Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Assembly for a motor vehicle trunk, motor vehicle trunk and motor vehicle comprising such a trunk Technical field
[0001] The invention relates to the field of motor vehicles and more particularly concerns an assembly for a motor vehicle trunk, a motor vehicle trunk comprising such an assembly and a motor vehicle comprising such a trunk. Prior art
[0002] In a motor vehicle, the electronic components are supplied with electricity by a network of electrical harnesses.
[0003] Among the electronic components to be powered, electronic boxes are mounted at the rear of the vehicle, in the storage trunk.
[0004] Electrical harnesses then run from the front to the rear of the vehicle in order to power the electronic components present in the trunk of the vehicle.
[0005] The electrical harnesses are fixed to the wheel arches which border the trunk.
[0006] The fixing of the electrical harnesses on the wheel arches is carried out by means of studs welded on the wheel arches.
[0007] The use of welding robots is necessary to weld the studs onto the wheel arches.
[0008] The welding operation is relatively complex to implement due to the difficulty of access to the wheel arches by the welding robots.
[0009] Also, the time taken to assemble the studs is relatively long, which impacts the cost of carrying out this step.
[0010] Furthermore, when the motor vehicle is an electric vehicle, the diameter of each electrical harness is relatively large.
[0011] Given the relatively large diameter of the electrical harnesses when the motor vehicle is electric, it is necessary to hollow out the soundproofing device which covers the wheel arch in order to fix the electrical harnesses to the wheel arch.
[0012] By digging the soundproofing device, a leak is created in the sound insulation of the vehicle at the wheel arches, which deteriorates the sound insulation quality of the motor vehicle. Statement of the invention
[0013] The present invention aims to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks, and relates to to make an assembly for a motor vehicle trunk, comprising a false floor covering a lower part of said trunk, a side trim of said trunk and a side trim support, said assembly being remarkable in that said side trim support comprises a horizontal support face of said false floor, a longitudinal support face of said side trim, said assembly being further remarkable in that it comprises a conduit for routing electrical harnesses, adapted to receive at least one electrical harness intended to power at least one electronic device of said motor vehicle.
[0014] Thus, the assembly according to the invention makes it possible, on the one hand, to support the false floor of the trunk and the side trunk trim, and, on the other hand, to route and protect the electrical harnesses in the trunk of the motor vehicle.
[0015] In this way, the electrical harnesses which pass through the routing chute are no longer fixed to the wheel arches which border the trunk, which makes it possible to avoid the need to weld fixing studs onto the wheel arches and therefore to avoid the need to use welding robots, an operation which is relatively complex to implement due to the difficulty of accessing the wheel arches.
[0016] Thus, thanks to the present invention, the assembly of the electrical harnesses in the motor vehicle is simplified, which makes it possible to reduce the assembly time and therefore the cost of carrying out this step.
[0017] Furthermore, by avoiding fixing the electrical harnesses to the wheel arches, it is no longer necessary to hollow out the soundproofing device which covers the wheel arches, this being necessary in the prior art when the motor vehicle is an electric vehicle, the diameter of each electrical harness being relatively large.
[0018] This avoids creating a leak in the sound insulation of the vehicle at the wheel arches, which makes it possible to improve the quality of the motor vehicle in terms of sound insulation.
[0019] According to optional characteristics of the assembly according to the invention: - said routing chute extends longitudinally relative to said motor vehicle when said assembly is mounted in said motor vehicle; - said side trim support comprises an internal face intended to be arranged opposite an interior space of said trunk, said horizontal support face of said false floor and said longitudinal support face of said side trim being arranged on said internal face of said side trim support; - said routing chute is arranged on said internal face of said side trim support; - said horizontal support face of said raised floor and said Ion- support face longitudinal of said side trim transversely extend said routing chute; - said side trim comprises an internal face intended to be arranged opposite said interior space of said trunk, said routing chute being arranged between said internal face of said side trim support and said internal face of said side trim; - said routing chute extends over the entire length of said side trim support; - said routing chute has a U shape.
[0020] The invention also relates to a motor vehicle trunk, comprising an assembly comprising a false floor covering a lower part of said trunk, a side trim, a side trim support, said trunk further comprising at least one electrical harness intended to power at least one electronic device of said motor vehicle, said trunk being remarkable in that said assembly is according to the invention and in that said at least one electrical harness runs inside said routing chute.
