AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
The assembly and locking of caps on containers can be incorrect due to defects, size differences, or non-uniform support, leading to a lack of hermetic sealing, which is critical for pharmaceutical products.
Method used
A locking cap equipped with a passive component that includes an RFID circuit and a strain sensor, allowing for the measurement and transmission of the cap's stress state, thereby confirming the locking state.
Benefits of technology
The solution ensures that the locking state of the cap on the container is accurately confirmed, guaranteeing hermetic sealing and enhancing the reliability of the closure process.

Abstract
The invention relates to a locking cap intended to block a stopper in the neck of a container and comprising three elements: an outer body, a capsule, a cage (20) locked in the outer body and intended to grip under a collar of the neck in a locking state of the cap; the stopper being surrounded by the cage and intended to be inserted into the neck and to be kept under pressure along the main axis in the locking state. At least one element of the cap comprises a component (50) operating passively and including an RFID circuit and a strain sensor, for measuring and transmitting a strain state of the cap indicating whether or not it is in its locking state. The invention also relates to a method for closing a container with said cap and a method for verifying the sealing quality. Figure to be published with the abstract: Figure 5
