DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION METHODS

[0023] This disclosure is described in more detail below in conjunction with the drawings.

[0024] An umbrella-type pole-setting frame comprises a main body beam 1, two oscillating poles 2, and a sliding sleeve 3, in which two oscillating poles 2 are connected in an oscillating manner to the main body beam 1 respectively, so as to facilitate the unfolding or folding of the oscillating poles 2; the sliding sleeve 3 is slidably mounted on the main body beam 1; and an unfolding and limiting member is arranged on the main body beam 1, in which the sliding sleeve 3 is adapted to the unfolding and limiting member, i.e. the sliding sleeve 3 pushes the oscillating poles 2 towards the unfolding and limiting member, so as to unfold the oscillating pole 2 mounted in an oscillating manner on the main body beam 1.

[0025] In the embodiment, the unfolding and limiting member comprises at least one fixing seat 4 fixed to an end part of the main body beam 1. The sliding sleeve 3 is moved towards the fixing seat 4 at the end part of the main body beam 1, so as to unfold the oscillating rod 2 mounted in an oscillating manner on the main body beam 1. The fixing seats 4 are arranged on the end parts on two sides of the main body beam 1, so that the oscillating rod 2 located at both ends of the main body beam 1 has a larger spacing in the unfolded state, which ensures the stability of the rod placement frame in use.

[0026] In some embodiments, the unfolding and limiting member may include two or more fixing seats 4, in which at least one fixing seat 4 is assembled on the position on the inner side of the end part of the main body beam 1, and the fixing seat 4 in this position is a blocking block, i.e. it is configured to limit the movement of the sliding sleeve 3 towards the end part of the main body beam 1, in which the sliding sleeve 3 and the blocking block cooperate to unfold the oscillating rod 2, and at least one fixing seat 4 is assembled on the end part of the main body beam 1.

[0027] Two oscillating canes 2 are unfolded or folded simultaneously by the single sliding sleeve 3 sliding towards or away from the fixing seat 4 or the locking block, which improves the efficiency of unfolding and folding the canes oscillating 2, so as to improve the ease of use of the cane mounting frame.

[0028] In this embodiment, the oscillating rod 2 is mounted in an oscillating manner on the sliding sleeve 3; the oscillating rod 2 is connected to the mounting seat 4 by a connecting rod 5; and the sliding sleeve 3 causes the end portion of the oscillating rod 2 to move. The oscillating rod 2 is connected to the mounting seat 4 by the connecting rod 5, so that the oscillating rod 2 is extended or retracted during the movement of the sliding sleeve 3.

[0029] In some other embodiments, the sliding sleeve 3 and the fixing seat 4 cooperate to clamp the oscillating rod 2, so as to unfold the oscillating rod 2.

[0030] The end part of the oscillating rod 2 is connected to the sliding sleeve 3 by a first rotating shaft 7; the middle part of the oscillating rod 2 is connected to the connecting rod 5 by a second rotating shaft 8; and the connecting rod 5 is connected to the fixing seat 4 by a third rotating shaft 9.

[0031] In the process of unfolding the oscillating rod 2, it is necessary to provide a supporting force to the oscillating rod 2 via the sliding sleeve 3. When the supporting force of the sliding sleeve 3 is removed, the oscillating rod 2 will easily straighten itself. In order to prevent the oscillating rod 2 from straightening itself in the unfolded state, it is necessary to ensure that the connecting rod 5 has sufficient length so as to ensure that the connecting rod 5 and the oscillating rod 2 have the same orientation when the oscillating rod 2 is in the unfolded state; that is, the second rotating shaft 8 is located on an outer side of the third rotating shaft 9 when the oscillating rod 2 is in a fully unfolded state. The connecting rod 5 and the oscillating rod 2 are both oriented towards the outside of the end part of the main body beam 1 at that time, ensuring that the second rotating shaft 8 is located at the outside of the dead point of the connecting rod, so as to prevent the oscillating rod 2 from straightening.

