'), 17-a2) and 17-a2'), the intermediate fixing means 127 is in two pieces connected by a pivot shaft: - a first part being configured to be fixed to the fixing support 126 of the photovoltaic module 105 and - a second part being configured to be secured to the first link 120.
[0175] In these embodiments, the first link 120 is immobilized between the first part and the second part. Furthermore, the pivot shaft allows the opening or closing of the fixing means 125 along a pivot axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of the first tensioned link 120.
[0176] We note, in [Fig.17], in particular in 17-al') and in 17-a2') that: - the first part and the fixing support 126 are perforated and fixed together by a connecting means 128 comprising, for example, a bolt passing through each of the perforated parts; and - the second part is a flange 137 enclosing the first link 120; such a flange 137 is connected to the first part by a pivot shaft ensuring the link between the first part and the flange 137. It is noted that, preferably, as visible in 17-al), the flange 137 has an opening aligned with the body of the bolt. Such an opening is configured to surround the bolt fixing the first part and the fixing support 126. Preferably, the bolt is held in the opening of the flange 137 by a tightened nut.
[0177] In variants, such as that shown in [Fig. 18], the bolt and nut assembly fixing the first part to the fixing support 126 of the photovoltaic module 105 is offset relative to the opening of the flange 137 of the second part. It can be seen, in 18-al '), that the intermediate fixing means 127 is in three connected parts: - a first part connected to the fixing support 126 by a connecting means 128, - a second part being a flange 137 and connected to the first part by a first pivot shaft, and - a third part being a “wing screw” 138 and connected to the first part by a second pivot shaft.
[0178] Preferably, the axis of the first pivot shaft and the axis of the second pivot shaft are parallel to each other, and also parallel to the longitudinal axis of the first tensioned link 120 and perpendicular to the axis Z2 of the module 105.
[0179] In these variants, when the first link 120 is gripped by the flange 137 of the intermediate fixing means 127, the butterfly screw 138 is pivoted to be surrounded by the opening of the flange 137 and tightened in order to maintain the cohesion and fixing of the assembly.
[0180] In embodiments, such as those shown in Figures 19 to 21, a means 125 for fixing the photovoltaic module 105 to the first link 120 comprises an adjustment means 129. Such an adjustment means is configured to move at least one active face of the photovoltaic module 105 away from or closer to the first link 120 stretched between the two posts. It is noted, when the photovoltaic system comprises a second link, that such a fixing means 125 can also be used to move at least one active face of the photovoltaic module 105 away from or closer to the second link 121.
[0181] It is observed, in [Fig. 19] to 21, that the adjustment means 129 comprises an intermediate part which comprises a plurality of bores. Such bores ensure the adjustment of the height of the photovoltaic module 105 relative to the first link 120.
[0182] It is noted, in [Fig. 19], that the intermediate part of the adjustment means 129 is connected: - to a fixing hook 131 of the fixing means 125 to the first link 120 and - to a photovoltaic module having a frame 126 of the fixing means 125, for example a standard frame.
[0183] In particular, in [Fig. 19], adjustment means 129 is arranged above, vertically, an active face of the photovoltaic module 105.
[0184] It is noted, in figures 20 and 21, that the intermediate part of the adjustment means 129 is connected: - to a fixing flange 137 of the fixing means 125 to the first link 120 and - to a photovoltaic module having a frame 126 of the fixing means 125, for example a standard frame.
[0185] It is noted, in [Fig.20] that the adjustment means 129 is arranged at the rear of an active face of the photovoltaic module 105. In [Fig.21], the adjustment means 129 is arranged above, vertically, an active face of the photovoltaic module 105.
[0186] In embodiments, such as that shown in [Fig.l 1], the system 400 comprises: - a first link 120 and a second link 121, - two photovoltaic modules, 105 and 106: - and for each module, a fixing support 126 delimiting a face of the photovoltaic module, 105 or 106.
[0187] It is observed, in [Fig.l 1], that the photovoltaic module 105 is fixed on a first link 120 in the upper part and on a second link 121 in the lower part. In addition, it is observed that the photovoltaic module 106 is fixed on the second link 121 in the upper part and on a third link 122 in the lower part. It is noted that the fixing of the photovoltaic module 106 on a third link 122 in the lower part ensures greater stability and verticality.
[0188] It is noted that a fixing support 126 of a photovoltaic module 105 further comprises an opening 401 partially surrounding the second link 121. Such an opening corresponds to a portion of the fixing support 126 free of materials. Furthermore, such an opening 401 is configured to receive a portion of the fixing support 126 of the other photovoltaic module 106. Such a fixing support 126, being for example a frame, ensures the fixing of the photovoltaic module 106 to the link 121. It is noted that the characteristics of the different embodiments and variants described previously for the fixing means 125 and the fixing support 126 are applicable to the embodiment shown in [Fig. 11].
