Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of electric toothbrushes. Disclosed are a wireless charging electric toothbrush and a storage device therefor. The wireless charging electric toothbrush comprises a machine body, which comprises a cleaning portion and a handle connected to each other, wherein the cleaning portion is provided with a brush head; and the handle comprises an outer shell and an inner shell, the outer shell being sleeved on the inner shell, and the outer shell being made of a metal material, thereby facilitating the cleaning of the outer surface of the handle. Description

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of electric toothbrushes, and in particular, to a wireless charging electric toothbrush and a storage apparatus thereof. BACKGROUND With the continuous improvement of living standards, electric toothbrushes are becoming more and more popular in people’s lives and gradually becoming a necessity of life. Electric toothbrushes will come into contact with water during tooth brushing, so the waterproof performance of electric toothbrushes is very important. First, most of the current electric toothbrushes are provided with wireless charging components at bottoms thereof, and the charging components are mostly connected and mounted in sections, or equipped with detachable bottom covers. After long-term use, the waterproof effect is prone to weakening due to loose sealing. Secondly, electric toothbrushes are kept in a humid environment for a long time, most of current electric toothbrushes use plastic machine bodies, the surface of the plastic housing is prone to water stains and is difficult to clean, and the electric toothbrushes are prone to aging after long-term use. Furthermore, due to relatively small radial sizes of the electric toothbrushes, the current wireless charging structure has insufficient power, resulting in insufficient charging efficiency. SUMMARY The present disclosure aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the existing technology. To this end, the present disclosure proposes a wireless charging electric toothbrush and a storage apparatus thereof, which can optimize the sealing performance and improve charging efficiency, and at the same time make an outer surface of a machine body easy to clean. According to an embodiment in a first aspect of the present disclosure, a wireless charging electric toothbrush includes: a machine body including a cleaning portion and a handle that are connected to each other, where the cleaning portion is provided with a brush head, the handle includes an outer shell and an inner shell, the outer shell is sleeved over the inner shell, the outer shell is made of metal, an end of the inner shell away from the cleaning portion being a closed end which is arranged in a closed manner, a charging component is arranged in the closed end, the charging component includes at least one magnet block and several stacked induction coils, and the at least one magnet block is located on radial peripheries of the induction coils. According to an embodiment in the first aspect of the present disclosure, the wireless charging electric toothbrush has at least the following beneficial effects. The electric toothbrush includes a machine body; the machine body includes a cleaning portion and a handle that are connected to each other, and the cleaning portion is provided with a brush head. The handle includes an outer shell and an inner shell, the outer shell is sleeved over the inner shell, the outer shell is made of metal, which is conducive to making an outer surface of the handle easy to clean. An end of the inner shell away from the cleaning portion is a closely arranged closed end, and the absence of a detachable mounting member can significantly improve the waterproof effect and avoid water leakage caused by aging or loose sealing. A charging component is arranged in the closed end, the charging component includes at least one magnet block and several stacked induction coils, the at least one magnet block is located on radial peripheries of the induction coils, the at least one magnet block is configured to fix the handle on a charging base during charging, and the stacked induction coils can increase the power transmission efficiency in a limited space, thereby improving the charging efficiency. According to an embodiment in the first aspect of the present disclosure, a covering portion covering an outer end surface of the closed end is arranged at an end of the outer shell away from the cleaning portion, and the covering portion extends toward an axis along a radial direction of the outer shell. According to an embodiment in the first aspect of the present disclosure, a sealing member is arranged at an end of the inner shell close to the cleaning portion, and a sealing ring is arranged between the sealing member and an inner wall of the inner shell. According to an embodiment in the first aspect of the present disclosure, a battery compartment and a motor are arranged in the inner shell, and the charging component is fixed onto an end of the battery compartment away from the motor. According to an embodiment in the first aspect of the present disclosure, the at least one magnet block includes at least two magnet blocks, and the at least two magnet blocks are located on both sides of the induction coils in the radial direction. -j- According to an embodiment in the first aspect of the present disclosure, a button is arranged on a side of the inner shell, and an attraction block is arranged on a further side of the battery compartment opposite to the button. According to an embodiment in a second aspect of the present disclosure, a storage apparatus contains the aforementioned wireless charging electric toothbrush, and includes: a charging base provided with an accommodating cavity into which a handle is allowed to be plugged, where several stacked transmitting coils are arranged in the charging base, and, the transmitting coils are able to generate induction with the induction coils to allow electric energy transmission when the handle is plugged into the accommodating cavity; a disinfection box including an upper cover and a base, where the upper cover is provided with a disinfection assembly capable of disinfecting the brush head, the base has a containing cavity capable of placing the machine body, the transmitting coils are arranged at a part in the base corresponding to the closed end, to achieve charging of the machine body, and the handle is in magnetic connection with the base; and a wall-hanging box having