[0032] The end oscillating groove 2-2 is arranged in the oscillating rod 2, and the end oscillating groove 2-2 is connected to the lug plate 3-1 on the sliding sleeve 3. Two connecting lugs 2-4 are arranged on the middle part of the oscillating rod 2, and the connecting lugs 2-4 are arranged towards the outside side of the oscillating rod 2, a median oscillating groove 2-3 being formed between adjacent connecting lugs 2-4, and the connecting rod 5 is rotatably mounted in the end oscillating groove 2-2.

[0033] The connecting plates 4-3 arranged in pairs are arranged on the outer side wall of the fixing seat 4, in which a connecting rod groove is formed between the adjacent connecting plates 4-3, and the connecting rod 5 is rotatably mounted in the connecting rod groove. In some other embodiments, a single connecting plate 4-3 is arranged on one side of the outer side wall of the fixing seat 4, and a groove structure is arranged on the end part of the connecting rod 5, in which the connecting plate 4-3 is mounted inside the groove structure, and the connecting plate 4-3 is connected to the connecting rod 5 by the rotating shaft.

[0034] In the embodiment where the swinging rod 2 is supported and opened by clamping the fixing seat 4 and the sliding sleeve 3, the fixing seat 4 can be a sleeve structure, and the swinging rod 3 is clamped by an end face of the sleeve structure and an end face of the sliding sleeve 3.

[0035] The oscillating cane 2 is provided with a bending portion 2-1, and this bending portion 2-1 is arranged between the first rotating shaft 7 and the second rotating shaft 8. By providing the bending portion 2-1, the main body of the oscillating cane 2 in its folded state is parallel to the beam forming the main body 1, so as to reduce the storage volume of the cane positioning frame. In other embodiments, in order to simplify the structure of the oscillating cane 2, the oscillating cane 2-1 may be a straight cane.

[0036] The main body beam 1 comprises an outer beam 1-1 and an inner beam 1-2, in which the outer beam 1-1 is arranged on the outer side of the inner beam 1-2, so that the outer beam 1-1 extends and contracts relative to the inner beam 1-2, and thus the total length of the main body beam 1 is extended and contracted, so as to further reduce the storage volume of the rod-setting frame, the sliding sleeve 3 and the fixing seat 4 being mounted on the outer beam 1-1, respectively.

[0037] In certain optional ways, a locking member may be arranged at a joint of the outer beam 1-1 and the inner beam 1-2, so as to lock the outer beam 1-1 and the inner beam 1-2 together, thus preventing the outer beam 1-1 and the inner beam 1-2 from extending and contracting relative to each other during use. Optionally, the outer beam 1-1 and the inner beam 1-2 may be connected by an interference fit, the relative positions of the outer beam 1-1 and the inner beam 1-2 being locked by friction.

[0038] The insertion rods 6 are mounted on the end portions of the main body beam 1 and the oscillating rod 2. The locking sleeve 2-5 is arranged on the end portion of the oscillating rod 2, and the insertion rod 6 is connected to the oscillating rod 2 by the locking sleeve 2-5. A connecting shaft 4-1 is connected to the mounting seat 4, in which a beam sleeve 4-2 is arranged on the end part of the connecting shaft 4-1, and the insertion rod 6 is connected to the main body forming beam 1 by the beam sleeve 4-2. Preferably, the locking sleeve 2-5 and the beam sleeve 4-2 have the same structure.

[0039] The locking sleeve 2-5 is provided with a cam key 2-6, and the cam key 2-6 is rotatably mounted on the locking sleeve 2-5 by the rotating shaft. When the insertion rod 6 needs to be locked, the cam key 2-6 is rotated, so that the side wall of the cam key 2-6 abuts against the insertion rod 6, thus locking the insertion rod. When the insertion rod 6 needs to be adjusted or removed, the cam key 2-6 is rotated, so that the cam key 2-6 is separated from the insertion rod 6, which facilitates the movement of the insertion rod 6 relative to the locking sleeve 2-5. Similarly, the beam sleeve 4-2 is provided with the cam key in a consistent structure.