[0189] In other words, in [Fig. 11], the opening of the fixing support 126 of the photovoltaic module 105 is delimited so as to ensure the passage of the portion of the fixing support 126 of the photovoltaic module 106. For example, the fixing support 126 of the photovoltaic module 105 is fixed to the second link 121 by two distinct and horizontal portions. It is observed that these two portions delimit the opening 401 of the fixing support 126 of the photovoltaic module 105. In particular, between these two fixing portions of the module 105 to the second link 121 is inserted a portion of the fixing support 126 of the other photovoltaic module 106. For example, as shown in [Fig. 11], such a fixing portion of the photovoltaic module 106 is solid and extends along the second link. For example: - the two attachment portions of the module 105 to the second link 121 comprise a attachment hook and - the attachment portion of the photovoltaic module 106 to the second link 121 also comprises a attachment hook.
[0190] In embodiments, such as that shown in [Fig.l 1], the opening 401 of the fixing support 126 of the photovoltaic module 105 delimits a shape complementary to the fixing support 126 of the photovoltaic module 106. Such complementarity ensures the embedding of the fixing support 126 of the photovoltaic module 106 in the opening 401 of the fixing support 126 of the photovoltaic module 105.
[0191] It is noted, in [Fig. 11], that the fixing support 126 of the photovoltaic module 105 comprises a plurality of openings: in particular two openings in the upper part and three openings in the lower part including the opening 401. Generally speaking, in this embodiment, the shape of the fixing support 126 of the photovoltaic module 105 is configured to: - allow the attachment of this module 105 to the first link 120 and to the second link 121, - by the presence of at least one opening, ensure the sharing of the second link 121 with the attachment support 126 of the other photovoltaic module 106 and - optionally, sharing the first link 120 with a mounting support for a third photovoltaic module arranged above the module 105.
[0192] In this embodiment, the support 126 of the other photovoltaic module 106 comprises a number of openings similar to the support 126 of the photovoltaic module 105. Such a support has a shape ensuring a function similar to that stated previously for the fixing support 126 of the photovoltaic module 105.
[0193] In embodiments, such as that shown in [Fig.l 1], two photovoltaic modules, 105 and 106, are arranged vertically, one module photovoltaic module 105 being arranged above the other photovoltaic module 106 in the installation configuration of the system 400. In particular, the two photovoltaic modules, 105 and 106, are installed in “landscape” mode.
[0194] In other words, all or part of the photovoltaic modules, 105 and 106, can be stackable in a modular manner. By stackable, we mean aligned vertically, preferably by maximizing the useful face of the modules. This stacking is achieved, for example, by sharing the same attachment cable 121 for two photovoltaic modules, 105 and 106. This sharing therefore assumes that the attachment means 125 of each photovoltaic module, 105 and 106, to the cable 121 do not interfere with each other. This can be achieved in several ways.
[0195] Such a manner consists in providing that the fixing support 126 of a photovoltaic module 105 is perforated to reveal the cable 121, so as to allow the passage of the fixing support 126 of another photovoltaic module 106 and the fixing of this other module 106 to the cable 121 thus revealed. Such a manner of producing this stack is compatible with a use of fixing support 126 corresponding to a frame, the frame 126 being included in the fixing means 125 and the frame 126 being perforated to allow the passage of a fixing means 125 of another photovoltaic module 106.
[0196] Another way consists in providing at least one space between two fixing means 125 of the same photovoltaic module 105, said space revealing the cable 121, so that the fixing support 126 of another photovoltaic module 106 can be positioned in this space.
[0197] In embodiments (not shown), the photovoltaic system comprises a plurality of photovoltaic modules 105 arranged vertically above each other, the number of modules being greater than two.
[0198] [Fig.23] shows a schematic view of an optional embodiment of the method 500 which is the subject of the present invention. The method 500 for installing a wired vertical photovoltaic system comprises: - a positioning step 505 of a first post, - a step 510 of fixing the first post to an installation ground, - a step 515 of positioning a second post, - a step of fixing 520 of the second post to an installation floor, - a step 525 of tensioning at least one flexible link between the two posts, comprising: - a step 530 of securing the flexible link to the first post and - a step 535 of securing the flexible link to the second post, and - a step 540 of fixing a photovoltaic module to the stretched flexible link.
[0199] During the positioning steps 505 and 515, each post is positioned so as to allow, downstream, the fixing of a link causing tension.
[0200] During the steps 510 and 520 of fixing the posts, the fixings are configured to resist certain mechanical stresses applied to the system, depending in particular on the installation environment.
[0201] It is noted that the combination of the two steps of securing, 530 and 535, the link to the first post and to the second post ensures the tensioning of the link when the system is installed.
[0202] During the step 540 of fixing a photovoltaic module, the contact between the photovoltaic module and the taut link is established and immobilized so as to maintain the verticality of the system.
[0203] Preferably, the method 500 further comprises: - a step of tensioning at least one second flexible link between the two posts, comprising: - a step of securing the second flexible link to the first post and - a step of securing the second flexible link to the second post, and - a step of fixing the photovoltaic module to the second stretched flexible link.
[0204] Preferably, the means of the devices 100, 200, 300 and 400 are configured to implement the steps of the method 500 and their embodiments as set out above and the method 500 as well as its different embodiments can be implemented by the means of the devices 100, 200, 300 and 400.
