[001] The present application claims priority to CN Application No. 202310637721.2, filed on May 31, 2023. The above application is incorporated by reference in its entirety. TECHNICAL FIELD
[002] This application relates to the field of plug technology, particularly to a plug pin device. BACKGROUND
[003] The plug is a common electrical accessory in daily life, used in many situations involving electrical appliances. However, there are also many inconveniences associated with plugs. For example, because plugs have pins that need to be inserted into corresponding sockets, they tend to occupy a significant amount of space when being stored. Especially for a laptop; when storing a laptop, its plug often protrudes and forms a bulge in the laptop bag, occupying a considerable amount of storage space. SUMMARY
[004] The embodiments of this application provide a plug pin device that can be easily stored and carried, reduce storage space, and simplify the steps of using the plug pin device, thereby improving the convenience of using the plug pin device.
[005] On the first aspect, the embodiment of this application provides a plug pin device, which comprises:
[006] an electrode base;
[007] an electrode plug pin group, comprising a first electrode plug pin and two second electrode plug pins, wherein the two second electrode plug pins are set on the electrode base; the first electrode plug pin is movably connected to the electrode base and is able to move, relative to the electrode base, between a usage position and a storage position; in the storage position, the first electrode plug pin is located between the two second electrode plug pins, and in the usage position, the first electrode plug 1 pin is located on one side of the two second electrode plug pins;
[008] a first flip cover, rotatably connected to the electrode base, is able to rotate, relative to the electrode base, between a first folded position and a first unfolded position, to approach or move away from the two second electrode plug pins; wherein, when the first flip cover is in the first folded position, the first electrode plug pin is in the storage position; when the first flip cover is in the first unfolded position, the first electrode plug pin is in the usage position;
[009] a drive component, comprising a button locking component and a pushing component, where the button locking component is movably set on the electrode base and is in transmission connection with the first flip cover; the pushing component is in transmission connection with the first electrode plug pin and the electrode base; the button locking component is used to drive the first flip cover to rotate from a first folded position to a first unfolded position; the pushing component is used to push the first electrode plug pin to move onto the first flip cover during the process of the first flip cover rotating from the first folded position to the first unfolded position, and the first flip cover, driven by the button locking component, drives the first electrode plug pin, which has moved onto the first flip cover, to further move to the usage position.
[0010] The beneficial effects of this application are: unlike in the prior art, this application is provided with the first flip cover which is rotatable on the electrode base, and the first electrode plug pin which is able to move between the electrode base and the first flip cover, allowing the first electrode plug pin to change between a storage position and a usage position. Moreover, the first flip cover can rotate relative to the electrode base between a first folded position and a first unfolded position, achieving the rotation of the first flip cover to approach or move away from the electrode base, thus enabling the plug pin device to have the first electrode plug pin located between two second electrode plug pins during storage, and the first flip cover can be folded for storage, allowing the first electrode plug pin and the first flip cover to occupy less storage space, facilitating the storage and portability of the plug pin device. Furthermore, this application is also provided with a drive component, with the button locking component of the drive component in transmission connection with the electrode base and the first flip cover, and the pushing component in transmission connection with the first electrode plug pin and the electrode base, so that the drive component can be in transmission connection with both the first flip cover and the first electrode plug pin at the same time, thus allowing the drive component to simultaneously control the movement of the first flip cover and the first electrode plug pin. Therefore, users can drive the first flip cover from the first folded position to the first unfolded position through the drive component, while simultaneously moving the first electrode plug pin to the usage position. Such an arrangement can simplify the steps of using the plug pin device when opening it and is convenient for storage and portability, improving the convenience of using the plug pin device. [0024] The following can provide a clear and complete description of the technical solutions in the embodiments of this application, in conjunction with the drawings of the examples of this application. It is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of this application, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in this application, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts fall within the scope of protection of this application.
[0025] The inventors of this application have found that plugs, due to the need to insert pins into corresponding sockets, tend to occupy a large space when stored. Especially for a laptop, when storing the laptop, its plug typically protrudes a large bulge after placing the plug into the computer bag, occupying a significant amount of storage space. Therefore, to solve the above problem, the following embodiments are proposed by this application.
[0026] The following is an exemplary description of the plug pin device according to an embodiment of the plug pin device.
[0027] As shown in Figure 1, the plug pin device 1 may include an electrode base 100, an electrode plug pin group 200, a first flip cover 300, and a drive component 400. The electrode plug pin group 200 can be used to insert into corresponding sockets so that the plug pin device 1 can be used.
[0028] Furthermore, the electrode plug pin group 200 may include a first electrode plug pin 210 and two second electrode plug pins 220, with the two second electrode plug pins 220 being set on the electrode base 100 and extending in a direction away from the electrode base 100. The extension direction of the first electrode plug pin 210 can be as shown by the arrow A in Figure 1, and the arrangement direction of the two second electrode plug pins 220 can be as shown by the arrow B in Figure 1.
[0029] Optionally, the electrode base 100 may be provided with a top surface 110. One end of each of the two second electrode plug pins 220 may be spaced apart and respectively fixed inside the electrode base 100, and the other end of each may extend from the top surface 110 of the electrode base 100 in a direction away from the electrode base 100.
[0030] As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the first electrode plug pin 210 can be movably connected to the electrode base 100. Moreover, the first electrode plug pin 210 extends in the same direction as the two second electrode pins 220, and the first electrode pin 210 can move, relative to the electrode base 100, between a usage position and a storage position.
