Abstract

A cultivation unit, cultivation device, and cultivation method for Spirulina subsalsa. The cultivation unit comprises a reactor body 1, a reactor top cover 2, and a cultivation rack 7, wherein the reactor body is a cultivation box with an open top; the reactor top cover is detachably fitted to the top of the reactor body, is made of transparent material, and has a plurality of through-holes 3; light sources 4 are mounted on the cultivation rack and positioned above the reactor top cover. The cultivation method comprises the following steps: adding monosodium glutamate wastewater with a volume fraction of to seawater to prepare a culture medium solution; adding the culture medium solution to the reactor body to achieve a culture medium solution depth of 4-5 cm, and adding Spirulina subsalsa therein for cultivation, thereby solving the problem of scaling up Spirulina subsalsa cultivation in the existing technology.
