Description

Title of the invention: Method and device for controlling an on-board display system in a vehicle with duplication of content from a screen of a mobile communication device Technical field

[0001] The present invention relates to methods and devices for controlling an on-board display system in a vehicle, in particular a display system comprising a touch screen. The present invention also relates to a method and a device for sharing content between a screen of a mobile communication device and a screen of a vehicle. Technological background

[0002] Many contemporary vehicles incorporate one or more display screens with a touch interface. Such a touch screen is, for example, used to display information useful for driving the vehicle, for example to control and operate the infotainment system, also called IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment) system and / or other systems embedded in the vehicle such as, for example, the air conditioning system and the vehicle's navigation system.

[0003] The touch display screen is also increasingly used to display content from a mobile communication device, for example a smartphone, connected to the vehicle via a wireless connection such as Bluetooth®, Wifi or via a wired connection such as a USB cable, for example. The content displayed on the screen of the mobile communication device is duplicated on the vehicle display screen via the technique known as screen mirroring.

[0004] Launching screen duplication from the vehicle's touchscreen is generally done by touching a graphical object of the icon type to execute an interactive application, also called an associated interactive thumbnail (from the English "widget") allowing the implementation of screen duplication. Such an interactive application must however comply with certain technical criteria to be certified by the groups or companies developing the operating systems (for example Apple® or Google®), certain technical criteria sometimes being incompatible with development choices of the automobile manufacturer, for example choices at the level of the HMI (Human-Machine Interface) integrating the graphical objects associated with the different interactive applications implemented by the vehicle.

[0005] Summary of the present invention

[0006] An object of the present invention is to solve at least one of the problems of the technological background described above.

[0007] Another object of the present invention is to improve the control of interactive applications of a vehicle.

[0008] According to a first aspect, the present invention relates to a method for controlling an on-board display system in a vehicle, the display system comprising a display device with a touch interface, the method comprising the following steps: - controlling the display of a first graphic object on a first zone of the display device and of a second graphic object on a second zone of the display device different from the first zone, the first graphic object and the second graphic object being associated with an interactive application for duplicating graphic content displayed on a screen of a mobile communication device connected in communication to the vehicle; - receiving data representative of a touch press on the first graphic object or on the second graphic object; - control of display of the graphic content obtained from the mobile communication device on the display device by duplicating the screen of the mobile communication device following the reception of the data, a duration of a time interval between the touch press and the display of the graphic content depending on the data.

[0009] Such a method makes it possible to offer diversity for the execution of an interactive screen duplication application by proposing the display of two graphic objects associated with the same interactive screen duplication application. A first graphic object is for example configured to meet the requirements of a developer of operating systems for mobile communication devices (for example Apple®), for example for execution of the screen duplication application within a maximum time provided by the developer's certification following the touch press on the first graphic object. A second graphic object is for example configured to be in compliance with the policy of the automobile manufacturer without however being in compliance with the developer's certification, for example on the execution time of the interactive application following the touch press on the second graphic object.

[0010] Such a solution thus allows the car manufacturer to obtain certification for screen duplication while allowing the development of graphical interfaces with rules that do not comply with the certification.

[0011] According to a variant, the duration is less than a threshold when the data is representative of a tactile press on the first graphic object and the duration is greater than the threshold when the data is representative of a tactile press on the second object. chart.

[0012] According to another variant, the threshold is equal to 500 ms.

[0013] According to an additional variant, when the data are representative of a tactile pressure on the second graphic object, the method further comprises a display control of a graphic animation of the second graphic object triggered by the reception of the data, the graphic content being displayed following an end of the graphic animation.

[0014] According to another variant: - the first area is arranged in an upper portion of the display device and is configured for displaying information including time information; and - the second area is arranged below the first area and is configured for displaying a set of graphical objects each associated with a different interactive application, the set of graphical objects including the second graphical object.

[0015] According to an additional variant, the graphic content is displayed on the second zone following the end of the graphic animation in replacement of the set of graphic objects.

[0016] According to another variant, the first zone forms a strip along an upper edge of the display device.

[0017] According to a second aspect, the present invention relates to a device for controlling an on-board display system in a vehicle, the device comprising a memory associated with a processor configured for implementing the steps of the method according to the first aspect of the present invention.

[0018] According to a third aspect, the present invention relates to a display system comprising a device as described above according to the second aspect of the present invention and at least one display device communicatively connected to the device as described above according to the second aspect of the present invention.