[0031] Specifically, when in the usage position, the first electrode pin 210 is located on one side of the two second electrode pins 220, and the positional relationship between the first electrode plug pin 210 and the two second electrode plug pins 220 can be as shown in Figure 1. When the first electrode plug pin 210 is in the usage position, the plug pin device 1 can be used as a three-pin plug inserted into the corresponding socket.
[0032] When in the storage position, the first electrode plug pin 210 can be located between the two second electrode plug pins 220, and the positional relationship between the first electrode plug pin 210 and the second electrode plug pins 220 can be as shown in Figures 2 and 3. With this arrangement, when the plug pin device 1 is being stored, the first electrode plug pin 210 can be retracted to a position between the two second electrode plug pins 220, thereby reducing the space occupied by the first electrode plug pin 210 and consequently reducing the storage space required for the plug pin device 1.
[0033] Optionally, the movement direction of the first electrode plug pin 210 can be perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the two second electrode plug pins 220, specifically as shown by the arrow C in Figure 1. With this arrangement, the movement path of the first electrode plug pin 210 can be simplified, facilitating the movement of the first electrode plug pin 210 between the usage position and the storage position.
[0034] As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the first flip cover 300 can be rotatably connected to the electrode base 100 and can rotate relative to the electrode base 100 between a first folded position and a first unfolded position to approach or move away from the two second electrode plug pins 220.
[0035] Optionally, the first flip cover 300 can also approach or move away from the two second electrode plug pins 220 in a direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the two second electrode plug pins 220. Specifically, when the first flip cover 300 is in the first folded position, the first flip cover 300 can be opposite to the two second electrode plug pins 220, and the side of the first flip cover 300 facing the two second electrode plug pins 220 can be parallel to the arrangement direction of the two second electrode plug pins 220. This can allow for a reduction in the storage space of the first flip cover 300 after the plug pin device 1 is stored, thereby reducing the storage space of the plug pin device 1.
[0036] Optionally, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, the plug pin device 1 may also include a second flip cover 500, which is rotatably connected to the electrode base 100. The first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 can be located on opposite sides of the electrode base 100. The second flip cover 500 is capable of rotating relative to the electrode base 100 between a second folded position and a second unfolded position. Similarly, as the second flip cover 500 rotates between the second folded position and the second unfolded position, it can approach or move away from the two second electrode plug pins 220 on the side of the electrode base 100 that is opposite to the first flip cover 300.
[0037] In detail, when the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 are respectively at the first unfolded position and the second unfolded position, the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 rotate away from each other to expose the two second electrode plug pins 220 and the first electrode plug pin 210. At this time, the positional relationship between the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 can be as shown in Figure 1.
[0038] When the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 are respectively at the first folded position and the second folded position, the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 can be joined together to form an enclosure space 501, with the electrode base 100 partially located within the enclosure space 501, and both the two second electrode plug pins 220 and the first electrode plug pin 210 are located within the enclosure space 501. At this time, the positional relationship between the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 can be as shown in Figures 2 and 3.
[0039] Optionally, when the first flip cover 300 is at the first folded position, its inner side may be located on one side of the two second electrode plug pins 220 and the first electrode plug pin 210 side by side, and set opposite to the two second electrode plug pins 220 and the first electrode plug pin 210. Meanwhile, when the second flip cover 500 is at the second folded position, it can be on one side of the two second electrode pins 220 and the first electrode pin 210. The side faces away from the first flip cover 300. The second flip cover 500 can be also set opposite to the two second electrode plug pins 220 and the first electrode plug pin 210.
[0040] Optionally, when the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 are respectively at the first folded position and the second folded position, the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 can extend beyond the two second electrode plug pins 220 and the first electrode plug pin 210 in the extension direction of the two second electrode plug pins 220, so that the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 can completely cover the two second electrode plug pins 220 and the first electrode plug pin 210 on both sides of the arrangement direction of the two second electrode plug pins 220.
[0041] Further, a baffle 510 can be respectively set at the end of the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 that is away from the electrode seat 100. When the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 are respectively at the first folded position and the second folded position, the baffle 510 of each of the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 can approach each other, so as to shield the two second electrode plug pins 220 and the first electrode plug pin 210 in the extension direction of the two second electrode plug pins 220, thereby preventing impurities such as metal particles from falling into the enclosure space 501.
[0042] In this application, the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 are set up in such a way that after the pin device 1 is stored, the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 can shield the two second electrode plug pins 220 and the first electrode plug pin 210, thus protecting the two second electrode plug pins 220 and the first electrode plug pin 210. It also ensures that the two second electrode plug pins 220 and the first electrode plug pin 210 are less likely to scratch other equipment items, thereby improving the safety of the plug pin device 1.
[0043] Furthermore, the movement of the first flip cover 300 can further drive the movement of the first electrode plug pin 210. Specifically, when the first flip cover 300 is at the first unfolded position, the first electrode plug pin 210 is at the usage position, and the positional relationship between the first flip cover 300, the first electrode plug pin 210, and the two second electrode plug pins 220 can be as shown in Figure 1. When the first flip cover 300 is at the first folded position, the first electrode plug pin 210 is at the storage position, and the positional relationship between the first flip cover 300, the first electrode plug pin 210, and the second electrode plug pins 220 can be as shown in Figure 3. Combining the movement of the first flip cover 300 with the movement of the first electrode plug pin 210 to achieve synchronous movement can simplify the usage process of the plug pin device 1, making it convenient for the plug pin device 1 to be unfolded for use or folded for storage, thus enhancing the convenience of the plug pin device 1.
