Abstract

The present invention relates to a hinged shutter (10) configured to pivot about a first axis of rotation (A1), between a covered position and an uncovered position of an opening (12) formed in a wall. The hinged shutter (10) comprises at least one peripheral frame (16) defining a housing for a panel (20). Title of the invention: HINGED SHUTTER WITH PIVOTING PANEL Technical field of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of hinged shutters intended to close an opening, for example formed in a wall of a dwelling. Technical background

[0002] Hinged shutters are used to close off an opening in a dwelling, in order to limit the passage of light beams through that opening.

Demands

1. A hinged shutter (10) configured to be movable by pivoting about a first axis of rotation (A1), between a covered position and an uncovered position of an opening (12) formed in a wall, the hinged shutter (10) comprising at least one peripheral frame (16) delimiting a receiving housing (18) for a panel (20), the panel (20) being movable within the frame (16) by 180° about a second axis of rotation (A2) and such that the panel (20) extends fully within the frame (16) in a neutral position and in a pivoted position at 180° relative to the neutral position, a stop device (30) extending between the panel (20) and the frame (16) such as to allow the panel (20) to rotate within the frame (16) by 180°, in which at least one gripping member (40) of the hinged shutter (10) attached to the panel (20) is mounted pivotally relative to the panel (20),along a pivot axis (P) parallel to the second rotation axis (A2) of the panel (20).

2. Hinged shutter (10) according to the preceding claim, wherein the second axis of rotation (A2) of the panel (20) extends parallel to the first axis of rotation (Al) of the hinged shutter (10).

3. Hinged shutter (10) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the gripping member (40) takes the form of a handle block (40) pivoting about the pivot axis (P) and extending into the panel (20).

4. Hinged shutter (10) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the gripping member (40) takes the form of a rod (40) movable in pivoting relative to the panel (20) around the pivot axis (P), the rod (40) extending outside the panel (20).

Hinged shutter (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the stop device (30) comprises a first rib (32) which extends along the frame (16) in the receiving housing (18), and a pair of second ribs (34) which extend along the panel (20), opposite each other and such that they are able to cooperate alternately with the first rib (32), the ribs (32, 34) extending parallel to the second axis of rotation (A2).

6. Hinged shutter (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the panel (20) comprises at least one face (24) on which extends at least one fixing element (36) of an additional element (38).

Hinged shutter (10) according to the preceding claim, wherein the panel (20) is configured such that the face (24) comprising the fixing elements (36) of the additional element (38) extends opposite the wall in the uncovered position of the hinged shutter (10) and extends opposite the opening (12) in the covered position of the hinged shutter (10).

8. Assembly comprising a wall having an opening (12) and a hinged shutter (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the hinged shutter (10) being configured so that it is able to cover or uncover the opening (12) of the wall.
