Title of the invention: Aluminum fence post system allowing for the definition of multidirectional and modular angles
[0001] The present invention relates to a technical device for a fence post allowing the definition of multidirectional and modular angles from 10° to 350° between two consecutive fence panels on terrain of any nature and any characteristic, resistant to weather conditions.
[0002] As a matter of state, the angle of an aluminum fence could traditionally only be achieved using fixed-point posts with autoclave-treated grooves that allowed for the inclusion of the panel slats forming the fence. The angles permitted by fixed-point posts were limited to 90 or 180 degrees, with no possibility of adjustment.
[0003] To overcome this difficulty, manufacturers or distributors are forced to add a round post next to the fixed-point fence posts to circumvent this technical drawback. However, this solution remains imperfect because it only bypasses the technical problem without resolving it; the installation of the fence panels is limited to right angles hidden by the adjacent round posts.
[0004] The device according to the invention makes it possible to overcome these technical problems since it allows for the creation of all types of internal or external angles without the addition of other types of posts. Indeed, the specific device of the invention is a fence post designed with a rotating tubular system having an internal groove allowing for the creation of multidirectional and adjustable angles from 10° to 350° between two consecutive fence panels, while maintaining the expected stability and resistance characteristics. The said tubular mobile rotation system allowing the definition of the angle was made on two axes for the central post and was also adapted to a half-post system. The device according to the invention includes a first technical characteristic, namely a specific system of mobile rotation tube allowing the definition of multidirectional and modular angles at variable degrees from 10° to 350° between two consecutive aluminium fence panels. The device according to the invention includes a second characteristic, namely the design of the grooving system within the mobile rotation tube allowing the introduction of the slats of the aluminium fence panels, whatever the type of slats (solid, openwork or louvered), according to the chosen degree of angle definition, the whole system being fixed by self-drilling screws. The device according to the invention addresses the technical challenges related to weather conditions. The entire device is made of aluminum, which allows it to withstand harsh environments and resist deterioration (infiltration, mechanical pressure induced by frost, oxidation of the system, and weathering of the blades and posts). As such, the paint coating meets Qualicoat Level 1 standards.
[0005] The attached drawings illustrate the invention: Fig. 1 shows a cross-section of the entire fence post with the mobile rotating tube and grooving system allowing the incision of the blades, the whole being fixed by a self-drilling screw. Figure [Fig.2] shows a cross-section of the entire fence post showing the movable rotating tube with grooving system and the inserted fence panel slats, the whole being fixed by a self-drilling screw. Figure 3 shows a cross-section of the entire fence post, including the movable rotating tube with a grooving system and the fence panel slats inserted using a variation of the modular angle, the assembly being secured with a self-drilling screw. Figure 4 shows a cross-section of half a fence post, including the movable rotating tube with a grooving system for scoring the slats, the assembly being secured with a self-drilling screw.

The self-drilling screw secures the entire system via a rotating mobile tube with a groove system allowing the inclusion of the blades of the consecutive fence panels, regardless of the type of blades (solid, openwork or louvered).