[0044] In this implementation, the movement of the first flip cover 300, the second flip cover 500, and the first electrode plug pin 210 can be driven by the drive component 400.
[0045] As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the drive component 400 can be movably set on the electrode base 100 and is respectively in transmission connection with the first flip cover 300 and the first electrode plug pin 210. The drive component 400 is used to drive the first flip cover 300 to rotate from the first folded position to the first unfolded position, and to drive the first electrode plug pin 210 to move from the electrode base 100 to the first flip cover 300, causing the first electrode plug pin 210 to move to the usage position as it rotates to the first unfolded position with the first flip cover 300. Optionally, when the first flip cover 300 rotates from the first unfolded position back to the first folded position, it can also drive the first electrode plug pin 210 to move to the storage position.
[0046] In some implementations, the drive component 400 can also be in transmission connection with the second flip cover 500, used to drive the second flip cover 500 to rotate from the second folded position to the second unfolded position.
[0047] In some implementations, as shown in Figures 3 and 7, the first flip cover 300 may have a guide component 310 on its inner side. The guide component 310 can be in transmission connection with the first electrode plug pin 210. The first flip cover 300 is used to drive the first electrode plug pin 210, which has moved onto the first flip cover 300, further towards the usage position through the guide component 310 when rotating from the first folded position to the first unfolded position, and to drive the first electrode plug pin 210 towards the storage position through the guide component 310 when rotating from the first unfolded position back to the first folded position.
[0048] Optionally, the guide component 310 can have an inclined guide slot 311. The inclined guide slot 311 is used to drive the first electrode pin 210 to move as the first flip cover 300 moves.
[0049] Specifically, when the first flip cover 300 is in the first unfolded position, the extension direction of the inclined guide slot 311 is set at an angle to the extension direction of the first electrode plug pin 210. For instance, the extension direction of the inclined guide slot 311 can be as shown by the arrow D in Figure 4, and the extension direction of the first electrode plug pin 210 can be as shown by the arrow A in Figure 4.
[0050] Further, the first electrode plug pin 210 may be equipped with a guide post 211, which can be slidably embedded in the inclined guide slot 311 and is capable of sliding along the extension direction of the inclined guide slot 311, thereby guiding and driving the first electrode pin 210 to move between a usage position and a storage position. The guide post 211 is used to drive the movement of the first electrode plug pin 210 when the first flip cover 300 moves, due to the action of the inclined guide slot 311. Since the extension direction of the inclined guide slot 311 is set at an angle to the extension direction of the first electrode plug pin 210, when the first flip cover 300 moves, the inclined guide slot 311 can act on the guide post 211, giving the guide post 211 an upward or downward inclined force, so that the guide component 310 can guide the guide post 211 to drive the first electrode plug pin 210 to move within the inclined guide slot 311.
[0051] Optionally, the end of the inclined guide slot 311 that is away from the electrode base 100 can be located at the usage position. When the first flip cover 300 rotates from the first folded position to the first unfolded position, the guide component 310 drives the guide post 211 to move towards the end of the inclined guide slot 311 that is away from the electrode base 100, thereby being able to drive the first electrode plug pin 210 to move to the usage position.
[0052] In some implementations, as shown in Figures 3 to 7, the guide component 310 may be provided with a fixed slot 312 corresponding to the usage position of the first electrode plug pin 210, and the first electrode plug pin 210 may have a fixed protrusion 212 set on the side close to the guide component 310. When the guide component 310 drives the first electrode plug pin 210 to move to the usage position through the inclined guide slot 311, the fixed protrusion 212 can be embedded into the fixed slot 312 to fix the first electrode plug pin 210 at the usage position.
[0053] The end of the inclined guide slot 311 near the electrode base 100 can be located to the storage position of the first electrode pin 210. When the first flip cover 300 rotates from the first unfolded position to the first folded position, the guide component 310 drives the guide post 211 to move toward the other end of the inclined guide slot 311 near the electrode base 100 through the inclined guide slot 311, thereby being able to drive the first electrode plug pin 210 to move to the storage position.
[0054] And / or, the first flip cover 300 can set a limit plate 320 at the usage position. The limit plate 320 is used to abut against the first electrode plug pin 210 when it moves to the usage position, to restrict the first electrode plug pin 210 from moving beyond the usage position after reaching it, thus fixing the first electrode plug pin 210 at the usage position.
[0055] Optionally, as shown in Figures 3 to 7, the guide component 310 can be set in a plate shape, and there can be two guide components 310. The two guide components 310 are set opposite to each other, and their arrangement direction can be consistent with the arrangement direction of the two second electrode plug pins 220. The first electrode plug pin 210 is located between the two guide components 310 when the first electrode plug pin 210 is on the first flip cover 300 and can slide relative to the first flip cover 300 between the two guide components 310. The usage position of the first electrode plug pin 210 can be set between the two guide components 310. The distance between the two guide components 310 can be greater than the thickness of the first electrode plug pin 210 in the arrangement direction of the two second electrode plug pins 220, so that when the first flip cover 300 is in the first folded position, the first electrode plug pin 210 can be accommodated between the two guide components 310, thereby being able to reduce the storage space of the plug pin device 1.
[0056] Further, the number of guide posts 211 can also be two, with the two guide posts 211 respectively corresponding to and being fitted into the inclined guide slots 311 of the two guide components 310. By setting up two guide components 310 and two guide posts 211 to guide from both sides of the first electrode plug pin 210, the movement of the first electrode plug pin 210 can be directed, which can make the force on the first electrode plug pin 210 more uniform, making the structure of the plug pin device 1 more stable.
