Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: FIXING SYSTEM FOR POST COMPRISING AN ANTI-LIFTING SYSTEM Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to a system for fixing a post where the fixing system comprises an anti-lift system. Such a fixing system equipped with a post is used for example in a building under construction to protect personnel when the final guardrails have not yet been installed. The present invention also relates to an assembly comprising such a fixing system and the associated post. STATE OF THE PRIOR ART
[0002] In a building under construction, it is known to use temporary railings which are installed in a slab when the definitive railings have not yet been installed. Temporary railings comprise vertical posts and horizontal elements (horizontal rails and baseboards or mesh, tubular or synthetic panels) which are fixed between two consecutive posts.
[0003] Each post is driven into a reservation made in the slab or into an accessory fixed to the slab.
[0004] To prevent the posts from lifting unintentionally, each post is provided with an anti-lifting system which may be more or less complex to implement.
[0005] Although such a system gives complete satisfaction, it is desirable to find a lifting system that is simpler to implement. Statement of the invention
[0006] An object of the present invention is to provide a pole fixing system where the fixing system comprises an anti-lifting system which is easy to implement.
[0007] For this purpose, a fixing system for a post is proposed, said fixing system comprising:
[0008] - a base,
[0009] - a shaft secured to the base and having an orifice intended to receive the post and where the wall of the barrel has a notch,
[0010] - a guide,
[0011] - clamping means, and
[0012] - a slide guided parallel to a guiding direction by the guide between a free position where the slide does not cooperate with the clamping means and a fixed position where the slide cooperates with the clamping means which are intended to clamp the slide against the post through the notch to block the post in the shaft.
[0013] Thanks to such a system, the post locks simply.
[0014] Advantageously, the guide consists of two panels integral with the base and arranged on either side of the notch parallel to the guiding direction, and each panel is pierced with a window through which the slider passes.
[0015] Advantageously, each window has a first edge which is intended to be set back relative to the wall of the post accessible through the notch.
[0016] Advantageously, each window has a second edge which is on the other side of the slide relative to the notch and the two second edges together constitute the clamping means.
[0017] Advantageously, the slider has a wedge shape with a wide end and a thin end.
[0018] Advantageously, on the side of the wide end, the distance between the first edge and the second edge of the window is less than the width of the wide end and the distance between the first edge and the second edge of each window is greater than the width of the thin end.
[0019] Advantageously, the thin end is equipped with a retaining device which has dimensions greater than at least one of the following dimensions: the height of the window which is on the side of the thin end, and the width of the window which is on the side of the thin end.
[0020] The invention also proposes an assembly comprising a fixing system according to one of the preceding variants and a post inserted into the barrel. Brief description of the drawings
[0021] The above-mentioned features of the invention, as well as others, will appear more clearly on reading the following description of an exemplary embodiment, said description being made in relation to the attached drawings, among which:

[0026] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0027] [Fig.l] shows an assembly 100 according to the invention comprising a fixing system 102 and a post 104 where the fixing system 102 is fixed to a support 50, for example a slab of a building under construction.
[0028] The fixing system 102 comprises a base 106 which is fixed to the support 50 by fixing means 108 such as, for example, screw / nut systems here through bores 110 provided for this purpose in the base 106.
[0029] In the following description, terms relating to a position are taken with reference to a post 104 arranged vertically, that is to say as shown in [Fig.l].
[0030] The fixing system 102 also comprises a barrel 112 secured to the base 106. The barrel 112 has in the upper part an orifice 112a through which the post 104 is introduced into the barrel 112. In the embodiment of the invention presented here, the axis of the barrel 112 is vertical but it could have a different orientation depending on the needs.
[0031] [Fig.2] shows the fastening system 102 in section. In the embodiment of the invention presented here, the barrel 112 also opens out at the bottom, but it could be blind.
[0032] The fixing system 102 also comprises a locking system 150 which can alternately take an unlocked position in which the post 104 is free to enter and exit the barrel 112 and a locked position in which the post 104 is locked in the barrel 112 and therefore cannot be removed.
[0033] [Fig. 3] shows the fixing system 102 from another point of view and [Fig. 4] shows the assembly 100 in top view with the locking system 150 in the locked position.
[0034] The locking system 150 comprises a guide 152 and a slider 154.
[0035] The wall of the barrel 112 also has a notch 156 which passes through said wall of the barrel 112 and through which the slider 154 comes into contact with the post 104 in the locked position. The bottom of the notch 156 is therefore set back relative to the wall of the post 104 accessible through the notch 156 to allow contact between the slider 154 and the post 104.