[0021] The invention also relates to a motor vehicle comprising a trunk, remarkable in that said trunk is according to the invention. Brief description of the drawings

[0024] [Fig.2] shows the trunk assembly according to the invention, in isometric view seen from the outside of the trunk.
[0025] [Fig.3] is an enlargement of zone III of [Fig.l].
[0026] [Fig.4] is an enlargement of zone IV of [Fig.l].
[0027] [Fig.5] is a partial isometric view of the trunk according to the invention. Description of the embodiments
[0028] In the remainder of the description, elements having an identical structure or similar functions are designated by the same reference.
[0029] By convention, we will adopt, without limitation, longitudinal, vertical and transverse orientations indicated by the direct trihedron (L, V, T) designating the longitudinal, vertical and transverse axes of the vehicle.
[0030] In the following, the terms “left”, “right”, “lower” and “upper” are understood in relation to the vehicle.
[0031] Similarly, the terms “front” and “rear” are understood in relation to the general orientation of the vehicle as taken in its normal direction of travel.
[0032] Reference is made to [Fig.l] showing an assembly 1 of trunk 3 of a motor vehicle according to the invention, the assembly 1 being seen partially in isometric view and in cross section.
[0033] The trunk 3 comprises a set of cabinetmaking pieces arranged to define an interior storage space 5.
[0034] The assembly 1 of trunk 3 comprises a lower false floor 7, covering a lower part 9 (visible in [Fig.5]) of the trunk 3.
[0035] At its left and right side portions, the trunk assembly 3 comprises a side trim 11, supported by a side trim support 13.
[0036] An internal face 15 of the side trim 11 is intended to be arranged opposite the interior storage space 5 of the trunk 3 and is visible from the interior space 5 of the trunk 3.
[0037] Reference is made to [Fig.2] showing the assembly 1 in isometric view seen from outside the trunk 3 and to [Fig.3] showing an enlargement of zone III of [Fig.l].
[0038] The side trim 11 further comprises an external face 17, or lining, defining a technical part of the side trim 11 and being not visible from the interior space 5 of the trunk 3.
[0039] In the same way, the side trim support 13 has an internal face 19 and an external face 21.
[0040] The external face 21 of the side trim support 13 defines a technical part of the support 13, and is not visible from the interior space 5 of the trunk 3.
[0041] The internal face 19 of the side trim support 13 is intended to be arranged opposite the interior storage space 5 of the trunk 3. However, when the side trim 11 is mounted on the support 13, the internal face 19 of the support 13 is covered by the side trim 11 and is therefore not visible from the interior space 5 of the trunk 3.
[0042] According to the invention, the side trim support 13 comprises a horizontal support face 23 of the false floor 7, arranged under the false floor 7.
[0043] The horizontal support face 23 of the false floor 7 extends substantially horizontally relative to the motor vehicle when the assembly 1 is mounted in the motor vehicle.
[0044] Thus, the horizontal support face 23 extends in a plane (L, T) and is adapted to support the false floor 7, that is to say to block the false floor 7 in downward vertical translation along the vertical axis of the motor vehicle.
[0045] According to the invention, the side trim support 13 further comprises a face of longitudinal support 25 of the side trim 11.
[0046] The longitudinal support face 25 of the side trim 11 extends substantially longitudinally relative to the motor vehicle when the assembly 1 is mounted in the motor vehicle.
[0047] Thus, the longitudinal support face 25 extends in a plane (L, V) and is adapted to support the lateral trim 11, that is to say to block the lateral trim 11 in transverse translation towards the outside of the motor vehicle, along the transverse axis of the motor vehicle.
[0048] According to the invention, the assembly 1 further comprises a routing channel 27 for electrical harnesses 29 (visible in [Fig.5]), adapted to receive at least one electrical harness intended to power at least one electronic device of the motor vehicle.
[0049] Thus, the assembly 1 according to the invention makes it possible, on the one hand, to support the false floor 7 of the trunk 3 and the side trim 11 of the trunk, and, on the other hand, to route and protect electrical harnesses which run in the trunk 3 of the motor vehicle.
[0050] In this way, the electrical harnesses which pass through the routing chute 27 are no longer fixed to the wheel arches which border the trunk 3, which makes it possible to avoid the need to weld fixing studs onto the wheel arches and therefore to avoid the need to use welding robots, an operation which is relatively complex to implement due to the difficulty of accessing the wheel arches.
