Abstract

Electrically heated garments typically contain an electric heater and a battery. Battery energy is limited and if a battery supplying energy to heat a garment discharges in extreme and cold weather, the health and life of the user will be in danger. The present invention discloses a system for electrically heating a garment which contains devices that convert energy present in the surrounding natural environment into electrical energy for heating the garment and extending the period for which the electrically heated garment will be heated. Energy is obtained using one or more devices from among a group consisting of devices for obtaining electrical energy from: wind-induced vibrations; sound-induced vibrations; moisture in the air; snow (with the aid of triboelectric generators); fluctuations in ambient air temperature; and the difference between ground surface temperature and ambient air temperature.

SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC HEATING OF CLOTHES

[0002] Heated clothing is worn in cold weather. Most often, this clothing has electrical heating, consisting of an electric heater and a battery pack.

[0003] Obtaining electrical energy from the surrounding nature for the purpose of obtaining additional electrical energy for heating clothes and extending the time during which electrically heated clothes are heated.

A system for electrically heating clothing that includes devices that convert energy available in the environment into electrical energy for heating clothing and for extending the time during which electrically heated clothing is heated. The system according to claim 1, in which electrical energy is obtained due to vibrations caused by wind. The system of claim 1, wherein electrical energy is obtained from vibrations caused by sound. The system according to claim 1, in which electrical energy is obtained from the humidity of the surrounding air – hygroelectricity. The system according to claim 1, wherein electrical energy is generated using snow triboelectric generators. The system according to claim 1, in which electrical energy is obtained due to fluctuations in the ambient air temperature. The system of claim 1, wherein electrical energy is obtained from the temperature difference between the temperature of the earth's surface and the temperature of the surrounding air. The system of claim 1, wherein electrical energy is obtained using one or more devices from a group including devices for obtaining electrical energy from vibrations caused by wind; vibrations caused by sound; air humidity; snow using snow triboelectric generators; fluctuations in ambient air temperature; and the temperature difference between the temperature of the earth's surface and the temperature of the ambient air. The system of claim 1, wherein one or more items of clothing are selected from a group including a suit, jacket, vest, overalls, sweater, uniform, trousers, shirt, socks, shoes, underwear, hat, helmet, gloves, mittens, protective equipment, and the like.
