Description

Title of the invention: Production assembly comprising a functional base and a feed module

[0001] The invention relates to a production assembly comprising a functional base and a feed module.

[0002] A production set is known comprising: - a functional base comprising a machine support frame capable of carrying an automated manufacturing machine, in particular a screwing machine, a fluid dispensing machine, a marking machine, a crimping machine, a part picking and placing machine, a cleaning machine, a heat treatment machine, a surface preparation machine or a welding machine, - a feed module secured to the functional base and comprising a feed frame and a carriage movable in translation along a first axis on the frame, the movable carriage comprising a carrying zone, the carrying zone being capable of carrying and moving a part support, - a second protection assembly (11) capable of protecting the operator during operation of the feed module (3), the second protection assembly (11) comprising a second set of walls (12) and a second opening (13), the functional base and the feed module comprising a single protection assembly capable of protecting an operator during operation of the automated manufacturing machine and the feed module, the protection assembly comprising a set of walls capable of surrounding the production machine and the mobile carriage during its translation.

[0003] Such a production assembly has the disadvantage of not being modular. Indeed, it is necessary to dismantle the protection assembly if one wishes to associate the functional base with another feed module or if one wishes to associate the feed module with another functional base or if one wishes to associate the production assembly with an additional feed module.

[0004] The present invention aims to eliminate all or part of these drawbacks.

[0005] The invention relates to a production assembly (1) comprising: - a functional base (2) comprising a machine support frame (4) capable of carrying an automated manufacturing machine, in particular a screwing machine, a fluid depositing machine, a marking machine, a crimping machine, a part picking and depositing machine, a cleaning machine, a heat treatment machine, a surface preparation machine or a welding machine, the functional base comprising a first protective assembly capable of protecting an operator during operation of the automated manufacturing machine, the first protective assembly comprising a first set of walls and a first opening, - a feed module secured to the functional base and comprising a feed frame and a carriage movable in translation along a first axis on the frame, the movable carriage comprising a carrying zone, the carrying zone being capable of carrying and moving a part support, the feed module comprising a second protective assembly capable of protecting the operator during operation of the feed module, the second protective assembly comprising a second set of walls and a second opening, - a protective panel, the protective panel being capable of closing the first opening while leaving the second opening open and the protective panel being capable of closing the second opening while leaving the first opening open.

[0006] Such a production assembly makes it possible to improve the flexibility of a production line, i.e. to improve the ease of changing the feed module and / or functional base. Indeed, such a production assembly makes it possible to associate a protective panel with a functional base. When associating a feed module with this functional base, the protective panel is removed from the functional base to be mounted on the feed module. The first opening of the functional base left without a protective panel allows the creation of a passage between the feed module and the functional base, allowing the movement of a part between the feed module and the functional base and / or the passage of a part of the automated production machine to carry out a manufacturing operation on the part carried by the feed module. At the same time, the protective panel can be mounted in the second opening of the feed module to ensure the protection of operators.

[0007] According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the protective panel comprises a door, in particular a hinged door.

[0008] According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the protective panel is fixed in the first opening or is fixed in the second opening using a fixing means, in particular a fixing means comprising a screw.

[0009] According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the first opening and the second opening comprise a base having a clear shape, in particular an inclined shape or a curved shape, so that the protective panel remains in the first opening or the second opening only if it is fixed using the fixing means.

[0010] The use of such an opening comprising a base with a clearing shape improves operator safety. The clear shape prevents the protective panel from being mounted without using the fixing means.

[0011] According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the feed frame comprises a first lateral fixing zone and a first attachment device fixed to the first lateral fixing zone and in which the functional base comprises a second attachment device, the first attachment device and the second attachment device being secured so as to secure the feed module and the functional base together.

[0012] According to an additional characteristic of the invention, one of the first attachment device and the second attachment device comprises at least one first male fastening element and the other of the first attachment device and the second attachment device comprises at least one first female fastening element, the at least one first male fastening element being inserted into the at least one first female fastening element.

[0013] According to an additional characteristic of the invention, that of the first attachment device and of the second attachment device which comprises the at least one first female fixing element further comprises at least one first locking element, the at least one first locking element locking the first male fixing element in the first female fixing element.

[0014] Such first attachment device and second attachment device make it possible to reduce the time required for securing and relative positioning between the feed frame and the functional base.

[0015] According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the at least first male fixing element is inserted into the at least one first female fixing element in a first insertion direction, and in which the at least one first locking element is inserted into the at least one first female fixing element in a second insertion direction different from the first insertion direction.

[0016] According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the first insertion direction is perpendicular to the second insertion direction.

[0017] According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the first direction of insertion is vertical and in which the second direction of insertion is horizontal, the second direction of insertion being in particular parallel to the first lateral fixing zone.