a mounting slot capable of placing the machine body, where the handle is in magnetic connection with the mounting slot such that the machine body is fixed in the mounting slot. According to an embodiment in the second aspect of the present disclosure, the storage apparatus has the following beneficial effect. The apparatus includes a charging base, a disinfection box and a wall-hanging box. The charging base is intended for daily charging, the disinfection box is intended for travel storage and can implement the disinfection function, and the wall-hanging box can achieve the fixation of the handle on a bathroom wall, to avoid placing the machine body in a location where water is prone to accumulate, which can reduce the accumulation of dirt on the surface of the handle. The charging base is provided with an accommodating cavity into which the handle is allowed to be plugged, and several stacked transmitting coils are provided in the charging base, which help to improve the electric energy transmission efficiency and thus improve the charging efficiency. The disinfection box includes an upper cover and a base; the upper cover is provided with a disinfection assembly that can disinfect the brush head to prevent bacteria from growing during travel storage and improve the cleaning convenience of the toothbrush. The base has a containing cavity capable of placing the machine body, the transmitting coils are arranged at the part in the base corresponding to the closed end, to achieve charging of the machine body. The handle is in magnetic connection with the base, to achieve a convenient charging function while achieving the disinfection function. The wall-hanging box has a mounting slot for placing the machine body, and the handle is in magnetic connection with the mounting slot such that the machine body is fixed in the mounting slot, which is convenient to use. According to an embodiment in the second aspect of the present disclosure, both the base and the wall-hanging box are provided with a respective magnetic block, and when the handle is placed in the containing cavity or the mounting slot, the respective magnetic block is positioned corresponding to the attraction block. According to an embodiment in the second aspect of the present disclosure, the disinfection assembly is provided with a transmitter, the transmitter is positioned corresponding to the brush head, and the transmitter is able to emit ultraviolet rays to achieve the disinfection function. According to an embodiment in the second aspect of the present disclosure, at least two magnet blocks are provided on both radial sides of the transmitting coils, and the induction coils in the handle keep stable power transmission with the transmitting coils through the at least two magnet blocks. Referring to Fig. 1, a wireless charging electric toothbrush according to an embodiment in a first aspect of the present disclosure includes a machine body 100. The machine body 100 includes a cleaning portion 101 and a handle 110 that are connected to each other, and the cleaning portion 101 is provided with a brush head 102. The handle 110 includes an outer shell 111 and an inner shell 112. The outer shell Illis sleeved over the inner shell 112. The outer shell Illis made of metal, which is conducive to making an outer surface of the handle 110 easy to clean. PLA has good biocompatibility and biodegradability, and can be completely decomposed into water and carbon dioxide under certain conditions, so PLA has good environmental friendliness. In some embodiments, the brush head 102 can also be made of biodegradable and environmentally friendly materials such as plant fibers, to reduce pollution to the environment. Referring to Fig. 2, an end of the inner shell 112 away from the cleaning portion 101 is a closed end 114 which is arranged in a closed manner, and the closed end 114 is integrally formed with the inner shell 112. The absence of a detachable mounting member can significantly improve the waterproof effect and avoid water leakage caused by aging or loose sealing. A charging component is arranged in the closed end 114, and the charging component includes a magnet block 116 and several stacked induction coils 115. The magnet block 116 is located on radial outer peripheries of the induction coils 115. The magnet block 116 is configured to fix the handle 110 on the charging base 120 during charging. The stacked induction coils 115 can increase the power transmission efficiency in a limited space, thereby improving the charging efficiency. In some embodiments, a battery compartment 103 and a motor 104 are arranged in the inner shell 112, a battery cell 107 is mounted in the battery compartment 103, the battery cell 107 is electrically connected to the charging component, the battery compartment 103 and the motor 104 are stacked and mounted along an axial direction of the inner shell 112, and the charging component is fixed onto an end of the battery compartment 103 away from the motor 104. In some embodiments, a button 105 is arranged on a side of the inner shell 112, and the button 105 is configured to allow a switching function or a function adjustment. An attraction block 106 is arranged on the other side of the battery compartment 103 opposite to the button 105, and the attraction block 106 is configured to allow magnetic connection when the machine body 100 is mounted in the wall-hanging box 123 and the disinfection box 130. It can be understood that the motor 104, charging compartment and charging components are all connected and mounted in advance, and then integrally embedded and mounted through an opening of the inner shell 112 close to the cleaning portion 101, which is conducive to improving the mounting efficiency, and meanwhile the connection structure between the inner shell 112 and the internal component is also simplified, facilitating the molding and manufacturing of each component. Referring to Fig. 3, at least two magnet blocks 116 are provided, and the two magnet blocks 116 are located on both sides of the induction coils 115 in the radial direction. Meanwhile, each of the magnet blocks 116 is configured as a crescent shape or a semicircular shape, to fully utilize the internal space of the inner shell 112. In some embodiments, at least three stacked induction coils 115 are provided. By stacking the coils, the magnetic field distribution can be made more uniform, which helps to increase the coupling coefficient between the transmitting coils 122 and the induction coils 115, thereby enhancing the energy transferring efficiency between