Abstract
Description
LOCK CORE STRUCTURE WITH QUICKLY REPLACEABLE PINS TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present application relates to a technical field of lock core, and more particularly relates to a lock core structure with quickly replaceable pins. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The lock core is the main part of a lock. It is used to coordinate with the rotation of the key to drive the lock bolt to move for realizing the locking and unlocking of the locks. Pins refer to a row of cylindrical parts with different heights installed in the preset circular hole of the lock core. The spring used to provide the restoring force of the pins is often arranged between the pins and the bottom of the circular hole. When the key is inserted into the key hole of the lock core, the lock teeth on the key are corresponding to the pins of different heights and bring the whole row of pins to rotate during the rotation of the key, thus driving the lock bolt to move for unlocking the lock. In daily life, when people move into a new house or change their residence, they prefer to refit the lock to improve its protection effect or level. Generally, the refit of the lock is completed by changing the height, number and arrangement of the pins in the lock core. The pins of the traditional lock core are mostly closed inside the lock core, so not easy to remove. The disassembly and assembly of the lock core is complex, which increases the difficulty for users to refit the lock core. In addition, during the usage process of the lock core, the frequent insertion of the key or the wrong insertion of the mismatched key will cause great damage to the pins. With the extension of the service time of the lock core, the abrasion of the pins intensifies until they fail. The closed structure of the traditional lock core makes the disassembly of the pins complex, the maintenance of the pins difficult, the service life of the lock core insufficient, and the lock cost high. In additional, if the damaged lock core is discarded directly, other parts with good function in the lock core will be wasted SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The objective of this application is, to provide a lock core structure with quickly replaceable pins, aimed to address the disadvantages that, the pins are not easy to remove, and the adaption and maintenance of the lock core are difficult. In a preferable embodiment, a width of a fixed end of the elastic arm is greater than a width of a free end of the elastic arm. When implementing the lock core structure with quickly replaceable pins according to the present application, a pin window assembled with a cover is arranged on a clock housing. When the pins should be replaced, just the key is needed to rotate the lock core body to bring the bottom pin to rotate to the position of the pin window, then the bottom pin can be taken out and replaced one by one after the cover is removed. Then the new bottom pins are loaded through the pin window and then the cover is closed. The bottom pin can completely enter into the inner cavity of the lock housing under the pressure of the cover, so as to follow the lock core body to return to the original position when the key rotates. In this process, the bottom pin can be replaced without disassembling the whole lock core, which reduces the difficulty of the disassembly and assembly of the bottom pin, and is convenient for refitting the lock core and reusing the functional parts in the lock core, prolongs the service life of the lock core and reduces the lock cost. In additional, a notch is opened at the side of the pin window and an elastic arm which is in a concave and convex cooperation with the notch is provided on a cover. In such a way, during the pin replacement operation, the cover can be taken out just by pressing the elastic arm to separate the elastic arm from the pin window. When the cover is inserted into the pin window, the elastic arm can be in a concave and convex cooperation with the notch, which makes the cover not easy to fall off from the pin window and fail, thus reducing the difficulty of disassembly and assembly of the cover and is conducive to extending the service life of the cover. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT In order to make the above purposes, features and advantages of the present application easier to understand, the specific implementation mode of the present application is described in detail in combination with the attached drawings. Many specific details are described in the following description to facilitate a full understanding of the present application. However, the present application can be implemented in many other ways different from those described here, and one skilled in the art can make similar improvements without violating the scope of the present application. Therefore, the present application is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below. When combining Figs.1-4, the present application discloses a lock core structure 10 with quickly replaceable pins. The lock core structure 10 comprises a lock housing 100 and a lock core body 200 inserted into and rotatable relative to the lock housing 100. The lock core body 200 is provided with a key hole 210 for inserting a key and a pin hole 220 communicated with the key hole 210. The lock housing 100 is provided with a pin groove 110 corresponding to the pin hole 220 inserted with a bottom pin 310. The pin groove 110 is provided with a top pin 320 coordinated with the bottom pin 310 and a spring 330 for