Abstract

The invention relates to a ready-to-use roofing element (1) intended to be placed at the edge of a roof, at the end of a row (6) of roofing elements (1), and to be positioned according to an orientation (10) defined by a hip (4) or valley and the overhang (5) of an adjacent roof. According to the invention, the roofing element (1) has a predetermined initial shape and, in this initial shape, has at least one cut and / or pre-cut forming an angle (2) with an edge of said initial shape, said angle being determined by the position of the row (6) and by said orientation (10).
