Improved Rotation Vertical Axis Wind Power System

Abstract

The present invention relates to a vertical axis (Z) wind energy system (1), said system (1) comprising a shaft (11) receiving at least one turbine (12), said system (1) further comprising a supporting structure (13), said shaft (11) being assembled with said supporting structure (13) via a set of bearings (14a, 14b) comprising at least one lower bearing arranged along a lower portion of said system (1), below said at least one turbine (12), characterized in that said lower bearing corresponds to a ball bearing with a spherical outer ring housed in a self-aligning bearing. Claims

10. System (1) according to claim 8 or 9, wherein said turbine (12) comprises a deflector (124) disposed behind each blade (123).

11. System (1) according to one of claims 1 to 10, which comprises at least one inclined slope (131) arranged around said turbine (12), said slope (131) being inclined so as to increase the wind speed when approaching said turbine (12).

12. System (1) according to one of claims 1 to 11, wherein said shaft (11) is articulated with respect to said supporting structure (13) so as to pass between a first position in which said shaft (11) is oriented along said vertical axis (Z), and a second position in which said shaft (11) is oriented along a substantially horizontal axis (X).

13. Building (2) equipped with a vertical axis wind energy system (1) according to one of claims 1 to 12, said system (1) being installed on a roof (21) of said building (2).

14. Building (2) according to claim 13, which has a fixed structure.