the two coils. In addition, the multi-layer coils can concentrate more magnetic flux in an effective area, increase the magnetic flux density per unit area, and thus improve the wireless transmission power and efficiency. At the same time, the structure of the stacked coils can reduce the edge effect, allowing more energy to be concentrated in the effective area for transmission, which can significantly improve the efficiency and practicality of a wireless charging system. Referring to Fig. 2, a covering portion 113 covering an outer end surface of the closed end 114 is provided at an end of the outer shell 111 away from the cleaning portion 101. The covering portion 113 extends toward an axis along a radial direction of the outer shell 111, to prevent the closed end 114 from escaping from the opening at the end of the outer shell 111. In some embodiments, a clearance groove that is allowed to receive the covering portion 113 is defined at a radial edge of the closed end 114. The covering portion 113 is embedded in the clearance groove such that an end outer wall surface of the closed end 114 is flush with an end wall surface of the outer shell 111, which helps to beautify the appearance and avoid dirt accumulation. Referring to Fig. 4, a sealing member 117 is arranged at an end of the inner shell 112 close to the cleaning portion 101, a seal ring 118 is arranged between the sealing member 117 and an inner wall of the inner shell 112, the sealing member 117 is sealed at the end of the inner shell 112 close to the cleaning portion 101, the sealing member 117 has a section plugged into the inner shell 112, and radial sealing between the sealing member 117 and the inner shell 112 is achieved by the sealing ring 118 in a surrounding arrangement. Further, a gap is between the sealing member 117 and the outer shell 111, and the outer shell 111 can be hermetically connected to the sealing member 117 by injecting an adhesive, to prevent moisture from entering. In some embodiments, the sealing member 117 is made of the fully biodegradable PLA material to improve the environmental friendliness of the product. Referring to Figs. 5 to 8, a storage apparatus according to an embodiment in a second aspect of the present disclosure contains the aforementioned wireless charging electric toothbrush. The storage apparatus includes a charging base 120, a disinfection box 130 and a wall-hanging box 123. The charging base 120 is intended for daily charging, the disinfection box 130 is intended for travel storage and is capable of performing the disinfection function, the wall-hanging box 123 can be fixed to the wall, and the handle 110 can be fixed to the wall-hanging box 123 to achieve the fixation of the handle 110 on a bathroom wall, to avoid placing the machine body 100 in a location where water is prone to accumulate, which can reduce the accumulation of dirt on the surface of the handle 110. The charging seat 120 defines an accommodating cavity 121 into which the handle 110 can be plugged. The accommodating cavity 121 has a certain depth. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the accommodating cavity 121 is allowed to at least completely cover the closed end 114, which is beneficial to improving the plugging stability of the handle 110. A plurality of stacked transmitting coils 122 are arranged in the charging base 120, which helps to improve the electric energy transmission efficiency and thus improve the charging efficiency. In some embodiments, a magnet block(s) 116 is / are arranged on the radial outer side of the transmitting coils 122 of the charging base 120, to achieve a magnetic connection between the charging base 120 and the handle 110, for ease of maintaining stability during charging. The disinfection box 130 includes an upper cover 131 and a base 132. The upper cover 131 and the base 132 can be connected by a hinge or a sliding cover. The upper cover 131 is provided with a disinfection assembly that is allowed to disinfect the brush head 102 to avoid bacterial growth during travel storage and improve the cleaning convenience of the toothbrush. In some embodiments, the disinfection assembly is provided with a transmitter 134, a position of the transmitter 134 corresponds to the brush head 102, and the transmitter 134 can emit ultraviolet rays to implement the disinfection function. When the machine body 100 is placed in the disinfection box 130, disinfection and sterilization can be achieved at any time, thereby improving the cleanliness of the brush head 102 and also helping to improve the cleaning convenience of the toothbrush. The base 132 has a containing cavity 133 for placing the machine body 100, the transmitting coils 122 are arranged at a part in the base 132 corresponding to the closed end 114, and at least three stacked transmitting coils 122 are provided, to achieve efficient charging of the machine body 100. The handle 110 is in magnetic connection with the base 132, to achieve the convenient charging function while achieving the disinfection function. At the same time, the wall-hanging box 123 has a mounting slot 124 for placing the machine body 100. The handle 110 is in magnetic connection with the mounting slot 124 such that the machine body 100 is fixed in the mounting slot 124, which is convenient to use. In an implementation, the magnetic blocks 125 are arranged in both the base 132 and the wall-hanging box 123. When the handle 110 is placed in the containing cavity 133 or in the mounting slot 124, a position of each of the magnetic blocks 125 corresponds to a respective one of the attraction blocks 106, to achieve magnetic installation of the machine body 100 for easy picking and placing. In an implementation, the mounting slot 124 has an arc surface that matches the curvature of the side wall of the handle 110, which is beneficial to increasing the contact area between the wallhanging box 123 and the surface of the handle 110 to improve the mounting stability. In some embodiments, outer shells 111 of the charging base 120, the disinfection box 130 and the wall-hanging box 123 may all be made of PLA biodegradable and environmentally friendly material, to achieve recyclable biodegradation, thereby improving environmental friendliness. The embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail above in combination with the accompanying drawings, and however the present disclosure is not limited to the above embodiments. 5 Various changes can be made within the knowledge scope of those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the gist of the present disclosure.

