Abstract
The invention relates to a method for scheduling the routing of containers using a storage substitute located within reach of an operator at an order picking station (121). This station includes routing zones (Z1, Z2) for collection and storage containers, as well as an order picking zone (Z3) where items are picked from the storage containers and placed in the collection containers. The method, implemented by an electronic device with a processing unit and memory, includes the following steps: obtaining (S01) data representing the occupancy of the storage substitute; and determining (S02), based on this data, a routing schedule for the storage and / or collection containers within the order picking zone (Z3).
