Hose pumps in the prior art are suitable for industrial industries such as sewage treatment and paper making. There are few hose pumps applied in the field of agriculture, shells of most hose pumps are cast and are difficult to cast, and precision of a process cannot be guaranteed, which results in waste of raw materials. A circular shell of this hose pump is formed by welding extruded steel plates, process of which is simple, and meets manufacturing requirements of most factories. Both a front baffle plate and a rear baffle plate are made of steel plates, and are configured to fix the circular shell. Four bosses are welded to an outer surface of the circular shell on a same side, and two arc-shaped ribs are welded on a lower part of an inner surface, which facilitates fixing a rubber hose, minimizing structural complexity of the hose pump, reducing cost, and meeting requirements of agricultural production. SUMMARY
[0003] An objective of the present invention is to provide a welding-based simple upright hose pump, which is mainly configured to delivery some liquids.
[0004] A technical solution of the present invention is that: a welding-based simple upright hose pump includes a fixed plate with a spindle, rollers, a shell, a front baffle plate, and a rear baffle plate.
[0005] Firstly, an upper feed port and a low discharge port are symmetrically formed in a circular shell. Four bosses are welded to an outer surface of the circular shell on a same side, and two arc-shaped ribs are welded to a lower part of an inner surface, which facilitates fixing rubber hoses.
[0006] Secondly, the front baffle plate and the rear baffle plate are welded to the shell, four holes corresponding to mounting holes for a flange of a gear reducer are formed on the rear baffle plate, and a large hole for locating is formed at a center.
[0007] Thirdly, bearings are mounted on the rollers, roller shafts are mounted on the bearings, the bearings are positioned and clamped by shoulders of the roller shafts and the bosses of the fixed plate.
[0008] Fourthly, the bearings and the shafts are arranged in the rollers, which can effectively reduce frictional force among the rollers, the hoses, and the shafts when the hoses are compressed.
[0009] Fifthly, the bearings are in an interference fit with the rollers, the bearings are in an interference fit with the roller shafts, and the fixed plate is in a transition fit with and is fixed to the roller shafts by welding.
[0010] Sixthly, a motor is connected to the hose pump through a helical gear reducer, upright mounting is adopted, and space occupied by an assembled body is reduced.
[0011] Compared with the prior art, the present invention achieves the following technical effects:
[0012] According to the simple upright hose pump provided by the present invention, liquids with different densities pass through the hoses, and the shell is not made by casting, which avoids common defects and material waste in a casting process, simplifies structure of the pump, reduces weight of the hose pump, upright mounting is adopted, and mounting space is saved. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0013] FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a welding-based simple upright hose pump of the present invention;
[0014] FIG. 2 is an exploded view of an extrusion device; and
[0015] FIG. 3 is an isometric view of fit among a circular shell, a rear baffle plate, and a base. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0016] Technical solutions and structures of the present invention are described below in conjunction with drawings in a specification, so as to facilitate understanding by those skilled in the art.
[0017] As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3, a welding-based simple upright hose pump includes a circular shell 1, a front baffle plate 9, a rear baffle plate 16, and a base 8. The circular shell 1 is connected to the front baffle plate 9, the rear baffle plate 16, and the base 8 by welding. The rear baffle plate 16 is connected to a helical gear reducer 3. The helical gear reducer 3 is connected to a motor 2. The helical gear reducer 3 is connected to a spindle 11 on a fixed plate 13 with the spindle 11. The spindle 11 is connected to ends of roller shafts 10. Bearings 14 are assembled at both ends of the roller shafts 10. Outer rings of the bearings 14 are matched with rollers 12. Another ends of the roller shafts 10 are connected to the fixed plate 13. The hoses 7 are mounted inside the circular shell 1, and are prevented from moving by arc-shaped ribs 15. Both ends of the hoses 7 are fixed to bosses 17 by fixing brackets 6 through cooperation of bolts 5 and nuts 4.
[0018] Working principle is as follows:
[0019] Liquid delivery function: power is provided by the motor 2, and the motor 2 is connected to the spindle 11 on the fixed plate 13 through the helical gear reducer 3. The motor 2 drives the spindle 11 to rotate. Upper and lower holes are symmetrically formed in the fixed plate 13. The roller shafts 10 are arranged in the holes of the fixed plate 13. The bearings 14 are arranged on the roller shafts 10. The rollers 12 are arranged on the bearings 14. Liquids are delivered by compressing the hoses 7 through the rollers 12. According to the welding-based simple upright hose pump provided by the present invention, liquids with different densities pass through the hoses 7, and the shell is not made by casting, which avoids common defects and material waste in a casting process, simplifies structure of the pump, reduces weight of the hose pump, upright mounting is adopted, and mounting space is saved.