Claims

1. A wireless charging electric toothbrush, comprising:a machine body comprising a cleaning portion and a handle that are connected to each other, wherein the cleaning portion is provided with a brush head, the handle comprises an outer shell and an inner shell, the outer shell is sleeved over the inner shell, the outer shell is made of metal, an end of the inner shell away from the cleaning portion is a closed end, which is arranged in a closed manner, a charging component is arranged in the closed end, the charging component comprises at least one magnet block and several stacked induction coils, and the at least one magnet block is located on radial peripheries of the induction coils.

2. The wireless charging electric toothbrush according to claim 1, wherein a covering portion covering an outer end surface of the closed end is arranged at an end of the outer shell away from the cleaning portion, and the covering portion extends toward an axis along a radial direction of the outer shell.

3. The wireless charging electric toothbrush according to claim 1, wherein a sealing member is arranged at an end of the inner shell close to the cleaning portion, and a sealing ring is arranged between the sealing member and an inner wall of the inner shell.

4. The wireless charging electric toothbrush according to claim 1, wherein a battery compartment and a motor are arranged in the inner shell, and the charging component is fixed onto an end of the battery compartment away from the motor.

5. The wireless charging electric toothbrush according to claim 1, wherein the at least one magnet block comprises at least two magnet blocks, and the at least two magnet blocks are located on both sides of the induction coils in the radial direction.

6. The wireless charging electric toothbrush according to claim 4, wherein a button is arranged on a side of the inner shell, and an attraction block is arranged on a further side of the battery compartment opposite to the button.

A storage apparatus for containing the wireless charging electric toothbrush according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the machine body being provided with the brush head and the handle, and the induction coils, the at least one magnet block and the attraction block being arranged in the handle, the storage apparatus comprising:a charging base provided with an accommodating cavity into which a handle is allowed to be plugged, wherein several stacked transmitting coils are arranged in the charging base, and thetransmitting coils are able to generate induction with the induction coils to allow electric energy transmission when the handle is plugged into the accommodating cavity;a disinfection box comprising an upper cover and a base, wherein the upper cover is provided with a disinfection assembly capable of disinfecting the brush head, the base has a containing cavity capable of placing the machine body, the transmitting coils are all arranged at a part in the base corresponding to the closed end, to allow charging of the machine body, and the handle is in magnetic connection with the base; anda wall-hanging box having a mounting slot capable of placing the machine body, wherein the handle is in magnetic connection with the mounting slot such that the machine body is fixed in the mounting slot.

8. The storage apparatus according to claim 7, wherein both the base and the wall-hanging box are provided with a respective magnetic block, and when the handle is placed in the containing cavity or the mounting slot, and the respective magnetic block is positioned corresponding to the attraction block.

9. The storage apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the disinfection assembly is provided with a transmitter, the transmitter is positioned corresponding to the brush head, and the transmitter is able to emit ultraviolet rays to achieve a disinfection function.