[0057] Of course, in other implementations, the guide component 310 can also be set in different forms and can be of other quantities. For example, the number of guide components 310 can be one, and it can be set in a columnar configuration, with the first electrode plug pin 210 sliding on one side of a single guide component 310. The number and shape of the guide components 310 are not limited here.
[0058] This application, through the corresponding arrangement of the inclined guide slot 311 and the guide post 211, can allow the first electrode plug pin 210 to move with the rotation of the first flip cover 300, enabling the user to operate and control the use and storage of the plug pin device 1 by driving the first flip cover 300 to rotate through the drive component 400. This can simplify the usage process of the plug pin device 1, and also make the structure of the plug pin device 1 simpler and more stable, facilitating the disassembly of the plug pin device 1, thereby improving the convenience of the plug pin device 1.
[0059] In some examples, as shown in Figures 4 to 7, the drive component 400 may include a button locking component 410 and a pushing component 420 The button locking component 410 can be movably set on the electrode base 100 and is transmissionally connected to the first flip cover 300.
[0060] The button locking component 410 can be used to drive the first flip cover 300 to rotate from the first folded position to the first unfolded position. Optionally, the button locking component 410 can also be transmissionally connected to the second flip cover 500, used for locking the second flip cover 500 at the second folded position, and for driving the second flip cover 500 to rotate from the second folded position to the second unfolded position.
[0061] The pushing component 420 can be transmissionally connected to the first electrode plug pin 210 and the electrode base 100. The pushing component 420 can be used to push the first electrode plug pin 210 to move onto the first flip cover 300 during the rotation of the first flip cover 300 from the first folded position towards the first unfolded position, and the first flip cover 300, driven by the button locking component 400, further drives the first electrode plug pin 210, which has already moved onto the first flip cover 300, to further move to the usage position. Specifically, when the plug pin device 1 is in the storage state, the button locking component 410 can lock the first flip cover 300 at the first folded position, and the second flip cover 500 locked at the second folded position. If at this time the button locking component 410 is pressed by the user, the button locking component 410 can drive the first flip cover 300 to rotate from the first folded position to the first unfolded position, and drive the second flip cover 500 from the second folded position to the second unfolded position. At this time, the pushing component 420 can be used to push the first electrode plug pin 210 to move onto the first flip cover 300. After the first electrode plug pin 210 moves onto the first flip cover 300, the movement of the first flip cover 300 can further drive the movement of the first electrode plug pin 210, and when the first flip cover 300 moves to the first unfolded position, the first electrode plug pin 210 can move to the usage position, thereby completing the folding process of the plug pin device 1.
[0062] In some implementations, as shown in Figures 3 and 7, the pushing component 420 may also include a push block 421 and a first elastic element 422. The push block 421 can be slidably mounted on the electrode base 100, and the first elastic element 422 can be elastically supported between the push block 421 and the first electrode pin 210.
[0063] Specifically, the first flip cover 300 is used to press and hold the first electrode plug pin 210 at the storage position when the first flip cover 300 is in the first folded position, causing the first elastic element 422 to be in an elastically compressed state. At this time, the push block 421 can be located at the storage position together with the first electrode plug pin 210.
[0064] During the process of the first flip cover 300 rotating from the first folded position to the first unfolded position, the first elastic element 422 is used to move the first electrode plug pin 210 from the storage position to the usage position through elastic recovery, pushing the first electrode plug pin 210 onto the first flip cover 300. After the first electrode plug pin 210 moves onto the first flip cover 300, if the first flip cover 300 moves towards the first unfolded position, it will drive the first electrode plug pin 210 to move towards the usage position. At this time, the first electrode plug pin 210 can drive the push block 421 to slide within the electrode base 100, making it less likely for the push block 421 to obstruct the movement of the first electrode plug pin 210 to the usage position. When the first flip cover 300 moves towards the first folded position and drives the first electrode plug pin 210 towards the storage position, it can also drive the push block 421 to slide within the electrode base 100, and further compress the first elastic element 422.
[0065] Such a configuration of the pushing component 420 ensures that the plug pin device 1 can be smoothly unfolded and stored while also simplifying the structure of the plug pin device 1, making the plug pin device 1 easier to assemble and disassemble.
[0066] In some implementations, the push block 421 may have a placement slot 4211, and the first electrode plug pin 210 may have a connecting slot 213. The push block 421 is partially embedded in the connecting slot 213, and the placement slot 4211 and the connecting slot 213 communicate with each other. One end of the first elastic element 422 is located inside the placement slot 4211 and is supported on the push block 421, while the other end is located inside the connecting slot 213 and is supported on the first electrode plug pin 210. With such a configuration, the position of the first elastic element 422 can be defined, preventing the first elastic element 422 from shifting and thus making the structure of the plug pin device 1 more compact.
[0067] The push block 421 and the first electrode plug pin 210 are capable of relative movement. When the first elastic element 422 is in an elastically compressed state, the push block 421 and the first electrode plug pin 210 are close to each other. When the first elastic element 422 is in an elastically recovered state, the push block 421 and the first electrode plug pin 210 are distant from each other. Moreover, during this process, the part of the push block 421 embedded in the connecting slot 213 does not have to completely detach from the connecting slot 213.
[0068] Optionally, the push block 421 that is embedded into the connecting slot 213 can engage with the inner wall of the connecting slot 213 through a snap connection, so that after the first elastic member 422 pushes the first electrode plug pin 210 onto the first flip cover 300, the push block 421 can engage with the first electrode plug pin 210 through a snap connection, thereby preventing the push block 421 from disengaging the connecting slot 213. Consequently, during the movement of the first electrode plug pin 210 between the usage position and the storage position, the push block 421 can be driven to move.