[0019] According to a variant, the display system further comprises a mobile communication device communicatively connected to the device as described above according to the second aspect of the present invention.

[0020] According to a fourth aspect, the present invention relates to a vehicle, for example of the automobile type, comprising a device as described above according to the second aspect of the present invention or a display system as described above according to the third aspect of the present invention.

[0021] According to a fifth aspect, the present invention relates to a computer program which comprises instructions adapted for executing the steps of the method according to the first aspect of the present invention, in particular when the computer program is executed by at least one processor.

[0022] Such a computer program may use any programming language, and be in the form of source code, object code, or intermediate code between source code and object code, such as in a partially compiled form, or in any other desirable form.

[0023] According to a sixth aspect, the present invention relates to a computer-readable recording medium on which is recorded a computer program comprising instructions for carrying out the steps of the method according to the first aspect of the present invention.

[0024] On the one hand, the recording medium may be any entity or device capable of storing the program. For example, the medium may comprise a storage means, such as a ROM memory, a CD-ROM or a microelectronic circuit type ROM memory, or a magnetic recording means or a hard disk.

[0025] Furthermore, this recording medium may also be a transmissible medium such as an electrical or optical signal, such a signal being able to be conveyed via an electrical or optical cable, by conventional or hertzian radio or by self-directed laser beam or by other means. The computer program according to the present invention may in particular be downloaded from an Internet-type network.

[0026] Alternatively, the recording medium may be an integrated circuit in which the computer program is incorporated, the integrated circuit being adapted to perform or to be used in performing the method in question. Brief description of the figures

[0032] Description of the examples of embodiment

[0033] A method and a device for controlling an on-board display system in a vehicle will now be described in the following with joint reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. The same elements are identified with the same reference signs throughout the description which follows.

[0034] The terms "first(s)", "second(s)" (or "first(s)", "second(s)"), etc. are used in this document by arbitrary convention to enable different elements (such as operations, means, etc.) implemented in the embodiments described below to be identified and distinguished. Such elements may be distinct or correspond to a single element, depending on the embodiment.

[0035] According to a particular and non-limiting example of embodiment of the present invention, the control of a display system of a vehicle, which system comprises one or more display devices with a touch interface, also called a touch screen hereinafter, comprises the control of the display, for example by an on-board computer of the vehicle, of a first graphic object on a first display area of the display device and of a second graphic object on a second display area of the display device, which second area is different from the first area. The first graphic object and the second graphic object are both associated with the same interactive application for duplicating content displayed on a screen of a mobile communication device connected in communication to the vehicle, for example a tablet or a smartphone.Data representative of a touch press on the first graphic object or on the second graphic object, for example made by the driver or a passenger of the vehicle, are received by the computer. The display of graphic content is then controlled, the graphic content being obtained from the mobile communication device via the screen duplication function. The display control is such that the duration between the reception of the data and the display of the content varies depending on whether the touch press was made on the first graphic object or on the second graphic object.

[0036] [Fig. 1] schematically illustrates a part of a passenger compartment of a vehicle 10, according to a particular and non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

[0037] [Fig.l] shows a view of the interior of a vehicle 10, in particular of the front part of the passenger compartment of the vehicle 10 including in particular the steering wheel and the dashboard of the vehicle 10.

[0038] The vehicle 10 corresponds for example to a vehicle with a thermal engine, with electric motor(s) or even a hybrid vehicle with a thermal engine and one or more electric motors. The vehicle 10 thus corresponds for example to a land vehicle, for example a car, a truck, a bus.

[0039] According to the example of [Fig.l], the vehicle 10 has a single device display (a display device also being called a screen or display screen) with a touch interface 101, for example arranged at the dashboard, for example in the middle of the dashboard. Of course, the number of display devices forming the display system of the vehicle 10 is not limited to 1, but extends to several display devices, and the location of the display device is not limited to the example of [Fig.l]. According to another example, the display screen 101 is integrated into a central console of the vehicle 10.

[0040] The display device 101 corresponds for example to a screen of the LCD type (from the English “Liquid Crystal Display” or in French “Display à cristals liquide”), for example of the TFT type (from the English “Thin-Film Transistor” or in French “Transistor en film mince”), or OLED type (from the English “Organic Light-Emitting Diode” or in French “Diode électroluminescente biologique”).

