Title of the invention: Prefabricated crown module in wooden structure, construction system and method based on such a module

[0001] The invention relates to the field of timber frame construction systems. The invention relates more particularly to flat roofs (also called "flat roofs"), of the factory-made type and crowning a traditional construction module.

A timber-framed crown module (T) for a timber-framed housing module (H) equipped with vertical beams (P) fixed to a roof crown (Cl), the crown module (T) comprising: - a timber-framed roof crown (C2) configured to be fixed to the roof crown (Cl); - an acroterion (A) fixed around the roof crown (C2), secured to the roof crown (C2); - timber-framed boxes (CT) forming a roof support, secured to the roof crown (C2), and comprising a floor slab (D) forming the upper face of the boxes (CT).

2. Crowning module according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the acroterion (A) comprises a first thermal insulation from the outside (II).

3. Crowning module according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the floor slab (D) is equipped with an EPDM rubber covering.

4. Crowning module according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the floor slab (D) comprises a vegetated covering.

5. Crowning module according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the floor slab (D) comprises a second external thermal insulation (12).

6. Crowning module according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the roof crown (C2) internally comprises at least one support tongue (L) for the boxes, said tongue (L) preferably having a downward slope.

Crowning module according to one of the preceding claims, for a housing module (H) whose frame crown (Cl) comprises a first cooperation structure (SI), characterized in that the roof crown (C2) comprises a second cooperation structure (S2) cooperating with the first cooperation structure (SI), so that the first (SI) and second (S2) cooperation structures fit into each other.

8. Timber-framed housing module (H) for a crowning module (T) according to one of the preceding claims, the module residential building (H) comprising a roof crown (Cl) and vertical beams (P) fixed to the roof crown (Cl), characterized in that the roof crown (Cl) comprises a first cooperation structure (SI) cooperating with the roof crown (C2), or with a second cooperation structure (S2) on the roof crown (C2), so that the first cooperation structure (SI) and the second cooperation structure (S2) or the roof crown (C2) fit into each other.

9. A timber frame construction system, comprising: - at least one wooden-framed housing module (H) comprising a frame crown (Cl) and vertical beams (P) fixed to the frame crown (Cl); and - at least one crowning module (T) according to one of the preceding claims, for said housing module (H).

10. A method of constructing a timber-framed building comprising steps for: - manufacturing at least one crowning module (T) according to one of claims 1 to 7; - install and fix said crown module (T) on a wooden frame housing module (H) comprising a frame crown (Cl) and vertical beams (P) fixed to the frame crown (Cl).
