Description

[0002] This application relates to the field of pressure testing devices, and in particular, to a testing tool and a testing method for a differential pressure sensor core. '10 BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION I

[0003] A differential pressure sensor core testing tool is an essential device in a differential I pressure sensor core test. Design quality of the testing tool determines testing accuracy and , efficiency for the differential pressure sensor core. ।

[0004] Currently, most differential pressure sensor core testing tools use a testing 15 configuration with a single core, and each testing tool can test only one sensor core at one time. To test a plurality of differential pressure sensor cores simultaneously, a plurality of identical testing tools needs to be used. As a result, workload for mounting respective differential pressure sensor cores is heavy, and testing efficiency is not high. More unfavorable, due to use of a plurality of single-core testing tools, a lot of intake pipe joints are needed to be connected 20 in series or in parallel, resulting in stress between various joints. Meanwhile, a differential pressure sensor core test may perform under a low temperature as -60°C, and under a high temperature over 200°C. Because there are a lot of intake pipe joints and the stress exists between these joints, gas leakage may occur in the intake pipe joints, which affects testing accuracy of the differential pressure sensor core and may even cause a failure of the entire 25 testing.

[0005] On one hand, in known tools, an existing design for a testing tool is such that one ends of each of a plurality of differential pressure sensor cores are assembled onto a structural component to share one gas inlet, while the other ends of these differential pressure sensor cores are connected to respective connection structures in one-to-one relationship so that a plurality of gas inlets are adopted. Although this testing tool may partially improve the testing efficiency, 5 there is still a problem of gas leakage in gas inlets because there still exists a large number of intake pipe joints in the testing tool.

[0006] The foregoing solution cannot completely resolve problems of heavy workload involved in mounting a differential pressure sensor core testing tool, low testing efficiency, and air leakage at intake pipe joints, which affects the testing accuracy and even causes a failure of 10 the testing.

[0007] On the other hand, current testing methods for differential pressure sensor core are not standardized, resulting in poor testing quality and low testing efficiency. Existence of these problems may inevitably affect product quality and production efficiency of differential । pressure sensor cores. 15

[0008] In view of the above, it would be of great significance to develop a differential ► pressure sensor core testing tool with high testing efficiency that is easy to assemble, simple to , operate, and convenient for use, as well as an optimized differential pressure sensor core testing । method. [0061] 1) According to the testing tool and the testing method for differential pressure sensor core that are provided in this application, the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested is 20 mounted between the upper mounting socket and the lower mounting socket of the tool, and the upper mounting socket and the lower mounting socket are fastened, so that the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested is ensured to be in a clamped state. Subsequently, the test gas is injected through the gas inlet disposed outside the differential pressure sensor core testing tool, to perform a test on the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested and obtain a test result. 25 According to this application, the upper mounting socket and the lower mounting socket are used for clamping the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested, and the venting holes and the gas-guide holes that communicate with each other are disposed in the upper mounting socket and the lower mounting socket. Each of the upper mounting socket and the lower mounting socket has only one gas inlet, so that the operator may perform tests on a plurality of 30 differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested at the same time after the test gas is injected into the gas inlet. [0064] 4) A configuration in which the sprocket is driven by the chain to further drive the , screw is used. In this way, it may be ensured that the two screws rotate synchronously, so that । the upper mounting socket is raised or lowered smoothly and horizontally, thereby ensuring that the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested is pressed into the upper mounting socket and 20 the lower mounting socket of the testing tool synchronously.

[0065] 5) Tapered roller bearings are used, which may ensure smooth rotation of the screw, making motion of the upper mounting socket of the tool more labor-saving and smoother.

[0066] 6) The handwheel is used for driving, making mounting and disassembly of the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested more convenient and labor-saving. 25

[0067] 7) Mechanical fatigue screening tests, temperature shock aging screening tests, and electrical shock aging screening tests are performed, which may effectively release stress generated during a process of producing the differential pressure sensor core, thereby improving various performance of the differential pressure sensor core.

[0068] 8) Mechanical fatigue screening tests and temperature shock aging screening tests are 30 performed, so that a differential pressure sensor core with a damaged membrane and oil leakage may be effectively found and picked out at an early stage during testing of the differential pressure sensor core. Electrical shock aging screening tests are performed, so that a differential pressure sensor core with unqualified electrical parameters may be effectively found at an early stage during testing of the differential pressure sensor core. In this way, testing efficiency for the 5 differential pressure sensor core may be improved, product quality of the differential pressure sensor core maybe improved, and production costs may be reduced.