[0041] The display device 101 advantageously corresponds to a so-called touch screen in that a touch interface is associated with the screen of the display device 101. Such a touch interface allows a user to interact with the graphic contents displayed on this screen 101 in a tactile manner, for example by clicking via a tactile press on icons to open new pages of the displayed graphic interface, to navigate in menus by swiping the screen from top to bottom, to enlarge or reduce a window by moving two fingers apart or together, etc.

[0042] A mobile communication device 100 is embedded in the vehicle 10 and connected in communication to the vehicle 10. The mobile communication device 100 corresponds for example to a smartphone, a tablet or a connected object such as a smartwatch. The mobile communication device is connected in communication to the vehicle via a wired connection (for example of the USB type (of the English "Universal Serial Bus" or "Universal Serial Bus" in French) or wireless connection (for example of the Bluetooth® or Wifi® type, for example Wifi Direct (according to IEEE 802.11, for example according to IEEE 802.1 In or IEEE 802.1 lac)). Such a mobile communication device advantageously comprises a display screen configured to display graphic contents generated by one or more human-machine interfaces, in particular a graphical interface. The graphical interface displayed on the screen of the mobile communication device 100 corresponds for example to a graphical interface of an operating system installed on the mobile communication device (for example Android® or iOS from the company Apple®) or to a graphical interface of a mobile application installed or executed on the mobile communication device.

[0043] The mobile communication device 100 advantageously transmits data to the display screen 101 via one or more computers of the system. on-board system of the vehicle 10. For example, the data transmitted by the device 100 are received by a telematic control unit, called TCU (from the English "Telematic Control Unit"), connected in communication with the central computer of the on-board system via a data bus. The TCU is connected to one or more antennas of the vehicle for the communication of data between the vehicle and one or more remote devices, for example the mobile communication device 100. The central computer is advantageously connected to the IVI computer via a data bus, the IVI computer controlling the infotainment system of the vehicle 10 and the data to be displayed on the display screen 101. These computers, that is to say the TCU, the central computer and the IVI computer, advantageously form a multiplexed architecture for the realization of different services useful for the proper functioning of the vehicle. The computers communicate and exchange data with each other via one or more computer buses, for example a communication bus of the CAN (Controller Area Network), CAN FD (Controller Area Network Flexible Data-Rate), FlexRay (according to the ISO 17458 standard) or Ethernet (according to the ISO / IEC 802-3 standard).

[0044] A software module, also called an interactive application (or “widget” in English) configured to establish wireless or wired communication with the mobile communication device 100 is for example executed by the IVI computer (or by another computer of the on-board system of the vehicle 10), allowing the IVI computer to manage the data streams received from the mobile communication device 100 for displaying the content displayed on the screen of the display device 101. This software module is also configured to transmit to the mobile communication device 100 requests or commands received for example from the screen 101. Such requests correspond for example to commands entered by a user using the touch screen 101 as a communication interface with the mobile communication device 100.This software module is for example dependent on the operating system installed on the mobile communication device 100 which also includes a software module configured to communicate with the software module executed by the IVI computer.

[0045] According to an alternative embodiment, the TCU, the central computer and the IVI computer form a single hardware device, for example a computer, each of the functions provided by the TCU, the central computer and the IVI computer being implemented in software in this single device according to this alternative.

[0046] The display screen 101 (for example via the IVI computer controlling the display screen 101) and the mobile communication device 100 are advantageously configured to implement a so-called screen mirroring technology according to which the graphic content displayed on the screen of the mobile communication device 100 is also displayed on the display screen 101. The data corresponding to the content(s) displayed on the screen of the mobile communication device 100 are transmitted to the display screen 101 by the mobile communication device 100 via the wireless or wired connection established between the mobile communication device 100 and the vehicle 10 (i.e. the on-board system of the vehicle 10, including the IVI computer controlling the display screen 101).

[0047] According to this technology, the video stream comprising the data to be displayed on the screen of the mobile communication device 100 is transmitted by the mobile communication device 100 to the display screen 101 for display on this display screen 101.The data corresponding to a content displayed on the screen of the mobile communication device 100 corresponds to image data or graphical interface(s) data, for example contents of a graphical HMI.

[0048] A process for controlling the ODS system of a display system, in particular the display device 101, of the vehicle 10 is advantageously implemented by the vehicle 10, for example by one or more processors of one or more computers of the on-board system of the vehicle 10, for example by the IVI computer.

