Abstract

Augmented reality glasses (1) for running sports, including a tall, narrow screen (11) positioned between the user's eyes (20). These glasses allow the user to see, superimposed on the real environment, a virtual point of light (3) appearing as if projected onto the ground (4) in front of them. The point of light acts as a "pacemaker": it moves along the ground at a speed predetermined by the user, so that the user only has to follow the point to maintain that speed.