[0069] 9) Temperature compensation tests are used to perform temperature compensation for the differential pressure sensor core, which may greatly improve measurement precision for the differential pressure sensor core. 10 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Unless otherwise stated, these terms should have common and ordinary meanings as understood by one of ordinary skills in the art.

[0081] Currently, most differential pressure sensor core testing tools use a testing configuration with a single core, and each testing tool can test only one sensor core at one time. To test a plurality of differential pressure sensor cores simultaneously, a plurality of identical 25 testing tools needs to be used. As a result, workload for mounting respective differential pressure sensor cores is heavy, and testing efficiency is not high.

[0082] For a testing tool in which one ends of each of a plurality of differential pressure sensor cores are assembled onto a structural component to share one gas inlet, while the other ends of these differential pressure sensor cores are connected to respective connection structures in one-to-one relationship so that a plurality of gas inlets are adopted, though the testing efficiency may be partially improved, there is still a problem of gas leakage in gas inlets because there still exists a large number of intake pipe joints in the testing tool.

[0083] The foregoing solution cannot completely resolve problems of heavy workload 5 involved in mounting a differential pressure sensor core testing tool, low testing efficiency, and air leakage at intake pipe joints, which affects the testing accuracy and even causes a failure of the testing.

[0084] On the other hand, current testing methods for differential pressure sensor core are not standardized, resulting in poor testing quality and low testing efficiency. Existence of these 10 problems may inevitably affect product quality and production efficiency of differential pressure sensor cores.

[0085] To resolve the foregoing problems, according to a first aspect, a differential pressure sensor core testing tool is provided in this application. The tool includes a lower mounting j socket 3 and an upper mounting socket 1 that may be coupled with each other, and several guide 15 shafts 2. The upper mounting socket 1 and the lower mounting socket 3 are configured to clamp ► a plurality of differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4. Both a positive chamber and a , negative chamber of a differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4 can be in good । communication with test gas, yielding a good testing effect.

[0086] The differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4 is a device configured to measure a 20 difference between two pressures, where one end thereof is a positive chamber, and the other end is a negative chamber. There are four resistors within the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4. Signals of the four resistors are led out via signal output lines. The differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4 has five signal output lines.

[0087] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, when the upper mounting socket 1 is coupled with the 25 lower mounting socket 3, several apertures will be formed on two opposite sides to reduce weight of the testing tool.

[0088] In some embodiments, the lower mounting socket 3 and the upper mounting socket 1 are both provided with gas inlets 7 in a direction parallel to the apertures.

[0089] One of the gas inlets 7 penetrates through one long side plate of the lower mounting 30 socket 3, and terminates at another long side plate of the lower mounting socket 3.

[0090] The other gas inlet 7 penetrates through one long side plate of the upper mounting socket 1, and terminates at another long side plate of the upper mounting socket 1.

[0091] The two gas inlets 7 are connected to valves, respectively. One end of the valve is connected to the gas inlet 7. The gas inlet 7 is configured to inject a test gas with a set pressure 5 into the testing tool. The other end of the valve is connected to a gas outlet of a gas pressure controller through a pipeline.

[0092] The guide shaft 2 may be a circular cylinder with a smooth surface, providing guidance and positioning for the upper mounting socket 1 and the lower mounting socket 3 during engagement / coupling. During a process of mounting the guide shaft 2, the guide shaft 2 10 perpendicularly passes through the upper mounting socket 1 and is mounted into the lower mounting socket 3.

[0093] In some embodiments of this application, guide-shaft fixing bases 21 for mounting the guide shafts 2 are provided on a bottom portion of the lower mounting socket 3. The guide-shaft । fixing base 21 is of a cylindrical recess structure. After the guide shaft 2 is inserted into the 15 guide-shaft fixing base 21, to prevent the guide shaft 2 from loosening and a mis-alignment of 1 the upper mounting socket 1 and the lower mounting socket 3, in the embodiments, the guide , shaft 2 may be fixed within the guide-shaft fixing base 21 by using a fixing component, or may । alternatively be fixed within the guide-shaft fixing base 21 via interference fit.

[0094] Corresponding to a guide-shaft fixing base 21 of the lower mounting socket 3, a 20 guide-shaft through hole 26 for the guide shaft 2 to pass through is provided in a base portion of the upper mounting socket 1. A position of the guide-shaft through hole 26 is corresponded to that of the guide-shaft fixing base 21.

