Abstract

MICROROBOT GRIPPER DESIGN FOR EYELASHES The present invention relates to an eyelash application system, the system including a first microrobot, including a first plurality of magnets, and a wire comb, the wire comb including a fixing end, and a second microrobot, including a second plurality of magnets, a tube configured to receive the wire comb, and a gripper configured to fix and release an eyelash.The invention further relates to a method for applying eyelashes comprising attaching a first microrobot equipped with a wire comb to a first location, sliding a second microrobot along the wire comb with a tube such that a gripper of the second microrobot comes into contact with a fastening end of the wire comb, grasping an eyelash between the gripper and the fastening end, positioning the first and second microrobots to apply the eyelash, withdrawing the gripper from the fastening end, and applying the eyelash.
