Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Pot for cosmetic composition to be inserted into a container Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to a pot, made at least partially from a compressible fibrous material, intended to contain a cosmetic product and to be inserted into a secondary container. Prior art
[0002] It is known, for the packaging of cosmetic products, to use inner pots intended to be inserted into containers, in particular for the purpose of refilling the product several times without changing the container. It is advisable to keep the pot firmly on the container for optimal packaging.
[0003] US Patent 10,758,023 discloses a cosmetic assembly comprising a paper container and an inner pot having coupling protrusions made of an elastic material.
[0004] The assembly described in application KR 20180110307, intended for packaging puddings, comprises an inner container and an outer container, both made of the same material, in particular transparent plastic or paper pulp.
[0005] Application US 2015 / 0230583 describes a pot comprising a plastic casing and an insert, made of plastic or metal, intended to contain the cosmetic product and to be inserted into the casing. [0011] Application WO 2008 / 131424 discloses a container for sweets comprising a reusable container, a lid and a plastic refill, the latter being received in a removable manner in the reusable container, the different elements being held together by snap-fastening.
[0012] Utility model DE 9 303 017 describes a container for a cream consisting of an outer housing and an insert fixed in said housing, a mechanism for releasing the insert from its support being arranged in the housing. Statement of the invention
[0013] There is a need to further improve packaging devices comprising a reusable part, in particular in order to offer a product that is simple to manufacture and use, aesthetic, and allows the use of bio-sourced materials if desired. Summary of the invention Together
[0014] The present invention meets this need thanks to, according to one of its aspects, a cosmetic assembly comprising: - a pot made at least partially from a compressible fibrous material, intended to contain a cosmetic product, preferably in liquid form, and - a secondary container, made from a rigid material, into which the pot is inserted, this secondary container extending along a longitudinal axis and having a neck and a bottom,
[0015] the neck having clamping reliefs which bite into the material of the pot and / or the pot having clamping reliefs which are compressed by the neck when the pot is in place in the secondary container.
[0016] The invention makes it possible to offer a sustainable solution for the packaging of cosmetic products, in which the pot is effectively held in the secondary container.
[0017] The total weight of the assembly is reduced compared to known solutions having a double glass jar, which also has an advantage during its transport. In addition, the manufacture of the assembly according to the invention consumes less energy than known solutions.
[0018] It is possible to easily refill the container with product by simply replacing the paper pot.
[0019] The presence of the reliefs makes it possible to compensate for manufacturing tolerances, which is particularly interesting when the secondary container is made from a material such as glass for example, with manufacturing techniques which can generate higher manufacturing tolerances than with other techniques. The presence of reliefs also makes it possible to absorb the manufacturing tolerances of the pot.
[0020] In a preferred embodiment, the neck of the secondary container has clamping reliefs that bite into the material of the pot. The pot is thus held on the container by penetrating the pot, which is different from the simple clamping or deformation holds used in known solutions.
[0021] The pot preferably comprises at least one layer of paper, comprising in particular at least 50%, better still at least 55%, or even at least 60% of paper fibers. The reliefs can thus bite into the pot during assembly, because paper pulp is a material that can be crushed fairly easily to a certain degree. Reliefs
[0022] In one variant, the pot has clamping reliefs which are compressed by the neck when the pot is in place in the secondary container. In this case, the container is simpler to produce.
[0023] The largest dimension of the clamping reliefs of the secondary container may extend along the longitudinal axis of the secondary container towards the bottom of the latter.
[0024] In one embodiment, the clamping reliefs are provided on the inner wall of the neck of the secondary container.
[0025] In this case, the pot advantageously comprises a flat rim intended to rest on the free end of the secondary container so that the clamping reliefs of the latter bite into the material of the outer wall of the pot below said rim.
[0026] In a variant, the clamping reliefs are provided on the outer wall of the neck of the secondary container.
[0027] In this case, the pot advantageously comprises an annular rim intended to come into contact with the outer wall of the neck of the secondary container so that the clamping reliefs of the latter bite into the material of said rim.
[0028] In a preferred embodiment, the neck of the secondary container is threaded and comprises threads. In this case, the reliefs are made above the threads of the threaded neck, on the side of the free end of the secondary container.
[0029] The transverse dimension of the reliefs may decrease towards the bottom of the pot. The reliefs may thus have a substantially conical shape.
[0030] The reliefs may have a substantially pyramidal shape with the top pointing inwards.
[0031] The shape of the reliefs is preferably tapered towards the longitudinal axis of the secondary container, which facilitates the penetration of the relief into the material of the pot. Each relief thus tends to deform the material of the pot and to sink into it, which contributes to immobilizing the pot.
