[0001] The present utility model relates to a protective arrangement for clothing.
[0002] As is known, the use of clothing equipped with protective devices is required or necessary for carrying out many activities in the civil, industrial, military and sporting fields.
[0003] Certain known types of clothing include protective elements made of plastic material arranged in suitable assembly pockets or sewn or glued onto assembly surfaces provided for this purpose.
[0004] Clothing of this type is often not particularly ergonomic and comfortable for the user, especially if the body parts to be protected have a pronounced curvature (for example, the user's elbows, joints, knees, or head) and if substantially flat protective elements are used, which must adapt to the three-dimensional profile of the body. Such clothing is also likely to be improved in terms of industrial manufacturability and relative production costs.
[0005] Other known types of clothing include elements made of plastic molded onto assembly parts made of fabric or plastic. Clothing of this type can also be uncomfortable for the wearer and relatively complex and expensive to produce on an industrial scale.

Demands
1. Protective arrangement (1) for a garment, said protective arrangement being adapted to cover, at least partially, a part of the user's body when using said garment, said protective device comprising a plurality of layers superimposed one on top of the other and connected to each other, said protective arrangement being characterized in that it comprises: - a first layer (11), elastically deformable, having a first surface (111) and a second surface (112) opposite each other; - a first structure (10) made of thermoplastic material connected to said first layer (11) and arranged so as to cover, at least partially, the first surface (111) of said first layer, in which said first structure (10) made of thermoplastic material is elastically deformable;- a second layer (12), elastically deformable, having a third surface (123) and a fourth surface (124) opposite to each other, wherein the third surface (123) of said second layer is oriented towards said first layer (11) and the fourth surface (124) of said second layer is oriented in the opposite direction with respect to said first layer, wherein said first structure made of thermoplastic material (10) is interposed between said first and second layers.;
2. Protective arrangement, according to claim 1, characterized in that said first structure (10) made of thermoplastic material is deposited on said first layer (11) by means of an injection molding process.
3. Protective arrangement, according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said first structure (10) made of thermoplastic material comprises a plurality of elements made of thermoplastic material, separated and arranged side by side.
4. Protective arrangement, according to claim 3, characterized in that one or more groups of said elements made of thermoplastic material are linked together so as to facilitate the deformation of said structure made of thermoplastic material along preferential deformation lines.
5. Protective arrangement, according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said first and second layers (11, 12) are connected to each other at one or more connection regions (2) configured to form one or more edges of said protective arrangement.
6. Protective arrangement, according to claim 5, characterized in that it comprises a cover layer (14) which covers said first and second layers at the bonding regions (2) of said layers.
7. Protective arrangement, according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said second layer (12) is connected to said first structure (10) made of thermoplastic material at one or more second bonding regions (3).

Protective arrangement, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said second layer (12) comprises an opening (4), said second layer (12) being connected to said first structure (10) made of thermoplastic material at the level of one or more second bonding regions (3) configured to form one or more edges of said opening.

Protective arrangement, according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a second structure (20) made of thermoplastic material connected to said second layer (12) and arranged so as to cover, at least partially, the fourth surface (124) of said second layer, wherein said second structure (20) made of thermoplastic material is elastically deformable, wherein said first and second structures (10, 20) made of thermoplastic material are in positions opposite to each other with respect to said second layer (12).

Protective arrangement, according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it comprises a second structure (20) made of thermoplastic material connected to said second layer (12) and arranged so as to cover, at least partially, the third surface (123) of said second layer, in which said second structure (20) made of thermoplastic material is elastically deformable, in which said first and second structures (10, 20) made of thermoplastic material are interposed between said first and second layers (11, 12) and face each other.

Protective arrangement, according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it comprises: - a third layer (13), elastically deformable, having a fifth surface (135) and a sixth surface (136) opposite each other, in which the fifth surface (135) of said third layer is oriented towards said first layer (11) and the sixth surface (136) of said third layer is oriented in the opposite direction with respect to said first layer; - a second structure (20) made of thermoplastic material connected to said third layer (13) and arranged so as to cover, at least partially, the fifth surface (135) of said third layer, in which said second structure (20) made of thermoplastic material is elastically deformable, in which said second structure made of thermoplastic material (20) is interposed between said first and third layers, in which said first and second structures (10, 20) made of thermoplastic material are arranged in positions opposite to each other with respect to said first layer.

Protective arrangement, according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it comprises: - a third layer (13) having a fifth surface (135) and a sixth surface (136) opposite said fifth surface, in which the fifth surface (135) of said third layer is oriented towards said first layer (11) and the sixth surface (136) of said third layer is oriented in the opposite direction with respect to said first layer; - a second structure (20) made of thermoplastic material connected to said first layer (11) and arranged so as to cover, at least partially, the second surface (112) of said first layer, in which said second structure (20) made of thermoplastic material is elastically deformable, in which said second structure made of thermoplastic material (20) is interposed between said first and third layers (11, 13), in which said first and second structures (10, 20) made of thermoplastic material are in positions opposite to each other with respect to said first layer.

Protective arrangement, according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it comprises: - a third layer (13) having a fifth surface (135) and a sixth surface (136) opposite said fifth surface, in which the fifth surface (135) of said third layer is oriented towards said first layer (11) and the sixth surface (136) of said third layer is oriented in the opposite direction with respect to said first layer, - a second structure (20) made of thermoplastic material connected to said third layer (13) and arranged so as to cover, at least partially, the sixth surface (136) of said third layer, in which said second structure (20) made of thermoplastic material is elastically deformable, in which said first and second structures (10, 20) made of thermoplastic material are in positions opposite to each other with respect to said first and third layers.
14. Protective arrangement, according to any one of claims 11 to 13, characterized in that the said first, second and third layers (11, 12, 13) are linked together at the level of said or said several first link regions (2).
15. Protective arrangement, according to any one of claims 9 to 14, characterized in that said second structure (20) made of thermoplastic material is deposited on a corresponding support layer (11, 12, 13) by means of an injection molding process.

Protective arrangement, according to any one of claims 9 to 15, characterized in that said second structure (20) made of thermoplastic material comprises a plurality of separate thermoplastic material elements positioned side by side, in which one or more groups of said thermoplastic material elements are connected together so as to facilitate the deformation of said thermoplastic material structure along preferential deformation lines.
17. Garment (100) characterized in that it comprises at least one protective arrangement (1), according to any one of the preceding claims.
