The other end of the feeding telescopic belt conveyor 17 is rotationally installed on the comer bracket 19. The corner bracket 19 is connected with an end portion of the feeding telescopic belt conveyor 17 through a pin shaft, so that the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I can rotate around the pin shaft of the corner bracket 19 when driving the feeding telescopic belt conveyor 17 to move up and down.
[0050] When the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I moves up and down, a length of the feeding telescopic belt conveyor 17 changes, the feeding telescopic belt conveyor 17 rotates along the corner bracket 19, and the feeding end of the feeding telescopic belt conveyor 17 can rotate along the supporting frame 18, so that the feeding end of the feeding telescopic belt conveyor 17 is always located above the hopper 16, and a relative position of the feeding telescopic belt conveyor does not change. [0054] When the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I moves into proper position, a hydraulic station arranged on the mast crane foundation 42 controls the pin-penetrating cylinder 23 to start, so that the pin rod 24 penetrates into the corresponding pin hole 301, thus realizing up-and-down position locking of the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I.
[0055] When pouring is not needed, the telescoping belt conveyor 5 is retracted and fixed, and the suspension and locking point 25 is locked with the pin hole 301 with a proper height through the locking draw cord 26, so that the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I is completely locked, the mast crane 1 can be unhooked, and a heavy object can be hoisted by the mast crane 1.
[0056] Preferably, as shown in FIGs. 9 to 10, the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6 comprises an inner concrete distribution belt conveyor 601 and an outer concrete distribution belt conveyor 602. [0059] The outer concrete distribution belt conveyor 602 is driven by the slewing supporting mechanism IV to oscillate relative to the inner concrete distribution belt conveyor 601, which further improves feeding flexibility.
[0060] As shown in FIG. 3, an end portion of the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6 close to the discharge hopper 12 is provided with a locking plate 27, the locking plate 27 is rotationally installed on the truss of the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6, and the outer side of the mast crane foundation 42 is provided with a plurality of locking ear plates 28. According to a actual working condition, multiple groups of locking ear plates 28 are arranged along a height direction of the mast crane foundation 42. The locking plate 27 and the locking ear plate 28 are connected by a locking pin 43.
[0061] When pouring is not needed, the locking ear plate 28 is rotated to a position of the locking ear plate 28 by rotating the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6, and locked by the locking pin 43.
[0062] Although the lifting hook of the mast crane 1 can only move back and forth along an axis of the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I, when the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I does not work, the telescoping belt conveyor 5 is retracted, the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6 rotates, and the locking ear plate 28 rotates to the position of the locking ear plate 28 for locking, so that an actual extension length of the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I is greatly shortened, and the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6 can also oscillate out an axis range of a hoisting point of the mast crane. After the mast crane hook of the mast crane 1 takes materials on a foundation platform, the mast crane hook can extend out of an influence range of the retracted concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I through luffing to unhook the hoisted object.
[0063] Preferably, as shown in FIGs. 1 to 2 and FIG. 8, a bottom portion of the truss of the telescoping belt conveyor 5 is provided with a belt lifting hoist 31, the end portion of the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6 is provided with an idler 32, and a bottom portion of the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6 is provided with a hook mechanism V. The hook mechanism V comprises a fixed pulley 33 arranged on the truss of the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6, a lifting hook 34 is connected with a movable pulley 35, a winch rope 3101 of the belt lifting hoist 31 passes through an upper side of the idler 32 and an upper side of the fixed pulley 33 in turn, and then returns from a lower side of the movable pulley 35 to the upper side of the fixed pulley 33. An end portion of the winch rope 3101 of the belt lifting hoist 31 is connected with a weight sensor 36 at the bottom portion of the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6. A plurality of hook mechanisms V are arranged along a length direction of the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I. The fixed pulley 33 is provided with a solenoid valve base plate 37, and the movable pulley 35 is provided with a solenoid valve tongue 38. [0064] When hoisting is needed, the belt lifting hoist 31 is started to move the movable pulley 35 and the lifting hook 34 downward. After hoisting by the lifting hook 34, the belt lifting hoist drives the movable pulley 35 and the lifting hook 34 to move upward to realize hoisting.