[0032] In one embodiment, the reliefs are distributed regularly on the neck of the secondary container. The reliefs may be distributed in groups of several reliefs, in particular three groups of three reliefs, the groups being arranged equidistant from each other. In a variant, the reliefs are distributed with a regular alternation of an isolated relief and a group of several reliefs, in particular an alternation of an isolated relief and a group of three reliefs.
[0033] In one variant, the reliefs are distributed irregularly on the neck of the secondary container.
[0034] The height of the reliefs is advantageously greater than the thickness of the material of the pot, being in particular greater than or equal to 2 mm. Pot and secondary container
[0035] The thickness of the material of the pot may be greater than or equal to 1 mm.
[0036] The secondary container can be made of glass, plastic or metal, in particular aluminum.
[0037] The pot and the secondary container are made from separate materials.
[0038] The pot may have on its internal face a protective layer, in particular a plastic film, or a hydrophobic adjuvant, or a sprayed layer for sealing the product.
[0039] The pot may be molded or injected or hot pressed.
[0040] The pot is advantageously put in place by the user when refilling with product.
[0041] The top of the pot may be used to attach a heat-sealed lid. The lid may press the top of the pot against the secondary container when closing the secondary container, for example using a screw-on lid.
[0042] The pot may be intended to contain any type of cosmetic product, preferably in liquid form, in particular a foundation, a foundation base, a cream, a serum, a milk. Brief description of the drawings

[0048] [Fig.5] [Fig.5] represents an enlarged view of the reliefs of [Fig.4]. Detailed description
[0049] In the remainder of the description, elements that are identical or have identical functions bear the same reference sign. For the sake of brevity in this description, they are not described with reference to each of the figures, only the differences between the embodiments being detailed.
[0050] [Fig.l] illustrates an example of a cosmetic assembly 1 according to the invention comprising a pot 3, preferably molded or injected or hot-compressed, and intended to be inserted into a secondary container 2, the material thickness of the pot being greater than or equal to 1 mm. The pot 3 is intended to contain a cosmetic product P, preferably in liquid form and is made at least partially from a compressible fibrous material, comprising in the example considered at least one layer of paper, with in particular at least 50%, better still at least 55%, or even at least 60% of paper fibers.
[0051] The secondary container 2 is made of a rigid material, in particular glass, plastic or metal, in particular aluminum. This secondary container 2 extends along a longitudinal axis X and has a neck 4 and a bottom 5.
[0052] In the example considered, the neck 4 has clamping reliefs 6 arranged on its inner wall 4a, these reliefs being intended to bite into the material of the pot 3, as visible in [Fig.2].
[0053] Preferably, the largest dimension Dr of the clamping reliefs 6 of the secondary container 2 extends along the longitudinal axis X of the secondary container 2, as visible in [Fig.5].
[0054] The clamping reliefs 6, in the example of figures 1 and 2, are distributed regularly on the neck 4 of the secondary container 2, with three groups of three reliefs 6, each of the groups being arranged equidistant from its neighbors.
[0055] The reliefs 6 may have a substantially pyramidal shape with the apex directed inwards.
[0056] The shape of the reliefs 6 is preferably tapered towards the X axis, which facilitates the penetration of the relief into the material of the pot. Each relief 6 thus tends to deform the material of the pot and to sink into it, which contributes to the immobilization of the pot.
[0057] In the example illustrated, the pot has a flat rim 8 intended to rest on the free end 2a of the secondary container 2 so that the clamping reliefs 6 of the latter bite into the material of the outer wall 3a of the pot 3 below said rim 8, as visible in [Fig.2].
[0058] In the variant of [Fig. 3], the clamping reliefs 6 are arranged on the outer wall 4b of the neck 4 of the secondary container 2. In this case, the pot 3 comprises an annular rim 8' intended to come into contact with the outer wall 4b of the neck 4 of the secondary container 2 so that the clamping reliefs 6 of the latter bite into the material of said rim 8'.
[0059] The transverse dimension Dt of the reliefs 6, measured perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X, decreases towards the bottom 5 of the pot 3, as visible in [Fig.5].
[0060] In this example, the reliefs 6 are distributed regularly on the neck 4 of the secondary container 2, with a regular alternation of an isolated relief 6 and a group of three reliefs.
[0061] In the examples illustrated and preferably, the height of the reliefs 6 is greater than the thickness of the pot 3, being in particular greater than or equal to 2 mm.
[0062] Preferably and in the examples considered, the pot 3 comprises on its internal face 3b a protective layer, in particular a plastic film, or a hydrophobic adjuvant, or a sprayed layer of sealing against the product P.
[0063] The invention is not limited to the examples which have just been described.
[0064] In particular, the clamping reliefs can take a completely different form.
[0065] The shape of the pot may be different, for example having a side wall of non-circular cross-section, for example oval or substantially polygonal.