[0069] In some implementations, as shown in Figures 4 to 7, the electrode base 100 may have a limit slide slot 120, which extends in the arrangement direction between the usage position and the storage position and penetrates the electrode base 100 towards the usage position.
[0070] The push block 421 can include an embedding part 4212 and a connecting part 4213 connected to the embedding part 4212, with the embedding part 4212 being slidably set in the limit slide slot 120. The connecting part 4213 has a placement slot 4211 and can be movably embedded in the connecting slot 213. When the first electrode plug pin 210 is in the storage position, the embedding part 4212 and the connecting part 4213 are located within the limit slide slot 120, as specifically shown in Figure 3. Moreover, the guide post 211 of the first electrode plug pin 210 can be embedded into the limit slide slot 120, and when the first electrode plug pin 210 is in the electrode base 100 and moves relative to the electrode base 100, the guide post 211 can slide within the limit slide slot 120.
[0071] Specifically, during the rotation process of the first flip cover 300 between the first folded position and the first unfolded position, the limit slide slot 120 can communicate with the inclined guide slot 311, allowing the guide post 211 to disengage from the limit slide slot 120 and enter the inclined guide slot 311. When the first electrode plug pin 210 is in the usage position, parts of the embedding part 4212 and the connecting part 4213 extend out of the limit slide slot 120, as can be specifically referred to in Figure 4.
[0072] Specifically, when the first flip cover 300 moves from the first folded position to the first unfolded position, the inclined guide slot 311 can connect with the limit slot 120 during the rotation process driven by the first flip cover 300. At this time, the first electrode plug pin 210 can be elastically pushed towards the first flip cover 300 by the compressed first elastic element 422, allowing the first electrode plug pin 210 to move onto the first flip cover 300, with the guide post 211 entering the inclined guide slot 311.
[0073] Subsequently, as the first flip cover 300 continues to move towards the first unfolded position, the inclined guide slot 311 can act on the guide post 211, applying an inclined upward or downward force, thereby enabling the guide component 310 to direct the guide post 211 to drive the first electrode plug pin 210 along the inclined guide slot 311. During this process, the push block 421 is also driven to move by the first electrode plug pin 210, but the embedded part 4212 and the connecting part 4213 of the push block 421 are inserted into the limit slot 120. Therefore, the extension direction of the limit slot 120 restricts the movement direction of the push block 421, allowing the push block 421 to move only in the extension direction of the limit slot 120 or its opposite direction. As such, the limit slot 120 can restrict the movement direction of the first electrode plug pin 210 to the extension direction of the limit slot 120 or its opposite direction through the push block 421. Therefore, with this arrangement, the first electrode plug pin 210 can move along the arrangement direction of the usage position and the storage position under the joint action of the guide component 310 and the limit slot 120, that is, it can move in the direction indicated by the arrow C shown in Figures 4 and 5.
[0074] With this arrangement of the drive component 420, the first electrode plug pin 210 can move between the usage position and the storage position with the movement of the first flip cover 300, ensuring that the plug pin device 1 can be smoothly opened and stored. It also simplifies the opening and storage process of the plug pin device 1, making it easy to use, and simplifies the structure of the plug pin device 1, making it easy to assemble and disassemble, while also improving the stability of the structure of the plug pin device 1.
[0075] In some implementations, as shown in Figures 7 to 9, the button locking component 410 may include a button piece 411 and a second elastic element 412. The button piece 411 is movably arranged on the electrode base 100, and the second elastic element 412 elastically connects the first flip cover 300 with the second flip cover 500.
[0076] The button piece 411 is used to transmit and connect with the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500. When the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 are respectively in the first folded position and the second folded position, the button piece 411 engages with the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 to restrict their rotation. The button piece 411 is also used to be operated by the user to move relative to the electrode base 100, thereby unlocking the snap connection between the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500.
[0077] Specifically, when the first flip cover 300 is in the first folded position and the second flip cover 500 is in the second folded position, a part of the button piece 411 can be exposed on the surface of the electrode base 100, allowing the user to press and operate the button piece 411. This movement of the button piece 411 relative to the electrode base 100 unlocks the snap connection with the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500, allowing the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 to move towards the first and second unfolded positions, respectively.
[0078] The second elastic element 412 is used to be in a compressed state when the first flip cover 300 is in the first folded position and the second flip cover 500 is in the second folded position. It is also used to drive the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 to rotate from the first folded position and the second folded position to the first and second unfolded positions, respectively, through elastic recovery.
[0079] In some implementations, the second elastic component 412 can be a torsion spring, which is fitted over the button piece 411, and its two ends respectively elastically abut against the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500. Specifically, the torsion spring can abut against the inner side surfaces of the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500, which face the first electrode pin 210.
[0080] When the first flip cover 300 is in the first folded position and the second flip cover 500 is in the second folded position, the two ends of the torsion spring are compressed by the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500, giving the torsion spring a certain elastic recovery force. After the button piece 411 unlocks the snap connection between the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500, the two ends of the torsion spring can elastically restore the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500, allowing them to rotate to the first and second unfolded positions. Moreover, after the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 rotate to the first and second unfolded positions, the torsion spring can elastically press against the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500, so that they are less likely to disengage from the first and second unfolded positions, making the plug pin device 1 more stable.
[0081] Of course, in other examples, the second elastic component 412 can also be other elastic elements, such as springs or leaf springs, etc. The specific type of the second elastic component 412 is not limited here.
