Description

Technical Field The present invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to an electrothermal heater. Background Art An electrothermal heater is a cooking appliance that uses a heating element, such as a resistor to generate heat to achieve heating functions, namely, there is a heating element inside the electrothermal heater. The current passes through the heating element to produce a heat-resistant effect, causing the heating element to generate heat and conduct the heat to the pots on the electrothermal heater. Since the heating element will generate high heat when in use, the internal space of the electrothermal heater housing will accumulate high heat, causing the internal components of the housing, such as the circuit board, and the housing itself to be damaged by the effect of high heat and high temperature and the generated heat multiplication effect. In order to prevent the high heat accumulated inside the housing from causing damage to components or the housing, ventilation devices, such as a ventilation fan, is usually provided in the housing. Through use of the ventilation fan, the hot air therein is discharged from the housing with the external cold air being sucked in simultaneously, so that the temperature of the internal space of the housing is maintained at the set temperature. However, when the ventilation fan is arranged in the housing, in addition to consuming electricity to drive and operate, it is also necessary to provide an installation space for the ventilation fan, which results in an increase in the size of the housing, and rotation of the fan blades during operation of the ventilation fan will also produce noise, which reduces user experience. Therefore, in the prior art, vents are also provided on the upper and lower portions of the housing, so that the hot air in the housing is discharged from upper vents, and the cold air flows in from the lower vents to achieve heat dissipation in the housing, and to improve the heat dissipation effect, a large number of vents need to be provided, and multiple rows of vents are usually provided on a bottom plate of the housing. However, strong and effective convection is difficult to achieve without a ventilation fan by the above method, so that the ventilation and heat dissipation effect in the housing is limited and the temperature therein remains high; and meanwhile, such an arrangement results in poor sealing effect in the housing, especially the bottom plate of the housing. Because the bottom plate of the housing is closer to the load-bearing platform, such as the desktop, which makes dust and water flow and the like from the load-bearing platform more easily enter the housing, which is difficult to clean and even leads to damage to the appliance. Summary of the Invention A purpose of the present application is to solve a problem that in the prior art, the heat dissipation effect in the housing of the electrothermal heater is poor, which results in higher temperature in the housing. Therefore, the present application provides an electrothermal heater, which isolates the heating plate from the internal space of the housing through a thermal baffle, reduces the internal temperature of the housing, and improves the heat dissipation effect in the housing through heat conduction of the first heat-conducting columns and the second heat-conducting columns. An embodiment of the present application provides an electrothermal heater, comprising a housing and a heating plate, wherein the housing is provided with an opening, and the opening is covered with a thermal baffle, so that an internal space is formed in the housing; and a first space is formed in a circumferential direction between the thermal baffle and the housing; the heating plate is arranged above the thermal baffle and is arranged in the opening of the housing; a second space is formed in a circumferential direction between the heating plate and the housing, and the heating plate is provided with a plurality of first heat-conducting columns penetrating the thermal baffle; a plurality of second heat-conducting columns are arranged in inner space of the housing; and the plurality of second heat-conducting columns support the thermal baffle and the ends of the plurality of first heat-conducting columns; and the first space communicates with the second space, and an end of a side wall of the housing away from the heating plate is provided with vents that connect the internal space and outside of the housing, and the vents are vertically corresponds to the first space in a vertical direction. By adopting the above technical solution, by isolating the heating plate from the internal space of the housing through the thermal baffle, heat of the heating plate is prevented from being directly transferred to the internal space of the housing, and the temperature of the internal space of the housing is lower than that of the space between the heating plate and the thermal baffle to a certain extent, thereby reducing the influence of heat on components in the internal space; the first heat-conducting columns of the heating plate penetrate through the thermal baffle and contacts with the second heat-conducting columns of the housing, so that the temperature of the heating plate is conducted to the thermal baffle and the housing, the temperature above the thermal baffle is reduced, components above the thermal baffle such as the heating plate are prevented from being damaged by overheating, and the heat is quickly conducted to a surface of the housing to avoid heat accumulation in the housing; the hot air in the internal space of the housing is discharged by the vents, the first space and the second space, and the external cold air enters, so as to realize heat dissipation in the internal space of the housing; and that vents are arranged on a side wall of the housing, so that