[0018] [Fig.9] is a perspective view illustrating a state in which the creamy product is released onto a toy with a decorative body. Description of the implementation methods

[0019] An embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to the drawings. [Fig. 1] is a front view of a pocket decorating tool 20. The pocket decorating tool 20 comprises a container 21 that is translucent and flexible and contains a creamy product 10, and a nozzle 22 that is connected to one end of the container 21. The container 21 is formed by stacking two flexible sheet-forming elements made of, for example, a polyvinyl chloride resin, and welding their sides together by thermocompression. The rear end portion of the container 21 opposite the nozzle 22 is sealed with the creamy product 10 it contains by overlapping two sheet-forming elements and welding the two sheet-forming elements together by thermocompression. Other welding methods, such as ultrasonic welding, may also be applied.

[0020] The creamy product 10 is released using the piping bag decorating tool 20 to prepare a decorative-bodied toy. The decorative-bodied toy can be prepared by releasing the creamy product 10 through a release orifice 221 at the tip of the piping bag decorating tool 20 and placing the creamy product 10 onto a surface to prepare a decorative body that replicates a food item such as a cake.

[0021] The creamy product 10 is prepared by adding a preservative or similar agent to a synthetic resin such as an acrylic resin and solidifies upon exposure to air and drying. The creamy product 10 is a creamy resin that can be colored in various colors such as light blue, pink, and white using a coloring agent (for example, a coloring agent used as a food additive). The resin used in the creamy product 10 according to this embodiment is, for example, a polyacrylic acid emulsion containing acrylic acid, a surfactant, water, etc.

[0022] The creamy product 10 according to this embodiment contains starch, preferably potato starch. The creamy product 10 contains a small amount (2.00 parts by weight to 2.20 parts by weight in this embodiment) of starch. Consequently, the creamy product 10 according to this embodiment is formed transparently without altering its translucency. The term "transparent" in this embodiment refers to an optical property of translucency that allows the shape of a portion covered by the creamy product 10 and a portion placed near the opposite side to be easily or clearly identified through the creamy product 10, and does not include what is known as semi-transparency.Consequently, creamy product 10 may be colorless without the addition of any coloring agent, or when creamy product 10 is colored, a small amount of coloring agent (e.g., food coloring) may be added as long as creamy product 10 is identified as being transparent and not cloudy.

[0023] The creamy product 10 contains one or both of the glitter 30 and the decorative fragment body 40. As illustrated in [Fig. 1], the creamy product 10 according to this embodiment comprises both the glitter 30 and the decorative fragment body 40. The creamy product 10 according to this embodiment contains 96.47 parts by weight of a polyacrylic acid emulsion and 2.09 parts by weight of starch, and contains approximately 1.39 parts by weight of glitter 30 and the decorative fragment body 40 in total. The creamy product 10 may include a small amount of phenoxyethanol as a preservative and an optional coloring agent as other ingredients. When the colorless and transparent creamy product 10 is produced, the coloring agent may not be included.

[0024] The glitter 30 is, for example, a metallic foil such as aluminum or a resin piece with a reflective coating such as aluminum. The glitter 30 may be a small piece (for example, a polygon such as a square, a triangle, or a circle) whose shape is visible, or it may be a small piece or a fine powder whose shape cannot be visually identified. Even if the glitter 30 is so small that its shape cannot be visually identified, the creamy product 10 can give the observer a sensation of brilliance due to the light reflected by the dispersed glitter 30. A coloring agent (for example, food coloring) may be applied to the surface of the glitter 30 if necessary.

[0025] Figures 2 to 5 show seven types of decorative fragment bodies 40A to 40G as examples of decorative fragment bodies 40. The decorative fragment body 40 according to the present embodiment is opaque and colored (e.g., yellow-green), and the transparency and color can be adjusted as desired. The decorative fragment body 40 can be coated with fluorescent paint on its surface or can contain the fluorescent paint as part of its material. The surface of the decorative fragment body 40 can reflect light diffusely or specularly. The decorative fragment bodies 40A to 40G are formed to be smaller than the nozzle opening diameter 22 of the pocket decorating tool 20 and larger than the sequin 30.The decorative fragment bodies 40A to 40G have a three-dimensional planar shape having one or both of a curved surface 41 and a flat surface 42, and have a convex part 431 on a lateral peripheral surface 43. The decorative fragment bodies 40A to 40G have a recess 432 in the lateral peripheral surface 43.