[0065] A plurality of hook mechanisms are arranged along the length direction of the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I to meet the requirements of different hoisting parts, and the lifting hook near the mast crane can hoist a load with a larger weight because the boom is relatively short. The belt lifting hoist 31 connects the plurality of hook mechanisms V in series. As the plurality of hook mechanisms V are connected in series, only one hook mechanism V can be used at the same time, and the other hook mechanisms V need to be locked, which means that, the solenoid valve base plate 37 and the solenoid valve tongue 38 are mutually attracted to lock, and the belt lifting hoist 31 is controlled to approach the movable pulley 35 and the fixed pulley 33, and then the corresponding solenoid valve thereof is controlled to attract, so that the movable pulley 35 of the hook mechanism V is in a non-working state, and the movable pulley 35 and the lifting hook 34 cannot move up and down to achieve locking. If the solenoid valve base plate 37 corresponding to a certain hook mechanism V is controlled not to attract with the solenoid valve tongue 38, the movable pulley 35 of the hook mechanism V can move freely up and down, and normal hoisting operation can be carried out.
[0066] That is, a plurality of lifting hooks share one set of lifting hoist and lifting rope apparatus, which simplifies mechanism arrangement. In practical application, in order to achieve an effect that multiple hook mechanisms V work at the same time, multiple sets of lifting hoists and wire ropes may also be set to drive separately.
[0067] Preferably, a bottom portion of the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6 is provided with a hook track 39, a motor drive dolly 40 moves along the hook track 39, and the hook mechanism V is connected with the motor drive dolly 40.
[0068] By setting the hook track 39 and the motor drive dolly 40, the motor drive dolly 40 is started to move along the hook track 39, so that the position of the lifting hook 34 is moved, and the hoisted object may be moved to the target position or the hoisting position may be adjusted.
[0069] An method for operatinga rapid pouring and hoisting device comprises the three working conditions as follows.
[0070] I. Feeding condition of a belt conveyor
[0071] Step 1: connecting a mast crane hook 101 of a mast crane 1 with a main hoisting point 2, when a pouring height needs to be adjusted according to a position of a poured warehouse surface, starting a pin-penetrating cylinder 23 and retracting a pin rod 24 to release restriction on a telescoping belt conveyor 5, starting a motor 9 to mesh a gear 8 with a climbing rack 4, moving a concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I up and down to match with the mast crane 1, after moving into proper position, starting the pin-penetrating cylinder 23, and making the pin rod 24 extend out and penetrate into a pin hole 301 to lock a position.
[0072] Firstly, a boom frame of the mast crane 1 is luffed and vertically aligned with the main hoisting point 2, and the mast crane hook 101 of the mast crane 1 is connected with the main hoisting point 2 through a wire rope.
[0073] When the pouring height needs to be adjusted according to the position of the poured warehouse surface, the pin-penetrating cylinder 23 is controlled to be started by a hydraulic station and the pm rod 24 is retracted to release the restriction on the telescoping belt conveyor 5, the motor 9 is started to mesh the gear 8 with the climbing rack 4, the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I is moved up and down to match with the mast crane 1, after moving into proper position, the pin-penetrating cylinder 23 is started, and the pin rod 24 extends out and penetrates into the pin hole 301 to lock the position.
[0074] When the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I moves up and down, a feeding telescopic belt conveyor 17 rotates along a corner bracket 19, and an feeding end of the feeding telescopic belt conveyor 17 can rotate along a supporting frame 18, so that the feeding end of the feeding telescopic belt conveyor 17 is always located above a hopper 16, and a length of the feeding telescopic belt conveyor 17 changes to adapt to angle change brought by up-and-down movement.
[0075] Step 2: telescoping the telescoping belt conveyor 5 according to a position of the warehouse surface, and adjusting an angle of the mast crane 1 meanwhile to ensure that a lifting rope of the mast crane is in a vertical stretching state relative to the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I to avoid slanting and oblique hoisting, and driving an oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6 to oscillate along an axis of a second hopper 15 by a slewing mechanism II to make an discharge hopper 41 align with an unloading point.