probability that dust, especially liquid, enter the housing is reduced compared with that the vents are arranged on a bottom plate of the housing, and cleanliness and safety of electrical appliances are improved. In some embodiments, the heating plate comprises a heating element and a heating sheet arranged on the heating element; and the thermal baffle is formed with a cover, wherein the cover is arranged below the heating plate and is covered by the heating element, and a heat dissipation channel is formed between the cover and the heating sheet, and the heat dissipation channel is communicated with the second space. By adopting the above technical solution, the cover of the thermal baffle is covered by the heating element, so that the heat is concentrated in the cover, and heat overflow is reduced, which improves the heating efficiency, reduces the heat in the internal space of the housing, and makes the temperature thereof relatively low; and the heat dissipation channel between the cover and the heating plate is communicated with the second space between the heating plate and the housing, so that the hot air in the cover can be discharged, and the external cold air can also enter the cover, which prevents the heating plate or other components arranged in the cover from being damaged due to overhigh temperature in the cover. In some embodiments, the heating element of the heating plate is arranged as a multi-circle electric heating tube; and the first heat-conducting columns are arranged between adjacent electric heating tubes, and each of the first heat-conducting columns has a solid structure. By adopting the above technical solution, availability factor of the first heat-conducting columns is improved, and the heat dissipation effect of the first heat-conducting columns on the heating element and surrounding air is improved. In some embodiments, periphery of the cover of the thermal baffle is connected with a diversion groove, wherein the diversion groove is arranged below the second space, and both sides of the diversion groove perpendicular to an extension direction thereof are respectively communicated with the first space and the heat dissipation channel. By adopting the above technical solution, airflow flowing out of the first space and the heat dissipation channel can be guided along the diversion groove and discharged from the second space, and the airflow rushing into the opposite opening in these two directions is reduced, especially the hot airflow with higher temperature flowing out of the heat dissipation channel is reduced to rush into the first space, so as to enter the internal space of the housing, and the temperature of the internal space of the housing is increased; since the diversion groove is connected with the cover, and the cover is covered by the heating element, which makes the temperature of the cover higher, so that the temperature of the diversion groove is higher, and the air above the diversion groove is hotter and rises faster, so that a lower air pressure is formed between the diversion groove and the second space, the airflow speed in the first space communicated with the diversion groove and the heat dissipation channel is improved, and the heat dissipation efficiency in the housing is further improved; and meanwhile, the diversion groove is arranged below the second space between the heating plate and the housing, so that the liquid in the pot on the heating plate overflows and can be caught by the diversion groove when dripping from the second space, which avoids entering the internal space of the housing and maintains cleanliness and safety of the internal space of the housing. In some embodiments, shape of the heat dissipation channel perpendicular to a cross section of the heating sheet is arranged to be bent, and the heat dissipation channel is inclined downward toward a port of the diversion groove. By adopting the above technical solution, a path of the heat dissipation channel is long and tortuous, so as to avoid the direct and rapid discharge of the hot air between the heating plate and the thermal baffle, which leads to more and faster heat overflow and insufficient heating temperature; and the heat dissipation channel inclines downwards towards the port of the diversion groove, so that probability that external dust, liquid and the like enter the heat dissipation channel can be reduced, which ensures cleanliness between the heating plate and the thermal baffle. In some embodiments, the diversion groove is recessed in a direction away from the second space, a cross section of the diversion groove perpendicular to an extension direction thereof is arc-shaped, and the diversion groove and an edge of the cover are smoothly connected. By adopting the above technical solution, fluidity of the airflow discharged from the first space and the heat dissipation channel along the surface of the diversion groove is improved, so that the heat is prevented from being dissipated too rapidly, and the airflow with higher temperature discharged from the heat dissipation channel and the airflow with lower temperature discharged from the first space are better converged, which better controls the temperature of the airflow discharged from the second space, and prevents users from being scalded. In some embodiments, a diversion channel is arranged in each of the second heat-conducting columns, each of the diversion channels runs through both ends of each of the second heat-conducting columns, and one end of each of the diversion channels penetrates a bottom portion of the housing. By adopting the above technical solution, the surface area of the second heat-conducting columns is increased, and the external cold air enters the diversion channels of the second heat-conducting columns, which improves the heat dissipation effect of the second heat-conducting columns, and thereby