Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: CYLINDER HEAD OF A HEAT ENGINE COMPRISING A SOLENOID VALVE COMPRISING A SUPPORT INCORPORATING A METAL CLIP
[0001] The invention relates to thermally powered motor vehicles, and more particularly to the cylinder head of the thermal engines of these vehicles.
[0002] Known from the prior art is a patent application FR2848603 which describes a fixing clip allowing the temporary fixing of a flexible conduit on a thermal engine of a motor vehicle. The vehicle comprises an air filter, generally fixed on the body of the vehicle. The engine comprises an air intake orifice. The air intake orifice allows the entry of air into said engine. The air admitted into said engine is filtered by said air filter then the air passes into said conduit to be conveyed to the engine. The conduit has two ends, called respectively a first end and a second end. When the vehicle is assembled, the air intake orifice is difficult to access. Consequently, the attachment of the conduit at the first end is difficult to implement. During the attachment, the second end is free and hangs under the engine, which risks hindering the operator. To solve this problem, the attachment is integral with the engine and cooperates with the second end. The attachment has a U-shape and a lifting ring. The attachment and the ring are made of a single piece. However, one drawback remains. Indeed, the attachment is an independent part of the thermal engine. Thus, during the assembly of the thermal propulsion vehicle, it is necessary to carry out several manipulations to lift the engine. As a result, the assembly is difficult and time-consuming.
[0003] The objective of the present invention is to remedy these drawbacks by proposing an attachment integrated into the solenoid valve support of a cylinder head in order to facilitate and reduce assembly time.
[0004] To achieve this objective, the invention proposes a thermal engine cylinder head intended for a thermally powered motor vehicle, said cylinder head comprising a solenoid valve, said solenoid valve comprising a support, said support comprising a central part having a first longitudinal direction, a second transverse direction orthogonal to the first direction and a third vertical direction orthogonal to the first direction and to the second direction, said central part comprising a first end and a second end, said support comprising a first lateral part and a second lateral part along the second direction, said first lateral part and the second lateral part each comprising a body, each a first end and each a second end, said first end of the central part being integral with the first end of the first lateral part, said second end of the central part being integral with the first end of the second lateral part, the second end of the first lateral part being arranged perpendicular to the body of the first lateral part in the first direction, said second end of the second lateral part being arranged perpendicular to the body of the second lateral part in the second direction, and said support comprises a metal fastener, said fastener comprising a first portion and a second portion arranged vertically next to each other in the third direction, said first portion comprising a first point of attachment with said second end of the central part and said second portion comprising a second point of attachment with said second end of the second lateral part.
[0005] Thanks to the invention, the assembly of a vehicle whose thermal engine includes such a cylinder head is made easier because fewer manipulations are necessary. Consequently, the invention allows a considerable saving of time in the assembly of the vehicle.
[0006] Advantageously, said cylinder head comprises a layer of metal glue, said layer of metal glue comprising a first surface and a second surface arranged opposite each other, said support comprising a first zone and said attachment comprising a second zone, said first zone and said second zone being respectively in contact with said first surface and said second surface.
[0007] The metal bonding allows the effective integration of the fastener on the support.
[0008] Advantageously, said second end of the first lateral part comprises at least one fixing element allowing the fixing of said support to the cylinder head.
[0009] This configuration allows the solenoid valve support to be fixed to the cylinder head.
[0010] Advantageously, said fixing element comprises a screw.
[0011] The screw is an effective and inexpensive means of fixing.
[0012] The invention also relates to a method of integrating said attachment on the solenoid valve support of the cylinder head previously described, and said method comprises the following steps: - a step of positioning said attachment on said support; - a step of fixing said attachment to said support.
[0013] Advantageously, said fixing step is carried out by welding.
[0014] Advantageously, said fixing step is carried out by metal bonding.
[0015] Furthermore, the invention relates to a heat engine comprising the cylinder head previously described.
[0016] Finally, the invention also relates to a thermally powered motor vehicle comprising the thermal engine as described above.
[0017] The invention will be further detailed by the description of non-limiting embodiments, and on the basis of the appended figures illustrating variants of the invention, in which: - [Fig.l] schematically illustrates a top view, in perspective, of a solenoid valve support of a cylinder head of a thermal engine according to an embodiment of the invention; - [Fig.2] schematically illustrates a side view, in perspective, of the support of the thermal engine cylinder head solenoid valve.
[0018] [Fig.l] and [Fig.2] schematically illustrate a support 100 for a solenoid valve of a cylinder head of a thermal engine intended for a thermally powered motor vehicle. The cylinder head is an element ensuring the closure of the upper part of the thermal engine comprising cylinders allowing the compression of the gases. The solenoid valve is a device controlled by an electromagnet allowing the flow of a fluid to be regulated. The electromagnet is a coil producing a magnetic field when it is traversed by an electric current. The electrical energy is transformed into magnetic energy. The solenoid valve comprises a support 100 allowing it to be held on said cylinder head. The support 100 comprises a central part having a first longitudinal direction X, a second transverse direction Y orthogonal to the first direction X and a third vertical direction Z orthogonal to the first direction X and to the second direction Z.The central part 1a comprises a first end 1b and a second end 1c, corresponding respectively to its two ends of said central part 1a. In addition, said support 100 comprises a first lateral part and a second lateral part along the second transverse direction Y. The first lateral part comprises a body 2a, a first end 2b and a second end 2c. The second lateral part comprises a body 3a, a first end 3b and a second end 3c. The first end 1b of said central part 1a is integral with the first end 2b of the first lateral part. The second end 2c of the first lateral part is perpendicular to the body 2a of the first lateral part along the first direction X. The second end 1c of said central part 1a is integral with said first end 3b of the second lateral part. The second end 3c of the second lateral part is perpendicular to the body 3a of the second lateral part in the second direction Y. The support 100 comprises a metal fastener 200. The presence of said fastener 200 allows the thermal engine to be lifted when assembling it in said vehicle. The fastener 200 is fully integrated into said support 100 so that said support 100 and said fastener 200 form. a single piece. Advantageously, said cylinder head comprising a layer of metal glue, said layer of metal glue comprising a first surface and a second surface. The support 100 comprises a first zone and said fastener 200 comprises a second zone. The first zone is in contact with said first surface. The second zone is in contact with said first surface. In other words, said support 100 is glued to said first surface of said layer of metal glue via said first zone, while said fastener 200 is glued to said second surface of said layer of metal glue via said second zone. Thus, said fastener 200 is integral with said support 100. In an alternative, said fastener 200 is integrated with the support 100 by a method of integrating said fastener 200 on said solenoid valve support 100 of the cylinder head. The method comprises a positioning step and a fixing step. During the positioning step, said fastener 200 is arranged so that it is in its final position, in contact with said support 100. During the fixing step, said fastener 200 is welded to said support 100 by means of a welding station or, in an alternative embodiment, said fastener 200 is glued to said support 100 by the use of a metallic glue. Thus, said fastener 200 is integral with said support 100. The fastener 200 comprises a first portion 4 and a second portion 5. Preferably, said fixing element is a screw. The screw is an effective fixing means, easily accessible commercially and inexpensive. Furthermore, the invention relates to a heat engine comprising the cylinder head previously described. Finally, the invention also relates to a motor vehicle with thermal propulsion comprising the heat engine as previously described.
