Abstract

The present invention provides a device and a method for dynamically defining and implementing an optimized configuration for a private 5G network to effectively meet the QoS needs of different user terminals connected to the private 5G network. The invention relies on the implementation of a specific private 5G network architecture, consisting of co-locating at least two 5G radio cells to provide at least two possible 5G radio coverages within the same area. It also relies on a categorization of each 5G user terminal present in the area covered by the different co-located 5G cells and required to transmit or receive traffic via this 5G network, according to various parameters relating to traffic direction and traffic criticality.