improves the heat dissipation effect in the housing; and one end of each of the diversion channels is closed by the first heat-conducting columns, which prevents external dust, liquid and the like from entering the inner space of the housing from the diversion channels, and ensures cleanliness and safety in the housing. In some embodiments, the second heat-conducting columns supporting the thermal baffle are arranged below the diversion groove, and each of the diversion channels in each of the second heat-conducting columns is communicated with the diversion groove. By adopting the above technical solution, the external cold air can directly enter the diversion groove through the diversion channels of the second heat-conducting columns, so that the heat dissipation of air near the diversion groove is improved, and the liquid flowing into the diversion groove can be discharged from the diversion groove and the housing through the diversion channels. In some embodiments, a draft tube is further arranged in the internal space of the housing, and the draft tube penetrates the bottom portion of the housing; a plurality of supporting sheets extend outward from a side edge of the housing, bottom portions of the plurality of supporting sheets protrude from the bottom portion of the housing, and the plurality of supporting sheets are used for supporting the housing; and the housing, the thermal baffle, the first heat-conducting columns and the second heat-conducting columns are all made of aluminum alloy. By adopting the above technical solution, the internal space of the housing is communicated with the external space through the draft tube of a certain height, and direct communication between the internal space and the external space at the bottom portion of the housing is avoided, which improves the heat dissipation effect in the housing, and meanwhile reduces the risk that external dust, liquid and the like enter the inner space of the housing, and cleanliness and safety in the housing are guaranteed; the heat dissipation area of the housing is increased by the supporting sheets, which improves the heat dissipation effect of the housing; and abrasion caused by direct contact between the bottom portion of the housing and the bearing platform is avoided by supporting the housing by the supporting sheets, which prolongs service life of the electrothermal heater; and by high heat conduction and heat dissipation performance of aluminum alloy, and that the housing, the thermal baffle, the first heat-conducting columns and the second heat-conducting columns are all made of aluminum alloy, the heat dissipation effect of the electrothermal heater is further improved; and compared with ordinary plastics, it is high in strength and easy to clean. In some embodiments, the housing comprises an upper housing and a lower housing detachably connected with the upper housing, the opening is arranged on the upper housing, the first space is formed between periphery of the thermal baffle and the upper housing, and the lower housing corresponds to the thermal baffle and the internal space is formed; and the lower housing protrudes from an outer side of the upper housing, and a plurality of grid heat sinks are arranged below the upper housing and attached to the lower housing. By adopting the above technical solution, the housing can be disassembled into two parts for easy maintenance and cleaning, and the heating plate and thermal baffle are not connected with the upper housing, which is convenient for disassembly; and the grid heat sinks improve the heat dissipation effect of the housing, and the grid heat sinks are covered under the upper housing, which reduces oil smoke and other stains from adhering to the grid heat sinks, and ensures cleanliness of the electrothermal heater to a certain extent. An electrothermal heater is a cooking appliance which uses a heating element 210 to realize heating function. When the heating element 210 heats, internal temperature of the electrothermal heater will increase. Too high temperature will affect operation of electronic components in the electrothermal heater and shorten service life of the electrothermal heater. Therefore, it is required to dissipate heat in the electrothermal heater. The electrothermal heater is usually provided with a knob 400 for controlling the operation of the heating element 210, so that the heating element 210 can generate temperatures with different gradients, and the electrothermal heater is usually provided with a display screen 500 to display information such as working state of the electrothermal heater. Referring to Figs 1-3, Figure 1 is the structural diagram of the electrothermal heater of the present application in a conventional placing state; Fig. 2 is a structural diagram of the electrothermal heater of the present application in an upside-down state; and Fig. 3 is a partial cross-sectional diagram of the electrothermal heater of the present application in a conventional placing state. The embodiments of the present application provides an electrothermal heater, which comprises a housing 100 and a heating plate 200. The housing 100 is provided with an opening, and the opening is covered with a thermal baffle 300, so that an internal space 121 is formed in the housing 100. In one embodiment, a first space 301 is formed in a circumferential direction between the thermal baffle 300 and the housing 100, so that the internal space 121 of the housing 100 can communicate with the outside, which realizes heat dissipation in the housing 100. In one embodiment, the first space 301 is arranged in an annular band shape and surrounds the entire periphery of the thermal baffle 300, namely, the first space 301 is formed by shapes of the housing 100 and the thermal baffle 300, which reduces manufacturing difficulty and meanwhile maximizes the coverage and size of the