[0026] The heart-shaped decorative fragment body 40A of [Fig. 2] is shown in a planar perspective view (a decorative fragment body 40A-1) and a perspective view from below (a decorative fragment body 40A-2). The fragment body Decorative fragment 40A has a left-right symmetrical shape and a top-bottom symmetrical shape, and features a curved surface 41 that curves convexly over the flat and lower surfaces. The body of decorative fragment 40A has a convex portion 431 on its lateral peripheral surface 43 and is connected by a recess 432 formed at a location on the lateral peripheral surface 43. In other words, the body of decorative fragment 40A has a heart shape in plan view.

[0027] The star-shaped decorative fragment body 40B of [Fig. 2] is shown in a planar perspective view (decorative fragment body 40B-1) and a bottom perspective view (decorative fragment body 40B-2). The decorative fragment body 40B has a left-right symmetrical shape and a top-bottom symmetrical shape and features a curved surface 41 that is convexly curved on both the planar and bottom surfaces. The decorative fragment body 40B alternately features, on its lateral peripheral surface 43, a convex portion 431 that presents an acute angle in plan view and a recess 432 that presents an obtuse angle in plan view. Five convex portions 431 and five recesses 432 are provided. The decorative fragment body 40B is formed such that the upper and lower sides of the central axis are thick. Therefore, the periphery of the recess 432 is thicker than the periphery of the convex part 431. In this way, the body of the decorative fragment 40B is shaped into a star shape in the plan view.

[0028] The shell-shaped decorative fragment body 40C of [Fig. 3] is shown in a planar perspective view (a decorative fragment body 40C-1) and a bottom perspective view (a decorative fragment body 40C-2). The decorative fragment body 40C has a left-right symmetrical shape and a top-bottom symmetrical shape and features the curved surface 41, which is convexly curved on the planar and bottom surfaces. The decorative fragment body 40C comprises a main body part substantially fan-shaped in plan view, and an upper shell-shaped part 40c2 projecting from the lateral peripheral surface 43 on the side opposite the arc-shaped lateral surface of the main body part 40c1. A plurality of curved surfaces 41 of the main body part 40c1 are formed on the flat surface and the lower surface, and radial ribs are imitated on each surface. The upper shell-like portion 40c2 is formed in a substantially fan-like shape which is smaller than the main body portion 40c1 in the plan view. Consequently, the decorative fragment body 40C is formed such that the entire body has a substantially fan-shaped shell-like form in the plan view.

[0029] The main body part 40c 1 has a recessed groove 44 (a recess) which is formed continuously in the left-to-right direction on the flat surface and the lower surface. The recessed groove 44 is located on the side of the arc-shaped end portion (the side opposite the upper shell portion 40c2) of the main body part 40c 1 and is approximately parallel to the lateral peripheral surface 43 in the plan view.

[0030] The candy-shaped decorative fragment body 40D of [Fig. 3] is shown in a planar perspective view (a decorative fragment body 40D-1) and a bottom perspective view (a decorative fragment body 40D-2). The entire shape of the decorative fragment body 40D, excluding the recessed groove 44 (the recess), exhibits left-right symmetry and top-bottom symmetry. The decorative fragment body 40D has a curved surface 41 that is convexly curved over the planar and bottom surfaces. The decorative fragment body 40D comprises a central portion 40d1 that imitates a portion in which a candy is wrapped in wrapping paper, and a wrapping paper end portion 40d2 that is located at each of the left and right ends of the central portion 40d1. The central 40dl part is formed in a thick and roughly circular plate shape. The decorative fragment body 40D has a plurality of convex parts 431 and a recess 432 on its lateral peripheral surface 43. The recess 432, formed at the boundary between the central part 40d1 and the end part 40d2, is formed at an acute angle in the plan view. The recess 432 of the end part 40d2 is formed on each of the left and right lateral surfaces. Therefore, the decorative fragment body 40D has the shape of an individually wrapped candy in the plan view.

[0031] The decorative fragment body 40D has two recessed grooves 44 (recesses) on the flat surface and the lower surface of the central part 40dl. The two recessed grooves 44 are arranged parallel in the oblique direction in the plan view and the bottom view.

