[0002] Tablet systems for armchairs or sofas allow the user seated on the seat to have a tablet on which various useful objects can be placed, such as electronic devices (telephones, smart tablets, laptops, etc.), remote controls for electronic devices, remote controls related to functions of the armchair or sofa, food or drink, books, etc.
[0003] A large number of tablet system variants have been proposed, depending on the uses and preferences of users. Some of these tablet systems are directly integrated into the armchair or sofa, while other variants are removable, meaning they can be easily attached to or detached from the armrest to allow the tablet to be used on the armchair or not. In particular, the tablet system can be detached to reduce space, move furniture, fold or unfold a sofa bed, change the armrest tablet system, etc.

6. Tablet system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that at least a portion (115) of the tablet is pivotable about a vertical axis substantially perpendicular to the substantially horizontal plane of the tablet.