[0076] Concrete is fed by telescoping of the telescoping belt conveyor 5 and swinging of the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6, and meanwhile, the whole concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I can realize fast full-dimensional and full-covering pouring at the pouring point without dead angle through up-and-down translation of the climbing rack 4, luffing of the mast crane 1, and up-and-down height adjustment of the mast crane hook 101 of the mast crane 1.
[0077] During a pouring process of inner and outer distribution belt of the telescoping belt conveyor 5, it is inevitable to deviate from an original axis position, which will cause a deflection moment to the truss of the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I. In order to overcome such influence, on one hand, the truss of the telescoping belt conveyor 5 is strengthened laterally in a design stage to ensure that the truss can bear the deflection moment. On the other hand, the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6 may be set as a multi section arrangement of the inner concrete distribution belt conveyor 601 and the outer concrete distribution belt conveyor 602, and an angle of the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6 may be adjusted to reduce the deflection moment.
[0078] Step 3 : after concrete is produced by a concrete mixing plant 29, making the concrete flow from a chute 30 into a feeding opening of the feeding telescopic belt conveyor 17, and then continuously transferring the concrete to the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I and feeding the concrete to a pouring position.
[0079] After the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I is adjusted into proper position, the concrete is produced by the concrete mixing plant 29, flows from the chute 30 into the feeding opening of the feeding telescopic belt conveyor 17, and then continuously transferred to the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I and fed to the pouring position to start pouring.
[0080] In the pouring process, if it is necessary to adjust the pouring unloading point, Step 1 and Step 2 need to be repeated in time to adjust the unloading point.
[0081] II. Hoisting condition of the main hook of the mast crane
[0082] After the pouring of the above step is completed, when hoisting is needed, the telescoping belt conveyor 5 is retracted, and the suspension and locking point 25 is locked with the pin hole 301 with a proper height through the locking draw cord 26. The slewing mechanism II drives the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6 to rotate, so that the locking plate 27 rotates to a position of the locking ear plate 28. After locking by the locking pin 43, the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I is completely locked, the mast crane 1 can be unhooked, and a heavy object can be hoisted by the mast crane 1.
[0083] Although the mast crane can only move back and forth along an axis of the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I, when the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I does not work, the telescoping belt conveyor 5 is retracted, the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6 rotates and then is locked, an actual extension length of the concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I is greatly shortened, and the oscillating concrete distribution belt conveyor 6 can also oscillate out an axis range of a hoisting point of the mast crane. After the mast crane hook 101 of the mast crane 1 takes materials on a foundation platform, the mast crane hook can extend out of an influence range of the retracted concrete distribution belt conveyor apparatus I through luffing to unhook the hoisted object.
[0084] III. Hoisting condition of the lifting hook of the belt conveyor
[0085] When a warehouse surface needs to be hoisted, a solenoid valve is controlled to disconnect a solenoid valve base plate 37 and a solenoid valve tongue 38 of a certain hook mechanism V, and a belt lifting hoist 31 is started to move a movable pulley 35 and the lifting hook 34 downward. After hoisting by the lifting hook 34, the movable pulley 35 and the lifting hook 34 are driven to move upward by the belt lifting hoist 31. A motor drive dolly 40 is started to move along a hook track 39 to move the hoisted object to a target position.
[0086] A plurality of hook mechanisms are arranged to meet the requirements of different hoisting parts, and the hook mechanism V near the mast crane can hoist a load with a larger weight because a boom is relatively short. A platform of a mast crane foundation 42 may be extended to be provided with a lifting hook material taking platform or a lifting hook for taking materials from the warehouse surface, and the object is hoisted to other warehouse surfaces after material taking.
[0087] The device has a variety of operation modes to choose. On one hand, the device may be controlled and operated on site through a cab arranged near the platform of the mast crane foundation 42; on the other hand, the device may be operated through a local wireless remote control device, and the device may also be remotely monitored and operated through a monitoring system configured on the device. The operation modes of the device are flexible and convenient.