[0032] The decorative fragment body 40E, which imitates the body of an animal from [Fig. 4], is shown in a planar perspective view (a decorative fragment body 40E-1) and a perspective view from below (a decorative fragment body 40E-2). The decorative fragment body 40E comprises a head portion and a body portion. The decorative fragment body 40E has a shape that imitates the front surface of the animal on the side of the planar surface and a shape that imitates the rear surface of the animal on the side of the lower surface. The head portion, the body portion, the front leg portion, and the rear leg portion of the decorative fragment body 40E each comprise the curved surface 41, which is convexly curved towards the planar surface and the lower surface. The head portion, the body portion, the front leg portion, and the rear leg portion The rear legs of the decorative fragment body 40E include the convex portion 431, which is convexly curved even on the lateral peripheral surface 43. Furthermore, the head portion, body portion, front leg portion, and rear leg portion of the decorative fragment body 40E have the indentation 432 at each boundary portion. The indentation 432 is also provided continuously on the boundary portion between the curved surfaces 41, which are convexly curved towards the side of the flat surface or the side of the lower surface. The indentation 432 is formed at an acute angle and an obtuse angle in the plan view or the bottom view.

[0033] The decorative fragment body 40F, which imitates the snout (head portion) of an animal from [Fig. 4], is shown in a planar perspective view (a decorative fragment body 40F-1) and a perspective view from below (a decorative fragment body 40F-2). The decorative fragment body 40F has a left-right symmetrical shape that imitates the front of the animal's head portion on the side facing the planar surface. The decorative fragment body 40F has a curved surface 41 that is convexly curved on both the planar and lower surfaces. The convex curved surface 41 is provided in each of the head and ear portions. The ear portion presents the planar surface 42 on the side facing the lower surface. The decorative fragment body 40F alternately presents the convex portion 431 and the indentation 432 on the lateral peripheral surface 43.The recess 432 of the lateral peripheral surface 43 is formed at the boundary between the head part and the ear part, and the other lateral peripheral surface is formed to be the convex part 431. In this way, the body of the decorative fragment 40F is formed to be the snout (the head part) of the animal in the plan view.

[0034] The decorative fragment body 40G, which imitates the paw of an animal of [Fig. 5], is shown in a planar perspective view (a decorative fragment body 40G-1) and a perspective view from below (a decorative fragment body 40G-2). The decorative fragment body 40G has a left-right symmetrical shape that imitates the animal's paw on the side facing the planar surface. The decorative fragment body 40G has a shape that imitates the animal's palm on the side facing the planar surface and a shape that imitates the back of the animal's paw on the side facing the lower surface. The decorative fragment body 40G has a curved surface 41 that is convexly curved on both the planar and lower surfaces. The curved surface 41 on the side facing the planar surface has a convex portion 411 that imitates a pad and that also protrudes on the side facing the planar surface. The flat surface 42 is formed in the convex part 411.The lateral peripheral surface 43 of the decorative fragment body 40E has the curved convex part 431 and the recess 432.

[0035] The following are the steps of a process for producing the creamy product 10 which is released using the pocket decorating tool 20 in order to prepare the decorative body toy are described. Step S02 and step S03 can be performed automatically by the device under control executed by a computer control unit or can be performed manually.

[0036] In step SOI of [Fig. 6], the resin of the creamy product 10 is prepared in advance by mixing the predetermined materials described above using any stirring device or stirring instrument (also called a mixing device or mixing instrument). In step SOI, the glitter 30 and the decorative fragment body 40 are prepared in advance.

[0037] At step S02, one or both of the glitter 30 and the decorative fragment body 40 are supplied to the container 21. The glitter 30 and the decorative fragment body 40 are supplied from the rear end part of the container 21, on the side opposite the nozzle 22.

[0038] In step S03, the resin described above, containing starch, is supplied to the container 21, to which one or both of the glitter 30 and the decorative fragment body 40 are supplied. In step S04, the rear end portion of the container 21 on the side opposite the nozzle 22 is welded and sealed by thermocompression or similar means.

[0039] Figures 7 and 8 show the creamy product 10 according to the embodiment in the dried state. The creamy product 10 contains 96.47 parts by weight of a polyacrylic acid emulsion, 2.09 parts by weight of starch, 1.39 parts by weight of glitter 30 and decorative fragment body 40 in total, phenoxyethanol, and a small amount of blue dye. In this component configuration, the creamy product 10 is transparent and slightly colored light blue and has a pointed tip suitable for decorative purposes.

[0040] Figure 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which the creamy product 10 is released from the decorating tool with a pocket 20 onto a flat white surface. The creamy product 10 contains the glitter 30 and the decorative fragment body 40. The glitter 30 covered by the creamy product 10 is smaller than the pitch of the nozzle blade 22, and smaller than the pitch of the irregularities in the released creamy product 10. Thus, the position, size, shape, and color of the glitter can be easily identified visually. The glitter 30 in Figure 7 is a small, essentially rectangular piece. The decorative fragment body 40 is smaller than the pitch of the nozzle blade 22, and thus, the shape of the decorative fragment body is identified visually by refraction, but its position, size, and color can also be easily identified visually. It is also easily identifiable that the flat surface on which the creamy product 10 is placed is white.