[0095] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, each of the lower mounting socket 3 and the upper mounting socket 1 includes two long side plates and two short side plates. Several 25 lower differential pressure sensor core testing seats 23 are provided at four corners of the lower mounting socket 3 and along the long side plates of the lower mounting socket 3. A quantity of the lower differential pressure sensor core testing seats 23 is the same as that of the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4, for mounting the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4. 30

[0096] As shown in FIG. 6, corresponding to the lower differential pressure sensor core testing seats 23, the upper mounting socket 1 is also provided with several upper differential pressure sensor core testing seats 28. A position of the upper differential pressure sensor core testing seat 28 is corresponded to that of the lower differential pressure sensor core testing seat 23. A quantity of the upper differential pressure sensor core testing seats 28 is the same as that 5 of the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4. When mounting the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4, an operator may mount same ends of all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4, such as the positive chambers of all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4, into the lower differential pressure sensor core testing seats 23. When coupling the upper mounting socket 1 and the lower mounting socket 3, the upper differential pressure 10 sensor core testing seats 28 on the upper mounting socket 1 may be engaged onto the other ends of all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4, such as the negative chambers of all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4. In this case, all the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are in a clamped state. j

[0097] In the foregoing embodiments, there are two mounting strategies. A first one is that the 15 positive chambers of all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are mounted in the 1 lower mounting socket 3. To be specific, the positive chambers of all differential pressure sensor , cores to-be-tested 4 are assembled in the lower differential pressure sensor core testing seats 23, । and the negative chambers of all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are assembled in the upper differential pressure sensor core testing seats 28. A second one is that the positive 20 chambers of all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are mounted in the upper mounting socket 1. To be specific, the positive chambers of all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are assembled in the upper differential pressure sensor core testing seats 28, and the negative chambers of all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are assembled in the lower differential pressure sensor core testing seats 23. 25

[0098] It should be noted that in the embodiments, it only requires that the same ends of all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are mounted / placed in the same mounting socket. For example, the positive chambers of all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are mounted in the lower mounting socket 3, and the negative chambers of all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are mounted in the upper mounting socket 1. 30

[0099] In some embodiments of this application, as shown in FIG. 2, a linear bearing 8 is provided in the guide-shaft through hole 26. The guide shaft 2 passes through the linear bearing 8 to ensure a stable and smooth relative motion between the guide shaft 2 and the upper mounting socket 1. The linear bearing 8 is a device for linear movement, and is used in conjunction with a cylindrical shaft for linear travel. During mounting of the linear bearing 8, 5 the linear bearing 8 may extend across the guide-shaft through hole 26. The linear bearing 8 is fixed on the upper mounting socket 1 via a hexagon socket-head cap bolt. A configuration in which the guide shaft 2 is fitted in the linear bearing 8 is used to convert linear motion into rolling motion, which reduces friction force when the guide shaft 2 moves relative to the upper mounting socket 1, making a process of mounting the differential pressure sensor core 10 to-be-tested 4 more labor-saving.

[00100] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, a first sealing ring 5 is further disposed at a lower end of the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4, and a second sealing ring 6 is further disposed at an upper end of the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4, to । produce a buffering effect on the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4 during fastening. 15 According to another aspect, a provision of the first sealing ring 5 and the second sealing ring 6 ► also yield a sealing effect during a test of the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4. ,

[00101] Referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, two lower positioning pin bases 24 are respectively । disposed on a short side plate of the lower mounting socket 3. Along the short side plate, the guide-shaft fixing bases 21 are connected to each other via a plate-like structure. Two upper 20 positioning pin bases 29 are respectively disposed on a short side plate of the upper mounting socket 1. A position of the upper positioning pin base 29 is corresponded to that of the lower positioning pin base 24.

[00102] In some embodiments of this application, an internal thread is provided in the lower positioning pin base 24. A lower end of the positioning pin is provided with an external thread 25 that matches with the internal thread of the lower positioning pin base 24. The lower end of the positioning pin is connected to the lower positioning pin base 24 through the thread.

[00103] After the upper mounting socket 1 is engaged with the lower mounting socket 3, an upper end of the positioning pin enters into the upper positioning pin base 29 to further improve alignment precision between the upper mounting socket 1 and the lower mounting socket 3, 30 thereby ensuring that all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 can be accurately pressed within the testing tool.