providing a restoring force for the top pin 320. The spring 330, the top pin 320 and the bottom pin 310 together form the pin component 300. It should be noted that the bottom pin 310 is the part in the lock core that contacts with the key. With the increase of the key insertion and pulling out times, the abrasion of the bottom pin 310 intensifies, so the bottom pin 310 would be easy to fail. Therefore, the replacement of the pins in the present application actually refers to the replacement of the bottom pin 310 in the lock core. The lock housing 100 is also provided with a pin window 120 and a cover 400 arranged on the pin window 120 and capable of opening and closing the pin window 120. The pin window 120 is provided with a notch 121 at its side while the cover 400 is provided with an elastic arm 410 which is in a concave and convex cooperation with the notch 121. When the lock core body 200 is brought by the key to rotate to communicate the pin hole 220 and the pin window 120, the bottom pin 310 enters into the pin window 120. When the cover 400 is disassembled for releasing its constraint on the bottom pin 310, the bottom pin 310 can be poured out from the pin hole 220, that is, the bottom pin 310 can be assembled and disassembled through the pin window 120. Specifically, the lock core body 200 is provided with a row of pin holes 220 while the lock housing 100 is provided with a plurality of pin grooves 110 which are corresponding to the pin hole 220 one by one. The pin component 300 is arranged between each corresponding pin hole 220 and pin groove 100. When there is no key inserted into the key hole 210, each pin hole 220 is aligned with the pin groove 110 one by one, and the spring 330 is extended to push the top pin 320 for inserting the top pin 320 into the pin hole 220. In such a way, the lock core body 200 is difficult to rotate relative to the lock housing 100 under the constraint of the top pin 320, thus ensuring the reliability of the lock core. When the key is inserted into the key hole 210, the lock teeth on the key press the bottom pin 310, thus pushing the top pin 320 away from the pin hole 220. After the top pin 320 has completely exit from the pin hole 220, the lock core body 200 and the bottom pin 310 can be brought to rotate synchronously by turning the key, so as to facilitate unlocking or replacing the bottom pin 310. The cover 400 is a plastic part formed by the injection molding process. The cover 400 comprises a cover body 420 and an elastic arm 410 arranged on a side of the cover body 420. The elastic arm 410 is deformed and swung relative to the cover body 420 when subjected to the external extrusion pressure, so as to realize the concave and convex cooperation and separation with the notch 121, thus facilitating the disassembly and assembly of the cover 400. In an embodiment, a plurality of notches 121 are respectively arranged on both sides of the pin window 120, and a plurality of elastic arms 410 corresponding to the notches 121 are also arranged on the cover 400, thereby increasing the stability and reliability of the connection between the cover 400 and the pin window 120. When combining Figs. 5-8, in one embodiment, the notch 121 has a wedge- shaped vertical section and a protruding block 430 is provided at a side of the elastic arm 410 close to the notch 121. The elastic arm 410 swings relative to the cover body 420 when it is subjected to the external extrusion pressure. The elastic arm 410 rebounds and abuts with an inner surface of the pin window 120 and the protruding block 430 is inserted into and in a clamping cooperation with the notch 121 when the external extrusion pressure is released. It is necessary to note that in this embodiment, the pin window 120 is opened on the outer arc surface of the lock housing 100. By designing the notch 121 as a wedge structure, on the one hand, the difficulty of opening the notch 121 on the arc surface is reduced and on the other hand, it is convenient to insert the tool into the notch 121 to press the protruding block 430 for further pressing the elastic arm 410 to deform when the cover 400 is removed. In the embodiment, the position limitation of the cover 400 in the length direction and swing direction of the elastic arm 410 is realized through the clamping cooperation between the protruding block 430 on the elastic arm 410 and the notch 121, so as to avoid the cover 400 from shaking in the pin window 120. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the protruding block 430 also provides a force clamping position for the elastic arm 410 during the removal of the cover 400. In practice, the elastic arm 410 can be clamped by a tweezer with a groove on the inner surface. Specifically, the tweezers can be clamped on the cover 400, and the protruding blocks 430 on both sides of the cover 400 are inserted into the grooves of the tweezers to avoid slipping or damaging the elastic arm 410 during the clamping process of the tweezers. In this way, during the gradually enhanced clamping process of the tweezers under the external extrusion force, the elastic arm 410 swings towards the cover body 420 under the action of tweezers, so as to remove the cover 400 smoothly. Referring Fig.7, the cover body 420 is provided with a position avoidance groove 421 for accommodating the swinging elastic arm 410. That is, the position avoidance groove 421 is used to provide an avoidance space when the elastic arm 410 swings in the direction away from the notch 121. The width of the position avoidance groove 421 has limited the swing range of the elastic arm 410 