[0082] In some implementations, as shown in Figures 7 to 9, the button piece 411 may include a first snap connection part 4111 and a second snap connection part 4112. The first flip cover 300 may correspondingly have a first abutting part 330 that corresponds to the first snap connection part 4111, and the second flip cover 500 may have a second abutting part 520 that corresponds to the second snap connection part 4112. Wherein, the first snap connection part 4111 can engage with the first abutting part 330, and the second snap connection part 4112 can engage with the second abutting part 520.
[0083] The button piece 411 is used to drive the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 to correspondingly engage or disengage with the first abutting part 330 and the second abutting part 520 when moving relative to the electrode base 100, in order to lock or unlock the snap connection between the button piece 411 and the first flip cover 300 as well as the second flip cover 500.
[0084] Specifically, when the first flip cover 300 is in the first folded position and the second flip cover 500 is in the second folded position, the button component 411 can drive the first snap connection part 4111 to engage with the first abutment part 330, as well as drive the second snap connection part 4112 to engage with the second abutment part 520. At this time, the button component 411 can lock the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 in the first folded position and the second folded position. If the button component 411 is pressed and moved relative to the electrode base 100 by the user at this time, it can drive the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 to disengage from the first abutment part 330 and the second abutment part 520, thereby unlocking the button component 411 from the snapconnection with the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500, allowing the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 to rotate relative to the electrode base 100.
[0085] In some examples, the button component 411 can be axially arranged and can move towards or away from the electrode base 100 along its axial direction, so that the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 can approach or move away from the first abutment part 330 and the second abutment part 520, thereby engaging or disengaging from the first abutment part 330 and the second abutment part 520. Here, the button component 411 can be positioned alongside the electrode base 100, with its axial direction consistent with the arrangement direction of the two second electrode plug pins 220, as shown by the B arrow in Figure 7. Such an arrangement ensures that the movement of the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 does not obstruct the movement of the button component 411, facilitating user operation and thereby enhancing the user experience.
[0086] Furthermore, the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 are rotatably connected to the electrode base 100 with the button component 411 as the pivot, and they can rotate around the axis of the button component 411 relative to the button component 411 when the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 disengage from the first abutment part 330 and the second abutment part 520.
[0087] Optionally, as shown in Figure 7, the first flip cover 300 can be provided with a first extension part 340, which can have a first accommodating hole 350, with the first abutting part 330 being set on the wall of the first accommodating hole 350. Similarly, the second flip cover 500 can also be provided with a second extension part 530, which has a second accommodating hole 540, with the second abutting part 520 being set on the wall of the second accommodating hole 540.
[0088] Herein, the first accommodating hole 350 and the second accommodating hole 540 can be arranged along the axial direction of the button component 411, with the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 being spaced apart along the axial direction of the button component 411, so that the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 can engage or disengage the first abutting part 330 and the second abutting part 520 in the axial direction. The first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 are sleeved on the button component 411 through the first accommodating hole 350 and the second accommodating hole 540, and rotate relative to the button component 411 through the first accommodating hole 350 and the second accommodating hole 540.
[0089] Specifically, when the first snap connection part 4111 disengages from the first abutting part 330 and the second snap connection part 4112 disengages from the second abutting part 520, in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the button component 411, the first snap connection part 4111, the second snap connection part 4112, the first abutting part 330, and the second abutting part 520 are staggered from each other. At this time, the button component 411 releases the snap connection with the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500, and under the action of the second elastic component 412, the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 can rotate relative to the button component 411 through the first accommodating hole 350 and the second accommodating hole 540, thereby being able to rotate to the first unfolded position.
[0090] In some implementations, as shown in Figure 7, there may be two button components 411, which are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the electrode base 100. Correspondingly, there may also be two first extension parts 340, which are set opposite to and spaced from each other. Each of the two first accommodating holes 350 is correspondingly opened in the two first extension parts 340, and the two first accommodating holes 350 are arranged opposite to each other. The two first extension parts 340 are respectively sleeved onto the two button components 411 through the two first accommodating holes 350 and are arranged on the opposite sides of the electrode base 100.
[0091] Similarly, there may also be two second extension parts 530, which are set opposite to and spaced from each other. Each of the two second accommodating holes 540 is correspondingly opened in the two second extension parts 530, and the two second accommodating holes 540 are arranged opposite to each other. The two second extension parts 530 are respectively sleeved onto the two button components 411 through the two second accommodating holes 540 and are arranged on the opposite sides of the electrode base 100.
[0092] Among them, the two first extension parts 340 may be located between the two second extension parts 530. In other words, the two first accommodating holes 350 are closer to the electrode base 100 compared to the two second accommodating holes 540. The two button components 411 may be arranged opposite to each other, with the two first snap connection parts 4111 located between the two second snap connection parts 4112, so that each button component 411 is threaded through a pair of first and second accommodating holes 350 and 540 that are close to each other, corresponding to a pair of first and second abutting parts 330 and 520 that are close to each other.
[0093] Optionally, the number of the second elastic components 412 can also be two, with each of the two second elastic components 412 correspondingly arranged with the two button components 411. For example, the second elastic components 412 can be sleeved on the button components 411, with both ends of each second elastic component 412 respectively abutting against the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500, so that after the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 are unlocked by the two button components 411, the two second elastic components 412 can act on both sides of the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500, thereby driving the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 to move.