[00104] As shown in FIG. 7, in some embodiments of this application, the testing tool further includes two screws 9. The screw 9 is of a cylindrical structure, where a top end and a bottom end thereof are slightly smaller, while a middle portion is relatively larger. Keyways are 5 disposed at the top end of the screw, and an external screw thread structure is provided at the bottom end.

[00105] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGs. 1-3, the upper mounting socket 1 is further provided with two screw through holes 27 for the screws 9 to pass through. The screw through hole 27 is located between two guide-shaft through holes 26 along the short side plate of the 10 upper mounting socket 1. A screw nut 16 with an internal thread structure matching with an external thread of the screw 9 is provided on the upper mounting socket 1 at a position to cover the screw through hole 27. The screw nut 16 covers the screw through hole 27, and is fixed on the upper mounting socket 1. j

[00106] In some embodiments of this application, the lower mounting socket 3 is further 15 provided with an upper tapered roller bearing mount 14 and a lower tapered roller bearing 1 mount 15. Each of the upper tapered roller bearing mount 14 and the lower tapered roller , bearing mount 15 has a cylindrical bored-configuration. ।

[00107] An upper tapered roller bearing 12 is mounted in the upper tapered roller bearing mount 14, and a lower tapered roller bearing 13 is mounted in the lower tapered roller bearing 20 mount 15. The upper tapered roller bearing 12 is subjected to a force directing downwardly, and the lower tapered roller bearing 13 is subjected to a force directing upwardly.

[00108] Inner and outer rings of the upper tapered roller bearing 12 and the lower tapered roller bearing 13 all have conical tracks.

[00109] The screw 9 is screwed into the screw nut 16 via its thread, sequentially passes 25 through the upper tapered roller bearing 12 and the lower tapered roller bearing 13, and is tightly locked together with the lower tapered roller bearing 13 at a bottom end of the screw 9 via a fixing nut 17.

[00110] In some embodiments of this application, the two screws 9 are further provided with keyways. Each of the two screws 9 is sleeved with a sprocket 18. The sprocket 18 is provided 30 with a keyway structure that matches with the keyway on the screw 9. Square keys are disposed in spaces enclosed by the key ways on the sprocket 18 and the keyways on the screw 9. The sprocket 18 is connected to the screw 9 via the square keys. The screw 9 and the sprocket 18 may rotate synchronously. Two sprockets 18 are mounted at the same height on the two screws 9, and a chain 11 is disposed between the two sprockets 18. The chain 11 wraps around the two 5 sprockets 18 to form a structure similar to a conveyor belt. The chain 11 meshes with the sprockets 18. When the chain 11 turns around, the sprockets 18 may also drive the screw 9 to rotate synchronously. According to the embodiments, the screw 9 is driven when the chain 11 drives the sprockets 18, so that the upper mounting socket 1 may be raised or lowered smoothly, thereby ensuring that all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are pressed into the 10 testing tool synchronously.

[00111] In some embodiments of this application, referring to FIG. 4, one of the two screws 9 is further provided with a handwheel 10. A circular ring structure is provided at the center of the handwheel 10. A keyway structure that matches with the keyways on the screw 9 is provided on j the circular ring. Square keys are disposed in spaces enclosed by key ways on the handwheel 10 15 and the keyways on the screw 9. The handwheel 10 is connected to the screw 9 via the square 1 keys. An operator may move the upper mounting socket 1 upward and downward by turning the , handwheel 10, to make the upper mounting socket 1 couple with or separate from the lower । mounting socket 3. In the embodiments, the handwheel 10 may be mounted onto any one of the two screws 9. 20

[00112] In some embodiments of this application, a lower venting hole is provided in a lower differential pressure sensor core testing seat 23, and an upper venting hole is provided in an upper differential pressure sensor core testing seat 28. The short side plate of the upper mounting socket 1 is further provided with upper gas-guide holes, and the short side plate of the lower mounting socket 3 are further provided with a lower gas-guide holes. 25

[00113] Further, the upper mounting socket 1 and the lower mounting socket 3 of the testing tool are respectively provided with one gas inlet 7. Therefore, regarding the two gas inlets 7 described above, one of the gas inlets 7 forms an airtight communication chamber with the upper venting holes and the upper gas-guide holes; and the other gas inlet 7 forms an airtight communication chamber with the lower venting holes and the lower gas-guide holes. In this way, 30 it is ensured that the test gas is injected from the gas inlet 7, and reaches the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4 for testing after passing through the upper gas-guide hole and the upper venting hole, or the lower gas-guide hole and the lower venting hole. It is ensured that the upper mounting socket 1 and the lower mounting socket 3 respectively have only one gas inlet 7, thereby facilitating injection of the test gas and reducing a risk of air leakage at joints of the 5 testing tool.