[0049] In a first operation of the process, the display of a first graphical object on a first area of the display device 101 and of a second graphical object on a second area of the display device 101 is controlled or commanded.

[0050] An example of such a display is shown in [Fig.2].

[0051] According to the example of [Fig.2], the first graphic object 21 is displayed in a first display area 201 of the screen, which first area is located in the upper part of the display device 201, for example along an upper edge of the display device.

[0052] The upper part (or the upper edge) of the display device 201 opposes a lower part (or the lower edge), the lower part corresponding to the part closest to the ground on which the vehicle 10 rests (or the part closest to the underbody of the vehicle 10) and the upper part thus being the part furthest from the ground (or the part closest to the roof of the vehicle 10).

[0053] According to a particular exemplary embodiment, the first zone 201 forms a display strip extending for example over the largest dimension of the display device 201 in the upper part of the display device.

[0054] Such a banner is configured or adapted to include the display of a set of general information including for example the time. The information generated further includes for example the date, the outside temperature, a graphic object allowing access to the vehicle parameter adjustment menu 10 and / or on-board systems of the vehicle 10 and / or information on a telephone 100 connected in communication with the vehicle 10 (for example the battery charge level, the strength of the signal received from a terrestrial cellular communication network, etc.).

[0055] The first display zone 201 corresponds for example to a display zone of a content of the HMI of the vehicle 10 displayed permanently, regardless of the content displayed on the rest of the screen of the display device, that is to say in the display zone(s) 202 to 204 located under the first zone 201. The graphic content displayed in this first zone 201 is constant and the information displayed is for example always the same, unless the display setting of this first zone 201 or banner is modified by the driver or a passenger of the vehicle 10.

[0056] The second graphic object 22 is displayed in a second display area 203 distinct or different from the first area 201. According to the example of [Fig.2], the second area 203 is located below the first area 201 and occupies a part of the display area of the screen of the display device 101 not occupied by the first display area 201.

[0057] According to the example of [Fig.2], the part of the display area of the screen of the display device 101 not occupied by the first display area 201 is divided into 3 parts 202, 203 and 204, the second display area 203 corresponding to the middle area of these 3 parts 202, 203 and 204.

[0058] According to alternative embodiments, the second display zone corresponds to zone 202, to zone 204 or to a zone covering 2 of these 3 zones or all 3 zones (i.e. the remainder of the screen not occupied by the first zone 201).

[0059] The first graphic object 21 and the second graphic object 22 correspond to the same graphic object, a graphic object corresponding to an icon or a virtual button. The first graphic object 21 and the second graphic object 22 are representative of the interactive screen duplication application and graphically represent the screen duplication function.

[0060] The second display area 203 corresponds for example to a part of the HMI configured to display a set of several graphic objects each configured to launch the execution of a particular interactive application, for example for the navigation system of the vehicle 10, for the infotainment system of the vehicle 10, for the seat adjustment system, etc.

[0061] The first graphical object 21 is configured to launch or execute the interactive application allowing screen duplication of the screen of the mobile communication device 100 immediately after a touch press on the first graphical object 21.

[0062] The second graphical object 22 is configured to launch or execute the interactive application allowing screen duplication of the screen of the communication device. mobile 100 after execution of a determined graphic animation applied to the second graphic object following a tactile press on the second graphic object 22. Such a graphic animation is for example common to all the graphic objects displayed in the second zone 203 and implemented for each of these graphic objects after a tactile press on this graphic object.

[0063] A graphic animation corresponds for example to a processing of the pixels forming the graphic object considered to modify the visual or graphic appearance of the graphic object. The processing corresponds to any known processing, for example a blur effect, a visual attenuation effect, a rotation, a translation, a reduction or an increase in the size of the graphic object, etc.

[0064] In a second operation of the process, data representative of a touch press on the first graphic object 21 or on the second graphic object 22 are received.

[0065] The data are thus representative of a tactile press 211 on the first graphic object 21 or of a tactile press 221 on the second graphic object depending on whether the user (the driver or a passenger of the vehicle 10) presses on the screen of the display device at the location of the first graphic object 21 or of the second graphic object 22.

[0066] A touch press 211, 221 on the first graphic object 21 or on the second graphic object 22 sends information to the IVI computer so that the latter implements a function associated with the command corresponding to the touch press.

