Vacuum cleaner

Abstract

A vacuum cleaner is described comprising a suction motor for moving an incoming airflow from an air inlet to an air outlet, a primary separator 210 for separating dirt from the incoming airflow, a secondary separator 400 located fluidly downstream of the primary separator, and a bin assembly 100 for collecting the dirt separated from the incoming airflow. The secondary separator comprises a filter assembly, and a regenerative drive assembly (450, fig 49) for agitating the filter assembly to dislodge dirt from the filter assembly. The bin assembly comprises a transparent bin body having an open end and surrounding the primary and secondary separators, a bin base covering the open end and a nozzle through the bin base.