[00114] It should be noted that during practical processing, after the upper gas-guide holes are drilled to penetrate the two short side plates on the upper mounting socket 1, and after the lower gas-guide holes are drilled to penetrate the two short side plates on the lower mounting socket 3, openings of the upper gas-guide holes on the two short side plates of the upper mounting socket 10 I and openings of the lower-gas guide hole on the two short side plates of the lower mounting socket 3 may be sealed via welding, so as to ensure that one gas inlet 7 forms an airtight communication chamber with the lower venting holes and the lower gas-guide holes, and the other gas inlet 7 forms an airtight communication chamber with the upper venting holes and the । upper gas-guide holes. In the embodiments, the lower differential pressure sensor core testing 15 seat 23 is configured to test one chamber of the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4, ► and the upper differential pressure sensor core testing seat 28 is configured to test the other , chamber of the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4, so as to ensure that when a । differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4 is clamped by the upper mounting socket 1 and the lower mounting socket 3, both the upper end and the lower end of the differential pressure 20 sensor core to-be-tested 4 can be in good communication with the test gas. As for which chamber of the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4 is to be tested by the low differential pressure sensor core testing seat 23 and the upper differential pressure sensor core testing seat 28 respectively, there is no limitation herein. However, it needs to be ensured that chambers of the same type for all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are pressed 25 into the lower differential pressure sensor core testing seat 23 or the upper differential pressure sensor core testing seat 28, respectively.

[00115] In some embodiments of this application, a method of applying the foregoing testing tool is as follows. The handwheel 10 is rotated clockwise, so that the screw 9 synchronously rotates clockwise under driving of the handwheel 10, so as to drive the chain II and the 30 sprocket 18 to rotate; by this, the upper mounting socket 1 may be raised slowly, so that the lower mounting socket 3 is separated from the upper mounting socket 1. Rotation of the handwheel 10 is stopped when a distance between the lower mounting socket 3 and the upper mounting socket 1 reaches a distance sufficient for mounting differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4, and a preset number of differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are 5 mounted in the lower differential pressure sensor core testing seat 23. The number of the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 needs to be equal to that of the lower differential pressure sensor core testing seats 23. Subsequently, the handwheel 10 is rotated counterclockwise, and the upper mounting socket 1 is lowered slowly until the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are pressed into the upper differential pressure sensor core 10 testing seats 28. By this, a mounting of the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 is completed. Finally, test gas is injected into the testing tool through the gas inlets 7, so as to complete the testing of differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4.

[00116] A process of disassembling differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 is a j process reverse to the mounting process, and details thereof are not described herein. 15

[00117] In some embodiments of this application, the two gas inlets 7 are respectively J connected to valves. One ends of the valves are connected to the gas inlets 7, and the other ends , of the two valves share one gas inlet via a tee joint and are connected to the gas pressure । controller, so that the gas pressure controller may provide a gas with a certain pressure to the two gas inlets 7 simultaneously or one at a time. 20

[00118] In some embodiments of this application, the valve described above may be a valve configuration such as an electromagnetic valve, a hydraulic valve, or a pneumatic valve.

[00119] In some embodiments of this application, the testing tool further includes an adjustable direct current power, to provide power for the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4.

[00120] According to a second aspect, an embodiment of this application further provides a 25 differential pressure sensor core testing method that is applied to any differential pressure sensor core testing tool described above. The method includes the following steps.

[00121] SI00. Obtaining all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested.

[00122] S200. For all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested, mounting the chambers of one pressure characteristic into a lower mounting socket 3, and mounting the chambers of the 30 other pressure characteristic into an upper mounting socket 1.

[00123] S300. Fastening the upper mounting socket 1 and the lower mounting socket 3 to ensure that all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested are clamped tightly.

[00124] S400. Adjusting a position of the testing tool, so that the upper mounting socket 1 and the lower mounting socket 3 are both horizontally oriented. 5

[00125] S500. Injecting a test gas with a set pressure into gas inlets 7 to test the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested.

[00126] In some embodiments of this application, tests are performed on the differential pressure sensor cores according to the following order: a mechanical fatigue screening test, a temperature shock aging screening test, an electrical shock aging screening test, an overload test, 10 a bidirectional static pressure error test, a static performance test, a temperature compensation test, compensation resistance welding, a temperature compensation verification test, and a stability test.