[0036] The guide 152 ensures the guidance of the slide 154 along the notch 156.
[0037] The locking system 150 also comprises clamping means 158a-b which ensure the clamping of the slide 154 against the post 104 through the notch 156 and therefore the post 104 against the wall of the barrel 112.
[0038] The slide 154 is thus movable parallel to a guide direction F and guided by the guide 152 between a free position corresponding to the unlocked position where the slide 154 does not cooperate with the clamping means 158a-b and thus allows free movement of the post 104 in the barrel 112, and a fixed position corresponding to the blocked position where the slide 154 cooperates with the clamping means clamping 158a-b which clamp the slide 154 against the post 104 through the notch 156 to lock the post 104 in the barrel 112.
[0039] Thus, the installation and locking of the post 104 are simple to carry out.
[0040] The guiding direction F is here horizontal.
[0041] The guide 152 consists of two panels 160a-b secured to the base 106 and arranged on either side of the notch 156 along the guide direction F. Each panel 160a-b is pierced with a window 152a-b through which the slide 154 passes. The notch 156 is thus between the two panels 160a-b. The height of each window 152a-b is greater than the height of the slide 154 to allow its passage.
[0042] To stiffen the two sides 160a-b, these are part of a U-shaped part 160 secured to the base 106.
[0043] Each window 152a-b is aligned with the notch 156 parallel to the guide direction F, that is to say that when the slider 154 moves in the windows 152a-b, said slider 154 slides in the notch 156.
[0044] Each window 152a-b has a first edge 162a-b which is here vertical and which is set back relative to the wall of the post 104 accessible through the notch 156. The diameter of the post 104 must be sufficient to be accessible through the notch 156: the smaller the diameter of the post 104 which must be accepted in the barrel 112, the deeper the notch 156 must be.
[0045] Each first edge 162a-b is on the same side as the notch 156 relative to the slider 154.
[0046] Each window 152a-b has a second edge which is here vertical and the two second edges together constitute the clamping means 158a-b. Each second edge 158a-b is the edge which is on the other side of the slide 154 relative to the notch 156.
[0047] The width of the slider 154 is such that when it is put in place in a fixed position, the distance between the wall of the post 104 which is accessible through the notch 156 and the two second edges 158a-b, is less than said width of the slider 154 so that the slider 104 exerts pressure against the post 104 which is then wedged against the inner wall of the barrel 112.
[0048] In the embodiment of the invention presented here, the slider 154 has a first face 154a which is here vertical and which comes into contact with the post 104 through the notch 156. The slider 154 has a second face 154b opposite the first face 154a and which has a non-zero angle with the first face 154a, that is to say that the first face 154a and the second face 154b are not parallel, so that the slider 154 has a wide end 154c and a thin end 154d, thus giving the slider 154 the shape of a wedge.
[0049] The slider 154 is put in place by inserting the thin end 154d through the two windows 152a-b so as to present the wide end 154c on one side and the thin end 154d on the other side relative to the panels 160a-b. That is to say, the wide end 154c is on the other side of a panel 160a relative to the notch 156 and the thin end 154d is on the other side of the other panel 160b relative to the notch 156.
[0050] On the side of the wide end 154c, the distance between the first edge 162a and the second edge 158a of the window 152a is less than the width of the wide end 154c so that the wide end 154c cannot pass through the window 152a.
[0051] The distance between the first edge 162a-b and the second edge 158a-b of each window 152a-b is greater than the width of the thin end 154d to allow the slider 154 to be positioned.
[0052] To prevent the slider 154 from being lost, the thin end 154d is equipped with a retaining device 164 which is put in place after the slider 154 is put in place in the windows 152a-b and which has dimensions greater than at least one of the following dimensions: the height of the window 152b which is on the side of the thin end 154d, and the width of the window 152b which is on the side of the thin end 154d. The retaining device 164 is for example a long rivet passing through the thin end 154d.
[0053] To move from the free position to the fixed position, the slider 154 is moved so as to push (arrow F) the wide end 154c into the window 152a and, due to the beveled shape of the slider 154, the second face 154b of the slider 154 will gradually come to bear against the two second edges 158a-b, which will bring the first face 154a of the slider 154 closer to the post 104 to tighten it. In the embodiment of the invention presented in [Fig. 4], the second edges 158a-b of the two windows 152a-b are not aligned to take into account the angle between the first face 154a and the second face 154b.
[0054] The transition from the fixed position to the free position consists of an inverse movement (inverse of the arrow F), which releases the post 104.
