Description

This invention relates to a device to give disc jockeys space to move around while mixing on a mixer. Currently, the monitor headphones that are available all have cords and it leaves the dj less room to move around and select their music. In addition, sometimes the volume of the monitoring headphones is too low to create a clear mix. Most djs need monitor speakers in clubs to hear their mixes because the volume is to low on the headphones. So what they would usually do is keep one ear uncovered so that they can hear their live mixes. However, the conventional monitor headphones have not been able to provide djs with the room they need to perform their mixes as the cord usually gets in the way of them getting the next song lined up from their crate to mix and the volume of the headphones make it hard to hear just how well you have cued your next song to mix in. Summary of the invention The introduction of cordless monitoring headphone with built in preamp means that disc jockeys can hear their mixes without having to have one ear out and it also allows them free movement up to a certain distance. Because the headphones are cordless, it means that the disc jockey can do much more without the restriction of the cord from the conventional djing Headphones. Induction to the detailed description In figure 1 a headphone jack attached to mini preamp transmitter and converter to blue tooth signals, which plugs into the jack input of the mixer to receive sound from the music device. Figure 2 shows a pair of monitor headphones with a built in receiver and charger so that the jack and the headphones can charge and pair to one another. The jack and preamp unit has volume control on it so that the disc jockey can increase the volume or lower the volume for their headphones to where he or she can hear clearly. Detailed description of an example of your invention The cordless monitor headphones pairs to the preamp jack that inserts into the jack input in the mixer, for the jack to receive the music signals and transmits it to the headphones which you can adjust the volume from the preamp attached to the jack, which is inserted into the input for the jack in the mixer.
