[0026] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely hereinafter in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. It is apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all of the embodiments.

[0027] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, this embodiment shows a specialized safety needle for an implantable drug delivery device, including a needle hub 2 and a needle tube 1 provided on the needle hub. Tubing 4 in communication with the needle tube is mounted on the needle hub, and a tubing clamp 5 is provided on the tubing. A connector 6 is mounted at an end of the tubing not connected to the needle hub, and a sealing cap 7 is mounted on the connector. The needle hub, the tubing clamp 5, the connector 6 and the sealing cap 7 may employ existing structures. Generally, the needle tube is further provided with a protective cap 11 for a needle tip, which is common to those skilled in the art. In the present disclosure, a safety mechanism 3 is designed, which is provided on the needle hub to prevent the exposed needle tube from injuring healthcare workers after the needle is removed.

[0028] The safety mechanism includes a panel 8, a spring sheet 9 and a bottom cover 10. The bottom cover is connected to the panel to form a support member, and a hollow part 10a is formed inside the bottom cover. A bottom surface of the bottom cover is provided with a first through-hole 101, and the panel is provided with a second through-hole 81. The needle tip of the needle tube passes through the first through-hole and the second through-hole, and a protrusion part la is provided on the needle tube close to the needle tip for preventing the needle tip of the needle tube from departing from the first through-hole. The spring sheet includes a fixing part 91, a connecting part 93 and a blocking part 92 that are connected in the listed sequence. The fixing part is fixed at a bottom portion of the bottom cover, and the blocking part abuts against the needle tube.

[0029] In the use of the specialized safety needle for the implantable drug delivery device according to the present disclosure, the protective cap for the needle tip is removed, the needle hub is held by hands, and the needle tip penetrates a silicone septum of the implantable drug delivery device to administer an infusion. When the infusion is finished, the panel is held, and the needle tip is removed from the implanted drug delivery device. The needle tip retracts into the hollow part of the safety mechanism, and is finally separated from the blocking part and located behind the blocking part. When the needle tip is separated from the blocking part, the blocking sheet returns to its original state due to elastic restoring force, so that the blocking part blocks the needle tip in front of the needle tip, making the needle tip unable to bypass the blocking part to be exposed through the second through-hole. When the needle tip retracts, the protrusion part prevents the needle tube from departing from the first through-hole. In this way, the needle tip is restricted within the hollow part and cannot be exposed again, thereby effectively protecting the healthcare workers from injury after removing the needle, which leads to relatively high safety.

[0030] In actual production, the first through-hole may have a diameter slightly smaller than a diameter of the protrusion part, so as to cooperate with the protrusion part to prevent the needle tip from retracting, or a limiting structure may be provided separately. In this embodiment, the following design is provided. Referring to FIGS. 4 to 6, the fixing part is a bottom plane, which is provided with a limiting hole 94. The limiting hole has a diameter slightly larger than or equal to a diameter of a part of the needle tube behind the protrusion part and smaller than the diameter of the protrusion part. When being mounted, the fixing part is engaged on the bottom surface of the bottom cover, and the first through-hole, the second through-hole and the limiting hole are arranged coaxially. In this way, the protrusion part is limited when retracting to the limiting hole, so as to prevent the needle tip from further retracting. In order to fix the bottom plane conveniently, a protrusion piece 95 is provided on one side of the fixing part, and the bottom surface of the bottom cover is provided with a mounting groove 105 at the top of the first through-hole, so that the bottom plane can easily pass through the mounting groove to reach an engagement groove described hereinafter during mounting. A bottom surface of the mounting groove is provided with an engagement groove 104 on each of two sides, and the protrusion piece and the other side of the fixing part are engaged in the engagement grooves respectively.

[0031] As a preferred embodiment, referring to FIG. 4, the connecting part is provided on the one side of the fixing part close to the protrusion piece, and the connecting part includes a bottom section 93a connected to the fixing part, a top section 93b connected to the blocking part and a V-shaped bend 93c. The V-shaped bend has an opening facing the needle tube. One end of the V-shaped bend is connected to the bottom section, and the other end of the V-shaped bend is connected to the top section. In a natural state (that is, without external forces), the bottom section is vertical, the top section is inclined, and the top section is located on a side of the bottom section away from the protrusion piece. The blocking part is horizontal in the natural state, so that when the needle tube is mounted, the blocking part is lifted to abut against the needle tube, applying a preload on the needle tube, and the spring sheet is deformed into a state shown in FIG. 1. When the needle tube is separated from the blocking part, the spring sheet returns to its original state, so that the blocking part may block the needle tip in front of the needle tip to prevent it from being pushed out of the hollow part. In this embodiment, a downward bend is provided at an end of the blocking part not connected to the top section so as to prevent the needle tip from slipping to the right to break free from the limitation of the blocking part. Referring to FIG. 7, a strip protrusion 103 is provided on an inner wall of the bottom cover at a position corresponding to the blocking part, so that a right end of the blocking part abuts against the strip protrusion when it recovers after deformation. As such, the blocking part and the strip protrusion overlap with each other, so as to better prevent the limited needle tip from being pushed forward.

[0032] As an embodiment, referring to FIGS. 7 to 9, a bottom surface of the panel is provided with a blocker 82 on each of two sides of the second through-hole, and the blockers are engaged with the bottom cover. The blockers are provided with at least one locking hook 83. The bottom cover is provided with a snap-fit groove 102 matching the locking hook, and the locking hook is engaged in the snap-fit groove.

[0033] In an embodiment, referring to FIGS. 3, 6, 8 and 9, the bottom surface of the panel is provided with a rectangular hole 84 on each of two sides of the blockers, and a part of a top surface of the bottom cover corresponding to the rectangular holes is inserted into the rectangular holes, so as to reinforce the connection between the bottom cover and the panel.

[0034] In actual production, the support member may be detachably connected to the needle hub, so that the support member and the needle hub are connected to each other before the needle tip pierces the implantable drug delivery device to facilitate operations, and are detached from each other after finishing the infusion. In this embodiment, referring to FIGS. 2 and 9, the needle hub is provided with a fixing pin 21, and the bottom surface of the panel is provided with a fixing snap 85 in cooperation with the fixing pin, so that the panel may be detachably connected to the needle hub through the cooperation between the fixing pin and the fixing snap.

[0035] The above description only shows the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, but the protection scope of the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Any equivalent substitutions or changes may be made according to the technical solutions and inventive concepts of the present disclosure within its technical scope by those skilled in the art, and all such equivalent substitutions or changes are deemed to fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