[0067] The data representative of the touch-sensitive support are for example received via one or more data buses connecting the touch-sensitive interface of the screen (or a computer controlling such a touch-sensitive interface where appropriate) and the IVI computer.

[0068] The first data are for example representative of a so-called brief tactile press, that is to say the duration of the press on the first graphic object 21 or on the second graphic object 22 is less than a threshold duration (for example equal to 500 or 1000 ms).

[0069] In a third operation of the process, the display of graphical content obtained from the mobile communication device 100 is controlled so that this graphical content is displayed on the screen of the display device 101 by duplicating (or sharing) the screen of the mobile communication device 100.

[0070] The display is controlled in such a way that a time interval, the duration of which is a function of the data representative of the touch pressure, separates the reception of the data from the display of the graphic content on the display device 101.

[0071] The graphic content of the mobile communication device 100 is for example displayed on the second zone 203 in replacement of the set of graphic objects comprising the second graphic object 22.

[0072] According to a variant, the graphic content of the mobile communication device 100 is displayed on a zone different from the second zone 203, for example on a zone contiguous to this second zone 203, for example the zone 202 or the zone 204. According to another variant, the graphic content of the mobile communication device 100 is displayed on a zone encompassing the second zone 203, for example on the zone comprising the zones 202 and 203, on the zone comprising the zones 203 and 204 or even on the zone comprising the zones 202, 203 and 204.

[0073] During the display of the graphic content of the mobile communication device 100 on the display device 101, the first zone or banner 201 remains displayed with the same graphic content or with adapted graphic content, for example with a third graphic object configured to exit the screen duplication mode by touching on this third graphic object, this third graphic object replacing the first graphic object 21 (for example at the same location in the first zone 201).

[0074] When a touch press 211 is applied to the first graphic object 21, the display of the graphic content obtained from the mobile communication device 100 is implemented within a time limit less than a determined duration threshold, the duration of such a threshold being for example equal to 500 ms. According to other examples, the duration of the threshold is equal to 250, 750 or 1000 ms.

[0075] Displaying the screen of the mobile communication device 100 on the display device 101 within a time period of less than 500 ms after touching the first graphical object 21 makes it possible, for example, to be in compliance with one or more publishers of application systems for mobile communication devices. For example, compliance with a time period of less than 500 ms makes it possible to obtain certification from Apple® for the use of the screen sharing or duplication functionality, known as “Apple Car Play®”.

[0076] When a touch 221 is applied to the second graphic object 22, the display of the graphic content obtained from the mobile communication device 100 is implemented within a time greater than the threshold described above, which leaves time to play or apply a graphic animation to the second graphic object 22. This makes it possible, for example, to have graphic homogeneity for all of the graphic objects displayed in the second zone 203 or in the zones 202 to 204 other than the first zone 201.

[0077] The screen duplication is controlled in such a way that the graphic content obtained from the mobile communication device 100 is displayed on the display device 101 following or after the end of the graphic animation of the second graphic object 22.

[0078] The duration of the animation is arbitrary and for example defined by the manufacturer at tomobile, by the publisher of the software controlling the HMI of the vehicle 10 and / or by a user of the vehicle 10 through a parameter configured to select the graphic animation from a list of graphic animations and / or a parameter configured to adjust the duration of the graphic animation.

[0079] [Fig. 3] schematically illustrates a device 3 configured to control a display system on board a vehicle, for example the display device 101 of the vehicle 10, according to a particular and non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The device 3 corresponds for example to a device on board the vehicle 10, for example a computer.

[0080] According to a particular embodiment, the device 3 corresponds to a mobile communication device such as the device 100.

[0081] The device 2 is for example configured for the implementation of the operations described with regard to figures 1 and 2 and / or the steps of the method described with regard to [Fig.4]. Examples of such a device 3 include, but are not limited to, on-board electronic equipment such as an on-board computer of a vehicle, an electronic calculator such as an ECU (“Electronic Control Unit”), a smartphone, a tablet, a laptop. The elements of the device 3, individually or in combination, can be integrated in a single integrated circuit, in several integrated circuits, and / or in discrete components. The device 3 can be produced in the form of electronic circuits or software (or computer) modules or even a combination of electronic circuits and software modules.