[0041] Figure 8 is a perspective view showing a state in which the creamy product 10 is released from the piping tool 20 onto a flat black surface. The creamy product 10 contains the glitter 30 and the decorative fragment body 40. The visibility of the glitter 30 and the decorative fragment body 40 is approximately the same as that of the creamy product 10 in [Fig. 7]. It is also easily identifiable that the flat surface on which the creamy product 10 is placed is black.

[0042] As described above, the creamy product 10 has such translucency that it allows the shape of a part covered by the creamy product 10 and a part placed nearby on the opposite side to be easily or clearly identified through the creamy product 10. On the other hand, in the transparent creamy product 10, irregularities are formed according to the shape of the nozzle 22. As a result, a region 1a through which background light is transmitted and is visually identified, and a region 1b through which background light is less likely to be visually identified due to the angle of the surface or similar are formed. For example, in the creamy product 10 shown in [Fig. 7].[7] and 8, in region 1a, the color of a surface on which the creamy product is placed is visually identified, and in region 1b, the reflected light from external light or similar is easily visually identified. Consequently, in region 1a and region 1b, color, brightness, and similar are relatively different depending on the color of the surface on which the creamy product is placed, and the color change depending on the condition of the placement surface can be appreciated.

[0043] Next, an example will be described in which the creamy product 10 is released and placed on a pedestal 50 of a decorative-bodied toy as shown in [Fig. 9]. The pedestal 50 has a circular shape in plan view and is formed, for example, by injection molding using a resin material. An upper surface 50a of the pedestal 50 is a preparation surface on which a decorative body 60 is prepared. The creamy product 10, which is released from the piping bag decorating tool 20 of [Fig. 1], can be placed on a decorative body support portion 52 on the preparation surface to form the decorative body 60, and this makes it possible to prepare a decorative-bodied toy that imitates a circular cake as a whole.

[0044] The decorative body support parts 52 are provided in four positions at equal intervals on the upper surface 50a of the pedestal 50. A convex annular portion 54 is provided on the upper surface of the outer periphery of the decorative body support part 52. The convex annular portion 54 is shaped into a circular form in the plan view. When the creamy product 10 is placed on the decorative body support part 52 of the pedestal 50, the creamy product 10 is supported by the decorative body support part 52 with a good appearance. The convex annular portion 54 serves as a guide for the position and range within which the creamy product 10 is placed. The convex annular portion 54 also serves as a guide for eliminating any overflow of the creamy product 10 and for forming a uniform and neat outer shape. When The creamy product 10 is placed on all parts forming supports for decorative bodies 32 and after a predetermined time has elapsed, the creamy product 10 dries and solidifies to form the decorative body 60, and the toy with a decorative body can be finished.

[0045] The creamy product 10 according to this embodiment is semi-transparent or has no translucency before solidification, and the user can easily identify the position and quantity of the dispensed creamy product 10 when applying it. Therefore, compared to the case of using a creamy product with high translucency before solidification, the decorative area of the creamy product 10 and the quantity of decorative substance 60 can be easily identified during the decorating operation, thus reducing decorating failures. Therefore, a child can easily play with and enjoy the creamy product 10.

[0046] On the other hand, the solidified creamy product 10 is transparent. Consequently, the finished decorative body 60 can be appreciated by visually identifying the glitter 30 or the decorative fragment body 40 contained within, and a color change depending on the condition of the surface on which the creamy product is placed can also be observed.

[0047] The creamy product 10 contains starch (potato starch in this embodiment) and is thus prepared to be soft by gelatinization of the starch. As a result, the creamy product 10 is easily dispensed from the piping tool 20 and exhibits excellent formability when the creamy product 10 is applied to an object to be decorated. The creamy product 10 contains potato starch, and thus, the creamy product 10 dries and solidifies, while the decorative body 60 (see [Fig. 9]) hardens due to the retrogradation (beta conversion) of the starch. Consequently, the decorative body toy comprising the decorative body 60 can have increased stability and durability.

[0048] The creamy product 10 according to this embodiment can be used for decoration in combination with a semi-transparent creamy product or an opaque creamy product.

[0049] The embodiment of this disclosure described above makes it possible to provide a creamy product according to the following aspects.