[0094] Such an arrangement can ensure that the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 are connected to the button components 411 at both ends and can also rotate under the action of the two second elastic components 412, making the force applied to the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 more even. This prevents deformation and damage from uneven forces during long-term use, thereby making the structure of the plug pin device 1 tighter and more stable, and improving the lifespan of the plug device 1.
[0095] In some implementations, as shown in Figures 7 and 9, the button component 411 can also include a contact part 4113 and a shaft column part 4114, with the contact part 4113 arranged at one end of the shaft column part 4114. The contact part 4113 can be used for user contact operation and drive the shaft column part 4114 to move along the axial direction of the button component 411.
[0096] Furthermore, the contact part 4113 can be set in a plate shape, which can facilitate user pressing operations, thereby enhancing the user experience. Of course, the contact part 4113 can be spherical or other shapes, and this description does not specifically limit the shape of the contact part 4113.
[0097] In this context, the extension direction of the shaft column part 4114 can be axial to the button component 411. The first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 can be set on the shaft column part 4114. Optionally, the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 can be arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft column part 4114, and their arrangement direction is consistent with the axial direction of the button component 411. The arrangement direction of the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 can be as shown by the arrow B in Figure 9.
[0098] The other end of the shaft column part 4114, which is distant from the contact part 4113, can be passed through the first accommodating hole 350 and the second accommodating hole 540, where the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft column part 4114 correspond respectively to the first abutting part 330 and the second abutting part 520 on the hole walls of the first accommodating hole 350 and the second accommodating hole 540. Among them, the second accommodating hole 540 is closer to the contact part 4113 compared to the first accommodating hole 350.
[0099] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 7 and 9, the electrode base 100 can be provided with an accommodating slot 130, and the bottom wall of the accommodating slot 130 is protrudingly provided with a limiting post 131. The accommodating slot 130 is used to accommodate part of the button component 411. The button component 411 can be provided with a limiting hole 4115 extending along its axial direction, and the button component 411 can be movably inserted into the accommodating slot 130, with the limiting post 131 movably inserted into the limiting hole 4115, allowing the button component 411 to move relative to the electrode base 100 along the axial direction of the button component 411.
[00100] Optionally, the accommodating slot 130 can be arranged along the axial direction of the button component 411, and the shaft column part 4114 of the button component 411 can be inserted into the accommodating slot 130, and it can move closer to or away from the electrode base 100 within the accommodating slot 130 as the button component 411 moves. The limiting hole 4115 can be opened at the end of the shaft column part 4114 that is distant from the contact part 4113, and the limiting post 131 can be movably inserted into the limiting hole 4115 to be inserted into the shaft column part 4114. In this way, the accommodating slot 130 and the limiting post 131 together can restrict the movement direction of the shaft column part 4114, thereby limiting the movement direction of the button component 411 to its axial direction, and at the same time, such a arrangement can make the structure of the pin device 1 more compact.
[00101] In some implementations, the outer periphery of the limiting post 131 may also be provided with a first limiting part 1311, and a second limiting part 4116 may be arranged within the limiting hole 4115 of the button component 411. The first limiting part 1311 and the second limiting part 4116 are used to abut against each other during the movement of the button component 411 in a direction away from the electrode base 100, so as to limit the button component 411 from disengaging from the limiting post 131.
[00102] In the process where the button component 411 moves away from the electrode base 100, and after the button component 411 has completed the engagement or disengagement between the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 or the first abutting part 330 and the second abutting part 520, the first limiting part 1311 and the second limiting part 4116 can abut against each other. Moreover, the first limiting part 1311 can protrude from the outer periphery of the limiting post 131, and the second limiting part 4116 can be correspondingly set to be recessed relative to the inner wall of the limiting hole 4115, so that the first limiting part 1311 can engage with the second limiting part 4116, thereby limiting the button component 411 from disengaging from the limiting post 131 and the accommodating slot 130, and also limiting the rotation of the button component 411.
[00103] Of course, the first limiting part 1311 can also be recessed relative to the outer periphery of the limiting post 131, and the second limiting part 4116 can protrude from the inner wall of the limiting hole 4115, or the first limiting part 1311 and the second limiting part can be other forms of mutual snap connection arrangements, which are not exhaustively listed here.
[00104] And / or, the electrode base 100 may have a limiting slot 140 opened on the sidewall of the accommodating slot 130, with the limiting slot 140 communicating with the accommodating slot 130. When the button component 411 is at the position farthest from the bottom wall of the accommodating slot 130, one of the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112, which is closest to the bottom wall of the accommodating slot 130, is partially located within the limiting slot 140, to restrict the rotation of the button component 411 relative to the electrode base 100. The limiting slot 140 can be correspondingly set with the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112, so that when the button component 411 moves relative to the electrode base 100, the shaft column part 4114 can drive the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 to move within the limiting slot 140, or to drive one of them that is closest to the bottom wall of the accommodating slot 130 to move within the limiting slot 140. During this process, the arrangement of the limiting slot 140 can restrict the rotation of the button component 411 following the rotation of the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500, and can also prevent the button component 411 from sliding out of position, thereby improving the stability of the pin device 1 and ensuring the smooth operation of the pin device 1.
[00105] In some implementations, as shown in Figure 7, the plug pin device 1 may also include a third elastic component 600. The third elastic component 600 is positioned within the limiting hole 4115 and elastically abuts between the limiting post 131 and the button component 411. The third elastic component 600 is designed to be in an elastically compressed state when the button component 411 moves towards the bottom wall of the accommodating slot 130, and in an elastic recovery state when the button component 411 moves away from the bottom wall of the accommodating slot 130.