[0082] The device 3 comprises one (or more) processor(s) 30 configured to execute instructions for carrying out the steps of the method and / or for executing the instructions of the software(s) embedded in the device 3. The processor 30 may include integrated memory, an input / output interface, and various circuits known to those skilled in the art. The device 3 further comprises at least one memory 31 corresponding for example to a volatile and / or non-volatile memory and / or comprises a memory storage device which may comprise volatile and / or non-volatile memory, such as EEPROM, ROM, PROM, RAM, DRAM, SRAM, flash, magnetic or optical disk.

[0083] The computer code of the embedded software(s) comprising the instructions to be loaded and executed by the processor is for example stored in the memory 31.

[0084] According to various particular and non-limiting embodiments, the device 3 is coupled in communication with other similar devices or systems and / or with communication devices, for example a TCU (from the English “Telematic Control Unit” or in French “Telematic Control Unit”), for example via a communication bus or through input ports. / dedicated output.

[0085] According to a particular and non-limiting exemplary embodiment, the device 3 comprises a block 32 of interface elements for communicating with external devices, for example a remote server or the “cloud”, other nodes of the ad hoc network. The interface elements of the block 32 comprise one or more of the following interfaces: - RF radio frequency interface, for example Wi-Fi® type (according to IEEE 802.11), for example in the 2.4 or 5 GHz frequency bands, or Bluetooth® type (according to IEEE 802.15.1), in the 2.4 GHz frequency band, or Sigfox type using UBN (Ultra Narrow Band) radio technology, or LoRa in the 868 MHz frequency band, LTE (Long-Term Evolution), LTE-Advanced; - USB interface (from the English “Universal Serial Bus” or “Universal Serial Bus” in French); - HDMI interface (from the English “High Definition Multimedia Interface” or “High Definition Multimedia Interface” in French); - LIN interface (from the English “Local Interconnect Network”).

[0086] According to another particular and non-limiting exemplary embodiment, the device 3 comprises a communication interface 33 which makes it possible to establish communication with other devices (such as other computers of the on-board system) via a communication channel 330. The communication interface 33 corresponds for example to a transmitter configured to transmit and receive information and / or data via the communication channel 330. The communication interface 33 corresponds for example to a wired network of the CAN (Controller Area Network) type, CAN FD (Controller Area Network Flexible Data-Rate), FlexRay (standardized by the ISO 17458 standard) or Ethernet (standardized by the ISO / IEC 802-3 standard).

[0087] According to a particular and non-limiting exemplary embodiment, the device 3 can provide output signals to one or more external devices, such as a display screen 340, touch-sensitive or not, one or more speakers 350 and / or other peripherals 360 (projection system) via output interfaces 34, 35, 36 respectively. According to a variant, one or other of the external devices is integrated into the device 4.

[0088] [Fig.4] illustrates a flowchart of the different steps of a method for controlling an on-board display system in a vehicle, for example a system display comprising the display device 101 of the vehicle 10, according to a particular and non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The method is for example implemented by a device on board the vehicle 10 or by the device 4 of [Fig.4].

[0089] In a first step 41, the display of a first graphic object on a first zone of the display device and of a second graphic object on a second zone of the display device different from the first zone is controlled, the first graphic object and the second graphic object being associated with an interactive application for duplicating content displayed on a screen of a mobile communication device connected in communication to the vehicle.

[0090] In a second step 42, data representative of a touch pressure on the first graphic object or on the second graphic object are received.

[0091] In a third step 43, the display of graphic content obtained from the mobile communication device is controlled so that this graphic content is displayed on the display device by duplicating the screen of the mobile communication device following the reception of the data, a duration of a time interval between the touch press and the display of the graphic content being a function of the data.

[0092] According to a variant, the variants and examples of the operations described in relation to figures 1 to 2 apply to the steps of the method of [Fig.4].

[0093] Of course, the present invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments described above but extends to a method of duplicating or sharing a screen between a mobile communication device and a display device of a vehicle which would include secondary steps without thereby departing from the scope of the present invention. The same would apply to a device configured for the implementation of such a method.

[0094] The present invention also relates to a display system comprising the device 3 of [Fig.3] and the display device 101.

[0095] According to a variant, the display system further comprises a mobile communication device connected in communication to the vehicle 10 and / or to the device 3.

[0096] The present invention also relates to a vehicle, for example an automobile or more generally an autonomous land-based motor vehicle, comprising the device 3 of [Fig.3] or the display system above.
