Abstract
Device for CAN BUS The present description relates to a device (SIC-DEV) comprising first and second terminals connected to a bus, and third and fourth terminals to supply and reference potentials (VDD, GND). A first transistor (T1) and a first resistor (R1) are in series between the first terminal (302) and a first diode connected to the third terminal (304). A second resistor (R2), a second transistor (T2) and a second diode (D2) are in series between the first and fourth terminals (302, 306). A third transistor (T3) and a third resistor (R3) are in series between the first diode and the second terminal (300). A fourth resistor (R4), a fourth transistor (T4) and a third diode (D4) are in series between the second and fourth terminals (300, 306). Each time a dominant bit and a recessive bit are transmitted, a circuit (CMD) turns the transistors on for a duration starting with the recessive bit.Figure for abstract: Fig. 3.