first space 301, thereby increasing the contact area between the internal space 121 of the housing 100 and the outside and improving the internal heat dissipation efficiency of the housing 100. In other alternative embodiments, a plurality of first spaces 301 are arranged at intervals. Compared with the annular first space 301, an influence on sealing effect in the housing 100 can be reduced and cleanliness in the housing 100 can be ensured. In one embodiment, the heating plate 200 is arranged above the thermal baffle 300 and is arranged in the opening of the housing 100, so that the heating plate 200 can carry and heat the pot. Meanwhile, by isolating the heating plate 200 from the internal space of the housing 100 through the thermal baffle 300, heat of the heating plate 200 is prevented from being directly transferred to the internal space 121 of the housing 100, and the temperature of the internal space 121 of the housing 100 is lower than that of the space between the heating plate 200 and the thermal baffle 300 to a certain extent, thereby reducing the influence of heat on components in the internal space 121. In one embodiment, a second space 201 is formed in a circumferential direction between the heating plate 200 and the housing 100, so that the internal space 121 can communicate with outside through the first space 301 and the second space 201, which realizes heat dissipation in the housing 100. In one embodiment, the second space 201 is arranged in an annular band shape and surrounds the entire periphery of the thermal baffle 300, namely, the second space 201 is formed by shapes of the housing 100 and the heating plate 200, which reduces manufacturing difficulty and meanwhile maximizes the coverage and size of the second space 201, thereby improving the internal heat dissipation efficiency of the housing 100. In other alternative embodiments, a plurality of second spaces 201 are arranged at intervals. Compared with the annular second space 201, an influence on sealing effect in the housing 100 can be reduced and cleanliness in the housing 100 can be ensured. In one embodiment, the first space 301 and the second space 201 are communicated, so that the heat in the internal space 121 of the housing 100 can be discharged from the first space 301 and the second space 201, which reduces the temperature of the internal space 121 of the housing 100. In one embodiment, the heating plate 200 is provided with a plurality of first heat-conducting columns 230 penetrating through the thermal baffle 300. By the first heat-conducting columns 230, not only can the heating plate 200 be connected with the housing 100, but also the heat of the heating plate 200 can be conducted to other places through the first heat-conducting columns 230, so as to avoid overheating in the area from damaging the heating plate 200 and other components. The plurality of first heat-conducting columns 230 can be uniformly distributed under the heating plate 200, which improves stability and heat conducting efficiency of the heating plate 200. In one embodiment, there are three first heat-conducting columns 230 arranged, the three first heat-conducting columns 230 are respectively arranged at top corners of an equilateral triangle, and centers thereof coincide with centers of the heating plates 200, which improves stability of the heating plate 200, and the heating plate 200 can be uniformly conducted; and meanwhile, they require small space and have low manufacturing cost. In other alternative embodiments, regardless of the above factors, the number of first heat-conducting columns 230 can be less than three, such as two, or even one; or it may be greater than three, such as five, eight, etc. In one embodiment, a plurality of second heat-conducting columns 130 are arranged in inner space 121 of the housing 100. The plurality of second heat-conducting columns 130 support the thermal baffle 300 and the ends of the plurality of first heat-conducting columns 230, so that the thermal baffle 300 and the heating plate 200 are connected with the housing 100. Meanwhile, the first heat-conducting columns 230 arranged on the heating plate 200 contacts with the second heat-conducting columns 130 of the housing 100, so that the temperature of the heating plate 200 is conducted to the thermal baffle 300 and the housing 100, the temperature above the thermal baffle 300 is reduced, components above the thermal baffle 300 such as the heating plate 200 are prevented from being damaged by overheating, and the heat is quickly conducted to a surface of the housing 100 to avoid heat accumulation in the housing 100. In one embodiment, there are five second heat-conducting columns 130 arranged, of which the three second heat-conducting columns 130 correspond to the three first heat-conducting columns 230, and the remaining two second heat-conducting columns 130 are symmetrically arranged on the bottom of the thermal baffle 300. Those skilled in the art can understand that the heating plate 200 has a larger mass than the thermal baffle 300. The three second heat-conducting columns 130 support the first heat-conducting columns 230 of the heating plate 200 to realize stable support on the heating plate 200, and the two symmetrically arranged second heat-conducting columns 130 can also realize stable support on the lightweight thermal baffle 300, and the five second heat-conducting columns 130 require small space and have low manufacturing cost. In other alternative embodiments, regardless of the above factors, the number of the second heat-conducting columns 130 may be less than five, such as four, three, etc.; or it may be greater than five, such as six, eight, etc. In one embodiment, based on that the first space 301 communicates with the second space 201, and an end of a side wall of the housing 100 away from the heating plate 200 is provided with vents 101 that