[0050] A creamy product according to a first aspect is a creamy product to be released using a pocket decorating tool to prepare a toy with a decorative body, the creamy product comprising: a transparent resin containing starch and one or both of a sequin and a decorative fragment body.

[0051] This aspect allows for the visual identification of the glitter or decorative fragment contained within the creamy product, and the object to be decorated can also It can be seen through. Thus, compared to opaque or semi-transparent creams, it offers a visual effect that allows for the identification of the decorative object or item being decorated, which is mixed into the cream. The user can freely enjoy the application of such a cream by dispensing the product, making it possible to offer a cream with a high visual impact for toy decoration.

[0052] In the creamy product according to a second aspect, the body of the decorative fragment is smaller than the opening diameter of a nozzle of the pocket decorating tool and larger than the glitter.

[0053] According to this aspect, the decorative fragment body can be easily released from the nozzle in accordance with the flow of the creamy product. The decorative body, being larger than the glitter, allows for the incorporation of decorative bodies (including glitter) of different sizes into the creamy product to create a creamy product with a high visual effect.

[0054] The creamy product according to a third aspect comprises the decorative fragment body, the decorative fragment body having a three-dimensional planar shape presenting one or both of a curved surface and a flat surface, and has a convex part on a lateral peripheral surface.

[0055] In this aspect, the decorative fragment body, having a convex portion and a recess, is well incorporated with the resin material of the creamy product and is less likely to settle, thus making the decorative fragment body uniform within the creamy product. The flat shape of the decorative fragment body results in a small volume within the creamy product and ensures that the flat surface portion of the decorative fragment body is visible to the observer. This prevents a decrease in the fluidity of the creamy product.

[0056] In the creamy product according to a fourth aspect, the decorative fragment body has a recess on the lateral peripheral surface.

[0057] In this aspect, the shrinkage formed on the lateral peripheral surface of the decorative fragment body increases the contact area of the decorative fragment body with the resin having the fluidity, and this makes it possible to reduce the loss of uniformity in the mixture due to the sinking of the decorative fragment body into the container or similar or the sinking of the decorative fragment body into the decorative body 60 during drying.

[0058] A pocket decorating tool according to a fifth aspect comprises: a creamy product configured to prepare a decorative body toy comprising a transparent resin containing starch, and one or both of a sequin and a decorative fragment body; a container having translucency and flexibility to hold the creamy product; and a nozzle that is connected to one end of the container, in which the container is sealed on one side opposite the nozzle and contains the creamy product.

[0059] This feature allows for the visual identification of the glitter or decorative fragment contained within the creamy product, and the object to be decorated can also be seen through it. Thus, compared to an opaque or semi-transparent creamy product, a visual effect is achieved, allowing for the identification of the decorative element or object mixed into the creamy product. The user can freely apply such a creamy product by dispensing it in the same way as dispensing whipped cream using a piping bag, thereby offering a piping bag for a creamy product with a high visual impact for toy decoration.

[0060] A method for producing a creamy product according to a sixth aspect is a method for producing a creamy product to be released using a pocket decorating tool to prepare a toy with a decorative body, in which the pocket decorating tool includes a container having translucency and flexibility to contain the creamy product, and a nozzle which is connected to one end of the container, the method comprising: 1a supplying, to the container, one or both of a glitter and a decorative fragment body; and supplying a transparent resin containing starch to the container to which one or both of the glitter and the decorative fragment body are supplied.

[0061] In this embodiment, the step of supplying one or both of the glitter and decorative fragment bodies to the container is carried out first, followed by the step of supplying the transparent, starch-containing resin. This eliminates unintentional scratches and / or breakage of the glitter and decorative fragment bodies in the resin stirring device (mixing device) or similar device, and ensures uniformity in the number of glitter or decorative fragment bodies contained in the container. In other words, the possibility of an irregular mixture occurring in the resin stirring device (mixing device) or similar device can be reduced, the intended number of glitter and decorative fragment bodies can be contained in the creamy product, and irregularities in product quality can be eliminated. Therefore, a production process for a creamy product with a high visual effect for decorating a toy is proposed.

[0062] The embodiment of this disclosure has been described above. The aspects of this disclosure are not limited to this embodiment. For example, the creamy product may comprise two or more types of decorative fragment bodies or a single type of decorative fragment body. When the creamy product comprises two or more types of decorative fragment bodies, the number of types may be extremely large or small. In this way, the user can also benefit from a lottery game consisting of winning or losing among the bodies of decorative fragments released randomly.

[0063] The decorative fragment body 40 is not limited to the configuration described in this embodiment and may have another configuration. List of documents cited Patent documents