[00127] For ease of description, the testing processes are all described below by using an j example in which positive chambers of all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are 15 assembled into lower differential pressure sensor core testing seats 23, and negative chambers I of all differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are assembled into upper differential , pressure sensor core testing seats 28. ।

[00128] A process of the foregoing mechanical fatigue screening test is as follows: mounting the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 at room temperature; connecting two gas 20 inlets 7 to a fatigue generator, where one of the gas inlets 7 communicates with the positive chambers of the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4, and the other gas inlet 7 communicates with the negative chambers of the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4; adjusting an output of the fatigue generator to a full scale pressure of the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested; and setting time intervals for pressure application and pressure relief 25 to be 2 seconds. After pressure application and pressure relief are alternatively performed for 5000 times for the two gas inlets 7, the tool is disassembled, and differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 with a damaged membrane and oil leakage are picked out. Moreover, the lower differential pressure sensor core testing seats 23 and the upper differential pressure sensor core testing seats 28 for the removed differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are sealed 30 via choke plugs, so as to avoid gas leakage. In this way, mechanical fatigue screening for the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 is completed.

[00129] A process of the foregoing temperature shock aging screening test is as follows: placing the testing tool assembled with the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 into a high-low temperature test chamber; controlling the temperature in the high-low temperature 5 test chamber to make it change at a certain rate; at each set temperature point, after the temperature is stabilized, controlling a high-precision digital multimeter to measure an output signal of the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4, controlling an insulation resistance tester to measure insulation resistances of the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4, and controlling a leakage current tester to measure leakage currents of the differential pressure 10 sensor cores to-be-tested 4. Among which, the rate at which the temperature rises and falls is kept at 5°C / min, and a testing temperature and temperature stabilization duration are set according to the following processes:

[00130] maintaining at 25°C for 2 hours, maintaining at -55°C for 2 hours, and maintaining at +150°C for 2 hours; repeating this temperature cycling for four times;

[00131] maintaining at 25°C for 1.5 hours, maintaining at -55°C for 2 hours, and maintaining at +150°C for 2 hours; repeating this temperature cycling for five times; and

[00132] maintaining at 25°C for 1.5 hours, maintaining at -55°C for 12 hours, maintaining at 25°C for 2 hours, maintaining at 150°C for 12 hours; and maintaining at 25°C for 12 hours; repeating this temperature cycling twice. 20

[00133] The tool is disassembled after the temperature shock aging screening test, and differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 with oil leakage and unqualified electrical parameters are picked out. Moreover, the lower differential pressure sensor core testing seats 23 and the upper differential pressure sensor core testing seats 28 for the removed differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are sealed via choke plugs, so as to avoid gas leakage. In 25 this way, temperature shock aging screening test for the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 is completed.

[00134] A process of the foregoing electrical shock aging screening test is as follows: placing the testing tool assembled with the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 into the high-low temperature test chamber; subsequently, controlling the high-low temperature test 30 chamber, so that temperature thereof is maintained at 60 °C; and controlling output voltage of an adjustable direct current power according to the following processes:

[00135] SI: controlling an output voltage of the adjustable direct current power, so that an upper power voltage limit of the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 is continuously output for 2 hours; 5

[00136] S2: controlling the output voltage of the adjustable direct current power, so that a rated power voltage of the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 is continuously output for 4 hours;

[00137] S3: controlling the output voltage of the adjustable direct current power, so that a lower power voltage limit of the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 is continuously 10 output for 2 hours;

[00138] S4: repeating the processes of SI to S3 for 3 times, and cutting off power supply for 1 hour;

[00139] S5: repeating the process of S4 for 5 times; j

[00140] S6: controlling a high-precision digital multimeter to measure an output signal of the 15 differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4, controlling an insulation resistance tester to 1 measure an insulation resistance of the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4, and , controlling a leakage current tester to measure a leakage current of the differential pressure । sensor core to-be-tested 4; and

[00141] S7: disassembling the tool and pick out differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 20 4 with unqualified electrical parameters; the lower differential pressure sensor core testing seats 23 and the upper differential pressure sensor core testing seats 28 for the removed differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 are sealed via choke plugs, so as to avoid gas leakage. In this way, the electrical shock aging screening test for the differential pressure sensor cores to-be-tested 4 is completed. 25

The output of the gas pressure controller is adjusted to a pressure required by a static-pressure index of the differential pressure sensor core to-be-tested 4.
