Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: kit for renovating collective VMC GAS conduits FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a kit for the renovation of a collective conduit of Centralized mechanical ventilation (CMV) gas. This type of ventilation aims to evacuate combustion residues from any gas-powered equipment, such as a water heater or boiler, for example. TECHNOLOGICAL BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Document EP3839343 forms the closest state of the art, which the present invention aims to improve. SUBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The object of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art by proposing a kit assembly for renovating a collective VMC GAS conduit. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0004] With a view to achieving this aim, the subject of the invention proposes a kit for the renovation of a centralized collective mechanical ventilation duct as shown in [Fig.l]. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
[0005] Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will emerge from the detailed description of the invention which follows with reference to the appended figure in which:
[0006] [Fig.l] [Fig.l] represents a kit for the renovation of a centralized collective mechanical ventilation duct in accordance with the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0007] With reference to [Fig.l], the present invention relates to a kit assembly of a double-flow collective conduit extending over several floors of a building 10 comprising at least one flexible smoke evacuation tube 4 introduced into an external structure 3 consisting of a plurality of rigid tubes fitted into a plurality of rigid elements comprising fixed tappings, this external structure is located in an existing conduit 1, its diameter gradually adapts to the number of flexible tubes 4 by the addition of increasing parts 9, and ending at its upper end with a terminal 5 provided with smoke evacuation orifices and combustion air inlet orifices and made integral with the last rigid tube by fitting, each flexible conduit connecting each smoke evacuation orifice of the terminal to the smoke evacuation duct of a combustion appliance 6 installed near at least one orifice and a connecting conduit 7.
[0008] The existing duct 1 is connected on at least one level to a stale air extraction orifice 8. The stale air is evacuated from the existing duct 1 by means of an extractor 2.
[0009] According to one feature, said at least one tapping is connected to a combustion air nozzle of the device.
[0010] According to another feature, said at least one tapping is a cylindrical tube, connected by welding to a cylindrical section along the cutting axis of a hole made in said cylindrical section.
[0011] According to another feature, the flexible conduit is made of plastic material.
[0012] According to another particularity, the plastic material chosen is PVDF for a operating temperature up to 160°C or PP for operating temperature up to 120°C.
[0013] According to another feature, an annular support comprising a seal in a groove holds each flexible conduit on the terminal.
[0014] According to another feature, a holding collar holds the terminal at the upper end of the external structure.
[0015] According to another feature, each rigid tube is made of rigid metal.
[0016] According to another feature, the rigid tube composed of rigid steel metal galvanized or stainless steel.
[0017] Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and variant embodiments can be made without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the claim.