[00106] Specifically, when the button component 411 is pressed and moves towards the bottom wall of the accommodating slot 130, it compresses the third elastic component 600, causing the third elastic component 600 to be in an elastically compressed state. At this time, the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 can disengage from the first abutting part 330 and the second abutting part 520, allowing the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 to rotate relative to the button component 411.
[00107] When the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 move away from the first folded position and the second folded position, the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 can be misaligned with the first abutting part 330 and the second abutting part 520, and can abut against the first extending part 340 and the second extending part 530, respectively. This prevents the button component 411 from moving away from the bottom wall of the accommodating slot 130 under the action of the second elastic component 412. Therefore, after the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 move away from the first and second folded positions, the second elastic component 412 can remain in an elastically compressed state.
[00108] When the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 are rotated to the first folded position and the second folded position respectively, the first abutment part 330 and the second abutment part 520 can correspond to the positions of the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 along the axial direction of the button component 411. At this time, the third elastic component 600 can elastically restore the button component 411, causing the button component 411 to move in a direction away from the bottom wall of the accommodation slot 130, enabling the first snap connection part 4111 and the second snap connection part 4112 to engage with the first abutment part 330 and the second abutment part 520 respectively, thereby locking the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 at the first folded position and the second folded position.
[00109] The third elastic component 600 can be a spring, a leaf spring, or other elastic elements, and is not specifically limited to the third elastic component 600 in this context.
[00110] The button locking component 410 of this application can be operated by the user to drive the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500, enabling the user to control the rotation of the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500 through the button locking component 410. Thus, while reducing the storage area of the plug pin device 1, it can also simplify the usage process of the plug pin device 1, enhancing the convenience of the plug pin device 1. At the same time, the structure of the button locking component 410 is compact, and the transmission process can be completed using simple components. While improving the compactness and stability of the structure of the plug pin device 1, it can also reduce the cost of the plug pin device 1.
[00111] In some implementations, as shown in Figures 10 to 11, the plug pin device 1 further includes a locking component 700 and a wire 800. The electrode base 100 can also have a through-hole 150 on the side away from the first electrode plug pin 210 and the second electrode plug pin 220, through which the wire 800 can extend into the interior of the electrode base 100 and connect with the two first electrode plug pins 210 inside the electrode base 100.
[00112] Furthermore, the electrode plug pin group can also include two connecting pieces 230, with the wire 800 connecting to the two second electrode plug pins 220 through the connecting pieces 230. In some examples, the wire 800 can also be connected to the first electrode plug pin 210.
[00113] The locking component 700 is used to lock the wire 800 onto the electrode base 100. Optionally, as shown in Figures 10 to 11, the electrode base 100 may be provided with a fixing component 160 at the edge of the through-hole 150, which extends away from the electrode base 100. The fixing component 160 is adapted to the locking component 700, allowing the wire 800 to pass through the fixing component 160 and the through-hole 150 into the interior of the electrode base 100. Specifically, the locking component 700 is arranged in a ring shape, and its interior can have internal threads, while the fixing component 160 can be provided with external threads corresponding to the internal threads. The locking component 700 is fixedly connected to the fixing component 160 through the internal and external threads to lock the wire 800 passing through the fixing component 160 onto the electrode base 100.
[00114] In other implementations, as shown in Figures 12 and 13, the plug pin device 1 may also include an adapter socket base 900, which is set on the side of the electrode base 100 away from the electrode plug pin group 200. The adapter socket base 900 can have multiple sockets 910, which are used for corresponding external electrode pins to be inserted and electrically connected to the electrode pin group 200. Among them, the multiple sockets 910 in the adapter socket base 900 can be DC sockets, in which case the setting of the adapter socket base 900 can be as shown in Figure 12. The multiple sockets 910 in the adapter socket base 900 can be AC adapter sockets, and the adapter socket base 900 is set as an AC adapter socket base, in which case the arrangement of the adapter socket base 900 can be as shown in Figure 13. The adapter socket base 900 and the multiple sockets 910 can also be other arrangements, which are not specifically listed here.
[00115] By setting the adapter socket base 900 on the electrode base 100, the application range of the plug pin device 1 can be further expanded, allowing the plug pin device 1 to be used as an adapter plug.
[00116] In summary, this application sets up a drive component 400 on the electrode base 100, and utilizes the drive component 400 to transmit and connect the first flip cover 300 and the first electrode pin 210. As a result, the drive component 400 can simultaneously control the movement of both the first flip cover 300 and the first electrode plug pin 210. This allows users to drive the first flip cover 300 from the first folded position to the first unfolded position through the drive component 400, while also moving the first electrode plug pin 210 to the usage position. Thus, the using steps of the plug pin device 1 can be simplified, and it becomes more convenient for storing and carrying, enhancing the usability of the plug pin device 1.
[00117] Based on the above, when a second flip cover 500 is also provided on the plug pin device 1, the drive component 400 can also simultaneously control the first flip cover 300, the second flip cover 500, and the first electrode plug pin 210. It can achieve the one-button opening of both the first flip cover 300 and the second flip cover 500, while also moving the first electrode plug pin 210 to the usage position, or when storing the first and second flip covers, it can also simultaneously retract the first electrode plug pin 210 back to the storage position. Moreover, the movable setting of the first electrode plug pin 210 and the rotatable setting of the first and second flip covers 300 and 500 allow the plug pin device 1 to occupy less space after storage, making the plug pin device 1 more convenient for storage and carrying. When placed together with other electronic devices such as computers, it is less likely to scratch other electronic devices, thus offering higher usability, portability, and safety.