connect the internal space 121 and outside of the housing 100, and the vents 101 are vertically corresponds to the first space 301 in a vertical direction. The hot air in the internal space 121 of the housing 100 is discharged by the vents 101, the first space 301 and the second space 201, and the external cold air enters, so as to realize heat dissipation in the internal space 121 of the housing 100. Meanwhile, the vents 101 are arranged on a side wall of the housing 100, so that probability that dust, especially liquid, enter the housing 100 is reduced compared with that the vents 101 are arranged on a bottom plate of the housing 100, and cleanliness and safety of electrical appliances are improved. In one embodiment, one end of the side wall of the housing 100 far away from the heating plate 200 can form a chamfer with the bottom plate of the housing 100, and the vents 101 are arranged in the chamfer area, which visually reduces the area of the vents 101 and improves overall aesthetics of the housing 100. In one embodiment, the vents 101 are elongated holes, so as to achieve a larger contact surface with the external space under a smaller width, and improve the heat dissipation effect of the internal space 121 of the housing 100. In other alternative embodiments, vents 101 can be round holes, square holes or holes in other shapes. In one embodiment, the five vents 101 can be arranged relatively uniformly along a circumferential direction of the housing 100, which improves the heat dissipation effect of the internal space 121 of the housing 100. Moreover, since the first heat-conducting columns 230 and the second heat-conducting columns 130 are also provided in the electrothermal heater, heat is conducted to the surface of the housing 100 through these two, which reduces the temperature in the housing 100. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that arranging five vents 101 can avoid that the number of vents 101 is too large, which will lead to poor sealing in the housing 100, or that the number of vents 101 is too small, which will lead to obvious decrease of the heat dissipation efficiency in the housing 100. However, in other alternative embodiments, regardless of the above factors, the number of vents 101 may be less than five, such as two, three, etc.; or it may be more than five, such as eight, ten, etc. It should be noted that tightness of the interior of the housing 100 refers to ability of the housing 100 to block external dust, liquid and the like from entering the inner space of the housing 100. The large number of vents 101 will obviously increase probability that external dust, liquid, etc. enter the inner space of the housing 100. In one embodiment, the first heat-conducting columns 230 can be integrally formed with the heating plate 200, or can be welded or detachably connected with the heating plate 200. The material of the first heat-conducting columns 230 can be the same as that of the heating plate 200, or can be made of different materials. The second heat-conducting columns 130 can be integrally formed with the housing 100, or can be welded or detachably connected with the housing 100. The material of the second heat-conducting columns 130 can be the same as that of the housing 100, or can be made of different materials. In one embodiment, the first heat-conducting columns 230 are integrally formed with the heating plate 200, and the second heat-conducting columns 130 are integrally formed with the housing 100, which improves integrity of the electrothermal heater. In one embodiment, the housing 100, the thermal baffle 300, the first heat-conducting columns 230 and the second heat-conducting columns 130 are all made of aluminum alloy, so that high heat conduction and heat dissipation performance of aluminum alloy can be utilized, and the housing 100, the thermal baffle 300, the first heat-conducting columns 230 and the second heat-conducting columns 130 are all made of aluminum alloy, which improves the heat dissipation effect of the electrothermal heater. Compared with ordinary plastics, aluminum alloy is high in strength and easy to clean, which prolongs service life of the electrothermal heater and improves user experience. In one embodiment, both the first heat-conducting columns 230 and the second heat-conducting columns 130 are in shape of a circular truncated cone, and the size of the first heat-conducting columns 230 gradually decreases in a direction away from the heating plate 200, and the size of the second heat-conducting columns 130 gradually decreases in a direction toward the thermal baffle 300. In one embodiment, the first heat-conducting columns 230 and the second heat-conducting columns 130 are in contact by a connecting column 131, especially when the second heat-conducting column 130 has a hollow structure and is arranged near an end of the first heat-conducting column 230, the first heat-conducting columns 230 and the second heat-conducting columns 130 are in spaced contact by the connecting column 131, which can improve an allowable size error of the first heat-conducting columns 230 and the second heat-conducting columns 130 and reduce manufacturing difficulty. When the second heat-conducting column 130 has a hollow structure and is arranged through an end close to the first heat-conducting column 230, one end of the second heat-conducting column 130 near each of the first heat-conducting columns 230 is provided with a supporting table, and the connecting column 131 is arranged on the supporting table, and an end surface of the first heat-conducting column 230 is in contact with the connecting column 131. The connecting post 131 is preferably in a hollow structure, with both ends penetrating, so that the air in the second heat-conducting columns 130 can contact with the first heat-conducting columns 230, which improves the heat dissipation effect.