relative to the cover body 420, which avoids the failure of the elastic arm 410 due to the excessive swing magnitude. Referring Fig.2 and Fig.6, in one embodiment, an inner wall of the pin window 120 protrudes towards a center part of the pin window 120 to form a position limitation platform 130 for receiving and defining an installation position of the cover 400. The position avoidance groove 421 is provided with a protruding portion 422 abutting with the position limitation platform 130 on a side close to a free end of the elastic arm 410. That is, the protruding portion 422 is formed on the cover body 420. The bottom surface of the elastic arm 410 abuts with the position limitation platform 130 when the external extrusion pressure subjected by the elastic arm 410 is released. In this embodiment, by setting the position limitation platform 130 and designing the protruding portion 422 abutting with the position limitation platform 130 on the cover body 420, the position limitation of the cover 400 in the depth direction of the pin window 120 is realized, so as to prevent the cover 400 from falling into the inner cavity of the lock housing 100, which may cause the problem of the difficult removal of the cover 400. In addition, when the external extrusion force acted on the elastic arm 410 is released, the bottom portion of the elastic arm 410 moves away from the position avoidance groove 421 or only a part of the bottom portion of the elastic arm 410 is located in the position avoidance groove 421. In this case, the cover 400 abuts with the position limitation platform 130 through the protruding portion 422 and the elastic arm 410, so the connection area between the cover 400 and the position limitation platform 130 is large, such that the stability of the installation of the cover 400 in the pin window 120 is improved. Furthermore, the pin window 120 is provided inside with a pair of the position limitation platform 130, between which a pin assembly and disassembly channel 140 is formed. Both sides of the cover body 420 are provided with the protruding portion 422, respectively. When the cover 400 is closed inside the pin window 120, the protruding portion 422 and the elastic arm 410 abuts with the position limitation platform 130, respectively, and the cover body 420 is inserted into the pin assembly and disassembly channel 140. Specifically, the cover 400 is integrally in a step-like structure. The width and shape of the cover body 420 adapt with the width and shape of the pin assembly and disassembly channel 140. When the cover 400 is closed to the pin window 120, while the position limitation of the cover 400 is realized, the cover body 420 completely blocks the pin assembly and disassembly channel 140, so as to avoid the external dust or water stains entering the inner cavity of the lock housing 100 through the pin window 120, prevent the internal rust of the lock core 200 or the dust from affecting the rotation of the lock core 200, thus guaranteeing the reliability of the cylinder 200 and prolonging the service life of the lock core. Combining Figs.2, 6 and 8, the inner surface of the pin window 120 is provided with an accommodation groove 150 close to a top surface of the position limitation platform 130, and the accommodation groove 150 is communicated with the notch 121. The elastic arm 410 is provided with a fin group 440 clamped with the accommodation groove 150 on its side close to the notch 121. When the cover 400 is inserted in the pin window 120 and the external extrusion force acting on the elastic arm 410 is released, the elastic arm 410 restores and rebounds, so that the protruding block 430 on the elastic arm 410 is inserted in the notch 121. At the same time, the fin group 440 on the elastic arm 410 is inserted in the accommodation groove 150. In this way, the displacement of the cover 400 along the length direction and the swing direction of the elastic arm 410 is limited, and meanwhile the cover 400 is not easy to fall into the inner cavity of the lock housing 100 nor fall off from the pin window 120 under the action of external vibration, due to the joint restraint of the top surface of the position limitation platform 130 and the side of the accommodation groove 150, which further improves the stability and reliability of the installation of the cover 400. In one embodiment, the fin group 440 comprises a first fin 441 and a second fin 442 arranged in sequence from a fixed end to a free end of the elastic arm 410. The first fin 441 and the second fin 442 are respectively located on both sides of the protruding block 430. The top surface heights of the first fin 441 and the second fin 442 are respectively less than or equal to the bottom surface height of the protruding block 430. In this embodiment, by arranging the first fin 441 and the second fin 442, the difficulty of the elastic deformation of the elastic arm 410 under the external extrusion pressure is reduced while ensuring that the fin group 440 has sufficient contact area with the accommodation groove 150. The top surface height of the first fin 441 and the top surface height of the second fin 442 are defined to be respectively less than or equal to the bottom surface height of the protruding block 430 for guaranteeing that the protruding block 430 is always located inside the notch 121 when the first fin 441 and the second fin 442 are inserted in the accommodation groove 150, so as to ensure the reliability of the cooperation between the protruding block 430 and the notch 121. It should be noted that, in an embodiment, the width of