Claims

1. Composite component (2) comprising5 a carrier section (4) anda contact section (6) which is supported by the carrier section (4) and forms a contact surface (61), wherein the carrier section (4) is a glass fibre-reinforced plastic part, wherein the contact section (6) is a carbon fibre-reinforced plastic part.

102. Composite component (2) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the fibre reinforcement (62) of the contact section (6) is a CF weave, a CF nonwoven or a CF long-fibre reinforcement.15 3. Composite component (2) according to either of the preceding claims, characterized inthat the carbon fibres of the contact section (6) are long fibres in the form of fibre bundles with an average length of at least 10 mm, preferably of at least 25 mm, or of continuous fibres.0 4. Composite component (2) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized inthat the carbon fibres of the contact section (6) extend parallel to the contact surface (61) of the contact section (6).

5. Composite component (2) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in25 that the proportion by volume of the contact section (6) in the total volume of the composite component (2) is between 0.4% and 10%, preferably between 1% and 3%.

6. Composite component (2) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the carrier section (4) is an extruded part.

307. Composite component (2) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the matrix of the carrier section (4) and the matrix of the contact section (6) adhere to one another in a cohesive and / or adhesive-free manner.35 8. Composite component (2) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized inthat the carrier section (4) and the contact section (6) are joined to one another by extrusion to form a 2K component.

9. Elastomeric bearing (7) comprising a composite component (2) according to any of the preceding claims and a force transmission element, characterized in that the force transmission element has a spherical or sphere-like or cylindrical contact surface that is engageable into a shell-shaped, saddle-shaped or cylindrical contact surface (61) of the 5 contact section of the composite component (2).

10. Method of operating an elastomeric bearing (7) comprising a composite component (2) according to any of the preceding claims and a force transmission element, comprising the steps of10 - loading the elastomeric bearing (7) in such a way that the composite component(2) and the force transmission element move relative to one another,- forming contact between the force transmission element and a contact surface (61) of the composite component (2) in a fluid environment, and- subjecting the contact surface (61) to tribological load with the force transmission 15 element.

11. Use of a composite component (2) according to any of the preceding claims in an elastomeric bearing (7) for formation of a path delimitation in radial direction (R) or movement direction (B).19 08 25IntellectualPropertyOfficeApplication GB2508520.0Search report under Section 17 of the Patents Act 1977Date search completed: 01 December 2025Claims searched: 1-11International classificationSubclass and subgroup Valid from F16F1 / 38 01 / 01 / 2006Field of searchWorldwide search of patent documents classified in the following areas of the IPC:F16F, B32BDatabases used in the preparation of this search report:SEARCH-PATENTDocuments considered to be relevantPatent literatureCategory Relevant claims Document of relevance X 1-8 CN 105905171 A (CHERY AUTOMOBILE CO LTD), See especially figure and paragraphs 46-50.X 1-5 &7 CN 213924517 U (YINGKOU GLASS FIBER FILTER MAT CO LTD), See especially figures and paragraph 18.
