[0002] For sleeping in a vehicle whose primary use is passenger transport, i.e., other than a motorhome or campervan, it is known to place a box above the trunk floor and rear seats on which a mattress can be placed. This solution, however, is relatively bulky and occupies a large part of the trunk space.

[0004] There is a need for a vehicle that allows for modulation into a bed function, minimizing the loss of space while ensuring comfort for the user.

Vehicle (1) comprising: - a trunk (3) having a floor (4); - a seat (6) which can be converted into a bed comprising: • a seat (7); • a backrest (9) movable relative to the seat (7) between a raised position and a folded position, a front surface of the backrest (10) being opposite a surface of the seat (8) when the backrest (9) is in the folded position, a rear surface of the backrest (11) being opposite the trunk (3) when the backrest (9) is in the raised position, the front surface of the backrest (10) and the surface of the seat (8) being respectively intended to receive the back and buttocks of a user in a seated position on the seat;- a housing (12) mounted movable relative to the trunk (3) between a rear position, in which a bearing surface of the housing (13) faces an upper surface (14) of the floor (4) of the trunk (3), and at least one front position, in which a contact surface of the housing (15), opposite the bearing surface of the housing (13), faces the rear surface (11) of the backrest (12) arranged in the folded position, - a support (25) mounted movable on the housing (12) between a folded position, in which a bearing surface of the support (26) faces the bearing surface of the housing (13), and an deployed position, in which the bearing surface of the support (26) extends in continuity with the bearing surface of the housing (13);the bearing surface of the support (26) and the bearing surface of the housing (13) forming a support frame to accommodate a user (H) in a lying or semi-sitting position when the backrest (9) is in the folded-down position, the housing (12) is in the forward position and the support (25) is in the deployed position.;

A vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the rear surface (11) of the backrest (9) forms a non-zero angle α with the horizontal when the backrest (9) is in the folded-down position, in particular an angle α between 5° and 25°, the bearing surface of the housing (13) and the contact surface of the housing (15) forming an angle substantially equal to angle α, such that the bearing surface of the housing (13) extends in a substantially horizontal plane when the backrest (9) is in the folded position and the case (12) is in the forward position.

3. Vehicle according to any one of claims 1 and 2, wherein the trunk (3) comprises a lower part and an upper part, the housing (12) being rotationally movable between the rear position and the front position about an axis of rotation (B) of the housing (12) in the lower part of the trunk (3).

Vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the housing (12) comprises a proximal part (20) and a distal part (21), the support (25) being rotationally movable between the folded position and the deployed position about an axis of rotation (S) of the support (25) in the distal part (21) of the housing (12).

5. Vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the housing (12) is movably mounted on two side walls of the trunk (3).

Vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the floor (4) of the trunk (3) is movable between a low position and a high position, the bearing surface of the housing (13) facing the upper surface (14) of the floor (4) when the housing (12) is in the rear position and the floor (4) is in the low position, the upper surface (14) of the floor (4) being configured to be in continuity with the bearing surface of the housing (13) when the backrest (9) is in the folded-down position, the housing (12) is in the forward position and the floor (4) is in the high position.

7. Vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the support (12) includes sleeves (30) allowing the insertion of rods (31) of a headrest (2) of a vehicle seat (1).

Vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the housing (12) comprises an open cavity at the contact surface of the housing (13), preferably a plurality of open cavities at the contact surface of the housing (13), the open cavity forming a storage compartment (19) when the housing (12) is in the rear position.

9. Vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising at least two seats (6), in particular at least one single seat (6) and one two-seat seat (6).

10. Vehicle according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising a mattress configured to be positioned at least on the bearing surface of the support (26) and on the bearing surface of the housing (13) when the backrest (9) is in the folded position, the housing (12) is in the forward position and the support (25) is in the deployed position.