the first fin 441 is less than that of the second fin 442. The width of the first fin 441 and the width of the second fin 442 recited here refer to the dimensions of the first fin 441 and the second fin 442 in the direction perpendicular to the outer side of the elastic arm 410. The outer side of the elastic arm 410 refers to the surface of the elastic arm 410 abutting with the pin window 120, while the inner side of the elastic arm 410 refers to the surface of the elastic arm 410 away from the notch 121 and located in the position avoidance groove 421. When the elastic arm 410 swings relative to the cover body 420, the swing magnitude of the elastic arm 410 close to the fixed end of the elastic arm 410 is less than that of the elastic arm 410 close to the free end of the elastic arm 410. By making the width of the first fin 441 less than that of the second fin 442, it is guaranteed that the outer side of the first fin 441 and the outer side of the second fin 442 can abut with the inner side of the accommodation groove 150 adjacent to the notch 12 when the fin group 440 is inserted into the accommodation groove 150, thereby improving the cooperation stability between the fin group 440 and the inner side of the accommodation groove 150. Furthermore, in an embodiment, the first fin 441 is provided with a first beveling part 441a, at its side surface close to the fixed end of the elastic arm 410, and the second fin 442 is provided with a second beveling part 442a, at its side surface close to the fixed end of the elastic arm 410, wherein an angle formed between the first beveling part 441a and an outer side of the elastic arm 410 is smaller than an angle formed between the second beveling part 442a and the outer side of the elastic arm410. In this way, when the elastic arm 410 swings relative to the cover body 420, the resistance of the inner side of the receiving groove 150 to the first fin 441 and the second fin 442 is smaller, and the abrasion on the first fin 441 and the second fin 442 is also less, thus prolonging the service life of the cover 400 and ensuring its reliability. In this embodiment, the width of the fixed end of the elastic arm 410 is greater than the width of the free end of the elastic arm 410. In this way, when the user or the maintenance personnel remove the cover 400, the resistance to be overcome by squeezing the free end of the elastic arm 410 to adjust the swing angle of the elastic arm 410 is small. Meanwhile, the decrease of the width of the free end of the elastic arm 410 also means the increase of the width between the free end of the elastic arm 410 and the position avoidance groove 421, such that a larger swing space is provided for the elastic arm 410 to facilitate the quick removal of the cover 400. When implementing the lock core structure 10 with quickly replaceable pins according to the present application, a pin window 120 assembled with a cover 400 is arranged on a clock housing 100. When the pins should be replaced, just the key is needed to rotate the lock core body 200 to bring the bottom pin 310 to rotate to the position of the pin window 120, then the bottom pin 310 can be taken out and replaced one by one after the cover 400 is removed. Then the new bottom pin 310s are loaded through the pin window 120 and then the cover 400 is closed. The bottom pin 310 can completely enter into the inner cavity of the lock housing 100 under the pressure of the cover 400, so as to follow the lock core body 200 to return to the original position when the key rotates. In this process, the bottom pin 310 can be replaced without disassembling the whole lock core, which reduces the difficulty of the disassembly and assembly of the bottom pin 310, and is convenient for adapting the lock core and reusing the functional parts in the lock core, prolongs the service life of the lock core and reduces the lock cost. In additional, a notch 121 is opened at the side of the pin window 120 and an elastic arm 410 which is in a concave and convex cooperation with the notch 121 is provided on a cover 400. In such a way, during the pin replacement operation, the cover 400 can be taken out just by pressing the elastic arm 410 to separate the elastic arm 410 from the pin window 120. When the cover 400 is inserted into the pin window 120, the elastic arm 410 can be in a concave and convex cooperation with the notch 121, which makes the cover 400 not easy to fall off from the pin window 120 and fail, thus reducing the difficulty of disassembly and assembly of the cover 400 and is conducive to extending the service life of the cover 400. The technical features of the above-mentioned embodiments can be arbitrarily combined. In order to make the description concise, not all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-mentioned embodiments are described. However, as long as there is no contradiction in the combination of these technical features, it should be considered as fall into the protection scope of the description. The above-mentioned examples only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description is more specific and detailed, but it can not be understood as a limitation on the protection scope of the present application. It should be pointed out that for one skilled in the art, on the premise of not departing from the concept of the present application, a number of deformations and improvements can be made, which belong to the protection scope of the present application. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present application patent shall be subject to the attached claims.
