Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: MOTOR VEHICLE COMPRISING A CABLE FIXING SPACER EASEMENT, AND PROCEEDS ON THE BASIS OF SUCH A VEHICLE
[0001] The invention relates to the field of auxiliary cable routing for electric vehicles and their fixings, in a constrained environment.
[0002] Current cable routing systems are implemented either above the auxiliary battery via a mini-tunnel, or to the side of the auxiliary battery, to the detriment of its volume and onboard energy / autonomy. Prior art uses a vertical spacer receiving auxiliary cables. This arrangement is illustrated in [Fig. 1].
[0003] Thus, one problem with prior art solutions is the impact on the passenger compartment floor, which is not flat, contrary to the current trend for low-floor vehicles. Another problem is the reduced range of the auxiliary battery.
[0004] An objective of the present invention is to remedy the defects of the prior art, and in particular to propose a solution for auxiliary cables which makes it possible to maintain the flatness of the floor of the passenger compartment, and to limit the bulk in the space provided for the auxiliary battery.
[0005] To achieve this objective, the invention proposes a motor vehicle in a frame of reference in space comprising a longitudinal axis along a direction of movement of the motor vehicle, a lateral axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, and a vertical axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and to the lateral axis, the motor vehicle comprising: - a screen under the body; - a battery supported by the screen under the case; - an internal spar extending longitudinally along the longitudinal axis, and being arranged laterally to the battery with reference to the lateral axis; - a passenger compartment floor positioned above the battery, and fixed to the internal frame rail; - an external longeron extending longitudinally along the longitudinal axis, and being positioned laterally to the internal longeron with reference to the lateral axis; - a spacer for fixing service cables, the internal longitudinal member having a lateral bulge along the lateral axis housing a battery support profile forming a lateral projection of the battery towards the bulge, the vehicle comprising a vertical fixing system along the vertical axis fixing the internal longitudinal member, the battery support profile, the spacer, and the underbody screen, characterized in that the spacer comprises: - an internal servitude fastening clip positioned laterally to the spacer along the lateral axis, on the battery side; and - an external servicing fixing clip positioned laterally to the spacer along the lateral axis, on the side opposite the battery.
[0006] Advantageously, the invention makes it possible to propose an evolution of the inner longitudinal member profile compatible with a vertical implantation of the prior art struts towards a horizontal arrangement along the lateral axis, while retaining the functions of maintaining servicing between the front and rear of the vehicle, of common fixing battery support.
[0007] According to one variant, the inner clip has a pincer shape open laterally to the spacer along the lateral axis, on the side of the battery; and the outer clip has a pincer shape open laterally to the spacer along the lateral axis, on the side opposite the battery.
[0008] This allows for a good grip on the service cables.
[0009] According to one variant, the vertical fixing system includes a fixing screw fixing the internal longitudinal member, the battery support profile, the spacer, and the underbody screen.
[0010] This allows for good support of the service cables.
[0011] The invention further relates to a method for assembling a motor vehicle according to the invention, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: - install the cable fixing spacer for the service cables; - attach at least one service cable to the internal clip; - attach at least one service cable to the external clip.
[0012] The invention will be further detailed by describing non-limiting embodiments, and based on the accompanying figures illustrating variants of the invention, in which: - [Fig. 1] schematically illustrates a front view of a spacer of a motor vehicle according to the prior art; and - [Fig.2] schematically illustrates a front view of a spacer of a motor vehicle according to a preferred embodiment of the invention.
[0013] The invention relates to a motor vehicle defined in a frame of reference in space comprising a longitudinal axis X along a direction of movement of the motor vehicle, a lateral axis Y perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X, and a vertical axis Z perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X and to the lateral axis Y.
[0014] The motor vehicle comprises: - a screen under the E cash register; - a battery B supported by the screen under the chassis E; - an internal longitudinal member LI extending longitudinally along the longitudinal axis X, the internal longitudinal member being positioned laterally to battery B with reference to the lateral axis Y; - a passenger compartment floor P positioned above the battery B, the floor being fixed to the internal longitudinal member LI; - an external longeron LE extending longitudinally along the longitudinal axis X, the external longeron LE being arranged laterally to the internal longeron LI with reference to the lateral axis Y; - a fixing spacer ES for SI, S2 service cables.
[0015] The inner longitudinal member LI has a lateral bulge along the lateral axis Y visible in [Fig.2]. The lateral bulge houses a battery support profile PS forming a lateral projection of the battery B towards the bulge.
[0016] The vehicle includes a vertical fastening system VI along the vertical axis Z. This consists in particular of a fastening screw. The vertical fastening system secures the inner longitudinal member LI, the battery support profile PS, the spacer ES, and the underbody screen E together.
[0017] According to the invention, the spacer ES comprises an internal clip AI, and an external clip AE, each having an open pincer shape.
[0018] The internal clip AI and the external clip AE are service fastening clips. They are arranged laterally to the spacer ES along the lateral axis Y, on either side of battery B. The internal clip AI is located on the side of battery B; and the external clip is located on the side opposite battery B. The internal clip AI and the external clip AE may be the same size.
[0019] In use, the assembly of such a motor vehicle comprises: - installation of the ES spacer for fixing service cables; - a fastening of at least one service cable SI to the internal clip AI; and - a fixing of at least one S2 service cable on the external AE clip.