[0051] Thus, thanks to the present invention, the assembly of the electrical harnesses in the motor vehicle is simplified, which makes it possible to reduce the assembly time and therefore the cost of carrying out this step.
[0052] Furthermore, by avoiding fixing the electrical harnesses to the wheel arches, it is no longer necessary to hollow out the soundproofing device which covers the wheel arches, this being necessary in the prior art when the motor vehicle is an electric vehicle, the diameter of each electrical harness being relatively large.
[0053] This avoids creating a leak in the sound insulation of the vehicle at the wheel arches, which makes it possible to improve the quality of the motor vehicle in terms of sound insulation.
[0054] In the embodiment illustrated in the figures, the horizontal support face 23 of the false floor 7 and the longitudinal support face 25 of the side trim 11 are arranged on the internal face 19 of the side trim support 13.
[0055] Also, in the embodiment illustrated in the figures, the routing chute 27 is also arranged on the internal face 19 of the side trim support 13.
[0056] For example, the routing chute 27 is arranged between the internal face 19 of the side trim support 13 and the internal face 15 of the side trim 11.
[0057] For example, the routing chute 27 has a U shape, which allows good lateral support of the electrical harnesses 29.
[0058] The side trim support 13 is for example made of a plastic material and can be obtained by injection. The routing chute 27 can also be made of plastic material during the step of injecting the support 13. Thus, the presence of the routing chute 27 in the trunk 1 of the motor vehicle does not require the addition of an additional part.
[0059] The horizontal support face 23 of the false floor 7 and the longitudinal support face 25 of the side trim 11 extend the routing chute 27 transversely. The horizontal support face 23 of the false floor 7 extends from the routing chute 27 in the direction of a longitudinal median plane of the motor vehicle, then the longitudinal support face 25 of the side trim 11 extends in line with the horizontal support face 23 of the false floor.
[0060] The horizontal support face 23 of the false floor 7 and the longitudinal support face 25 of the side trim 11 form an L and match the complementary shape of the side trim 11, the side trim 11 itself supporting the false floor 7.
[0061] Reference is made to [Fig.4] showing an enlargement of zone IV of [Fig.l].
[0062] The longitudinal support face 25 of the side trim 11, carried by the support 13, extends below the false floor 7, as seen in [Fig.3].
[0063] The side trim support 13 further comprises a complementary longitudinal support face 31 arranged above the false floor 7, which makes it possible to reinforce the transverse support of the side trim 11.
[0064] When the routing chute 27 is carried by the internal face 19 of the side trim support 13, the complementary support face 31 extends above the routing chute 27.
[0065] When the routing chute 27 is carried by the internal face 19 of the lateral trim support 13, on either side of the routing chute 27 there extend, on the one hand, the complementary longitudinal support face 31 and, on the other hand, the horizontal support face 23 of the false floor 7 and the longitudinal support face 25 of the lateral trim 11.
[0066] We refer to [Fig.5] showing the trunk 3 in partial isometric view.
[0067] The trunk 3 comprises the assembly 1 according to the invention in which inside the routing chute 27 there are electrical harnesses 29 intended to power at least one electronic device of the motor vehicle.
[0068] The electrical harnesses 29 can for example be fixed in the routing chute 27 by fixing pins (not shown).
[0069] In one embodiment of the assembly 1 of the invention, when the assembly 1 is mounted in the motor vehicle, the routing chute 27 extends substantially longitudinally relative to the motor vehicle. In this way, the routing of the electrical harnesses is shortened compared to that provided in the prior art where the harnesses route around the wheel arch.
[0070] According to an exemplary embodiment of the assembly 1, the routing chute 27 extends over the entire length of the side trim support 13.
[0071] In the embodiment illustrated in the figures, the assembly 1 is arranged on the right side of the motor vehicle. However, the assembly 1 may be arranged on the left side, replacing or supplementing its arrangement on the right side.
[0072] As goes without saying, the present invention is not limited to the sole embodiments of this assembly for a motor vehicle trunk, of this motor vehicle trunk and of this motor vehicle comprising such a trunk, described above solely as illustrative examples, but on the contrary it embraces all the variants involving the technical equivalents of the means described as well as their combinations if these fall within the scope of the invention.
