Abstract

Aseptic tube connection device (10) comprising: a tubular insert (20) delimiting a fluid passage channel (21); an annular body (30) in which the insert is mounted and which extends axially in projection from said insert to define with it a housing; and a tubular sealing element (40, 40', 40'') disposed in the housing and comprising a first end section (40.1) rotationally fixed to the insert, a second end section (40.2) rotationally fixed to the body, and a central section (40.3) connecting the first end section to the second end section, the insert being guided in the body to move helically between an extended position in which the sealing element is in a fluid passage state and a retracted position in which the central section of the sealing element is twisted to be in a channel closure state. 6. Device (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the central section (40.3) of the sealing element (40') externally comprises axial ribs (44') in contact with an internal surface of the body (30) when the insert (20) is in the extended position.

7. Device (10) according to claim 6 in which the axial ribs (44') connect the first end section (40.1) and the second end section (40.2) of the sealing element (40').

8. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the central section (40.3) of the sealing element (40”) comprises an external cylindrical surface (44”) in contact with an internal surface of the body (30) when the insert (20) is in the extended position.

9. Device (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second end section (40.2) of the sealing element (40, 40', 40") comprises a front face extending outward from the body (30) and on which a protective film (50) is removably fixed.

10. Assembly (1) for connecting two tubes (100, 200) comprising two connecting devices (10A, 10B) according to any one of the preceding claims.
